McDonald's in Wentorf bei Hamburg

Many thanks to this wonderful employee who, on a Sunday lunchtime, despite being alone with his "cook," served a group of 17 orders with such friendliness. Thoughtful and friendly, even though he was surely under stress. The food, however, is just a lukewarm burger with unmelted cheese.

I ordered 6 nuggets... but then I got these cheesy things, very disappointing... after that I ordered a McWrap and it didn't even have nuggets in it, but my friend's did (we had the same one).

I ordered a cappuccino and it wasn't just hot, it was scalding hot, so hot that I burned my tongue and was in pain for many days afterwards. That's unacceptable.

Worst McDonald's ever!!! I got a Big Mac, a Fish Mac, and nine Chicken Nuggets from the drive-thru this evening at 7 PM. Even though I ate just a few meters away in my car, everything was barely lukewarm. The Fish Mac was so badly filled that only half the toppings were on the bottom half of the bun; the rest was hanging over the edge. There was hardly any sauce on it either. The McNuggets packaging was open, and half the nuggets were loose in the bag. And for that, I paid over €18?! Honestly: Never again!!!!

The burger was good and fresh, but the drinks were half full. Despite complaining, we were ignored by a rude, colored shift manager.

I don't know how anyone can give McDonald's 5 stars. The fries, no matter where you are, are never crispy and rarely warm. Instead, they're reliably soggy. Today I tried the Big Mac, and it arrived very lukewarm. The meat looked so old, like the slices had been sitting around for a few hours. That's actually strange, considering it was pretty busy on a Sunday at 6:00 PM. A shame. The only good things are the milkshake and coffee.

Sticky floors in the restaurant and restrooms; cold fries (no matter when you eat there); sauces are only sweet/sour, special requests for burgers are ignored but have to be paid for...

Very clean, food was prepared quickly and freshly. Prices are comparable to anywhere else. Parking is large and there are plenty of free spaces, a large children's playground, and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the young lady at the drive-thru didn't speak German, and the shift manager was completely overwhelmed. I understand that it's difficult to find good staff, but at least put someone in customer contact who at least understands you. This store is truly terrible when it comes to speed and accuracy.

We were there and were treated very rudely at the McDrive. The colleague who was working that evening was so disrespectful that we sent a complaint to headquarters, including a photo and a detailed description of the situation. Head office simply wrote back saying they would forward it to the franchisee. The franchisee responded shortly afterward, but tried to downplay everything. My family and I are now giving this branch a wide berth. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've been to this McDonald's several times now and have always been impressed. This was the first time I've had really hot fries, freshly made burgers, and always enough food. I'm happy to wait an extra two minutes for that. The staff has always been friendly. So, a truly positive experience for McDonald's! I'll be happy to come back.

Never again at Wentorf McS. Ordered takeaway, ordered three Cokes, forgot one, called to let them know... two were zero and one was regular... got three regular Cokes! Forgot the 6-pack nuggets! Then at home, when I ate, there were hairs in my fries. Absolutely disgusting, never again.

Dear McDonald's team, I noticed a few issues. The fries were bad and the nuggets were good. However, a dark-skinned, hard-to-understand foreigner yelled at us to throw away our trash because we were apparently making everything dirty. However, we never did anything or left anything behind. Ich habe über Lieferando eine Bestellung in diesem McDonald’s aufgegeben. Ich habe 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Am Ende wurde angezeigt, dass die Bestellung zugestellt wurde – aber ich habe nichts erhalten! Das Geld wurde einbehalten. Ich habe 8 Mal versucht anzurufen – der Anruf wird jedes Mal einfach weggedrückt.

One of the employees was completely incompetent and rude! We ordered online. Half of our order wasn't delivered at all. After we called, they argued that they certainly hadn't forgotten anything. After a short discussion, we were told that the missing items would be delivered. After waiting for 30 minutes, we called a second time. We were understandably annoyed. The employee on the phone just laughed at us and said the driver was leaving now. After waiting another 15 minutes, we drove off ourselves. When we got there, the employee in question had already finished work. The boss didn't know anything about it, so the employee in question had no intention of delivering the missing order. The boss replaced the entire order and apologized. 3 stars just for that reason, otherwise I wouldn't have even wanted to give it 1 star! We hope the employee in question gets another talking to!

