Simply awful, the food was cold. When I asked, I was told they would heat it up in the microwave. Then they would refill it with spicy beef, so I went to the buffet. It was also only lukewarm. It was taken from the counter and heated up in the microwave. Simply awful, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

A request to try the chocolate sauce, because it tasted sour, and the salmon... which seemed to have died the second time... once during the catch and later during the preparation... Triggered the following comment... yeah, yeah, eating a lot for little money and then leaving it all on the plate and saying the food isn't good... the service employee deserves an Oscar for that smile. Unfortunately, the food isn't any good... you can't make up for poor quality with a smile. We were then also fined 10 euros... because the food wasn't finished and we had to leave a lot of plates... We enjoyed eating there, but the last two times we weren't happy at all. The food isn't replenished, you have to wait, and as soon as the baked chicken is refilled, it's already sold out because the portions are simply too small! My daughter and I spent lunch at this restaurant today. It wasn't our first visit—we've been coming here for many years. As always: an all-you-can-eat buffet—and I have to say, nothing has changed in years, at least not for the worse. The service is very friendly—the staff always makes sure drinks are at the table, and used dishes are cleared away quickly. The food is excellent. Today, I was particularly surprised by the grilled fish and shrimp—truly masterfully prepared by the chef. The buffet dishes were also, as always, well-prepared and carefully prepared. The sushi was delicious! At the end, we were given a small shot on the house—a nice farewell gesture. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

We were there on a Sunday and despite the small number of guests at this small mini buffet they still couldn't keep up with refilling hot dishes. Most of it was cold or lukewarm. The drinks are way overpriced. €26 for the buffet is not worth the money. On top of that it's pretty dirty there; if you sit by the window you can see the dirty floors and the dirty radiators. They need to clean it up, it doesn't look very appetizing. We won't be coming back and you can't recommend it either. For the same price there are Asian restaurants that include drinks. But we wanted to try something different and unfortunately we were disappointed.

We followed the recommendation of friends and acquaintances and tried the restaurant. And we actually stayed there just once! Positive: There was a good selection of "hot" and cold dishes. The pasta tasted like it was from lunch (they were just trying to keep it warm), they only refilled it when it got busy (they could have at least added small portions), the floor at the tables was beyond dirty (leftover food, a good amount of various hairs, etc.), and it definitely wasn't just from one day. The buffet also had coffee to go from a bakery. So, in terms of hygiene, there was more than just a little room for improvement. Why this place was recommended to us is actually a mystery to us; every delivery service so far has managed to deliver the food warmer, and they had a much longer route than we did from the buffet to the table.

Unfortunately it's getting quite old, you can tell by the furnishings, there's little damage everywhere and there's just nothing that "nice" about it. The male waitress was quite unfriendly towards me/us. We didn't do anything except ask for a table and behaved normally like everyone else, but we weren't greeted, were ignored several times when the condition was mentioned even though eye contact was made, the neighboring tables were regularly asked if everything was okay and tastes good (but not once for us). It all seemed very strange to me. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good either and we both had stomach aches after we left the store. We won't be coming back and think it's a shame that the shop is now in such a state.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! First: false advertising! The restaurant is nothing like the pictures. There was absolutely no sushi available (only cucumber and avocado rolls), no raw meat to grill, and just a few "Chinese food" options. Second: the limited options were also disgusting! I'm not a person who writes negative reviews or any reviews for that matter, but this restaurant's "star rating" (4 stars on the date of this post) just left me feeling really deceived after a disastrous eating experience. The restaurant is bland and not very appealing, but the food is always what I look forward to, so I just ignored my surroundings and proceeded to the "Buffet". I saw some pictures on Google and I got to say they were VERY deceiving. By looking at it again after the meal I gotta say maybe half was not there, and the advertised sushi was not in sight. I tried a little of all the items and was very disappointed with the taste of every dish, greasy and with the only spice in sight being salt. During my meal I was treated to the soothing sounds of staff arguing and bickering at each other and with other tables that I assume we're friends. And after I left some pieces of jello on my plate ( that had the delightful taste of chemicals and a hint of cherry ) I too was treated to a barrage of shaming and threats of a 5€ tax on 80 cents worth of food. Now a full hour after the experience, as I'm writing this review I feel my stomach regretting my decision of entering this restaurant. Our server was pretty nice however.

Since we were no longer satisfied almost 4 years ago, we wanted to give it another chance today. What should we say? It was worse than back then. Mass instead of class! We had a buffet with “live cooking” for €26 per person. The sauces are already forming crusts and the quality of the meat is very poor! Even ice cream and desserts can hardly be enjoyed at all. All in all not recommended at all.

