We waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for delivery. Food was lukewarm. Never again.

9:19 pm Received email that the order is on the way. 35 minutes driving time for 1.1 km seemed a bit strange to me. End of song, pizza was cold and therefore inedible! Personally, I don't have a problem when it's busy and the pizza leaves the store a little later, but giving the driver several tours or taking 35 minutes for 1.1KM is a NO GO. Never again !

NO WANT TO ORDER FROM THERE ANYMORE. For the 3rd time my delivery is incomplete - one behind the other. Waiting time: almost an hour... Subsequent delivery was assured, 20 minutes after I was told that the driver would be there shortly, I was told that he hadn't left yet. Both times before I was assured of a voucher as compensation for the missing order - NOTHING HAPPENED. So when is it just being fooled and brushed off - it's done. And the general statement, which seems rehearsed: I CAN'T DO ANYTHING... Honestly, work on your service and don't shout out empty words...

Ordered lunch at 3 p.m. and got a cold pizza at 4:30 p.m. Delivery time was stated as 40 minutes. It took 60 minutes to place the order. The taste was good, but the delivery time and the fact that the pizza was at most lukewarm really spoiled my appetite.

Waiting time of over two hours so far, no one answers the phone, busy all the time. Pizza still not there. Simply cheeky!

Delivery time was 30-45 minutes. specified. Called after an hour. The pizza is on the way and will arrive in 10 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes the pizza arrived cold. We told the driver that we wouldn't take it like that because it was cold. Shortly afterwards the same employee called and said that we shouldn't accuse them of the pizza taking so long and it couldn't possibly be cold. One less regular customer, €40 is too expensive for a cold pizza and unfriendly service and driver. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pizza arrived cold after over 1 hour, driver who also checked, sent it back with the order and now 3 children are hoping that the pizza will finally arrive hot.....Thank you for the messy evening and disappointed children When I called half an hour after the email that the pizza was on the way... by car it would have been a maximum of 10 minutes to ask, I was answered rudely and said that the email was a system error... yes of course what else... ... 2nd delivery wasn't really hot either, but the crowning glory was...ordered was 3x salami pizza for the children...what came was 2x salami and 1x corn and olives.....which child under 6 eats msis and olive?? ?

About 2 hours delivery time and very incompetent telephone support

We recently ordered two large pizzas, the delivery arrived quite quickly and warm, unfortunately we lost our appetite after we saw an eyelash and a short hair in the pizza, so we called them and they told us nicely on the phone that a driver will pick it up and we will get a new one, the driver said we have already eaten, I mean I didn't know that I should check the pizza thoroughly for hair before eating it, well the second pizza arrived, right on the first piece Another hair under the pizza, sorry, but if you know that a hair has come out of a pizza, you should be a bit more careful so that it doesn't happen again, so we immediately called again, this time we were told we would get one new, that can't be the case, we were hungry and refused the new pizza, it was very disgusting, they said on the phone that you couldn't refund the pizza, you would get a voucher, this hasn't happened to this day. The fact is that hairy employees should work more carefully in the kitchens and all employees should have a sufficient command of the German language. Unfortunately it was the first and last time we ordered there!!!!!

The croque was delivered 10 minutes after ordering online. The croque was hot, the bread was partly burnt and the topping left a lot to be desired (see photos), the croque was no higher than 3 cm, totally compressed, not to mention the taste. The only thing that tasted good was the remoulade sauce In short, the Croque is not worth the money, but it gets 0 stars. I won't order from them anymore!!

I have always been satisfied and have been ordering from them for 3 years. Food is always delicious and usually arrives within 45-60 minutes (order at lunch). It's not recommended to just order in advance, as it usually takes longer and once the order was overlooked and I had to call to have it come. But it was only once so far, so it was more of an exception :-)

I was hungry one evening waiting for a cold pizza. According to the message from when my pizza was on its way to me, I drove around for 40 minutes until it was with me. When I called in between to ask where my pizza was, I was told succinctly that a driver had jumped ship today, of course. When I look at the reviews, the driver seems to drop out every night. Therefore the food and service were poor.