The food wasn't particularly well presented. Everything was generally very dirty. There was no McCafé.

This was the best McDonald's so far. The burgers were freshly prepared and the staff was really friendly. We were a little lucky; they gave us a small freebie. 😊

Unfortunately it wasn't that great. Food came late, was already cold, wrong and only because he typed the wrong number... We had never experienced it there before. The service was probably overwhelmed due to the rush (sports groups).. It's a shame, everyone was hungry and accepted it

Sunday lunchtime and luckily (for us) there was nothing going on. With me a total of 3 order customers. 2 ice creams, 1x fries and a Happy Meal take just 13 minutes. I really have nothing against employee training and even a short conversation between colleagues... that has to be done, no problem... but really, that really took too long for me. How much time does it take if the house is full? Unfortunately, the fries weren't great either...please take another look at them. The new employee really tried hard and looked over the edge of the table. Filled up balloons, took used dishes with us on the way back, that was great. Thank you very much

Honestly, worse every time. We have had the experience of getting the wrong burger THREE TIMES now! Instead, something we didn't order. If you bring it up, you will only be treated unkindly, as if it were your own fault. It's no fun anymore!

Today I ordered a Mac Rösti in the drive in. Since it is always a bit dry, I order a small dollop of extra sauce at every McDonald's. This resulted in the waitress telling me that she couldn't book this extra dollop of sauce into the system and therefore I couldn't get it. When I suggested a compromise that she could book a mayonnaise, she replied that that would lead to errors in the inventory. After I asked for the manager, she told me that he wouldn't say anything else. Because I was extremely hungry, I decided to eat the dry burger.

Wir waren zweimal im Dezember da zum Abendessen und die beiden Tage waren wir absolut unzufrieden, weil das Essen richtig fettig war und wir dachten das erste Mal, dass es vielleicht einmal passiert ist aber das letzte Mal auch genauso. So ein Sandwich haben wir nie bei McDonald gegessen. Deshalb gehen wir nie wieder zu diesem Restaurant in Wentorf.

OK, it's McD. The question is, when do you want to eat something and at what price/performance ratio? I was hungry, the store was open...so I went in. Food was really good that evening. Operation OK, speed OK, cleanliness also OK. My expectations of a McD have been fulfilled...Unfortunately, yesterday I had to wait 24 minutes for the food I ordered to be delivered to my table, according to the order slip... You can no longer call this a fast food restaurant. An employee at the service counter...?

Very different depending on the staff present. From ok to total chaos. Some employees are quite snippy. Fries often limp. There's always something missing from the drive bags. If I have time, I prefer to go to Reinbeker McDo.

The restaurant was closed but was advertised as being open at 7am and despite the restaurant being closed, orders were being taken via the app.

We have nothing to complain about, but the store wasn't that busy at the time, which was unusual for a Saturday afternoon. Our order was served to the table quickly and without anything missing. Everything was fresh, tasty and to our complete satisfaction. Hot fries, crispy Chicken MC nuggets etc... Friendly and committed staff. There were 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children and we felt comfortable. Keep it up... A small note: please take a walk around and wipe the tables more often, it doesn't take much time, but it makes a better impression when you take a seat...

Phew. Every now and then I like to eat a BicMac. I'm going with a friend. Ordered at the panel and paid straight away. Logical. Looking for a table. The store was very busy. Behind the counter there are a number of male staff chatting sociably. We passed the first table because it was totally dirty. Leftover food etc. Past the 2nd table and the same on the 3rd. We took the 4th because it was less drunk than the others. We had ordered with table service. When I delivered it, I asked the gentleman to wipe down the table. I pointed out the other three tables and said I found them really disgusting. (If we hadn't already paid, we would have left the restaurant at table 1. There was no apology or anything like that. And what does the guy do? He sends the only woman in the group to clean the table. Impossible. The shop will never see me again . Really embarrassing!

