YO PIZZA Hamburg in Hamburg

Very unfriendly on the phone. Food arrived 40 minutes late. No insight.

I ordered via Lieferando. It said it would be delivered in about 20-30 minutes. After the order was confirmed, it suddenly said 50-60 minutes. After I inquired by phone for over 60 minutes, I was told that the driver was on the way - which was true. Unfortunately, the man on the phone wasn't exactly friendly and hung up after I thanked you and wished you a nice day. No goodbye, no nothing, just hung up in my sentence.... Then the driver came.... the packaging wasn't really sealed and the calzone I ordered (the one I received couldn't be called a calzone) was so dry and only tasted like the dough. The dough only tastes salty, hardly any sauce or content. I won't order from them again and I would prefer not to award any points at all. Price and quality are horizontally unstable. I am very disappointed with what I was offered!

On a Thursday I pre-ordered pizza for 21 people at 12:00 p.m. the next day and picked it up myself. And what can I say? Everything was absolutely fine. Pizzas were ready on time, the staff were very friendly, everyone thought it was delicious and, what is not a given, the invoice was issued as requested and therefore correctly. I would do that again.

Not enough change, even if it's only 2 cents. Unhygienic, and your meat is eaten right in front of you while it's being prepared... so you get less in your salad. Unbelievable :D

No fresh lettuce was used in my croque. I also ordered shepherds (i.e. with shepherd's cheese) and it was delivered with mozzarella (?). The bread was totally sticky and there was generally very little sauce on the croque. Unfortunately not recommended, what a shame!