I have been ordering from Smileys Bramfeld off and on for years and am regularly disappointed. Toppings are forgotten, croque sauces are simply left out. And nothing seems to be improving... Update after 2 years: Nothing has changed. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for my food and I live 10 minutes away on foot. I'll never order from you again.

The pizza was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago. I've been waiting for 90 minutes and I'm hungry. That was my last order from Smiley's.

Called that the croque was not available, received a wrap for it, but the bill was not changed and had to be clarified at the door. The children's menu was missing drinks and toys... the entire meal was lukewarm! I won't order there again!

If you order via pay pal, no pizza comes! Definitely look for another service

I would prefer to give 0 stars. We waited almost 2 hours for cold pizzas. When I read the other reviews, they don't learn from them either. A pity. It was the last time for me.

Unfortunately we waited over 1:40 hours for the order, when I called I was told there was just a lot to do!! Sorry people, hire more drivers etc. So pizza delivery is different and especially a lot better.

90 minutes of waiting and then the pizza was still lukewarm. Really not good service.

Food is generally okay. The waiting time is just a disgrace. Ordered pizza rolls and snack rolls on site, so nothing big. Half an hour of waiting is just too much. When asked, the seller said: this is normal. No apology or kind words.

Great food, lunch specials make it affordable and there are also points and discount offers (I live just under 2 km away, it's always hot and tasty)

I really enjoy ordering here for about 5 years now and I think it tastes better here in Bramfeld than in the parts of the city where I have previously ordered. My delivery has always arrived on time and is sometimes still too hot to eat. The suppliers are always super friendly. I am very satisfied and will always be happy to order from here!

We often ordered 2x pizza rolls and garlic sticks plus 2x dip. Out of 4 deliveries something was missing 3 times... Absolutely not recommended... That was the last time we ordered there.

After 1/2 hour of ordering, I received an email that the pizzas were now on the way... 1 hour later the delivery person came with cooled pizzas... He even said that he had probably been on the way for 45-60 minutes ...we didn't get any pizza... Who wants to eat cold pizza! It's a shame, we were really looking forward to it, thanks for the bad service... Waiting 1.5 hours and now thinking about an alternative dinner... Great...

Pizza usually arrives cold and dry. Very long delivery times, today 85 minutes. If you have any questions about your order, it's extremely unfriendly on the phone. 0 stars is still too much for this store. Smileys Bramfeld No thanks!

We didn't even get our food, and when we called, no one answered.

Waited 2 hours for an old tasting, inedible pizza. I've never had to wait so long for a pizza I ordered and then it tasted so strange. The hair on the pizza finished me off. Really bad! Never again . I've really never experienced anything like that

We got the wrong food, they took far too long, when we called the man on the phone was very unfriendly. After we said it was only lukewarm and the burger was cold, we were left standing at the front door. This is the second time we've had such bad experiences and will never order there again. We are finally healed! No more smileys! The New Holland pizza was cold. The Chicago pizza was bone dry and cold. The sour cream can no longer be enjoyed because it is sour (expired, stored incorrectly), so it goes in the trash. And the snack rolls with turkey breast were musty and no longer safe to eat because the turkey breast already seemed to be gone. So most of it ended up in the trash, just to be on the safe side. My call with this feedback would have resulted in a subsequent delivery of a sour cream. I refused, far too little… Also, what to eat with? And who knows whether this would have been any good? Ring of Fire war nicht richtig durchgebacken (Teig war teilweise roh). Die Pizzen und der Ring of Fire waren nur lauwarm. Bei einer large Pizza Montana die immer gern gegessen habe kaum Belag, die Sauce Hollandaise konnte man suchen und die "saftigen Rindfleisch-Streifen" stark durchwachsen mit Fett. Dies wird unsere letzte Bestellung gewesen sein...

