The fast food restaurant has become very expensive.

The Chicken Mc Nuggets were missing. But it was only noticed when I got home. 5 euros for nothing.

Been waiting for a call back from the store manager for almost a week. Got takeaway food last week for €35, it was a complete disaster! Cola was colored sugar water, cheeseburgers were old and the smell was indefinable, as was Big Mac. Was a customer for years, after this campaign it's now over.

Not talking on the phone when you call is rude

As expected in a fast food restaurant, everything was good.

The schnitzel is super, very tasty, two large pancakes plus fries, and a salad, you put it in the box yourself. 18 euros.

Well, the change with the app etc. messed up the concept, unfortunately people can no longer keep up with their work, which puts too much strain on the employees. Otherwise it's just fast food. Every now and then it works

Impossible behavior by employees. When asked what King of the Month is, the answer is: I won't answer that, I'm on break. So friendliness doesn't count in this restaurant! Some people think that because they are the son of the store manager, they can talk to customers however they want. Then you'll be portrayed as if you're lying! Never again Burger King in Dietzenbach.

Very good vegetarian offerings. Friendly staff, not a long waiting time.

EC card payments were not possible in the drive-in. I didn't get the information until I placed my entire order. So I had to go in. I ordered and paid at the terminal and discovered when I got home that one of the fries was missing. I was the only one who ordered and the ladies still couldn't get it done. I have nothing against having fun at work, but the cackles and giggles during preparation ensured that I paid for something I never received. Too bad.