Some dishes were recommended to me. There are also an incredible amount of fresh vegetables that you can have prepared. Unfortunately, I found pieces of scrambled eggs in my food. When I asked if the dishes were made with eggs, the answer was yes! I politely explained to the waiter that vegan also meant not using eggs. He apologized and offered to make the dish vegan. I found that unfortunate, but what else could I have done? So, if you eat there, ask carefully whether the vegetarian dishes are prepared without eggs, milk, honey, etc. The meaning of “vegan” is still not known everywhere. It was simply a misunderstanding and I don't want to discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant. We felt comfortable, ate well, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

We were scammed for around €80-90 This year, another family member's birthday was celebrated there. The food wasn't very tasty. The chicken was rubbery. The desserts were of the worst kind. Chocolate sauce probably made from the cheapest chocolate on the market (no chocolate taste, just chemicals) The vegetables were hard. The service wasn't very nice. Someone did not teach them that when working in a restaurant among themselves, waiters in the room should use a language that is understandable to the guests, but they communicated in their own way. Every now and then they asked if we could give them anything else. And yet the ordered drink arrived not as expected. The grilled food was not prepared properly and not seasoned. I don't recommend it. I thought that after a year something would change, but I was wrong.

The food was normal, although not much was asked for, the staff was also normal except for one waitress who was about 50 years old. We had time from 1:00pm to 6:00pm and when this waitress came to my brother's house at 5:40pm and started complaining that they weren't getting more food. I told her that we still had 20 minutes, she said that you can no longer order food, only drinks. Afterwards my uncle paid the bill, but when we left the restaurant, this waitress became rude and started saying: "We don't even have time to serve other customers and could you give us a small tip otherwise we would get it." not much money here. Even though this waitress didn't serve at all and only the boys served, I give one star just for this staff.

In any case, we had all left the Shi Take behind. And then the waitress wanted us to pay, i.e. the amount you pay if you give back too much. That tends to be great. They would get soggy when I said that they all lacked the sauce and they were also raw. Then she said the sauce is on the buffet...I am a trained chef and know that Shi Take should be well cooked. I let the service person know that too. Then there's the fact that the beans on the buffet aren't cooked through either, although green beans are poisonous when eaten raw. All three of us had diarrhea that night. It used to work, but today. Never again. And the volume is terrible. The pushing of the chairs, the conversations, the clattering...

The children scurrying around were an additional burden/challenge for the very clear, severely understaffed staff. But this is probably also due to the lack of staff, because the preparation there got completely out of control. The performance fell far short of the price...probably in Asia. 😕🫢 I felt like I was in good hands with the desserts. A final tip...go to the Peking duck in Schwerin...they also have a number of exotic types of meat (I hadn't found that here either) and the preparation is also very good. I wish you much success in implementing the good advice......

Eher enttäuschend. Das Buffet ist ok, mehr nicht. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Restaurants sehr kleines Buffet und eher untere Qualität, dafür sehr teuer. Sushi war scheinbar ungekühlt, nur mit Gemüse oder Surimi, nichts mit Fisch. So zog es sich durch alle Bereiche. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Schönes Asiatisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommend Personal. Eine gute Auswahl von Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und Desserts. Nur leider ist das Essen nicht mehr wirklich heiß. Aber es lohnt sich. Komme bestimmt mal wieder.

Im Vergleich: trotz des kleinsten Buffets überhaupt war das Personal ziemlich gestresst. Wir durften nur große Getränke bestellen und es war relativ teuer. Natürlich weiß ich nicht was die Mieten usw kosten in Wentorf aber ich fand es nicht so toll. Was an Essen da war, war sehr lecker, doch die Auswahl war wirklich klein. Vorallem was den Nachtisch angeht war es mehr als übersichtlich.

Essen ansich gut und ausreichend abwechslungsreich.Im Grunde eben 0815 Asia Buffet, wie man es überall zu hauf findet. ABER: Der Kellner kommt, während wir mitten Beim Essen sind an und fragt im Vorbeigehen, ob wir Bar oder mit Karte zahlen.Dauerhaft hat man das Gefühl, die wollen einen schnell loswerden, damit der Tisch frei wird.Als Krönung bekommt man dann erst eine Quittung, Wohlgemerkt bei Barzahlung, wenn man ausdrücklich drum bittet.

Wir waren seit langem Mal wieder zum Mittagessen dort. Es war lecker, und die Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich. Nur das Restaurant ist ein wenig hallenmäßig.
