I was thrilled with my visit to this McDonald's branch. The modern interior is super appealing and invites you to linger. The staff was not only incredibly quick, but also super friendly and helpful. A small technical problem when ordering was resolved immediately without me having to wait long. And the food? Was at the table in no time and tasted excellent. A completely successful visit!

Clean, tidy environment, friendly staff.

No professionalism, Cola tasted like dishwashing liquid, the citizen's meat was fried to death. Definitely not a recommendation, the best thing about the store was definitely the ambience.

Very different depending on the staff present. From ok to total chaos. Some employees are quite snippy. Fries often limp. There's always something missing from the drive bags. If I have time, I prefer to go to Reinbeker McDo.

The toilets were dirty. On a Saturday afternoon only 1 service for cars and the counter is not possible. I waited 18 minutes for 2 burgers. 😬

Food is always half rotten and the fries taste like they were made a week ago. The staff isn't exactly nice either. You don't even need to talk about hygiene, it's not available there

Schade, nach langer Zeit mal wieder Burgerking und wird auch so schnell nicht wieder sein. Lieblos zusammen geklatscht BigBacon kaum Soße und nur 2 Baconstreifen und warm war er auch nicht. Pommes hatten mal gerade 32 Grad der Burger 36. Das dann für mehr als 10 Euro. Bestimmt nicht wieder.

Everything is clean, even the toilet can be used. The food is as you know it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Charging station for electric cars is also available.

One of the better kings in the region. Open until 2300 on weekends and until 2200 on weekdays. Enough parking spaces available. The place is always tidy and usually well cleaned. Food is always prepared quickly and warm.

I was there today, August 12th, 2024 at around 6:30 p.m. and I have to say, that was the twice and the last time I was there. Unfortunately, most of the staff are the last. The first time I come to the ordering counter, the employee has the microphone on and says to me: "Hey old man, I swear I'm totally with you.. yes, wait, I have to place an order here. Burger King here, something is fine ?... Yes first window" I thought oh my God it couldn't get any worse, no price, no demand from a "professional" or even customer friendliness, nothing belongs to the person. After I paid and just saw the person at the payment window, I unfortunately only became more aware of it. Cappi the wrong way up, lying half out of the window... absolutely impossible. Today I was there again... thought it could only have been a coincidence... I come to the counter, a woman's voice: "YES?". (No standard greeting or anything like that)... then when I asked for a drink and fries I had to ask several times because they couldn't understand her because she just couldn't talk. When we had fought our way through, the only thing that came up was “at the window”. Then I just thought for heaven's sake... After I was told there was no cost and the woman just held out her hand to me, I first asked what she would actually get. I took an annoyed breath... "12.99"... paid for it at the next counter and left the store completely. Another lady. Completely ignored the customer, just put the things on the window sill, shouted something in some language to the colleague in the background, had a toothpick in his mouth that was already wet with saliva... worked in the entire area without gloves and had fingernails as if he had them she worked in the garden. I took my order and threw it straight in the trash. So I can only say after the detailed description... stay away from the store. A letter to the franchise will definitely go out and I will check with the health department...

We wanted to grab a bite to eat before going to the cinema on Sunday and checked online to see if the McDonald's was open, as the other snack bars in the Gropiuspassagen are closed on Sundays - according to the internet, the branch is open until 11 p.m. When we arrived on site we discovered that the branch had been closed since December 30th. is closed. The resulting spontaneous stay at Mendoza next door deserves 5 stars

Was there yesterday afternoon. Generally clean tables. Food is good too. The big advantage is that you draw the drink yourself, pay for a drink and then you can drink indefinitely. The ambience isn't the best, it's right on a main street like in a small industrial area, but Burger King can't help it.
