Beyond Chai&Curry in Stuttgart

Nach fast drei Wochen mit fantastischem italienischem Essen während unseres Roadtrips hatte ich richtig Lust auf indisches Essen. Normalerweise bestelle ich nie indisch, aber heute auf dem Rückweg in die Niederlande wurde ich ungeduldig. Ein bisschen Recherche führte mich zu Beyond Chai and Curry in Stuttgart – und was für eine angenehme Überraschung! Wir bestellten Veg Biryani und Veg Thali, und ehrlich gesagt, das Essen war für den Preis absolut erstklassig. Alles schmeckte frisch, aromatisch und einfach gut – genau das, was wir nach wochenlangem Reisen brauchten. Es fühlte sich wirklich an wie ein kleines Stück Heimat unterwegs. Ein großes Lob an das Team für das köstliche Essen in so toller Qualität und zu einem so guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die in der Gegend Lust auf authentisches indisches Essen haben!

HOLY MOLY. WAS. WAR. DENN. DAS?! 😲🤯🤤 Ich war schon einige Male in verschiedenen Regionen von Indien, von daher behaupte ich mal, dass ich nachvollziehen kann, wie "authentisches" indisches Essen schmeckt. Habe mir also vorhin ein Chicken Biryani bestellt. Raus aufn Balkon, ordentlich verschweißte Packung aufgemacht und vom Aroma allein schon direkt nach Indien versetzt! Und die Geschmacksexplosion danach... der absolute Wahnsinn! Hier hat alles gestimmt: Portion mehr als ausreichend, das Hänchen top gewürzt und saftig! Tipp: Die Portion Biryani ist so groß, da lohnt es sich eine extra Portion Joghurtsoße zu bestellen 😉 Hier werde ich definitiv wieder bestellen!

Es schmeckt zwar gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Leute, seid ihr verrückt geworden? Es schmeckt wirklich genauso wie in jedem indischen Restaurant in Europa. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Lasst euch nicht täuschen. PS: Und als ich es scharf bestellt habe, könnt ihr es nicht schärfer machen?

Das ist mit Abstand das beste indische Essen in Stuttgart, ein echter Geheimtipp! Ständig erweitern sie ihre Speisekarte um neue, kreative Gerichte, und alles ist unglaublich lecker und hausgemacht mit hochwertigen Zutaten. Man kann dort nur Essen abholen oder liefern lassen, und ich bestelle mindestens einmal pro Woche. Das Essen ist jedes Mal fantastisch, und die Verpackung ist so gut, dass nichts ausläuft. Wenn Sie indisches Essen lieben, ist dieses Restaurant ein absolutes Muss!

Köstliches, gesundes Essen. Gemütliches Ambiente mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Service. Es stimmt, dass es schwierig war, das Restaurant zu finden. Wie klingelt man dort, wo genau muss man hin? Eine Optimierung des Ablaufs für die Gäste würde das kulinarische Erlebnis sicherlich verbessern. Das Essen selbst ist lecker. Ich liebe die ethnische Vielfalt der indischen Kultur. Hier erlebt man etwas Seltenes und Einzigartiges. Aber… für einen Curry-Liebhaber wie mich etwas zu süß 😅. Wenn man den Schärfegrad selbst wählen könnte, wäre das ein tolles Erlebnis. Und wenn die Speisekarte in Zukunft abwechslungsreicher gestaltet würde, wäre das auch für Menschen wie mich interessant, die sich für die ayurvedische Gesundheitskultur interessieren. Manche bemängelten den hohen Preis im Vergleich zu anderen indischen Currys. Ich persönlich finde ihn jedoch angemessen, da die Qualität vieler günstiger indischer Currys oft fragwürdig ist (Zutaten, Rezepte usw.). Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn Sie erklären könnten, warum Ihr Essen im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern teurer ist. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Das Essen war der Wahnsinn! Lange nicht mehr so gut Indisch gegessen.

Lieferung: Die Lieferung erfolgte 20 Minuten früher und der Lieferant war überaus höflich. Das Essen war fantastisch! Die Portionen waren sehr großzügig, alles wunderbar würzig und frisch. Sehr lecker. Die Saucen waren hausgemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Ich habe ein vegetarisches Thali bestellt, es war fantastisch. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Kürzlich wählte ich Beyond Chai and Curry für mein Abschiedsessen im Büro, um meinen Kollegen authentische indische Küche näherzubringen. Ruchikaji und ihr Team haben uns ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis beschert. Vadapav und Chilly Chicken waren die Highlights des Tages, da die Schärfe perfekt auf unsere gemischte Gruppe abgestimmt war. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail – von der ansprechenden Präsentation bis hin zur Thermoverpackung, die alles frisch und warm hielt. Selbst die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie die knusprigen, einzeln verpackten Papadams und der besondere Mundspray, waren bemerkenswert. Herzlichen Dank, dass Sie diesen Tag mit Ihrem erstklassigen Service so unvergesslich gemacht haben!

Wirklich sehr, sehr gut und absolut empfehlenswert! War glaube ich bis dato unser bestes indisches Essen von einem Lieferservice. Das war ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir dort bestellt haben!

