7.90 euros for organic waste!
We ordered pizza from Amore Heimservice (pizza pepperoni). This took a very long time to be delivered. Unfortunately the pizza was cold upon delivery! In addition, it is also oversalted and overloaded with cheese. One of the worst things I've ever eaten.
Ended up in the trash after a few bites.
The owner just hung up!
I just wanted to order a large party pizza, listed on Lieferando as €18 with 3 toppings.
I didn't want these 3 ingredients mixed together on the pizza, but rather a third of each with one ingredient. It was explained to me that I had to order something like this over the phone; it couldn't be done online. And they promptly ask for 25, then 20€. Justification: it creates more work in the kitchen. When I asked what difference it made whether the ingredients were mixed or put on the pizza individually, the man on the phone started complaining, said "then order it online" and simply hung up (I could still hear him talking about me loudly complained, he was obviously not alone in the room).
I wanted to order from where I lived closest and then something like that!
If you can't work professionally, you shouldn't do it. I didn't use my tone wrong, I asked a legitimate question.
I've never experienced anything like that.

Ordered yesterday. Pizza was actually okay but the food poisoning that resulted from it wasn't. One day I was lying flat because of the shit, so I preferred 0 stars.
I ordered from a regional pizza delivery service via Pizza Taxi.
The order was paid immediately via Paypal. The order only arrived at the delivery service after over 40 minutes!!
Then it's better to order directly

RIP-OFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered 2 weeks ago via Lieferando. My order was paid for via PAYPAL.
Since it was already quite late, I was called by the delivery service and was told that the delivery could no longer be made.
I was also assured that the delivery service Super Pizza-Service Lieferando would be contacted directly so that I could have my money transferred back to my PAYPAL account the next day.
After a week I still had no money in my account.
So I called the delivery service again to ask why I hadn't received a refund yet.
Again I was assured that it would be taken care of and that I would receive my money as quickly as possible.
Today, two weeks after not receiving the order, the third conversation with the delivery service as there is still no money in my account. This time a very unfriendly employee brushed me off and kept telling me I had to take care of it myself and he couldn't do anything because the boss wasn't there.
In my opinion, the employee was just too lazy to write down my order number again and contact Lieferando/pass it on.
No excuse or anything like that for chasing my money for 2 weeks!!
It was made out as if I had made the mistake. The statement was made: ''I don't know what my colleagues told you, but that's not true that we're taking care of it. It's up to you how you get your money back. ''
The best example of how you can lose customers.
I will no longer order from this delivery service and will now try to get my money back via Lieferando.
Sent me the wrong size in boots and never got back to me despite me reaching out to them on EVERY PLAYFORM. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by far. I wouldn’t bother with them
It's crazy that there is so much negative stuff!!! the question is? Why the owner doesn't do anything and agree to change something!! I have the answer!!! That's the money!! Greedy for more!!
The order came late, the food was cold and I've been suffering from extreme stomach cramps ever since I ate the pizza. If no stars could be given, the store would definitely have received a 0
