I'm not a person who writes negative reviews or any reviews for that matter, but this restaurant's "star rating" (4 stars on the date of this post) just left me feeling really deceived after a disastrous eating experience. The restaurant is bland and not very appealing, but the food is always what I look forward to, so I just ignored my surroundings and proceeded to the "Buffet". I saw some pictures on Google and I got to say they were VERY deceiving. By looking at it again after the meal I gotta say maybe half was not there, and the advertised sushi was not in sight. I tried a little of all the items and was very disappointed with the taste of every dish, greasy and with the only spice in sight being salt. During my meal I was treated to the soothing sounds of staff arguing and bickering at each other and with other tables that I assume we're friends. And after I left some pieces of jello on my plate ( that had the delightful taste of chemicals and a hint of cherry ) I too was treated to a barrage of shaming and threats of a 5€ tax on 80 cents worth of food. Now a full hour after the experience, as I'm writing this review I feel my stomach regretting my decision of entering this restaurant. Our server was pretty nice however.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! First: false advertising! The restaurant is nothing like the pictures. There was absolutely no sushi available (only cucumber and avocado rolls), no raw meat to grill, and just a few "Chinese food" options. Second: the limited options were also disgusting! They were tasteless and dry, as if they had been cooked days ago and simply reheated. Even the fried chicken, one of the most basic dishes to prepare, was dry and greasy. This is the worst food I've ever been served in a "restaurant". Third: the dessert options were a joke. Even the jelly was terrible and tasted like chemicals! Fourth and worst of all: the staff member was incredibly rude and loud. She was constantly talking at a high volume and complaining to everyone (both staff and customers) since the moment we arrived. When we decided to leave, we had a few pieces of jelly left on our plates (because, as I mentioned, it was absolutely disgusting!) and this woman came to our table and yelled at us so the whole restaurant could hear, saying we would have to pay an extra 5€ each for leaving "food" on our plates. She claimed we shouldn't take so much food if we weren't going to eat it. ... We’re talking about three pieces of disgusting jelly here! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Never again! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Since we were no longer satisfied almost 4 years ago, we wanted to give it another chance today. What should we say? It was worse than back then. Mass instead of class! We had a buffet with “live cooking” for €26 per person. The sauces are already forming crusts and the quality of the meat is very poor! Even ice cream and desserts can hardly be enjoyed at all. All in all not recommended at all.

At best, a lunch table should be an expertise in order to eat a little more extensively in the evening. This was going backwards. Sushi without a shred of fish. Sauces in buckets covered in skin, which - if you could bring yourself to do it - had to be stirred in first. Baked chicken oozing with fat. The entire food (!) was lukewarm at best. Some of the rice is already hard on the sticky surface. Worst quality. Bad service. The waitress who picked us up initially forgot to book a drink and, in her stress, started using first-name terms with me. Overall, no recommendation, neither for the lunch menu, which is extremely overpriced given the quality, nor even for an evening for two. First and last time. If you think you've had a good meal here, you should definitely go somewhere else.

Been here for a small family celebration. The service was very good and the food was delicious. The buffet offered was very extensive.

Price performance doesn't fit at all Meat and fish for frying are sometimes extremely dark and fish smells unpleasant. Everything else is the cheapest you can offer. There were already some dead flies on the fruit. I definitely wouldn't go there again

My goal with this review is to give a little hint! To everyone who eats a cruelty-free diet! I had dinner here with friends (all-you-ca-n-eat). I asked the staff what vegan dishes they had. Some dishes were recommended to me. There are also an incredible amount of fresh vegetables that you can have prepared. Unfortunately, I found pieces of scrambled eggs in my food. When I asked if the dishes were made with eggs, the answer was yes! I politely explained to the waiter that vegan also meant not using eggs. He apologized and offered to make the dish vegan. I found that unfortunate, but what else could I have done? So, if you eat there, ask carefully whether the vegetarian dishes are prepared without eggs, milk, honey, etc. The meaning of “vegan” is still not known everywhere. It was simply a misunderstanding and I don't want to discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant. We felt comfortable, ate well, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

It was once again totally delicious, friendly staff and the buffet was always freshly refilled. You could enjoy your meal in peace. What's off-putting is that for two people and one drink each you can easily pay €60. I know everything has become more expensive. Still, it's worth it every now and then.

