Food cold, toilets totally disgustingly dirty! Half of the order was missing! Staff no plan.

Ordered 2 x tuna croque in the store. Both with very little sauce, the salad was rather mushy, and the staff was also unfriendly. A “good evening” is probably the least you can expect. Fortunately, there are enough alternatives.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all, totally unfriendly, so I ignore the fact that BK is normally very tasty. Please urgently work on the service and perhaps also on the availability of extra food!!

Friendly staff. Fresh hot burgers with hot fries. Very clean and tidy.

So what was it like, maybe I expected too much, everything was mediocre, the fries were very hollow on the inside and very brown, not that great, the chicken wings were simply frozen goods, but OK. What was amusing and somewhat strange was that there was only ONE small toilet for all the guests. That was strange. Ambiance OK. But I know some normal chip shops that prepare and offer much better. Price-performance ratio is not entirely justified. That's not to say it was bad, but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

I hosted my daughter's birthday party with them. The team was very friendly and the children were very happy and enjoyed eating cheeseburgers and crispy nuggets with fries. I am very happy with my experience with them. Thanks for your hospitality

Overall a good fast food restaurant. The best thing is the grilled chicken, very tasty and definitely a recommendation. Drive-in available. The toilet facilities aren't quite as nice anymore. Otherwise nice staff and good service. Frozen yogurt is now also available. Order terminals have also been introduced.

I find it so outrageous that you pre-order, come into the store and the chicken is given to other customers even though you have pre-ordered. This made me so angry today. This is so outrageous. Update: The next day I was there and the staff explained the situation again. Nevertheless, a certain disappointment remains. Unfortunately I don't like the chicken either.
