What can I say ? Just ordered - food arrived but ice cream was wrong... when I called the owner was totally unfriendly and passive aggressive and said WE had ordered wrong?! Um, no, we sent you an invoice by email and it says completely different ice cream on it... well we just had to wait until he came - he was totally unfriendly at the door and wanted to take the "wrong ice cream" that was open, he was so unfriendly and gave me As a woman, I was scared, which is why I didn't even discuss it - I swapped the ice cream and he drove! The thing that doesn't bother you, why do you have to throw away food? It was already open, unfortunately I realized too late that it was wrong and he still wants it so he can throw it away... really great store! 😒 I'll never order from there again!!!

Pizza is ok. However, the driver forgot the ice cream and wanted to bring it back. I called after another 50 minutes. I was then informed that the driver was about to leave. There was no invoice either. We no longer order from these smileys.

Ordered food and picked it up on site. Cauli wings were partly cold. Salad was forgotten. Employees looked annoyed and were snotty. When we wanted to look in the bag to check whether everything was there, we were annoyed and told that everything was in there. Apparently not.

If you share this, you get unprofessional answers from someone who speaks very poor German and says you have to call Bramfeld... there's just one catch: the number is given for Bramfeld... It can happen that it takes longer. But: This is the second time we've waited about 1 3/4 hours for our pizzas, which of course were cold when they got here. After an hour I called for the first time and was told our order would be out in 5 minutes. When I called again after 1 1/2 hours they said, "We'll be there in 2 minutes" and then they just hung up. After 1 3/4 hours we had cold pizzas in our hands. Conclusion: long delivery time, cold pizza, unfriendly treatment. We don't order here anymore.

I ordered at 7:36 p.m. and got an email at 7:52 p.m. that my order was on the way! At 9:13 p.m. I called WHERE my order was!! To then hear that my order WAS JUST HANDED TO A STRANGER PERSON OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR!!!!!! Update Ordered again at 9:23 p.m. Called at 10:00 p.m. where my order was left. The guy on the phone told me my order was on the way. Called again at 10:30 p.m. The same guy on the phone suddenly said he never got an order from me! !!!! I asked for the manager and was told he wasn't there! I was a regular customer for a long time with an account and points and everything but that's definitely over now!!

The dough for the SnackRolls was mostly still raw and oozed out when you took a bite. Unfortunately, they were even the wrong ones. Unfortunately, the Ring of Fire wasn't completely cooked through and the onions were much too big! Very few jalapeños.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. When I picked it up, I was greeted aggressively and annoyed, even though I had said my address and everything correctly, and when I asked the employees why they treated customers like that, there was no answer. Instead, I was insulted when I left the branch. I've never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately my food was already cold, too bad.

We have been ordering here for years. Everything is always very tasty, from salads to pizzas, everything is always great. Online orders and telephone orders also possible. Of course the waiting times are sometimes longer at peak times, but that's what you'll be told on the phone. Delivery staff are always very friendly. 5 stars from us and keep it up......

It's getting worse and worse. The pizza arrived cold for the third time in a row. The taste was also really subpar despite being baked in the oven. The driver was super unfriendly (despite a 10% tip). The pizza dip is recommended, but I wouldn't order there just for that reason.

It's unfortunate as I usually like to order from Smileys. After waiting half an hour, I discovered that Lieferando had postponed the delivery time to an hour and a half. When I called to ask, the man on the phone became extremely rude. When I pointed out that it was taking too long, I wanted to cancel. He said yes, okay, and hung up abruptly. After 20 minutes the bell rang anyway and I accepted the food as a gesture of goodwill. The salad in the croque was spoiled and the otherwise delicious Yellowstone noodles no longer tasted as good as before. If I were the boss who answered the phone, I would have simply canceled the meal to avoid bringing such bad food to the front door. What a shame! There is 1 star for the nice supplier who was understanding. But I'll never order there again.

