Burgers are delicious, but I got them almost cold. Clean inside, very kindly personel.

I've never eaten such sweet burgers before 🤢 That was really the last time I ate at this restaurant chain (Burger King)! My picture shows the Whopper for a whopping €6.69...€15 just given away.... Thanks for nothing...

DO NOT buy McFlurry here! You're getting ripped off with this ice cream. The prices for McFlurry's are already very high at €4.50, but the branch here can't do anything about that. But the fact that the ice cream regularly only reaches HALF of the cup is an absolute disgrace. There is also a lot of savings on toppings. It is definitely the rule in Rennerod and no exception. The current McFlurry Edition costs even more (€5!) and is still regularly filled to the center line with economical toppings. When I asked the staff about it, a bit of topping was added, but only after a negative reaction and backbiting from another member of staff. If you want ice cream, it's better to go to Heiligenroth, for example. It's cheaper there and is often full to capacity! Otherwise the food is okay, but the staff is often noticeably disappointing. Several times my food was left on the counter before it was served, so I had to ask. It can happen, but it is noticeable.

Mentally ill bad. Employees very unfriendly and ignorant. Food was inedible several times. But the store looks pretty good from the inside...

The worst Burger King in the Rhein-Neckar district. Burger was completely burnt and black, so we had to wait ages at the drive-thru.

I wanted to order at the counter. Apparently it wasn't possible. A minute later, I was suddenly able to order two at the counter. What the hell is this???

I am absolutely speechless by this fine dining Only the finest ingredients are used here, carefully selected and prepared with love I have to emphasize the quick preparation of the food and the hygienic tables and chairs. Top staff and friendly service Mr. McDonalds was particularly nice I've been going here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

I waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and a side of fries. They should hire more staff. One of the employees is very bored and serves you as if he were the actual boss.

Extremely disappointing experience at Burger King! We were unlucky enough to want to eat here today. After entering our order on the display, the power went out and we had to start over. This happened not once, not twice, but three times in a row! When we finally got our order we were beyond disappointed. The food tasted absolutely crap! The fries had obviously not even been in the deep fryer and were raw. An absolute no-go! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Burger King at this point. One star is really too much for this experience.

No matter whether at the checkout, in the drive-thru or during preparation - you can tell that the team works well together and does its best. The restaurant is clean, well organized and offers a pleasant atmosphere. Kudos to the staff who provide great service with patience and a smile!