Hab hier jahrelang bestellt, ( war längere Zeit im Ausland) nun wieder in Deutschland, und was soll ich sagen, Qualität richtig nachgelassen. Fade, schlecht Belegt und kalt.

Nicht durchgebackenes Essen und lieblos zubereitet+ Zerquetscht angekommen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt in anderen Filialen.

Schmeckt gut, sehr schnelle Lieferung, Klasse!

Sehr gutes Restaurant und lieferservice man merkt an geschmack das da in Küche viel mit liebe gearbeitet wurde. Die meiste dort haben keine haare auf dem kopf, daher keine Sorge dass haare in essen sein könnten. 👍👍

Das erste mal vor 3 Jahren als ich zuerst hier war, wurde ich schon sehr freundlich empfangen von den Herrschaften dieser Filiale die mich bezüglich der Zutaten der Pizzen und Empfehlungen gut beraten haben. Seither bestelle ich meine Pizzen regelmäßig aus der Filiale oder esse sie dort vor Ort wenn ich mal in der Nähe bin. Zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen, dass das Essen sehr sauber und ordentlich zubereitet wird, das Personal sehr engagiert und freundlich dabei ist und auch dass es auch mit den Bestellungen und den Lieferungen nur super klappt. Hygienisch auch Spitze wie das Personal dort arbeitet. Ich hab hier nichts zu bemängeln bei den Jungs, die machen ihren Job ordentlich, gerne bestelle ich weiterhin von euch oder bestelle wieder vor Ort. Ich kann auch diese negativen Rezensionen kaum verstehen, ich, Freunde und Familie konnten bislang nur positive Erfahrungen sammeln. Weiter so!

Wir hatten heute nach Uhrzeit Pizza bestellt und zu meinem großen Staunen wurden wir angerufen, dass die Lieferungen nicht rechtzeitig kommen werden - zugegeben, der Anruf kam 3 bis 5 Minuten vor bestellter Uhrzeit, aber geschenkt. Ich wurde wirklich noch nie von einem Lieferservice angerufen und informiert, dass sie zu spät kommen - da war der "Frust" gleich verflogen. Dies empfand ich als sehr Kundenorientiert! Und als kleine Gutmachung, durften wir uns über eine gratis Cola freuen. Vielen Dank Smileys! PS falls die Frage beim Lesen aufkam, die Pizzen kamen nach bestellter Uhrzeit gute 20 Minuten zu "spät" und waren noch sehr warm/heiß. Wir bestellen hier weiter = D

Pizza wurde innerhalb einer Stunde geliefert. War auf jeden Fall warm und geschmacklich gut .

zweimal hier bestellt, beide mal fehlerhafte Lieferung erhalten. Beim ersten Mal kleinere Pizzagröße als bestellt, beim zweiten Mal statt Chili cheese Nuggets kinderriegelröllchen bekommen. Beim ersten Mal hieß es, dass man eine Gutschrift erhält und natürlich ist nichts passiert, beim zweiten Mal haben wir es dann gar nicht erst probiert. Noch nie eine so unzuverlässige Smileys Filiale gesehen. Sorry aber hier nie wieder

Im Papier ist ein Croque von Smileys Bramfeld. In der Mitte durchgebrochen und zermanscht, etwas unappetitlich. Den zweiten Stern gibt es, weil ich Hunger hatte und der Geschmack halbwegs in Ordnung war.

Alles Tip Top. Auch bei Reklamationen sehr kulant und schnell.

Lecker, allerdings wird bei jeder zweiten Bestellung irgendetwas vergessen und muss dann eine Stunde auf die fehlende Bestellung warten. Verpeilte Mitarbeiter

Wir haben wie immer was bestellt pasta aber immer ist da ganz wenig drin es ist kaum was drine!!!

Ich weiss garnicht, was ihr alle habt. Ich finde von der Qualität ist die Pizza gut und die Angestellten sind sehr nett. Die Preise sind sehr hoch, aber sind sie mittlerweile überall. Letzenendes zählt die Qualität der Pizza und der Geschmack - es war top und war zufrieden.
