Zwei von drei Pizzen falsch – enttäuschender Umgang mit der Reklamation Bei unserer Onlinebestellung wurden zwei von drei Pizzen mit dem falschen Belag geliefert, obwohl die gewünschten Zutaten in der Bestellbestätigung eindeutig korrekt aufgeführt waren. Auf der mitgelieferten Rechnung standen dagegen plötzlich andere Zutaten. Die entsprechenden Nachweise sind den Bildern beigefügt. Die Bestellung war für einen geplanten Familienabend gedacht, auf den wir uns sehr gefreut hatten. Statt den Abend mit Diskussionen, Telefonaten und Stress mit dem Lieferdienst zu verbringen, haben wir die Pizzen trotzdem gegessen und versucht, das Beste daraus zu machen. Umso enttäuschender war das Erlebnis, wenn man sich auf einen entspannten Abend freut und dann zwei von drei Pizzen falsch geliefert werden – für eine mittlerweile hohe Summe von 15 € pro Pizza. Als ich mich zwei Tage später telefonisch meldete, wurde das Problem leider ebenfalls nicht angemessen gelöst, sondern eher weiter verschärft und wir wurden in unserer Entscheidung bestärkt, die Pizzen am Abend nicht sofort zu reklamieren, um den Familienabend nicht durch sinnlose Diskussionen und die aus unserer Sicht wenig hilfreiche und inkompetente Reaktion von Smiley’s zu belasten. Besonders unverständlich war der anschließende Vorwurf, wir hätten uns früher melden müssen. Dass wir während eines Familienwochenendes andere Prioritäten hatten, als sofort Zeit und Energie in eine Reklamation zu investieren, wurde offenbar nicht nachvollzogen. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen und eine faire Lösung anzubieten, wirkte der Umgang mit der Beschwerde wenig kundenorientiert und unprofessionell. Smiley’s war über Jahre unser bevorzugter Lieferdienst, doch inzwischen sind die Preise deutlich gestiegen, während Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenservice offensichtlich nachgelassen haben. Nach dieser Lieferung und dem enttäuschenden Umgang mit der Reklamation werden wir uns künftig gut überlegen unseren Lieferdienst zu wechseln, da Smiley’s für uns inzwischen ein Paradebeispiel dafür ist, wie Preise konsequent erhöht werden, während Qualität, Kompetenz und Kundenservice gleichzeitig auf ein erschreckend unmotiviertes, unprofessionelles und enttäuschendes Niveau sinken.

Hab jetzt das zweite Mal für viel Geld hier bestellt. Alles ist kalt schmeckt nach nichts und vor allen Dingen was so massives ist der Unterschied zu Smileys in Ostdorf. Das ist wie ein Gegen zehn Sterne.. Ich bestelle hier nie wieder was…. Frechheit

Ich glaub da mag jemand seinen Job nicht Das ist heute das Schlechteste was ich jemals bei Smilys bestellt habe. 11.06.26 um 12 Uhr bestellt und mega enttäuscht

Leider kann ich diesen Lieferdienst nicht mehr empfehlen. Bei unseren Bestellungen gibt es fast jedes Mal Probleme: Es fehlen Zutaten, es fehlen bestellte Sachen komplett oder bezahlte Extras werden einfach nicht richtig umgesetzt. Die letzte Bestellung war dann endgültig zu viel. Wir haben eine Margherita mit extra Hirtenkäse bestellt. Der Käse wurde beim Backen offensichtlich vergessen und anschließend einfach lieblos auf eine Seite der fertigen Pizza geklatscht. Beim Essen ist der Hirtenkäse natürlich ständig heruntergefallen. Für eine Pizza, die fast 16 € kostet, ist das einfach inakzeptabel. Fehler können jedem passieren. Wenn sich dieselben Probleme aber über einen längeren Zeitraum immer wieder wiederholen, hat das nichts mehr mit einem Einzelfall zu tun, sondern mit mangelnder Sorgfalt und Qualitätskontrolle. Als zahlender Kunde erwarte ich, dass ich das bekomme, was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe. Schade, denn eigentlich haben wir dort gerne bestellt. Nach den vielen Enttäuschungen und der letzten Erfahrung werden wir künftig woanders bestellen.

