The service is truly unique – incredibly warm, attentive, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The food is a real highlight: super fresh, huge portions, and simply incredibly delicious! For anyone who likes Indian food (or wants to get to know it), this is an absolute must. We'll definitely be back.

The ambiance and atmosphere were excellent. The service was super friendly, personable, and entertaining. The portions were generous and the food tasted truly delicious. We would come back anytime :)

Strangely, I've never been here before. Anyway, the drive through was worth it. We received a super-friendly welcome, you can pay by card (!important for takeout!) We were given a delicious mango drink while we waited; the atmosphere is very cozy, with great decor. Super-friendly and super-friendly people, even a grey parrot. :O We ordered daab dal and mango chicken, and we're really looking forward to it. And we even got a gift from the house! We stopped by for lunch at this place seeing the ratings! Was definitely worth. The curry was creamy and very tasty despite being made without onion and garlic (on request for a person in our group) 😛 Dal was also flavorful, masala papad was just like how they give in india. And lastly the chai was great (also they gave us a whole kettle for 3 cups) All in all, great place, definitely worth a visit!

We ordered food for two here and were treated to a delicious mango lassi while we waited—a truly lovely gesture! The entire team was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our food arrived in just about 15 minutes, which is really quick, and it came with fresh Indian bread. Everything was beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Bland korma. My guess the chicken was pre cooked and came out of the fridge as the meat was not infused with the spices like I've had before many times.

We went to the Punjab Pala ce for lunch after our visit to the Gasometer. We are real fans of Indian food. Really super tasty, identical, attractively served. At the end there was a mango lassi for everyone as a greeting from the kitchen. Very nice operator, had an interesting conversation. We were definitely not in Punjab for the last time. Great, there is a large free parking lot directly opposite. We can only recommend this Indian restaurant. Delicious,

I think this is one of the best Indian places I've been. The lunch menu price is around 11-13euro per person. I ordered Garlic Nan and Butter Chicken Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala. It was one of the Best Garlic Nan I've had. Crispy out side but very soft and buttery inside. and the Mango Lassi was soooo good. I would definitely recommend this place. They take cash and cards. For Lunch reservations is not needed.

Today we had dinner in Punjab for the first time. The selection is plentiful and you can even put the dishes together yourself. The food was super spicy, but not too spicy, just delicious, with rice and flatbread. The service was outstanding, the waiter asked the table several times whether everything was OK or whether anything was missing. The restaurant is very clean. We'll definitely be back. WOW! The best Indian food of my life. We were here to break the fast and the boss asked us on the phone if we were coming for that. We were greeted with dates and a bottle of water on the house. You don't even know the hospitality anymore. Super nice owner, the food is world class. Garlic Naan is to die for. Everything else Tikka etc. is incredibly tasty. At the end there was espresso on the house, what else can I say. We'll be back, great restaurant!

We discovered this Indian restaurant and the experience could not be better. From the first moment, the service was excellent: the staff is friendly, attentive and always willing to recommend the best dishes. The food, simply spectacular. Each dish was full of flavor and impeccably presented. They recommended the bread to accompany it, and it was a success. In addition, they surprised us with extra rice at no additional cost, which made us enjoy the meal even more. The final detail was a mango dessert that they gave us, and it was delicious. It is those small gestures that make the difference and make you want to return. Without a doubt, a totally recommended place. We will be back soon!

Where should I even begin to praise this restaurant.. it's the best one in Pforzheim for Indian food, AUTHENTIC taste❤️, and hospitality is top-notch! They will make you feel at home. We visited with our group of friends and enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. The feeling of getting authentic indian taste can not be described. We regularly keep ordering Lamm Biryani, Prawns Biryani, We've tried different curries, be it chicken and vegetable with Naan, and it's filling and tasty. In fact, i even love their Dhaba Daal. The host is the sweetest, kindest man I've ever met. Thank you so much for such genuine food and service!!

Indian food at its finest. Everything is top-spiced, aromatic, authentically Indian! My absolute favorite dishes are chicken tikka grilled from the tandoori oven with a slightly spicy red yoghurt sauce, grilled vegetables and rice as well as the delicious one Lamb Biryani 😁😋 I also really like the naan bread with the different variations. Everything is always clean and tasty but I have to say it's also expensive. I was told by the restaurant that the food was Halal and I trust that. If this is not the case or there are changes in this regard, I ask for transparency and openness because the origin of the meat is important to me. Thank you for your understanding.

When we received a rejection from another restaurant the evening before our civil wedding and the shock was profound, we discovered the Punjab Palace on the recommendation of a good friend. We got in touch immediately: communication was great! Our wishes as a bride and groom were taken into account. The Punjab Palace saved us! The entire wedding party was completely thrilled by the ambience, the service and of course the food. There is something for every taste here, especially for vegans. We are deeply grateful to the restaurant for making the impossible possible and can recommend it without reservation. This was not our last visit to Punjab Palace, we will come again. Thank you again!

Due to a rather unprofessional and rather poor excuse from another restaurant, who dared to cancel on the bride and groom on the eve of a wedding, we found our true happiness in misfortune here. Now you can certainly rent one or two locations spontaneously with a little twist and turn, but it's all good things If you fall on such a beautiful spot, it's almost a sign. The Punjab Palace doesn't deserve the full 5 stars simply because they knew how to save the day or were able to promise us quickly. No. How they did it, with what enthusiasm, time pressure, effort and courtesy, they deserve all the laurels. The food itself gets its own 5 stars for how good it was prepared and prepared. We had a rich, large buffet with a choice for everyone. Without exception. Without flavor enhancers or any coloring agents, as is unfortunately not uncommon, we bake, fry and cook here. The team was very attentive and the owner insisted on fulfilling all requests that were not covered by the buffet. Well, the buffet was way too good for that. :) In retrospect, we are very happy that everything came together like this and that we were able to celebrate at the Punjab Palace. Many thanks to the entire team and everyone who made this possible.

Stopped here for lunch because of a doctor's appointment in Pforzheim on November 14th, 2024. The atmosphere wasn't that nice, but we were treated extremely friendly and courteously. We had the Chicken Tikka Masala and a Carlic Naan. Delicious! Because the espresso machine was broken, we decided on Chai Masala. Something really nice, highly recommended.

I and my wife ate here twice within a week because we were so impressed. The food is extremely tasty (we had, among other things, the shrimp in chickpea batter and a chicken tandoori). The menu shows how spicy each dish is, which was a good fit. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We can fully recommend the “Punjab Palace”!

The food is some of the best Indian/Pakistani we have ever eaten. Nam bread is absolutely world class and finally: Mango Lassi. Something for all tastes and important: Vegetarians and vegans will find a large selection of fresh food and something cooked a la minute. What a discovery!