Terrible service. Ordered at 7:45 p.m. and nothing arrived until 9 p.m. After several attempts, someone was reached by phone and the driver would leave in 5-10 minutes. Still no one here at 9:30 p.m. The phone is left to ring or it is answered, nothing is said and just hung up. Absolutely NO recommendation!

It's better to order from another Smileys branch! Ordered there today for the first and last time via the Smileys homepage. We only saw the reviews here on Google later. The pizza was thrown together carelessly and arrived lukewarm and flabby. Green asparagus is also woody. We waited almost an hour and wanted to call to find out when we could expect the order - unfortunately no one was available by phone. The driver also seemed extremely annoyed. We are used to better things from other branches. Addendum: Based on our above review written here, we received a voucher from Smileys customer service. We redeemed this today. At least this time we were greeted by the driver and the pizza didn't look quite so bland. However, the pizza was once again at least lukewarm and took just under an hour to be delivered (on a Tuesday during the week). Overall, I can only repeat that I am used to better things from other Smileys branches.

Impossible customer service! Ordered a pizza at 6:40 p.m. Called an hour later - yes, the driver is just leaving. Please note that we live a 10 minute walk from the store. Another 30 minutes later we called and said that we no longer wanted the pizza and that we should please call the driver. We have a little baby at home who needs to go to sleep now. So, on the one hand, there's no more time for a relaxed pizza and, on the other hand, the doorbell shouldn't ring anymore. On the phone the guy was rambling about snow, lots of orders and that the driver had just left (so what now? Did he leave now or half an hour ago?). And the crowning glory - more than 2 hours after ordering, the bell rings at 9 p.m. - the pizza. Which is cold and disgusting. Baby awake. The place stinks of pizza that you don't want to and can't eat. Went all evening because an incompetent guy works there. Never again!

I have 3 hours ago. I ordered my food and called after an hour. After 16 calls, a man answered and told me that my order would be there soon... that was another 30 minutes ago and I can't reach anyone again. After 2 hours I still no food and I'm curious if and when the food will arrive. After 2.5 hours I took the initiative out of hunger and went there myself. The man at the counter was very nice and wanted to offer me a credit. I then preferred something to drink and a dessert. The driver who was supposed to be there “immediately” still needed 11 minutes until he was actually there. Now 3 hours after ordering I can enjoy my food. After the experience I would never order there again.

ABARTIGER SERVICE! - Gleich mehrere (Stamm-)Kunden auf einmal verloren! Gegen 19:26 Uhr 1x Snack Rolls, 1x Pancake, 1 kleines Eis + 1 großes Eis bestellt. Nach knapp 75 Minuten (20:40 Uhr) der erste Anruf, wo die Bestellung bleibt; Aussage des Mitarbeiters: der Fahrer ist unterwegs.. - kurz danach die Lieferung erhalten: Essen + 2x KLEINES Eis erhalten und auch nur dieses bezahlt. 5 Minuten später (20:46 Uhr) zweiter Anruf, dass bitte 1x das große Eis geliefert wird. Die Aussage des Mitarbeiters: Sie können das kleine Eis behalten, Ihnen wird das Andere gebracht. Um 21:04 Uhr Rückruf der Filiale, bei welchem angeblich Manager, Fahrer und Mitarbeiter anwesend waren: das Eis (7,50€) solle mir nicht geliefert werden, weil ich dieses vorher nicht bezahlt habe, sondern nur das Kleine, gelieferte Eis (2,80€) und dies nicht am Telefon mitgeteilt hatte. Nach minutenlanger Diskussion hierüber sollte ich das große Eis nun doch bekommen, wenn ich dieses auch bezahle. Damit erklärte ich mich einverstanden, sofern mir der Betrag des bezahlten Eises verrechnet wird (Differenz 4,70€). Aufgrund der langen Wartezeit und der Umstände, bat ich zudem um ein Entgegenkommen. Hier wurde mir eine Gutschrift angeboten. Allerdings nur unter der Bedingung den vollen Preis (10,30€) für alles zu bezahlen! - Entweder gratis Eis ODER eine Gutschrift (?€), heißt es! - Absolut unterirdischer Kundenservice und unfassbar kindisch solch eine Diskussion führen zu müssen! Um 21:24 Uhr, nach sagenhaften ZWEI STUNDEN!!!, wurde das große Eis, OHNE Gutschrift und sehr widerwillig, geliefert. - Natürlich gegen Bezahlung! (des Differenzbetrages von 4,70€).

