Recently, for about 2 months now everything has been rubbish. Giros burnt, rice pure, without anything, even salt is missing. I had previously ordered several times a week over a long period of time.

I ordered food. Arrived 30 minutes later. Reason: The delivery person drove back because apparently there was no light on, so that I then received a call from the restaurant, saying that they couldn't reach me without calling me or ringing the bell. When the food was delivered, the delivery person didn't come to the door, so my order was lukewarm. But the food tastes OK so far.

We picked up something to eat on the way back. The gyro was partially burnt and the rice was normal dry rice that anyone can make on the stove in 10 minutes. According to my co-orderers, fries were okay. I couldn't try them because my portion was forgotten. The only plus point is that I didn't have any stomach upsets etc. after eating! The ambience of the store was actually the worst. Luckily we only picked up something to take away. The walls and ceilings were partly dirty or covered in cobwebs, and the menu above the counter looked more like a battlefield than a map. Half of the dishes were crossed out, some were made with extreme spelling mistakes and the price seemed to have been re-pasted and changed 5 times. I'm not saying everything has to look perfect, but you could have afforded a little effort and decoration. At least in terms of price, I don't think it was exorbitant. In summary, the question I have is: Would the store still exist if they didn't deliver? Not a single customer in the store. Admittedly we were there at 10pm on weekdays, so that could be the reason. However, I do NOT recommend this store!

We always enjoy getting our food there. However, I don't recommend eating there as it is very smoky and rather uncomfortable. It's just a grill, not a restaurant ;)

The store should be sealed by the city of Hamburg! It was very but also really very unappetizing! A complaint was lodged with the health department…

Close the shop, I just ordered delivery 40 later than stated, so a total of 90 minutes, the farmer's salad is so unpleasantly made and the taste of the calamari is cold and not edible, food of the entire grade 6, everything you put together couldn't be worse is sadly 90 minutes with a 6 minute drive time overall very poor, look for a new job because you don't do McDonald's well well above your level

Salad means cabbage with cabbage and a slice of tomato, all without taste, mushroom sauce means 2 slices of champions and gratinated means melted lumps of cheese, egg burned in the breakfast and no bacon. No thanks! quick but ready and tasteless. We've been there before, it's overflowing with decorative junk and there was a hair in the salad, to which the waiter just shook his head and reluctantly brought us a new salad. That's why order home. But here too, no thanks.

I ordered from you for the last time today. Unfortunately it is no longer edible now. Sorry. Change something or close the shop.

Definitely lost a customer today! I ordered via Lieferando, after more than 2 hours there was still no one there. So I wanted to call. Nobody answers! Then discovered here on Google that a different phone number is stored than on Lieferando. So called there. I told them I had been waiting for my food for over 2 hours. Then they started yelling at each other on the phone. And then he complains that I didn't open the door. When they say that no one has rung the bell, they say my bell is broken. My bell works perfectly, and if someone had actually been at the front door and I didn't open it, they would CALL! He says in all seriousness that I couldn't be reached. And all in an abnormally choleric tone! If you apologize and say we have a staff shortage, we're sorry, we'll hurry up, everything's okay. But attacking me like that and lying is bottom drawer! And then they say 'I'll bring it straight away' and just hang up?! You can't beat the disrespect. The food that arrived here was disgusting. Burnt, cheese was just thrown on top and the shell was closed, nothing was gratinated, fries were sticky. Normally the food is good and the delivery person who always comes here is super nice, but the boss should be ashamed. That's not how you treat customers. And if he treats customers like that, I don't even want to know how he treats his staff. I really feel sorry for them. That was my last order.

How to make an elephant out of a mosquito I ordered normally, delivery time was absolutely fine and the food looked right at the beginning until I opened the last one. Something wrong was simply delivered, not even worth mentioning, but it couldn't be eaten, so I called back to ask for the money back because the person then lost their appetite. I don't know if it was the boss, but he was absolutely unfriendly and immediately started complaining that there was only new food and a money back would be too expensive or I don't know, he got angry so quickly that I then took the entire order gave back. It wasn't easy to convince him because he half-shouted at you on the phone, but it worked. The only thanks go to the nice driver who at least apologized and gave the money back without any problems. After about 20 minutes I got a call from the same person from the private number (always nice when a company phone isn't being used but the number is, in the best case, still saved, data protection and so on), who then wanted another €10.50 from me back, whereupon I ended the call immediately. I think it's extremely audacious when you can't show any goodwill and then become so rude. No more recommendations, it used to be much better. (I'm curious whether the boss might come by after work to talk, but then the police will be called in)

Food was delivered and arrived almost an hour late. Then it arrived lukewarm, partly not according to the description of what one had imagined. Greek cuisine is something else... No recommendation!!!

impudence. Ordered and paid for via Lieferando. Then call, we are outside the delivery area. When it was pointed out that deliveries had been made last week, it was very rude and there were no drivers there. When I asked how I would get the money I had already paid back, I was told in an unacceptable tone that they didn't care at all because I had ordered through Lieferando. Just avoid this shop, because anyone who treats customers like that has probably put a similar amount of love into the preparation of their food. Luckily, there is a large selection of reputable, friendly providers…

Can only confirm the other negative reviews. Regardless of whether it was lamb chops or other meat... everything was completely burnt or had soot left over from the grill and it was very tough. Inedible. Delivery was really catastrophically bad. 1 time and never again.

Wo soll ich anfangen. Sehr schmutziges Ambiente. Das Gyros verbrannt,Bifteki mit Metaxasauce,Hack trocken,Soße schmeckte total verbrannt.Tzaziki,Salat alles Fertigprodukte. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel !!!

