McDonald's in Wentorf bei Hamburg

Very different depending on the staff present. From ok to total chaos. Some employees are quite snippy. Fries often limp. There's always something missing from the drive bags. If I have time, I prefer to go to Reinbeker McDo.

The restaurant was closed but was advertised as being open at 7am and despite the restaurant being closed, orders were being taken via the app.

Since the renovation, I don't think mc is that great anymore

Our favorite branch - again with extremely friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Class!

We have nothing to complain about, but the store wasn't that busy at the time, which was unusual for a Saturday afternoon. Our order was served to the table quickly and without anything missing. Everything was fresh, tasty and to our complete satisfaction. Hot fries, crispy Chicken MC nuggets etc... Friendly and committed staff. There were 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children and we felt comfortable. Keep it up... A small note: please take a walk around and wipe the tables more often, it doesn't take much time, but it makes a better impression when you take a seat...

As McDonald's is, fast, tasty and we were satisfied.

Phew. Every now and then I like to eat a BicMac. I'm going with a friend. Ordered at the panel and paid straight away. Logical. Looking for a table. The store was very busy. Behind the counter there are a number of male staff chatting sociably. We passed the first table because it was totally dirty. Leftover food etc. Past the 2nd table and the same on the 3rd. We took the 4th because it was less drunk than the others. We had ordered with table service. When I delivered it, I asked the gentleman to wipe down the table. I pointed out the other three tables and said I found them really disgusting. (If we hadn't already paid, we would have left the restaurant at table 1. There was no apology or anything like that. And what does the guy do? He sends the only woman in the group to clean the table. Impossible. The shop will never see me again . Really embarrassing!

This is the second time an online order has been canceled despite payment. Manager/staff doesn't help. Complaint filed with operator.

The store was packed to capacity, which is why I don't go that far, but having to wait an hour for your order and then just disappearing on the display board is annoying. But what bothers me more is that not everything is included. There were at least 4 things missing, the extra curly fries were nice but didn't save it. I know I could have gone in and changed that. But I just wanted to go home. After a one-hour tour suddenly became a two-hour one

Store is supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. 7:30am store still closed. Employee entering the store through the staff entrance shakes his head. (Motorcycle driver, still had motorcycle gear on.)

Very cozy branch. Order regularly via the app and have the food brought to the table by the always friendly staff. The branch is clean, never crowded and the milkshakes taste better than any other branch. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately not all products are available, even though they are advertised in this branch. Except for the toilet, this "restaurant" is clean.

Confirmed app order could not be picked up. The employee was rude and very uncooperative.

Rather a worse McDonalds. Ambiance is nice. Ordering at the machine is already standard, although there are at least two too many employees standing around back there. The order came really quickly from a young, stable woman with dark hair. If she keeps shuffling like that, in two days she won't have any tread on the sole of her shoes... she seemed so unmotivated. The current generation doesn't want anything... fries were better somewhere else. My BaconTS burger was very very cold. And the taste wasn't great. I didn't say anything because the standard excuses come anyway. Environmental protection or whatever, but McDonalds...wow. There was a straw for the milkshake (who knows for how long). My Coke was in a very unstable cup. Yes, you can go...but please don't have such high expectations.

Unfortunately, the McDonald's is no longer what it used to be, incorrect delivery three times in a row, something was always forgotten, today I ordered it on site and twice again missed large fries, I'm slowly getting the impression that it's done on purpose. Normally not worth a star.

It could use a little more cleaning. The toilets are super clean. But it's not dirty now either.

Hamburger was very fresh and hot. Fries could have been a little hotter.

Hello dear people. Today I had dinner with a friend in this McDonald's branch in Wentorf at 9:30 p.m. on March 3rd, 2024. When we ordered, the fries unfortunately came very soggy and cold. I then drew the attention of the employee, who was 30-40 years old and dark-skinned. His statement then was that something like that couldn't be the case because they had to stick to a certain number of minutes. I then told the employee that it was just my opinion and my observation. Finally he got very angry and personal and then said I shouldn't lie. After 2 minutes of discussion he brought us a new portion of fries. Unfortunately he went one better and said: Your portion of fries is almost burnt, it's better this way. I was at a loss for words. I had mixed feelings between anger and staying calm. I will never eat at this branch again.

Actually not worth a star... I got square and cold fries... then you go to the front to exchange them and the employee starts discussing with me and my husband... after the discussion we got new fries... the employee has them and brought to the table with the saying, well, they're better now, they're almost burnt...pretty disgusting and cheeky behavior!!!! We will never go there again, it was our last visit!!!!

Rarely visited such a bad McD. Order incorrectly and by that I don't just mean a forgotten thing, hot bags are given out with a sticker on them that says it's been 20 minutes since they were eaten... and I could list more.

Ordered today in the drive and paid at the first counter, the booking was also charged to the account. At the second counter, while waiting for the order, I noticed that the wrong amount had been debited. When I pointed this out to the employee at the second counter, I was cheekily replied that I hadn't paid. When I wanted to show him the confirmed payment, the employee wasn't interested. When I told him he could ask his colleague at the first counter, I was directed to the parking bay with the repeated claim that I hadn't paid. After 10 minutes the employee from the second counter came to my car and gave me a bag with two cheeseburgers and again said I hadn't paid and then just left.