Fürchterlich macht ein großen Bogen um den laden Hygiene miserable Essen ich musste kotzen einfach nur kalt da keiner sich traut das Gesundheitsamt Hambur mitte das zu melden werde ich das tun der laden gehört geschlossen den bei den lade stimmt nichts

Zum WM-Eroffnungsspiel für 80€ bestellt und drauf gefreut, aber leider war das eine Katastrophe. Alles kalt. Die Mail-Bestatigung, dass die Pizza geliefert wird kam 45 Minuten vor dem Essen. Und dann auch noch 5€ Trinkgeld gegeben. Das war’s… Hier bestellen wir nicht mehr.

Vor der Tür stehen viele Abgemeldete Smileys Firmen Fahrzeuge die Bereis anfragen von innen zu Schimmeln sehr Lecker was einen Eindruck von einer Autoverwertung hat und nicht von einem Lieferdienst die Preise sind stellen weiße Teuer als in andere Filialen Frechheit und die Qualität der Produkte ist unterirdisch Schlecht es wird an allem Gespart keine Empfehlung

Habe Mittags Pizza vor Ort bestellt und im Auto gegessen. Frisch, heiß und lecker. Drinnen kann man nicht essen, keine Sitzplätze. Eingangsbereich innen ist sehr unaufgeräumt. Lädt nicht dazu ein etwas zu bestellen.

Sehr schlechte Pizzen. Für knapp 60€ bestellt über lieferando und es war eine reine Katastrophe. Die Pizzen schmecken gar nicht. Ich verstehe nicht, wie die 4,3 sterne auf lieferando haben können. Liegt wohl an der filiale. Nie wieder!!!!

Leider liegt vor Ort keine Speisekarte aus. Das neue Bestellsystem funktionierte nicht. Der Mitarbeiter war behilflich. Der Pizzaboden war weich, nicht lecker. Der Belag war gut, für mich auch ein bisschen zu viel Käse.

Schnell ne Pizza im Feuerwehr Einsatz bekommen, Betreiber mega freundlich und bot allen Einsatzkräften seine Toilette an, auch aufwärmen in seinem Laden war gern gesehen. Dazu war das Essen auch gut. Alles in allem, ein freundlicher & sozialer Mensch

Sorry, aber das war eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Ich habe um 19:30 Uhr eine Pizza zur Hauptzeit bestellt. Laut App betrug die angegebene Wartezeit eine Stunde. Als ich um 20:45 Uhr freundlich nachfragte, wo mein Essen bleibt, wurde mir von einer bereits deutlich genervten Person mitgeteilt, das Essen sei „auf dem Weg“. Um 21:00 Uhr habe ich erneut angerufen und nachgefragt, ob man sich überhaupt noch an meine Bestellung erinnert. Wenn einem gesagt wird, das Essen sei unterwegs, und es 15 Minuten später immer noch nicht da ist, fühlt man sich ehrlich gesagt etwas verarscht. Um 21:30 Uhr stand ich schließlich draußen auf der Straße und habe den Fahrer gesucht. Nachdem mir bereits zum dritten Mal gesagt wurde, er sei da und suche den Eingang, bekam ich die Pizza schließlich fünf Häuser weiter – bei Minusgraden – in die Hand gedrückt. Das Ergebnis: Die Pizza war eiskalt, der Belag komplett verrutscht. Dass mir beim letzten Telefonat die Pizza dann kostenlos zugesagt wurde, hat das Erlebnis leider nicht mehr gerettet. In dieser Zeitspanne habe ich mit allem telefoniert – vom Koch bis zum Geschäftsführer. Ich wurde teilweise unfreundlich behandelt, angeschrien und mehrfach vertröstet. Der Eigentümer hat sich zwar entschuldigt, an der Situation geändert hat das jedoch nichts. Fazit: 19:30 bis 21:30 Uhr Wartezeit, kaltes Essen, chaotischer Service und schlechte Kommunikation. Werde sehen wie das ganze beim einlösen vom Gutschein ist und gegeben falls berichten. So nur 1 Stern

Wie frech ist diese Filiale,liefert eiskaltes essen aus. Aber das steht ja in jeder Rezension,juckt diese Filiale überhaupt nicht .Habe mich nach der Pizza übergeben . Also war irgendwas schlecht dort. Habe noch Pizza hier liegen , überlege das Gesundheitsamt einzuschalten.Auf Nachfrage am Telefon nur ja kann man verstehen,kann man nichts machen . Ich habe um 21:28 Uhr eine Pizza bestellt, aber nach 3 Stunden ist sie immer noch nicht geliefert worden, obwohl ich nur 3 Minuten von der Pizzeria entfernt wohne.