It's actually a very good shop, but lately the food is only lukewarm and gets cold very quickly on the plate. My favorite dishes were therefore less edible than usual. Please make sure to improve them and I'll come back :)

Hello. We were there for the second time. I don't recommend it. A year ago we were there for my wife's birthday. We were scammed for around €80-90 This year, another family member's birthday was celebrated there. The food wasn't very tasty. The chicken was rubbery. The desserts were of the worst kind. Chocolate sauce probably made from the cheapest chocolate on the market (no chocolate taste, just chemicals) The vegetables were hard. The service wasn't very nice. Someone did not teach them that when working in a restaurant among themselves, waiters in the room should use a language that is understandable to the guests, but they communicated in their own way. Every now and then they asked if we could give them anything else. And yet the ordered drink arrived not as expected. The grilled food was not prepared properly and not seasoned. I don't recommend it. I thought that after a year something would change, but I was wrong.

We were at the restaurant after my birthday with 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was to our satisfaction. I particularly noticed the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely make the long journey again and come back! Thanks again for the spin-off, that was super nice!

Today I paid €117 for 2 people and 2 children. It wasn't anything tasty. Everything greasy, little choice, old dishes, unhygienic. For dessert there are rolls at LIDL. I stayed with the family for 40 minutes. is not worth it

Lunch as a buffet for €14.90 with a good price/performance ratio. The selection is sufficient and it is replenished regularly. What I really liked was that the duck in the buffet didn't just consist of breading and fat. I haven't had such good duck in a buffet for a long time. Otherwise there is also sushi, cakes, ice cream and even small bowls of sweets. The ambience is good and you like sitting here. It's actually quite crowded here at lunchtime. The buffet has become a real mass fare. If you even let the meat fry, you get the meat and something from a foreign dish mixed in, for example shrimp. Price performance is not right at all.

Hello everyone, on Saturday we celebrated my grandmother's birthday. The food was normal, although not much was asked for, the staff was also normal except for one waitress who was about 50 years old. We had time from 1:00pm to 6:00pm and when this waitress came to my brother's house at 5:40pm and started complaining that they weren't getting more food. I told her that we still had 20 minutes, she said that you can no longer order food, only drinks. Afterwards my uncle paid the bill, but when we left the restaurant, this waitress became rude and started saying: "We don't even have time to serve other customers and could you give us a small tip otherwise we would get it." not much money here. Even though this waitress didn't serve at all and only the boys served, I give one star just for this staff.

We took the buffet. More glutamate is probably not possible. Then we had 2 different meats and vegetables prepared. Both were bland, because there was no sauce. We had Thai once and another selection. We put the corresponding brackets on the plates. We all had shi take and all were barely cooked. It's still hard to get over the broccoli or the mushrooms. In any case, we had all left the Shi Take behind. And then the waitress wanted us to pay, i.e. the amount you pay if you give back too much. That tends to be great. They would get soggy when I said that they all lacked the sauce and they were also raw. Then she said the sauce is on the buffet...I am a trained chef and know that Shi Take should be well cooked. I let the service person know that too. Then there's the fact that the beans on the buffet aren't cooked through either, although green beans are poisonous when eaten raw. All three of us had diarrhea that night. It used to work, but today. Never again. And the volume is terrible. The pushing of the chairs, the conversations, the clattering...

Unfortunately, many other families also came up with the idea of ​​eating there at Christmas. Accordingly, it was very crowded and consequently very loud. The children scurrying around were an additional burden/challenge for the very clear, severely understaffed staff. It is therefore not surprising that the first drinks were only brought after 40 minutes. The replenishment then took a similar time. The food was ok, 👌 but not a culinary delight either. But this is probably also due to the lack of staff, because the preparation there got completely out of control. Partly burnt or raw, carelessly slapped onto the plate, according to the motto "Eat bird or die". The performance fell far short of the price...probably in Asia. 😕🫢 I felt like I was in good hands with the desserts. A final tip...go to the Peking duck in Schwerin...they also have a number of exotic types of meat (I hadn't found that here either) and the preparation is also very good. I wish you much success in implementing the good advice......