Ich habe viele Jahre dort bestellt.Bei meiner letzten Bestellung kamen die Pizzen nach 1Stunde und 40 Minuten und waren kalt.Ich habe die Bestellung nicht angenommen.Da ich mit Pay Pal bezahlt habe wurde mir vor 6 Wochen gesagt ich würde mein Geld zurück überwiesen bekommen. Nach drei Telefonaten und 6 Wochen habe ich nix mehr gehört!!Soviel zu Kunde ist König....Da werde ich nix mehr bestellen da die Qualität des Essens auch extrem nachgelassen hat!

2x bestellt und beidemale war die Zeit unmöglich! Das erste Mal 2h vorlaifzeit, für eine Termin Bestellung, und trotzdem kam der Lieferant 1h zu spät. Die zweite Bestellung wurde mit 30min angegeben und war dann nsch 1 1/2h da. Als ich den Fahrer fragte ob dir Pizza noch warm ist, sagte er selbst in einer sehr unsicheren art: müsste sie eigentlich. Als er kein trinkgeld bekam, wurde er auf ziemlich anders im Ton. Und die Pizza war nur noch ganz minimal warm... der Laden geht echt den Bach runter! Habe früher echt gerne hier bestellt. Mach dss aber mittlerweile lieber bei der Konkurrenz

Ich bin eigentlich auch Stammkunde, aber das wird sich ändern! Ceasars-Salad bestellt, Salat ist alt, sandig und ungeschnitten mit Strunk reingeworfen. Hühnchen sehr zäh und Shrimps nicht mehr als vier. Bei Anruf sehr plump und unfreundlich, Salat würde frisch geschnitten sein, aha... Bestelle seit knapp 6 Jahren bei Smileys. Auch ab-und zu mal bei nem anderen Lieferdienst bestellt aber Smileys ist nicht zu toppen! Toppings frisch und reichlich, Pizza kommt der Abbildung zu 95% gleich. Saftig, geschmacklich immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Zwar zahlt man auch den ein-oder anderen Taler mehr, aber dafür hat man Qualität und Frische. Wartezeiten am Wochenende können schon sein, wir bestellen immer zeitlich vor, die Mädels und Jungs liefern IMMER pünktlich auf die Minute. DAUMEN HOCH 👍

Pizza lecker und Service gut. Bisher habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen mit der Lieferung gemacht. Die Pizzen kam stets heiß und lecker an. Vor allem die Snack Rolls schmecken aus dieser Filiale besser als bei anderen Franchisenehmern. Die Pizzen sind eher im amerikanischen Stil, d.h. mit etwas dickeren Teig und leider etwas zu fettig.

I saw an advertising post on social media comparing the pizzas from this provider with frozen products from the supermarket - interestingly, that's also the benchmark you can expect here. Luckily, a bright design in bright colors and a concept of maximum cost reduction are not enough to hide one fact: the pizzas taste mediocre at best. You can eat it, but it doesn't bring much joy. The friendly delivery service around the corner can certainly make better use of my money than a “ghost kitchen” start-up.

No fresh lettuce was used in my croque. I also ordered shepherds (i.e. with shepherd's cheese) and it was delivered with mozzarella (?). The bread was totally sticky and there was generally very little sauce on the croque. Unfortunately not recommended, what a shame!

Unfortunately the owner seemed very unfriendly to us. The turkey steak was extremely dry and the lamb had a strong smell and was mostly bone. The calamari was very thick, rubbery and hard to cut or chew, while the breading mostly fell off. When we complained we were told we were wrong, which we found very disappointing. Appropriate treatment of customers would definitely be desirable.