Now far too expensive for the typical mc donalsds quality, a simple classic like the mc rib €5.99 is just sick. A homemade burger with more and fresh meat is cheaper and tastes better

Food was good. Cleanliness of the chairs and tables could be better. Otherwise everything is fine.

Kann ich auf Grund der Mahlzeit auf Schmerzensgeld klagen?

Einfach nur furchtbar....nach ca 3 Jahren noch mal versucht( davor auch schlecht) leider keinerlei Verbesserung. So einen labbrigen Burger hab ich noch bei keinem McDonald's bekommen. Die Warte/Nummernanzeige war auch nicht aktiv und viele Bestellungen, von der Bestellung im Laden, die nach mir bestellt haben, gingen vor mir wieder raus . Ich hatte nur einen Burger und hab 15Min gewartet und es war nicht wirklich was los. Für mich wird es da keine Wiederholung mehr geben. Ich hoffe andere haben bessere Erfahrungen dort gemacht.

Sauberer McDonalds. Schnelle Bedienung durch das eigene Bestellen. Tischservice gab es on top. Der Big Mac war gut. Die Pommes wabbelig u salzig. McDonalds halt.

Typisch McDonald's. Großer Minuspunkt, da keine Cola verfügbar war.

Wie immer sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zügig in der Bedienung. Das Essen ist konstant köstlich.

Alles okay und wie immer alles schnell auf dem Tisch. Hätte mir den Hamburger Roysl TS etwas wärmer gewünscht. War leider nur lauwarm. Die Pommes waren laberig, nicht knusprig cross ...

Ich bin diesmal sehr enttäuscht von diesem McDonald's die schicken Nuggets waren so ekelig in alten zu lange frittierten Fett die Nuggets waren ungenießbar alles andere war sehr lecker

Den aussen Bereich finde ich hier schöner als bei anderen!

Einigermaßen sauberes Schnellrestaurant. Keine Langen Wartezeiten. Bestellungen sind korrekt ausgegeben und gut zubereitet. Saubere Sanitäranlagen!! Für einen McDonalds sehr zu empfehlen, netter Service:)

Also fangen wir beim Essen an, Ich finde allgemein das Essen bei mc donalds hat gewaltig nachgelassen, liegt wohl an den neuen herstellungs Methoden und Rezepturen, von der mc donalds kette. Bürger nicht heiß, die Soßen schmecken nach essig ,Käse nicht zerlaufen. Und das Brot wie auf gepumpt, keine Ahnung was da drinnen ist. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und der Laden sehr sauber. Also man kann bequem dort essen gehen, das Essen ist für mc donald's art eher sehr gut ein zu stufen, es gibt da ganz andere mc Donald's läden wo ich kein fuss rein setzen würde.

Hi, habe mit meinem Mann in Wentorf bei Hamburg beii McDonalds gegessen und meine Coupons aus der App genutzt. 2für 5€, Der Ts+mittlerweile. 🍟, war lecker 😋 .

Als ich da war, so gegen 11 Uhr, war der Laden ganz leer, dachte die haben zu, war aber nicht, jetzt habe ich seit langem, mal ganz heißes Essen frisch bekommen, schmeckt viel besser.

Haben schon in anderen Mc Donalds Filialen besser gegessen. Die Burger und Pommes waren sehr labberig. Das Ambiente war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war freundlich.

Der MC Donalds! Einzigartig besonders! Wie alle anderen auch.

Der neue Eisshake ist sehr lecker. Hier in Wentdorf sind die Toiletten sauber, die Geschirrablagen geleert und das Restaurant sauber (außer einige Fettflecke auf dem Tisch). Besser als die meisten in Hamburg.

So ein schlechter Laden. Es war nichts los und die Mitarbeiter haben es nicht geschafft, die Liste ordentlich abzuarbeiten, sodass uns eine Pommes gefehlt hat! Sonst kontrolliere ich immer die Bestellung, da es in Wentorf schon häufig vorgekommen ist, dass was fehlt! Besonders mit hungrigen Kindern und wenn das Spielzeug aus dem Happy Meal fehlt, ist das Geschrei groß!!! Fürchterlich! Dann fahre ich das nächste mal doch einfach nach Reinbek oder Bergedorf! Zudem hat Wentorf viele Angebote wie Frozen Joghurt und häufig auch Salat nicht. Wentorf ist und bleibt die schlechteste Filiale, die ich kenne!

Im Vergleich zu den anderen Filialen in Bergedorf und Umgebung ist diese meine favorisierte Anlaufstelle. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Bedienung schnell und letztens war mein Essen zuhause sogar noch richtig heiß ;-P Wer McDonalds braucht, ist hier gut bedient!

Relativ ruhiges Plätzchen für einen Mc Donald mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Parkplatz des benachbarten Möbelhauses.
