Somehow everything takes off and we enjoyed going there. But for some time now you have had to chase after the food you ordered and check everything very carefully to make sure everything you ordered is there. And unfortunately, people don't understand much German, so a second person always has to stand there... it's a shame:(

Everything is great so far, but every time the toilet here is full of dirt, it smells like a dirty cock, the toilets are dirty, and toilet paper is usually missing. And no matter what time it is. Then the lamps are full of dirt, cola splashes and a layer of dust from above bah to be honest, only the food here is delicious and the service is polite and nice.

We went to this Burger King for the first time today. Saturday afternoon and of course all hell broke loose. We ordered at the terminal but paid at the checkout. The young man was very friendly, as were the other employees. Rarely have I seen such a well-coordinated team. The orders were processed hand in hand, so that things went quickly despite the rush. Due to the operation, the return carts were full. An employee always gets through this quickly and cleans tables so that the next ones have clean tables. Great offer for the children. Unfortunately it's a bit "small". Since it was raining, the children crowded into the small niche. We'd love to come back. March 2025: Still the same service, nothing to complain about. Now I have to say that this is the cleanest branch I know. Please keep it up. Some colleagues and also the competition can learn a lesson from you.

I have known the shop since 1984 when I was stationed in the Graf Golz barracks. Back then there was already a delivery service and Cropues were delivered at the weekend or to the guard, with the toppings, cheese and sauce just oozing out of them. Even in later years I always had good food and orders there. There was still a personal approach at the counter, you could express your individual wishes and the quality and quantity was still as good as ever. After more than twenty years I returned to Rahlstedt and was totally surprised that MY Cropue shop still exists. The disappointment didn't take long to set in. Orders can only be made at the terminal, even though a bored guy is standing behind the counter. No special requests or questions. Only online or at the terminal. Quality? Dry bread, I had to search for tuna, cheese too and the rest drowned in industrial-tasting sauce. All of this at a price for which I could get a good gyros or kebab at any mediocre Greek or Turkish restaurant. It's a shame. We won't see each other again.

I was there on February 1st, 2025. Was pretty well served. I have to tell the cashier more than once what I want. Nevertheless, the corn on the cob was forgotten, which I find very important when ordering from KFC. Of course, they were also charged for. The food I got was also cold. I tried calling there several times, of course no one answered. I think it's a shame because you don't come from there and you rarely go to KFC and then something gets forgotten and then it's cold.

You're standing in line to order something, but two employees are chatting at the cash register and customers are ignored. You don't necessarily have that much time when you're standing in a fast-food joint on the highway.

I ate a French fry, the quantity was too little and the price of €4.10 was much too high.

So what was it like, maybe I expected too much, everything was mediocre, the fries were very hollow on the inside and very brown, not that great, the chicken wings were simply frozen goods, but OK. What was amusing and somewhat strange was that there was only ONE small toilet for all the guests. That was strange. Ambiance OK. But I know some normal chip shops that prepare and offer much better. Price-performance ratio is not entirely justified. That's not to say it was bad, but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

Super nice staff. Food tastes good too. There is a play area there for the children and it is great 👍

The fries were fried way too short. They had no color at all, were still half raw and very greasy. I've rarely eaten such bad fries. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be.

I never mind eating bad food there and the prices are just a rip-off