This is outrageous! I've ordered from Smiley's before, and twice now it's been awful. Once the order took three hours to arrive, and the last time was even worse: it never arrived! I waited over two hours for a single pizza, and then the Lieferando app said it had been delivered – but I never received anything! Luckily, I chose to pay in cash, otherwise I would have been left without any money. I really don't know why anyone still orders from you – this is just absolutely terrible service!

The food that was delivered was cold. The fries were also stale. When we called to ask why, the staff became unfriendly. They did eventually deliver more fries, but these were also cold and undercooked. We definitely won't be ordering from there again.

Smileys used to be better; the food was hot and the delivery time was reasonable. Today my delivery arrived after 1.5 hours and was cold. They forgot my snack rolls and delivered them again after 30 minutes.

The last two pizza deliveries were practically cold, even though we live very close by. Today the pizza arrived hot, but one was drowning in tomato sauce. It really didn't taste good. Complaints sent by email go unanswered when something different is delivered than what was ordered.

We've been ordering pizza from here for years and have never been disappointed. Always delicious, typical Smileys style, and always piping hot. Delivery times are usually acceptable too.

Disgusting! I ordered a burger, a kids' meal, and pizza rolls with dip. What arrived was a small pizza without a toy or drink, a burger with raw meat and raw dough inside, and pizza rolls without dip that were completely burnt on the bottom. If you want food poisoning, feel free to order from there. When I called and explained the situation, they were incredibly annoyed and said they would send replacements. After that, I lost my appetite.

The food itself is good. But when you order here, the snack rolls or garlic sticks are always too crispy/burnt, or the wrong thing has even been delivered (at least twice so far). Prices have also only increased in recent years.

You order a pizza and get a completely different topping. After 20 attempts to call, no one answers. You're just getting ripped off by the pizza place. NEVER again... Pizza garbage because it has ingredients you're allergic to, and your money is gone.

45 minutes after ordering, I received a message that my pizza was on its way. The pizza arrived 5 minutes later, COLD. If Smiley's is your thing, pick it up and check it; don't have it delivered.

Ordered three pizzas, two arrived (almost cold). The driver wasn't responsible for that, of course. So I tried calling. After 20 minutes of trying to call, only to be hung up or not answer, we drove there. Then we received the missing pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't check it. It seems to have been the forgotten pizza from the order, which was put through the oven again and now ends up in the trash, bone dry. No longer edible because it was bone dry. The quality of the food has gotten worse over the years. Now the shop can't even cook pizza bread all the way through (the last few attempts still tasted like raw dough), and this was the last attempt with you! Too bad, Smileys was always the number one choice for ordering pizza! Not anymore!

It was a complete disaster. I ordered pizza rolls with Coke and dip. I didn't get any dip or Coke. I only got pizza rolls and still had to pay for the pizza dip and Coke.

I ordered a pizza. When they delivered the pizza, it wasn't in the box. He took it out of the box and then picked it up by hand. So they took the pizza back. They said they would bake and send a new one. When the new pizza arrived, it was cold and tasted absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if it was a new pizza or not. And I waited almost two hours.

The only thing you can say about the delivery driver who was on the phone today is disgusting. There was a technical error on their end, and the only thing he could do was get rude and abusive, blaming me for everything, even though the technical issue was there. I actually always found the food delicious, but after this incident, the only conclusion is... NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately, I received cold pizzas twice in a very short space of time—at least, they arrived cold both times. The hollandaise sauce was even thick, not runny. I tolerated this with the first delivery, but today I couldn't sleep a wink, and for that price, you'd expect at least a warm pizza. I didn't find the employee on the phone particularly friendly either, which is why I opted for the Google review. It's a real shame, because I used to enjoy eating at Smileys. This time, I had to endure more than twice as long for a 10-minute drive. The friendliness also leaves something to be desired... *NEW* Smileys has improved again from 1 star to 3 stars. I ordered spaghetti for my son, which was completely dry and burnt. (Extra sauce) After calling, I received the answer: Due to capacity, it was like this!!!! No apology, no accommodation, no "Do you want more?" I said: I've ordered spaghetti with extra sauce many times before and it never looked like this. Tried ordering a third time - what happened today was the icing on the cake. I would never order Smiley's Lurup again - we only received a small portion, had to call four times, and didn't get the food by 10:10 PM. Now, under threat, they're trying to get the money back - never again Smiley!!!

