If you ordered something online and you have to pay for it again at the checkout because you have problems with Paypal, then be sure to keep the receipt because otherwise you will never withdraw your money again. After two months they found my order but I haven't seen my money until today 🤮🤮🤮

I picked up my food in the drive and what can I say? Wrong burger in the bag. Instead of the Big Rösti there was the Big Rösti Spicy inside. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. I then immediately wrote an email to McDonald’s with a picture and invoice, but no response! It is ignored. Money collected and the rest doesn't matter. Unfortunately there is no exception here.

They didn't have ANYTHING gluten-free, in fact they didn't even know what that was. The workers did not know any language other than German or ENGLISH, which made it impossible to communicate with them.

Today, January 20th, 2025, we went to McDonald’s again in Freudenstadt today. BigMac menu ordered, fries and Big Mac unfortunately only lukewarm. So not recommended.

I would love to drive back and throw the fries at your feet. Among other things, 2 large fries to take away. Both portions were just about half full. Very sad that you are alienating your customers like this.

Completely down, just disgusting. The floor is completely glued together, the tables are stuck together, leftover food is stuck on chairs on upholstered seats on tables. Toilets are pissed off and stinky, every rest area toilet is cleaner. No soap to wash hands. None with workers who are remotely fluent in German. And I'm not of German origin either, but you should know a little bit in order to be able to interact with the guests

Bad service, burgers dry as there seems to be hardly any sauces on the burgers here. The whole store was full of trash, dirty tables. Never again

The Mcdonalds is slimmer than in Frankfurt am Main. Dirty/toilets, overall the food is okay but it's dirty everywhere and the toilets are super smelly. We're in the SCHWARZWALD

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write a review because there have been repeated problems. It's annoying that the employees here don't work carefully and forget or carry out orders incorrectly. This happens not only rarely, but so often that I have to address it now. My tip to other customers: Always check your orders thoroughly so that the same thing as me doesn't happen to you and you only realize when you get home that half of them are missing or wrong.

Clear criticism from me regarding the drive in and the abnormal waiting times in the evening. It doesn't matter what day you come during the week. The waiting times at the drive-in are always extremely long. A development that has worsened over the last few months. In some cases vehicles are parked on the road and therefore logically block the flow of traffic. The processing of customers at the counter really takes place at a snail's pace. It simply has nothing to do with “fast food”, i.e. fast service and fast food. In terms of waiting time, it's half a visit to a restaurant and that's exactly what the customer doesn't want with a meal like this! It's about a quick meal that you want to eat quickly. But it definitely doesn't work anymore at this McDonald's. So continue to wait in the car hungry or look for alternatives. Have a good meal!

The food was good as usual. The cleanliness was bad for us all, to say the least. There was a lot of leftover food and garbage on the floors. What is also a shame is that no food is brought to the table.

The staff is very dumb when issuing an order. You will be very lucky if you receive exactly your order.

That day you couldn't pay electronically so I just left. Germany and modern technology / digitalization are somehow not compatible. But the disruption was nationwide so it wasn't the fault of this branch or this company. Otherwise, the employees were very tidy and nice and a clean branch as you are used to.

I only give this McDonald's one star because I have never experienced a dirtier McDonald's than this one. Tables dirty, dirty under the tables and the toilets were really bad. Now you might think that there aren't enough staff to keep the place clean. But no, there were 4 employees standing idle at the counter and just looking around because they didn't have any guests to serve. Cleaning the tables or sweeping under them never occurred to these people. Conclusion: One star.

For the second time the order was incomplete. When asked why part of the order was missing, the employees said they were sure they had packed everything. If you're really lucky and have received a complete order, the food isn't always appetizing. Some of the service employees are very arrogant and often have unnecessary conversations because of their lack of knowledge of the language. Clean is different. In many other branches it is much cleaner. Haven't been going there for a while.

DANGER! CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY! Well, I did that too, but I neglected to open the packaging to see if the corresponding burgers were inside and to my negative surprise, instead of the chili cheese, it only contained chicken burgers. The breakfast was cold, both the scrambled egg wrap and the McMuffin. The wrap wasn't fresh, the scrambled eggs were dried, the lettuce was brown, the wrap was stuck to the paper. Just today, for example, I was given the wrong order during the drive and when I complained I was given the correct order with the wrong glass. I can understand if a color is no longer in stock, but then you can at least ask what color you would like. In previous orders, the wrong order or too little was always issued. This urgently needs to improve! Edit: P.S.: Only today, July 14th, 2024, despite the waitress asking, part of the order was forgotten or deliberately not given. I'm slowly calling out "FRAUD" at this branch.

The service was very quick and I received my 2 menus within 4 minutes. Food was warm and freshly prepared, fries could have been a little fresh. All in all, the McDonald branch is recommended, I would be happy to come back.

