There were four of us and we had the falafel bowl twice and the falafel sushi plate twice. The service was friendly and competent, both dishes were very tasty. I found the idea of ​​creating a kind of sushi plate out of falafel very funny and it was an absolute pleasure. If I'm in Esslingen again, I'll happily go there again.

Amazing experience! Quality of ingredients top notch & you get far more value for the buck you paid - the quantity of food is huge. The food was outstanding- perhaps the best falafel wrap and bowl we ever had (I literally mean it, have traveled thoroughly throughout Mediterranean, but the falafel here just slaps differently). The customer service is amazing & the staff are very kind. You get one falafel with hummus on top for free (one falafel per person).

The best falafels I've ever eaten. The staff is so sweet and offers fresh falafels while you wait. The falafel sushi box and the hummus dips are sickly delicious! I liked the avocado hummus best. The prices are also very reasonable and there is a lot of choice of drinks. Definitely worth a visit :-)

The best Palestinian falafel you must try

These were the best falafel I ate in Germany! The staff are so friendly and gave us each a falafel with hummus to try. The falafel were very, very juicy and you could taste that they were homemade. We had the “sushi” (cut like sushi pieces), the roll (falafel in bread) and the box. The falafel really filled me up! We also got 3 different hummus and a hot sauce (which was finally really hot) I can only recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely come back more often from now on! 5/5 deserved!

Really delicious food! The price is really good too, specially since the box is so big and enough for 2 people. Falafel is made fresh there and the recipie is great, it is well seasoned and delicious with a side of humus. Service was fast and very clean. Will definitely come here again and recommend it a lot.

I had a fantastic experience at Falafelerie! The food was incredibly tasty and fresh. The pomegranate pieces and the combination of mint and coriander were particularly perfect. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We got to try a falafel with homemade hummus, and he even showed us pictures of the food so we knew exactly what we were ordering. All in all a great experience - I can only recommend the Falafelerie! 😌👍🏼

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. I would ideally like to give it 3.5, but unfortunately that's not possible. 😅 Well, the falafels taste really great, the dishes are very healthy and nutritious and therefore have a very good price-performance ratio, as the food really keeps you full for a long time. It's fast food, but very healthy! However, the portions are also really large. No wonder the falafels taste so good here when the owner is Palestinian and Israel/Gaza is said to have the world's best falafels. 😋 The falafels are also handmade, which you won't find anywhere else in Esslingen, definitely give it a try! So I think the food is great, but I'm conflicted about the service: the employees are very nice and extremely hospitable, you get one or two falafels on your hand every time, really nice! But they're also very slow at serving you - even though it's a stand-up restaurant and you're not actually served at the table, you still sometimes have to wait up to 20 minutes for your food, which is far too long! It also always takes forever until you are allowed to pay or until you get charged. You often have to ask for it several times. The people really seem a bit planned. The employees also seem very disorganized and overwhelmed with the processes. I also sometimes find the hygiene in the snack bar questionable - for example, the employees handle the food with the same gloves that they use to accept the money. Or you can place the falafel wraps directly on the kitchen surface, without a plate, and clean around them with a cloth and cleaning agent. The tables are sometimes not cleaned and there are still crumbs and stains from previous guests. In addition, the opening times on the door are currently not legible and in the past you couldn't always rely on the snack bar being open as stated in the opening times. Very annoying. What also bothers me are the bad or inaccurate names of the dishes on the menu: instead of e.g. For example, “Large salad with falafels, hummus and avocado” and “Small salad with falafels, hummus and avocado” only says “falafel plate” and “falafel bowl”. Nobody knows that this is supposed to be a salad! With some reservations, I like going to the falafelerie!

My boyfriend and I picked up some food here yesterday and they were so nice and friendly :') The best falafel I've tasted in Baden-Württemberg too, which probably comes from the fact that they make everything themselves. Everything is vegan and they label what contains sesame and wheat for people with allergies. We're definitely coming back! :))

I only now write reviews for the exceptionally good or bad - this was exceptionally good!! I am definitely not a vegetarian but this is stunning food with lots of feel good factor when you eat it. The warm and crispy falafel balls are served on a bed of delicious salad which includes avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, hummus and lots of various chopped salad leaves attractively finished off with a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate seeds. The dressing is vibrant with lime and coriander in it. The really large portion of fresh goodness is priced at Euro 13; very good value for what you get. Yes I will definitely return:-)

By chance, my godchild found the location on Google Maps, and I became aware of the snack bar, which I unfortunately often walked past carelessly. The falafel we ate was absolutely amazing. The coating was a bit crispy, the vegetables and herbs were very fresh and the whole thing was delicious with the sauce.😋 I had no idea how good falafel, and vegan, could taste! I will eat there often and can only recommend it to everyone.