Eher enttäuschend. Das Buffet ist ok, mehr nicht. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Restaurants sehr kleines Buffet und eher untere Qualität, dafür sehr teuer. Sushi war scheinbar ungekühlt, nur mit Gemüse oder Surimi, nichts mit Fisch. So zog es sich durch alle Bereiche. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Top Essen, schneller Service und guter Preis

Schönes Asiatisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommend Personal. Eine gute Auswahl von Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und Desserts. Nur leider ist das Essen nicht mehr wirklich heiß. Aber es lohnt sich. Komme bestimmt mal wieder.

Im Vergleich: trotz des kleinsten Buffets überhaupt war das Personal ziemlich gestresst. Wir durften nur große Getränke bestellen und es war relativ teuer. Natürlich weiß ich nicht was die Mieten usw kosten in Wentorf aber ich fand es nicht so toll. Was an Essen da war, war sehr lecker, doch die Auswahl war wirklich klein. Vorallem was den Nachtisch angeht war es mehr als übersichtlich.

Ich bin positiv überrascht, Essen war sehr gut und die Auswahl war überwältigend .Service ist super und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Tolles Ambiente, Personal ist sehr freundlich und es geht sehr flott. Empfehlung!!!

Die Auswahl beim Buffet ist nicht so groß.

Essen ansich gut und ausreichend abwechslungsreich.Im Grunde eben 0815 Asia Buffet, wie man es überall zu hauf findet. ABER: Der Kellner kommt, während wir mitten Beim Essen sind an und fragt im Vorbeigehen, ob wir Bar oder mit Karte zahlen.Dauerhaft hat man das Gefühl, die wollen einen schnell loswerden, damit der Tisch frei wird.Als Krönung bekommt man dann erst eine Quittung, Wohlgemerkt bei Barzahlung, wenn man ausdrücklich drum bittet.

Wir waren seit langem Mal wieder zum Mittagessen dort. Es war lecker, und die Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich. Nur das Restaurant ist ein wenig hallenmäßig.

Excellentes, ausreichendes Buffet mit frischen Speisen, die auch ständig aufgefüllt werden. Es könnte bisl heißer sein. 5€ müssen gezahlt werden, wenn nicht aufgegessen wird, also kleine Portionen auffüllen. Show Cooking wird ebenfalls angeboten mit einer tollen Soßenauswahl. Bedienung kompetent. Ambiente super. Toiletten sauber, allerdings etwas veraltet. Preisleistungsverhältnis OK (grosses Buffet 23€ pro Person) Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir sind schon seit Jahren Stammkunden und das Essen war bis jetzt immer super lecker und frisch. Das Personal sehr freundlich, schnell und gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist gross und für jeden was dabei. Dieses Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen.

Das Ambiente ist schön, der Service schnell und freundlich. Das Essen war lecker, größtenteils. Dafür bekam es mir überhaupt nicht, Durchfall, erbrechen, Magenschmerzen. Keine Ahnung was da los ist, aber es ist leider nicht das erste Mal das ich diese Erfahrung mache.

Das neutrale bufete passt auch in jedes andere ambiente, man muss dann nur den namen aendern.

Waren vor paar Tagen dort zum Abendbuffet. Personal sehr nett, leider war das Essen vom Buffet lauwarm bis kalt, was beim Essen leider nicht so toll war. Auf dem Boden lagen viele Zettel von den Glückskeksen die nicht aufgehoben worden waren. Musik im Hintergrund wäre nett gewesen. War leider das letzte Mal für uns dort. Schade für so einen guten Standort

Abendbuffet kostet dank Merkel, Ampel und von der Leyen mittlerweile 23€. Essen ist gut, Auswahl ist groß genug. Man kann hier live braten lassen. Sushi haben mir heute besonders gut geschmeckt und dass obwohl ich eigentlich kein Fan davon bin. Wenn man Lust auf einen Chinesen hat, dann macht man hier nichts verkehrt.