Delivery took 1 hour 17 minutes, and the pizza was almost cold and quite dry. For that, they charged completely inflated prices plus a 1.20 delivery fee.

In my opinion, charging a delivery fee at these prices is unjustified. The pizza's toppings were tasty. However, I found the dough to be only satisfactory compared to an Italian pizza.

The negative reviews were confirmed once again, and for me, it was the last time. The pizza was once again lukewarm, completely dry, and I barely ate any of it. The order itself was also once again mixed up. The driver was also quite annoyed. And to top it all off, the criticism I made over the phone wasn't even remotely acknowledged—quite the opposite. I saw the reviews and was initially put off, as it used to be great. I decided to try it again anyway and found that the pizza is still great. I have no reason to complain.

Well... I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for my order. Wow, I've never had that before. As you can imagine, everything is cold.

Unfortunately, the delivery only came half an hour after ordering, and half of the delivery was not included. So wait another 40 minutes until everything was there, but by then the first part was already cold!! Nicely ruined the evening… Thank you!!

For me, the best pizza maker since my youth over 30 years ago. The dough recipe is still the same as back then and the tomato sauce is simply delicious. I have tried many pizzas and they all taste delicious, but my favorite since 1990 is still salami. It tastes exactly like it did 35 years ago. It is not possible to eat in the shop itself as it is very small and therefore has no space for tables etc. But if you come by and want to eat the tastiest pizza in Hamburg, you have to get one. You won't regret it.

The food came after 70 minutes, when you wanted to hear an explanation, you were fobbed off on the phone with stupid excuses like "There's a traffic jam or something, I'm not the driver" I would consider whether the young woman is really suitable for the job and just hanging up like that would be a shame anyway. An apology would be completely sufficient.

The team is very nice, relaxed and had a relaxed saying in store when we ordered. Order within 1/2 on site. The pizza is delicious as always. You have the option to choose between 3 sizes. I can only recommend it! :) Price-performance ratio 👍🏼

We have been ordering spontaneously in the evenings for years. The food always arrives fresh and hot in our neighboring town, just now. The drivers are always friendly and they are also very nice on the phone. I can't understand the bad reviews I've just read here. I can highly recommend this store! And we definitely won't order it for the last time :) 👍

We've been waiting for pizza rolls for over 2 hours! Apparently they've been there for a long time. You can't get through on the phone, you're thrown straight off the line! The waiting times there are a disaster! Not recommended!

We ordered from Smileys and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the food. We ordered 2 Smiley Pizza Dips and only got one. The delivery person really wanted to tell me that we only ordered one even though the invoice said 2 pieces. Then he said the 2 dip was in the packaging and left immediately. We called immediately and were promised that the dip would be delivered later. After 1 hour the dip still wasn't there and probably won't come again... Unfortunately the crouqe also tasted burnt. Very disappointing and unfortunate...

I ordered over an hour ago, despite multiple attempts to call, no one answers the phone, it doesn't work at all. I would prefer to order from more reliable delivery services in the future! The order only includes one corouqe to be made. It's ridiculous that it takes you over an hour and you don't even answer the phone. I'm curious to see if anything comes of it.

Today on October 3rd, 2024 I ordered something very banal (pizza rolls and pizza citizen) and despite 1:45 hours after ordering and calling and asking 4 times, I still haven't received my food! - If they even answered the phone (I was put off again and again on the phone, it's a complete impudence... How can that possibly be possible? The man on the phone told me that I was in second place with the delivery and still nothing received (but that was 45 minutes ago).

The dough from the pizza we ordered was still raw. Then I had to bake them in the oven myself. I've honestly never experienced anything like that.

I have never experienced anything so bad, with a 2-hour advance order, the time stated was not met! After asking, they said the driver would drive off straight away, absolute impudence! Then another meal was forgotten! If it hadn't just been my food, the driver could have taken everything back! Food wasn't labeled, just completely wrong! Will never order there again! You notice that a lot of deliveries are transported per car when you get the pizza 3/4 hour after you get the message that it's on the way and it's simply cold and inedible. Smileys has never been a really good delivery service, but for some time now it has just been expensive and carelessly slapped on.

