When it comes to the cleanliness of the tables, it's a tragedy, you have to add sauces and the staff doesn't help you and you have to remind yourself and there wasn't enough traffic to forget about it.

I never really had anything to complain about at this McDonalds. But over the last 5 months the errors have simply increased. Just today, for example, I was given the wrong order during the drive and when I complained I was given the correct order with the wrong glass. I can understand if a color is no longer in stock, but then you can at least ask what color you would like. In previous orders, the wrong order or too little was always issued. This urgently needs to improve! Edit: P.S.: Only today, July 14th, 2024, despite the waitress asking, part of the order was forgotten or deliberately not given. I'm slowly calling out "FRAUD" at this branch.

The service was very quick and I received my 2 menus within 4 minutes. Food was warm and freshly prepared, fries could have been a little fresh. All in all, the McDonald branch is recommended, I would be happy to come back.

Really very very dirty this MC Donald! I didn't expect that! What the cause of it might be?? The employees there are probably overwhelmed because too much is being asked of them?

Came half an hour before closing time, just got a burger and a coffee. The burger patty was completely burnt and black and there were 3 fries floating around in my coffee, absolute disgrace! In addition, the employees were very bad-tempered and unfriendly!

Der Chef war sehr genervt und hat uns angebracht weil wir gefragt haben ob es noch Gläser gibt. Er meinte daraufhin DAS STEHT DOCH IN DER APP. Ich wollte nur sichergehen ob das ein Fehler war und der Chef ist sehr unfreundlich und ich habe eine fliege in meinem Getränk gehabt wo ich es geöffnet habe (schaut immer in die Getränke bevor ihr sie trinkt🤢🤢)

You order a Big Mac, pack it up...then you come home and there's no meat in the Big Mac.To 🤮.

Saturday morning 8am and very little going on. We come from Northern Germany and have already been to a few McDonald's branches. I ate the best Bacon & Egg McMuffins here! This was the first McDonald's so far where the eggs tasted really delicious and fresh because they were still slightly waxy and cooked to the point that I love. The bacon was also very crispy and you could taste all the components really well. I would love to have breakfast here more often if I didn't live so far away. Service at the table was also very nice and quick. Toilets were freshly cleaned, but were probably a bit old (e.g. hand hairdryer uses more warm, gentle air than high-pressure air, takes a while, but does what it's supposed to). Hot chocolate was also fresh, hot and delicious.

Loading ice cream machines with juice like that doesn't really work and if you're in the mood for an apple turnover you can't get one

I got a double cheeseburger here, made a special grill without onions, I didn't like the quality, the bun was soggy, it looked like it wasn't fried enough. Compared to McDonald's Ukraine the quality is below average. Disappointed!

As always, it's clean, but the entrance is very difficult to find!

Worst Big Mac of my life. There were two and both had almost no sauce and were very dry. Curly fries were also very disgusting.

Worst branch in the area, food sometimes cold, orders are given incorrectly. The employees are understaffed and overwhelmed. Long waiting times... I will avoid this branch in the future.

The food is actually expensive, but it is certainly far from healthy food. The taste is rather “modest”! I wonder what drives people in there! In any case, my needs will be satisfied again for a long time! The packaging waste alone is an ecological catastrophe!

They forgot to pack 4 cheeseburgers with them!!! I had to go back and get it.

We ordered table service at the terminal and entered the table number because there were no more table tents available. There was almost nothing going on in the restaurant. Sitting at the table, our order number was shouted through the restaurant by an employee behind the counter. When I picked up the order and complained about the procedure, the employee instructed me that I had to use a table tent that she showed me behind the counter. Apparently they are hidden there. It's simply unbelievable what the employees go to. Please stop offering table service if you don't want it!

Classic M.D. Branch with all the usual food and drinks. Even clean tables. The latter makes the visit particularly pleasant💝 The only drawback - and this actually applies to all branches: The fries and burgers are often only lukewarm😢. Now that a certain waiting time has to be planned in the peak phase, I simply didn't feel like complaining anymore.

Underground. We're standing here at 12:10 a.m. and want to redeem coupons. After trying for a long time, the answer is: the coupon doesn't work, sorry. Now we pay double.