Eigentlich ein Fall für die Gewerbeaufsicht. Ambiente schmuddelig,essen einfach ungenießbar da verbrannt und ekelig,schade so eine Bewertung abzugeben,aber das kann man so nicht durchgehen lassen.

Bestellen regelmäßig und sind immer zufrieden. Pommes immer frisch, Portionen groß, Salat knackig. Viel Soße und Brot. Preis/Leistung wirklich super. Einzig die lange Lieferzeit nervt manchmal etwas. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht unterstützen.

Unverschämtes , überhebliches Personal Wenn man nach angekündigter 52 Min Lieferzeit nach 90 Minuten nachfragt, wird man als dreist beschimpft Das Essen ist echt lecker, aber so eine Unverschämtheit werde ich mir nie wieder geben Wie kann sowas in der Gastro tätig sein Ekelhaft........

Hatte 2x essen bestellt und würde beide male enttäuscht!!! Für mich ein Grill um das ich zukünftig einen großen Bogen machen werde!

Essen immer wieder frisch, gut und reichhaltig, nicht besonders gemütlich aber dafür sehr freundliche Bedienung, wir speisen immer wieder sehr gerne dort

Große Portion, Fleisch heiß und saftig, Zaziki mega lecker😉

Wir haben uns über Lieferando Lammspieße und Putensteak, beides mit Pommes als Beilage, bestellt . Wir waren sehr überrascht, wie schnell das Essen bei uns war (35 Minuten) & wie gut es geschmeckt hat, nachdem wir all die negativen Bewertungen gelesen haben. Gerne wieder.

Das Essen ist ganz ok war mal besser und die Lieferung dauert sehr lange nach 1 Stunde 30 kam irgendwann mal das Essen was sehr lange ist

Wir haben kurz vor Feierabend bestellt und das Essen war super. Es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern, der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und auch der Herr der die Bestellung angenommen hat. Tzatziki und Krautsalat sind auch sehr zu empfehlen

Das Gyros ist sehr zu empfehlen auch als Pita. Der Brot wird selbst gebacken und ist sehr lecker. Die Portionen sind sehr groß so daß jeder satt wird. Wer wegen Pommes meckert, der sollte sie selbst abholen und dort gleich essen. In Lurup ist er der Beste und das alles zu einem günstigen Preis. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ehlers

Das Essen ist prinzipiell sehr lecker allerdings ist es sehr oft zu versalzen. Die Lieferzeit passt leider sehr oft nicht mit der angegebenen.

Essen gut bis sehr gut... Service... Kommt darauf an, wer im Laden ist Ambiente... in die Jahre gekommenen, aber noch ok.

Bin Stammkunde und bestelle regelmäßig, und bin noch nie unzufrieden gewesen. Ein wahrer Geheimtipp und der beste Grieche in der Gegend! Große Portionen zu wirklich mehr als fairen Preisen. Ich kann ihn nur jedem weiterempfehlen

Das Gyros ist super. Sehr große Portion, für den Preis absolut top. Bis jetzt kam das Essen immer heiß an und in angemessener Zeit. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Holen dort regelmäßig Gyros Pommes. Immer frisch, immer lecker, Fleisch kross. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett.

Der etwas andere Grieche.... Wir haben nicht einen Griechen in dem Laden gesehen😁😁. Aber völlig egal... Das Essen war schmackhaft und ausreichend. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen.... Im Tzatziki hätte etwas mehr Knoblauch sein können😜😜

Ich kann die schlechte Bewertung garnicht verstehen ich bestelle dort seid Jahren und war IMMER zufrieden !!! Schnelle Lieferung und freundliches Personal :) Mit dem Essen war immer alles bestens und hat lecker und saftisch geschmeckt 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig <3

Top Essen. Es gibt dort sehr gute Pizzen und eine große Auswahl, so ist für jeden was dabei. Ich gehe gerne und öfters dahin.

Heute das erste mal bestellt,Essen kam leider erst nach 1 1/2std geliefert aber es war heiß und sehr gut. Ps. Großer Gyros Teller

Heute das 1.mal dort bestellt… schnelle Lieferung…innerhalb von 30min. Und das Essen war Frisch und Heiß…Pommes schön Knusprig… einfach nur Lecker!!! Volle Punktzahl!!!

Waren vor ein paar Tagen dort.. Das Essen war nicht lecker und es hat sehr lange gedauert.

Calamaris: WIDERLICHER FRAß! Insgesamt: Enttäuschend, Geld nicht wert. Wer nach den Google Bewertungen dort noch essen geht / bestellt, dem kann ich auch nicht helfen. Volle Bewertung: Calamaris: Musste davon sofort brechen, Rest kam in den Müll 0/5 Sterne Pommes: Waren noch einigermaßen knackig, aber total ungewürzt 2/5 Sterne Gyros: 4/5 Sterne, war okay Lamm: Hatte nicht viel mit Lamm zu tun 2/5 Sterne Tzaziki: War auch okay, aber nichts besonderes, dafür große Portion 3/5 Sterne Lieferung: 35 Minuten war okay für einen Nachmittag, aber es wurden die Wünsche aufgrund von Lebensmittelallergien überlesen 1/5 Sterne Zusammenfassung: Einmal und nie wieder

Sehr leckeres Essen, guter Service, knusprige Pommes, der Krautsalat frisch, alles gut verpackt zum mitnehmen, die Metaxasauce unddas Gyros waren super lecker. Ich werde hier öfter bestellen.

Ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben schon oft dort bestellt, wir haben nie länger als 45min gewartet. Das Essen ist gut, die Calamaris sind mir immer gut bekommen und tuen es nach wie vor. Auch vor Ort sind die Familie Singh und ihre Angestellten immer sehr freundlich!!!

Ich bin Abholer, das Essen schmeckt und ist schnell fertig.