Das asiatische Buffetrestaurant ist einfach fantastisch! Das Essen ist köstlich und vielfältig, mit einer breiten Auswahl an Gerichten aus verschiedenen asiatischen Küchen. Die Qualität und Frische der Zutaten sind beeindruckend. Der Service ist ebenfalls hervorragend, das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr unfreundlich das Personal essen ist schlimmer als im Imbiss versalzen Zuviel gewürzt Fleisch ist wie Gummi Nachtisch ist Schrott Dosen Obst und Supermarkt Torte Personal sehen wie zwangsarbeiter aus China aus ich verstehe nicht wie man so eine n laden führen kann mit so ein Personal und so ein Essen Pfui und nie wieder kann ich keinen empfehlen macht einen weiten Bogen von diesen laden das ist kein Essen nicht mal mein Hund würde de das Essen

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Essen war OK. Leider war kein Sushi vorhanden. Es wurde selten nachgefüllt. So war es wie ein Reste Essen. Personal war nicht wirklich höflich. Die Toiletten waren der reinste Schweinestall, Essensreste im Waschbecken und das Toilettenpapier lag auf dem Boden. Früher war es besser… Also keine Empfehlung!

Das Asia Buffet am Mittag ist einfach der Hammer. Reiche Auswahl, immer wieder nachgefüllt. Zudem Kleine Sushi Auswahl. Salatbuffet ist toll, extra saucen, auch Ketchup und Mayo wenn die Kinder nicht so auf Asia stehen. Ein mega Angebot für knapp 10 €. Super. Abend kannman aus noch mehr Auswahl sich direkt was zubereiten lassen... live cooking. Für mich gibts noichts besseres. Soviel Abwechslung und reichhaltigkeit für einen mehr als angemessenn aber dabei günstigen Preis. TOP... gehe ich immer wieder hin!

Lust, sich mit Essen von einem lauwarmen Asia-Buffet in nicht überzeugender Qualität die Laune zu verderben? Und sich ab 21:45 Uhr von lautem Abräumgeklapper nerven und quasi hinauskomplimentieren zu lassen? Dann ab ins Bamboo nach Wentorf – dem Nachfolger des "Mongolei". Okay – die Auswahl war reichlich, aber im unteren Qualitätsbereich. So dümpelte der Fisch für das Live-Cooking beispielsweise bereits leicht angetrocknet und wenig appetitanregend vor sich hin. Superfrisch war der keinesfalls. Wir haben uns jedenfalls nicht getraut, davon Gebrauch zu machen. Und Froschschenkel beim Fleisch? Nun ja... Auch Zebrafleisch hat auf einem Asia-Buffet eigentlich nix zu suchen, die Viecher "wohnen" ja nun mal ganz woanders. Zu allem Überfluss wurde das fricsh vom Grill zubereitete Essen in Öl schier ertränkt. Dass der riesengroße Laden um 20:15 Uhr nur mit vier Tischen besetzt war, verwundert uns im Nachhinein überhaupt nicht gewundert. Die ab 21:45 Uhr einsetzende Rausschmisskampagne seitens der Servicekräfte schlug dem Fass dann den Boden aus – das laute Geklapper und die Handytelefonate der Mitarbeiter machten jede weitere Unterhaltung unmöglich und um Punkt 22:00 Uhr wurde uns unaufgefordert die Rechnung gebracht. Wir haben dann unsere noch nicht einmal ausgetrunkenen Getränke entnervt stehengelassen und sind geflüchtet. Apropos flüchten: Einen Fluchtversuch unterstellte uns ganz offensichtlich ein hektisch hinter uns herlaufender Servicemitarbeiter. "Bezahlen" rief er hinter uns herrennend her, als wir zum Rauchen vor die Tür gingen – während unsere Jacken und Taschen am von ihm problemlos einzusehenden Tisch zurückgeblieben waren... Was für eine Enttäuschung – never again!

Dit restaurant is eigenlijke de opvolger van Mongolei, althans op hetzelfde adres gelegen (en Mongolei bestaat hier niet meer). Het is een combinatie van gewoon aziatisch en mongools. Buffetformule en open wok en grill keuken. Je kiest je gerechten (vis, vlees, groenten, sausen, enz). Er zijn ook veel kant en klare gerechten. Gemiddelde kwaliteit, maar qua prijs is alles correct. Grote open ruimte en duidelijk goed gekend bij de locals.