Unfortunately, delivery costs for a 10-minute route are outrageous. Prices themselves have also increased incredibly. Pasta Bolognese used to be 7 euros now 10! Not even the price of the kebab makes such jumps. Almost 1 year later: The delivery person apparently can't read and rings at midnight (kids sleeping) instead of calling as requested when ordering! Schade! Treuer Kunde seit 20 Jahren. Sie werden einfach immer nur noch teurer und unflexibler. Seit Jahren bestelle ich 32er Pizzen und kann diese halb/halb belegen lassen. Und zahle natürlich die teurere. Das geht nun nicht mehr ohne Aufpreis. Begründung? Mehr Aufwand. Ja okay, darum bezahle ich ja auch 2,50€ mehr für die teurere, obwohl sie nicht ganz belegt wird. Langsam werden sie echt unverschämt. Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall!

Die Pizzabrötchen sind einfach Weltklasse. Wenn ich Leuten nicht aus HH davon erzähle glauben die mir meist nicht. Lohnt sich aufjedenfall zu probieren. Wenn der Pizza fip mit bestellt wird macht euch auf was gefasst.

Ich bestelle öfters bei euch,immer zufrieden gewesen .Aber heute habt ihr mich echt dolle überrascht :-) hab den Dip zu den Snackrolls vergessen zu bestellen ,kurz vor Lieferung, habe ich angerufen ,um diese nachzubestellen.Leider war der Fahrer schon unterwegs, aaaaaber als ich meine Bestellung erhalten habe ,war der Dip doch dabei . Ich habe mich voll gefreut,denn der Fahrer scheint nochmal zurück gefahren zu sein ,obwohl er schon auf dem Weg zu mir war . Lange Rede ,kurzer Sinn,macht weiter so & lieben Dank ♡

Ich habe sehr oft bei Smileys bestellt. Am Anfang war das Essen gut, der Fahrer schnell. Jetzt ist das Essen noch in Ordnung, weil es kalt ankommt. Ich habe eben über 1 1/2 Stunden gewartet. Keine Entschuldigung, gar nichts. Früher war es innerhalb von 25 Minuten da. Ich muss mir überlegen, ob ich da noch Essen (welches wirklich gut ist, wenn es nicht erkaltet) bestelle.

Unsere Pizzen waren perfekt. Heiß und köstlich und auch schnell geliefert. : )

Lange Lieferzeit, angeblich sei der Lieferant mit nur meiner Bestellung schon unterwegs. 20 min nach dem Anruf immer noch keiner da. Gesagte Wartezeit 1 1/2 Std. Essen war warm und akzeptabel

Super service. Bestellen dort öfters. Einmal war das Essen nicht so wie gewohnt und haben dort angerufen, wurde verständnisvoll aufgenommen und erneut geliefert,wirklich top.

Super Service. Auf einem Freitag Abend bestellt, nur eine halbe Stunde gewartet, alles noch heiß, dazu noch eine sehr liebe Fahrerin.

Die Lieferung war schnell. Aber leider hatte man übersehen das ich EC Zahlung angegeben habe, auf dem Belag stand sogar Bar. Der Lieferant hatte kein Kartengerät dabei. In der Bestätigungsmail stand Gott sei Dank die Bezahlmethode mit drin. Er fuhr nochmal los, holte das Gerät und kam wieder. Bis dahin dachte ich noch, "das kann mal passieren". Doch dann kam der Hammer, angeblich habe er mit dem Manager geredet, sie hätten ins System geschaut und ich hätte "Barzahlung" eingeben, es wäre meine Schuld nicht ihre! Das ist ja wohl der Hammer! Ich hatte ihm die Mail gezeigt, schriftlich den Beweis das ich es sehr wohl angegeben habe und dennoch, hat man mir die Schuld zugeschoben! Wie frech ist das bitte!? Eigentlich hätte man sich bei mir entschuldigen müssen. Eine absolute unverschämtheit und ich werde wohl nicht wieder in dieser Filiale bestellen!

Ich war schon drauf und dran nicht zu bestellen, so schlecht scheint es zu laufen hier. Bei mir war allerdings alles super perfekt. Leckere calzone, die vegane Pizza sehr schmackhaft, nix angebrannt oder zu kurz, nix zu ölig, alles Heiss, kross und binnen 30 min geliefert. Also, grundsätzlich können sie Pizza machen und es ist nicht immer alles so schlecht wie es ausschaut. Und ich bin mir sicher, dass sie aus den hier beschriebenen Fehlern lernen.