This is the second time an online order has been canceled despite payment. Manager/staff doesn't help. Complaint filed with operator.

The store was packed to capacity, which is why I don't go that far, but having to wait an hour for your order and then just disappearing on the display board is annoying. Very cozy branch. Order regularly via the app and have the food brought to the table by the always friendly staff. The branch is clean, never crowded and the milkshakes taste better than any other branch. Clear recommendation!

Rather a worse McDonalds. Ambiance is nice. Ordering at the machine is already standard, although there are at least two too many employees standing around back there. The order came really quickly from a young, stable woman with dark hair. If she keeps shuffling like that, in two days she won't have any tread on the sole of her shoes... she seemed so unmotivated. The current generation doesn't want anything... fries were better somewhere else. My BaconTS burger was very very cold. And the taste wasn't great. I didn't say anything because the standard excuses come anyway. Environmental protection or whatever, but McDonalds...wow. There was a straw for the milkshake (who knows for how long). My Coke was in a very unstable cup. Yes, you can go...but please don't have such high expectations.

Hello dear people. Today I had dinner with a friend in this McDonald's branch in Wentorf at 9:30 p.m. on March 3rd, 2024. When we ordered, the fries unfortunately came very soggy and cold. I then drew the attention of the employee, who was 30-40 years old and dark-skinned. His statement then was that something like that couldn't be the case because they had to stick to a certain number of minutes. I then told the employee that it was just my opinion and my observation. Finally he got very angry and personal and then said I shouldn't lie. After 2 minutes of discussion he brought us a new portion of fries. Unfortunately he went one better and said: Your portion of fries is almost burnt, it's better this way. I was at a loss for words. I had mixed feelings between anger and staying calm. I will never eat at this branch again.

I got square and cold fries... then you go to the front to exchange them and the employee starts discussing with me and my husband... after the discussion we got new fries... the employee has them and brought to the table with the saying, well, they're better now, they're almost burnt...pretty disgusting and cheeky behavior!!!! We will never go there again, it was our last visit!!!!

Rarely visited such a bad McD. Order incorrectly and by that I don't just mean a forgotten thing, hot bags are given out with a sticker on them that says it's been 20 minutes since they were eaten... and I could list more.

Ordered today in the drive and paid at the first counter, the booking was also charged to the account. At the second counter, while waiting for the order, I noticed that the wrong amount had been debited. When I pointed this out to the employee at the second counter, I was cheekily replied that I hadn't paid. When I wanted to show him the confirmed payment, the employee wasn't interested. When I told him he could ask his colleague at the first counter, I was directed to the parking bay with the repeated claim that I hadn't paid. After 10 minutes the employee from the second counter came to my car and gave me a bag with two cheeseburgers and again said I hadn't paid and then just left.

Now far too expensive for the typical mc donalsds quality, a simple classic like the mc rib €5.99 is just sick. A homemade burger with more and fresh meat is cheaper and tastes better

Einfach nur furchtbar....nach ca 3 Jahren noch mal versucht( davor auch schlecht) leider keinerlei Verbesserung. So einen labbrigen Burger hab ich noch bei keinem McDonald's bekommen. Die Warte/Nummernanzeige war auch nicht aktiv und viele Bestellungen, von der Bestellung im Laden, die nach mir bestellt haben, gingen vor mir wieder raus . Ich hatte nur einen Burger und hab 15Min gewartet und es war nicht wirklich was los. Für mich wird es da keine Wiederholung mehr geben. Ich hoffe andere haben bessere Erfahrungen dort gemacht.

Sauberer McDonalds. Schnelle Bedienung durch das eigene Bestellen. Tischservice gab es on top. Der Big Mac war gut. Die Pommes wabbelig u salzig. McDonalds halt.

Typisch McDonald's. Großer Minuspunkt, da keine Cola verfügbar war.

Wie immer sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zügig in der Bedienung. Das Essen ist konstant köstlich.