Wir haben Chicken Dum Biryani und Keema Pav bestellt. :) Wir bestellen regelmäßig Chicken Dum Biryani und es war wie immer lecker. Das Keema Pav war hervorragend und hat mich an Zuhause erinnert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The lentil daal was delicious, and everything was freshly prepared, but I wasn't really full; the daal had a consistency more like a soup. I also found it a bit overpriced for takeout, and the portion (and cost of goods)... I've had better Indian food for less or the same price... But it was still good.

Sorry, but one star is still too many. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the food. I ordered through Lieferando. The delivery time was supposedly 15-40 minutes. I inquired via chat after 60 minutes. There was no response. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. Suddenly, the order was canceled. I received a refund, but the €3.00 tip was already withheld. The service was beyond awful!

I wanted an Indian buffet for my birthday. I tried other Indian restaurants (weren't convinced) and wrote to them, but never received a response. Then I came across Beyond Chai & Curry. What can I say, it's simply fantastic! The food here is always delicious and authentic (Southwest Indian cuisine). The catering was excellent, even for 60 guests. They gave me excellent advice beforehand, and they accommodated all my requests. The guests were thrilled. Feel free to try new things that you can't get in your run-of-the-mill Indian restaurants. Had the opportunity to try some very authentic Indian food made with excellent homely touch for the first time in Stuttgart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for simple and great tasting authentic food options. One of the few options which offers real Indian food and not just colorful food passed off as Indian by some restaurants. Really addresses the gap that existed in the market for long!

Very delicious and absolutely authentic Indian food (I've been to India several times and have a rough idea of what real Indian food tastes like). The flavors transport you straight to India. The owners are also very friendly. Unfortunately, we were only passing through and live further away, otherwise we would definitely be regulars :)

I only discovered this shop because I started a food blog (@StuttgartFoodieAlex) and friends and acquaintances have been recommending food spots to me ever since. Otherwise I would probably never have tried it! My colleague from India recommended Beyond Chai and Curry to me. I found it so incredibly tasty... Important: I had to order with Lieferando and then picked up the food from a house. Chicken Seekh Kabab: It was okay. The sauce was really good! One of the best places to have authentic indian food in Stuttgart. The BCC serves thalis, just the way food is served in India. The Goan food is just amazing. Definitely recommend for a good balanced meal!!

I have ordered Veg Biryani.It was very delicious and as an Indian i loved the taste. I also appreciate that BCC tries to introduce special dishes according to the indian festivals which comes from different part of India. This is someone’s house, so when you arrive to the pin, look for a sign. How exciting, right? For real! The food is extremely fresh and delicious. So full of flavor. We ordered 3 different meals and they were all 3 delicious. We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to others.

I first walked around the block in confusion to find that I was allowed to pick up my order at a private house (Beyond Chai and Curry's name is on the doorbell). My food was ready for pickup after about 20 minutes. I received a very warm welcome and the food was incredibly good. A full menu for only 20 euros, and this quality too... Great briyani that has the texture, taste and layers similar to many briyani variants from many parts of India. The sharp spices from the masala and preciously cooked rice blends really well to give that lingering taste. Then with the raitha, the spices tone down and prepares your palette for the next bite.

Went here for the first time today and I have to say the best Indian food I've ever had. That means something because I'm usually not a big fan of India. Kitchen. But here at any time and happily again. The waitress/cook was very friendly and the food was high quality. Take out was also possible without pre-ordering and we were able to receive our food in no time.

We ordered the daal platter, chicken caffreal and xaccuti chicken. I must say that the food tasted like a breath of fresh (indian) air in stuttgart. This is undoubtedly going to be my go to indian restaurant here. Please keep on making such amazing food.

I heard a lot about this place. I live in Stuttgart. So, i went today evening using the location provided here. It looked like a house, with no information, like name of the restaurant displayed or any sort of. I was scared to ring the bell, as there was a dog. I saw a person wearing yellow tee-shirt, looked like restaurant table cleaner, or may be a gardener. I even called the number provided, but the number was unreachable (may be my phone had a network issue). It would be great if some name is hanged out. Thank you. I will try again to come next friday for biriyani, probably chicken biriyani.

Since long we wanted to try food from ‘Beyond Chai und Curry’… We ordered two Chicken with bone biryanis… and they were as special and flavourful as their Unique name… Now of course i want to try their other platters. I hope you will soon be able to deliver outside of stuttgart too…

Fantastically authentic and tasty Indian food.

The food was amazing. The taste of the dishes is also unlike the taste offered in the Indian restaurants. We took the Chicken Thali (both chicken dishes were having their own taste and both were great), as well as prawn curry (which also tasted very good). The packing was done very aesthetically and was easy to open, yet ensured no spillage/ mixing of items. The quantity also very good.

The best Indian food I have eaten in Germany. Was craving a good Indian fish thali and it exceeded all my expectations.

We ordered chicken bone briyani and it was super delicious. Masalas we’re on perfect level and rice at its correct level (not dry and not broken). We did take pics as we jumped into it immediately. Will order again here for sure 👍🏻