Ich wollte nur sichergehen ob das ein Fehler war und der Chef ist sehr unfreundlich und ich habe eine fliege in meinem Getränk gehabt wo ich es geöffnet habe (schaut immer in die Getränke bevor ihr sie trinkt🤢🤢)

Saturday morning 8am and very little going on. We come from Northern Germany and have already been to a few McDonald's branches. I ate the best Bacon & Egg McMuffins here! This was the first McDonald's so far where the eggs tasted really delicious and fresh because they were still slightly waxy and cooked to the point that I love. The bacon was also very crispy and you could taste all the components really well. I would love to have breakfast here more often if I didn't live so far away. Service at the table was also very nice and quick. Toilets were freshly cleaned, but were probably a bit old (e.g. hand hairdryer uses more warm, gentle air than high-pressure air, takes a while, but does what it's supposed to). Hot chocolate was also fresh, hot and delicious.

Loading ice cream machines with juice like that doesn't really work and if you're in the mood for an apple turnover you can't get one

I got a double cheeseburger here, made a special grill without onions, I didn't like the quality, the bun was soggy, it looked like it wasn't fried enough. Compared to McDonald's Ukraine the quality is below average. Disappointed!

We ordered table service at the terminal and entered the table number because there were no more table tents available. There was almost nothing going on in the restaurant. Sitting at the table, our order number was shouted through the restaurant by an employee behind the counter. When I picked up the order and complained about the procedure, the employee instructed me that I had to use a table tent that she showed me behind the counter. Apparently they are hidden there. It's simply unbelievable what the employees go to. Please stop offering table service if you don't want it!

The latter makes the visit particularly pleasant💝 The only drawback - and this actually applies to all branches: The fries and burgers are often only lukewarm😢. Just normal McDonald's, food as usual

Eigentlich war alles gut, ausser einen Missverständnis. Ich wollte noch Erdbeere Kuchen nach Hause nehmen. Es stand Preis 2,79 wenn ich ein Paar kaufe. OK, ich habe gerechnet weniger als 6€. Ich habe Rückgeld Münzen im Tasche gerechnet, supi, gleich 6 €. Ich ging zur Kasse. Doch, es wurde 6,38 kassiert obwohl ich gerechnet habe 5,60 brutto. So eine kleine unangenehmheit. Sollte Geldschein wechseln, obwohl wollte ich nicht.

Schön eingerichtet, sehr schnelle Abwicklung. Das Lokal ist sehr sauber. Leider war der Burger lauwarm, war also schon vorbereitet und nicht frisch.

Naja sauber geht anders Update Jan. 2024: An der Sauberkeit hat sich wenig geändert. Dafür wird jetzt SB groß geschrieben - man darf sich jetzt den Tisch selber sauber wischen. Ein Lappen liegt für alle Gäste am Tresen bereit. Dafür stehen die MA zu fünft hinterm Tresen und sind am schwätzen. Der Manager sortiert lieber Kekse als seine MA zu motivieren. Bestellung war selbstverständlich fehlerhaft. Ach herrlich was für ein ****** Laden. Unglaublich das man selber 1x/a sich das antut. Update Aug. 2022: es ist noch schmutziger. Tische werden nicht abgewischt, Tablettwägen nicht leer geräumt. Das um 12:30 Uhr der Mittagsrun beginnt erst. Dabei chillen sich 8! Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen und Küche chillen ihre Base. Anscheinend sind nur die Ferienhilfen engagiert. Mangelhaftes Management in meinen Augen.

Schöne Atmosphäre, essen schnell und frisch zubereitet

Hab im Mac Drive bestellt. Der Burger (BigRösti) war leider nur lauwarm, der Käse war nicht richtig geschmolzen. Beilage (Pommes) wurde auch vergessen. Auf eine E-Mail und Nachfrage leider keine Reaktion, das scheint den Inhaber nicht zu interessieren. Schade

Bisher war das Essen sowohl im Mc Drive als auch im Restaurant sehr zügig fertig, trotz Sonderwünsche.

0:50 Uhr beim drive in gewesen, extra bestellt auf app beeilt und keine menschen seele war da.

Nur zwei Sterne weil die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren. Was das Essen angeht der schlechteste Mc Donalds bei dem ich jemals war. Die Pommes waren komplett ungesalzen und die Burger lätschig. So schlimm, dass ich ihn nicht essen konnte. Echt schade…

Guter Service, bin beeindruckt wie freundlich das Personal ist. Ständig werden die Tische gesäubert. Wenn das Essen an den Tisch gebracht wird, bekommt man immer ein freundliches Lächeln. Ich bin auch in Stoßzeiten da. Kann ich nur empfehlen…

Essen halt Mc. Es gibt 2 Etagen. Ein Mitarbeiter sieht aus wie Kim Jong-un. Die Spielo ist auch nicht weit.. Nur der weg ist etwas verwirrend wenn man sich dort nicht auskennt.

Die Service Qualität langsam unter aller sau in den MC Donald s mitlerweile und sowas von frech die Mitarbeiter. Also kundenfreundlich is anderst.

Total überfüllt gewesen als wir dort gegessen haben. Leider wurde von Personal der obere Bereich nicht geöffnet, obwohl die Leute unten keinen Platz hatten. Es wurde lieber in der Küche „gealbert“.

Leider ist eine Korrektur erforderlich. Muss man den jede Abholung auf Vollständigkeit prüfen? Gibt es keine Sorgfaltspflicht mehr? Auch wenn es nur eine fehlende Apfeltasche ist...

Kein hallo kein tschüss, man bestellt für 3,59€ Eistee und im hohen Sommer ist er nichtmal kühl.