Unfortunately, the first impression is quite unappetizing. See photos. You didn't know where to sit without feeling disgusted. When ordering at the terminal there were no numbers for seat service. But food was ok.

Just normal McDonald's, food as usual

Wie die meisten McDonald's-Filialen ist das Essen im Grunde genommen gleich, aber ich muss sagen, dass ich hier oft sehr frische Pommes oder Wedges bekomme. Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass das Ambiente nicht besonders ansprechend ist. Der Boden ist meistens extrem rutschig oder verschmutzt. Der Service ist grundsätzlich hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich war alles gut, ausser einen Missverständnis. Ich wollte noch Erdbeere Kuchen nach Hause nehmen. Es stand Preis 2,79 wenn ich ein Paar kaufe. OK, ich habe gerechnet weniger als 6€. Ich habe Rückgeld Münzen im Tasche gerechnet, supi, gleich 6 €. Ich ging zur Kasse. Doch, es wurde 6,38 kassiert obwohl ich gerechnet habe 5,60 brutto. So eine kleine unangenehmheit. Sollte Geldschein wechseln, obwohl wollte ich nicht.

Schön eingerichtet, sehr schnelle Abwicklung. Das Lokal ist sehr sauber. Leider war der Burger lauwarm, war also schon vorbereitet und nicht frisch.

Naja sauber geht anders Update Jan. 2024: An der Sauberkeit hat sich wenig geändert. Dafür wird jetzt SB groß geschrieben - man darf sich jetzt den Tisch selber sauber wischen. Ein Lappen liegt für alle Gäste am Tresen bereit. Dafür stehen die MA zu fünft hinterm Tresen und sind am schwätzen. Der Manager sortiert lieber Kekse als seine MA zu motivieren. Bestellung war selbstverständlich fehlerhaft. Ach herrlich was für ein ****** Laden. Unglaublich das man selber 1x/a sich das antut. Update Aug. 2022: es ist noch schmutziger. Tische werden nicht abgewischt, Tablettwägen nicht leer geräumt. Das um 12:30 Uhr der Mittagsrun beginnt erst. Dabei chillen sich 8! Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen und Küche chillen ihre Base. Anscheinend sind nur die Ferienhilfen engagiert. Mangelhaftes Management in meinen Augen.

Schöne Atmosphäre, essen schnell und frisch zubereitet

Hab im Mac Drive bestellt. Der Burger (BigRösti) war leider nur lauwarm, der Käse war nicht richtig geschmolzen. Beilage (Pommes) wurde auch vergessen. Auf eine E-Mail und Nachfrage leider keine Reaktion, das scheint den Inhaber nicht zu interessieren. Schade

Bisher war das Essen sowohl im Mc Drive als auch im Restaurant sehr zügig fertig, trotz Sonderwünsche.

0:50 Uhr beim drive in gewesen, extra bestellt auf app beeilt und keine menschen seele war da.

Nur zwei Sterne weil die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren. Was das Essen angeht der schlechteste Mc Donalds bei dem ich jemals war. Die Pommes waren komplett ungesalzen und die Burger lätschig. So schlimm, dass ich ihn nicht essen konnte. Echt schade…

Guter Service, bin beeindruckt wie freundlich das Personal ist. Ständig werden die Tische gesäubert. Wenn das Essen an den Tisch gebracht wird, bekommt man immer ein freundliches Lächeln. Ich bin auch in Stoßzeiten da. Kann ich nur empfehlen…

Essen halt Mc. Es gibt 2 Etagen. Ein Mitarbeiter sieht aus wie Kim Jong-un. Die Spielo ist auch nicht weit.. Nur der weg ist etwas verwirrend wenn man sich dort nicht auskennt.

Leider zum wiederholten mal das Essen kalt.

Die Service Qualität langsam unter aller sau in den MC Donald s mitlerweile und sowas von frech die Mitarbeiter. Also kundenfreundlich is anderst.

Super dreckig, jedes Mal wenn man einen milchshake oder ein Eis möchte ist die „Maschine kaputt“. Öfters fehlte auch etwas bei meiner Bestellung

Fast Food halt, ab und an ok! Und sehr teuer im Verhältnis zu "normalen" Speisemöglichkeiten!

