No fresh lettuce was used in my croque. I also ordered shepherds (i.e. with shepherd's cheese) and it was delivered with mozzarella (?). The bread was totally sticky and there was generally very little sauce on the croque. Unfortunately not recommended, what a shame!

Very fast and good delivery service, not one bad experience in over 100 orders. The reviews on well-known delivery sites are also significantly better! The lasagne is highly recommended.

Ordered for the first time and completely satisfied. Very nice employees on the phone. Extras were addressed and delivery was quick. Ordered 2 croques and they were delicious. Bread was nice and crispy, salad was fresh and plentiful. The garlic sauce with it, a poem. My employees will probably complain for two days now, but it was definitely worth it. Price performance is also really great. We would like to order again. Keep it up🙏

Ordered croque. There were 3 slices of mushroom on my mushroom croque. The salad was already bitter. The cheese was okay. Was pretty disappointed... Probably won't order there again.

We ordered earlier and it was really VERY bad! First the sauces on the croques were swapped and then they didn't even taste good! The lettuce in the tomato and mozzarella salad was bitter. The salad was soaked in oil. We called afterwards and the employee was totally unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN!

Haben hier schon öfters bestellt und bis jetzt hat es immer super geklappt! Bei unserer Online-Bestellung ist UNS ein Fehler passiert. Wir haben dann dort angerufen und es wurde noch berücksichtigt!! Früher haben wir immer bei P....o Pizza Service in Reinbek bestellt, doch da hat es fast nie geklappt!! Laut Aussage des Besitzers hatte er immer nur mit uns diese Probleme. Wir möchten nicht, das durch uns Jemand Probleme hat!! Also bestellen wir jetzt nur noch hier!!

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Pizza immer super lecker und auch richtig günstig im Vergleich zu den anderen. Mein Essen kommt immer pünktlich. Vielleicht haben die anderen einfach Pech gehabt.

Sad, rice and meat without taste, meat was not through, you couldn't eat it!!!!! Luckily we have a dog and he can eat it!

Alte Holstenstraße 15I had the same experience as many reviewers: it takes WAY too long for the pizza to be delivered. Today the delivery wasn't there after 1.5 hours. I was told on the phone that the emails saying the pizza was on the way would go out wrong. What are these emails supposed to do then? They also said I should wait another 5 minutes and then the driver would be there. But it wasn't there. That was definitely our last order from this branch. Addendum: When the pizza finally arrived, we opened the box and discovered that it was almost cold. Called the branch again and complained about the cold pizza. At least we got a new delivery some time later - and you could eat it because it was hot. Still, I don't know if we'll order again. When it takes two hours until you finally have what you ordered on the table, that's really tough.

Borsteler Chaussee 197I pre-ordered food at 11:50 a.m. for 1:00 p.m., which can also be selected online. At 1:08 p.m. I called to ask when the food would be there and whether the driver was already on the way. The woman on the phone was very unfriendly. She stated that the food was not yet ready and there was a lot of work to be done. My lunch break was over at 1:30 p.m. At 1:40 p.m. I get a call from the driver that he was on his way but didn't know where exactly he had to go. I also found it difficult to understand him. Another seven minutes passed before the handover took place. I am very disappointed and couldn't eat my food until the end of the day. Wouldn't order again!

Schiffbeker Weg 37Unprofessional behavior by a delivery driver I am very disappointed and angry with my experience today with the Smileys delivery driver. First I was delivered the wrong pizza and after two calls I was assured of a new pizza. So far so good. But when the delivery driver arrived, he called me and demanded that I pick up the pizza myself. I explained to him that I was sick and it was his job to deliver the delivery. Instead of being understanding, he became rude and refused to do his job. In the end I went downstairs, got the pizza myself and made it clear to him again that it was his duty to deliver the order to his apartment door - regardless of whether he got a tip or not. I was willing to give him a tip, even if it was a re-delivery. Such behavior is unacceptable and not acceptable. As a customer, I expect a delivery driver to do his job without arguments or rudeness. I hope Smileys takes action and ensures that something like this doesn't happen again. Never experienced anything like that and you shouldn't hire such a lazy person...