Total überfüllt gewesen als wir dort gegessen haben. Leider wurde von Personal der obere Bereich nicht geöffnet, obwohl die Leute unten keinen Platz hatten. Es wurde lieber in der Küche „gealbert“.

Leider ist eine Korrektur erforderlich. Muss man den jede Abholung auf Vollständigkeit prüfen? Gibt es keine Sorgfaltspflicht mehr? Auch wenn es nur eine fehlende Apfeltasche ist...

Kein hallo kein tschüss, man bestellt für 3,59€ Eistee und im hohen Sommer ist er nichtmal kühl.

Tische sind treckig, Toiletten sind zu, draußen lag hundekot, mir wurde eine Cola drübergeleert, der Service redet nicht, sie bieten plant an und ES GIBT KEINE EISWÜRFEL.

Sehr heiße pommes, absolut guter Service. Leider etwas dreckig im Gastraum. Ansonsten alles okay.

Das Essen war gut. Die Cola Becher sind das letzte. Es ist ja gut, wenn man etwas für die Umwelt tut, aber wenn man die Becher so instabil herstellt, dass bei geringsten Berührung die gesamte Cola ueberschwappt und man anschließend das Auto putzen muss, ist das nicht hinnehmbar. Eine Servicekraft war auch sehr unfreundlich und hat bei der Annahme nichts verstanden. Wir sie auch nicht. Daher haben wir Sachen bekommen , die wir nicht wollten. Also dafür gehe ich das nächste Mal woanders hin. Reklamationen werden gar nicht erst angenommen.

War früher mal ein wirklicher guter MC, hat in den letzten Jahren aber massiv nachgelassen. Beispiele: - Automaten kaputt ohne Hinweis oder irgendwas --> Kunden bezahlen und bekommen keinen Bon, werden danach beschuldigt nicht bezahlt zu haben. - Unfreundlicher jugendlicher Kassierer ignoriert Kunden die bestellen möchten ewig lang, auf Nachfrage was los ist werden sie nur ausgelacht, generell kein Respekt vor den Kunden - Kein "Chef" vor Ort, der das Personal koordiniert - Dreckig - Oberer Bereich seit Jahren zu usw. Essen ist im Vergleich dazu sogar noch i.O.

Typisches Fastfood Essen. Der Kaffee den ich getrunken habe war ganz okay. Service war chon sehr gut für ein Schnellrestaurant. Leider ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung nicht so toll gewesen am Tag meines Besuches

Es haben leider Sachen in der Bestellung gefehlt und es ist ziemlich dreckig hier. Tische nicht sauber, Boden total dreckig, nicht besonders schön um etwas zu essen....

Finde es sehr schade, dass es die Leute in diesem MC es einfach nie hinbekommen, die Bestellung so fertig zu machen wie sie bestellt wird. Wir gehen wirklich selten zum MC, aber wenn wir mal gehen dann fehlt entweder irgendwas oder es ist was Falsches dabei. Ärgerlich ist es vor allem, wenn man mehr zahlt, als man dann eigentlich bekommt oder man mehr zahlt und was günstigeres in der Tüte hat. Man hat auch nicht mal die Chance zu überprüfen, was man bekommen hat, weil man direkt weiter geschockt wird....Die Enttäuschung sieht man dann erst daheim

Also ich finde es ist ein schöner Mc Donalds die Tische sind immer gut geputzt und nicht klebrig. Auch Allgemein ist alles sehr sauber. Ich kann nur die Supreme Burger empfehlen 🍔 Sie schmecken wie frisch gegrillt und man merkt garnicht das das eigentlich Fertigessen ist. Mit Freunden nur zu empfehlen :)

Unfreundlicher und unhygienischer Saftladen. Obwohl ich die Chefin freundlich bat mir Geld zu wechseln, verneinte sie dies und war allgemein sehr unfreundlich in pampig. Weiter ist das Hygienekonzept eine Frechheit. Wenn die Tische fleckig sind und noch Essensreste drauf haben, braucht man sich über Desinfektion gar nicht erst Gedanken machen. Weiter sind oft die Wagen mit Tabletts völlig überfüllt und Mitarbeiter leeren sie nicht, sondern stehen lieber faul in der Gegend rum. Den Laden sollte man in der aktuellen Situation schließen.
