Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit auf Pizza und Chicken Wings kam das Essen fast kalt an. Die Pizza hat leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die angeblich knusprigen Chicken Wings waren innen teilweise noch nicht richtig durchgegart. Das Essen konnte man leider nicht genießen.Danach Bauch schmerzen. Sehr enttäuschend. Außerdem hat der Fahrer, obwohl die Bestellung bereits bezahlt war, den zu zahlenden Betrag noch einmal genannt, was auf mich so wirkte, als würde er ein Trinkgeld erwarten. Ein solches Verhalten empfinde ich als unangenehm. Trinkgeld gebe ich gerne freiwillig, aber nicht, wenn der Eindruck entsteht, dass es erwartet wird. Nie wieder!!!

Wir haben fast 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, obwohl wir nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt wohnen. Nach dem Essen wurde uns sehr übel und wir hatten starke Blähungen. Am nächsten Morgen war es noch schlimmer – Übelkeit und Bauchschmerzen, unser Magen fühlte sich an wie eine Achterbahn und wir waren komplett fertig. Für uns definitiv noch ein Grund, nicht nach Billstedt zu fahren. Wer 1–2 Stunden warten und danach Magenprobleme bekommen möchte, kann dort gerne bestellen.

Ich habe bei Smileys 3 Large Pizzen bestellt für einer Feier und dann kamen plötzlich 5 Large Pizzen an. Zusätzlich kam ja auch noch dass der Fahrer nach Trinkgeld gebettelt hat. Sowas geht nicht!!!! Sonst war die Pizza in Ordnung

bester Lieferservice in hamburg, egal ob in billstedt oder altona. die Pizza ist immer knusprig und der Belag genau richtig. das aktuelle special mit der trüffelmayo war ein Reinfall, aber dafür kann die Filiale nichts. ich vermute, dass die leute in den Kommentaren schlechte Laune hatten oder dass die Konkurrenz die Nummer #1 mit Absicht schlecht bewertet, denn smileys ist immer pünktlich und zuverlässig.

War noch nie da aber bestelle Lieferando oft und ist heiß unnormal lecker gehen auf meine Extra Wünsche ein also perfektttttt!!!! Kein Plan woher die die wenig Sterne kommen ich finds topppp IMMER

I actually know Billstedt and they were always good and arrived warm and fresh. Best when you pick up the pizza there, no comparison to delivery. Unfortunately it has definitely gotten worse. The pizzas basically taste of nothing anymore. No seasoning and the cheese - my God... use better, tasty cheese etc.! Your hot dog pizza was always the best. Back then they used to have sliced ​​sausage, now it's crumbled, soggy etc. But it still tastes good if you're in a hurry. Not enough pasta to choose from. Go back to the beginning or lower the prices. Croque are carelessly and cheaply made. Fresh salad, fresh tomatoes, onions etc. Unfortunately we order less from there too. It has unfortunately gone down a lot. Service was always friendly though. Delivery time can take up to an hour. I don't understand why Billstedt delivers to me but to Rahlstand.

I've been ordering from this shop for years and have noticed that the quality is getting worse and worse. Which is a real shame. Not only are the prices constantly rising, but the pizzas are getting less and less. Things are increasingly being forgotten or delivered cold. But today, the taste felt like my pizza had been sitting around for a while and might have been reheated. Simply inedible. The pizza dip was also very runny and tasted very sour, but according to the expiration date, it was still within its best-before date. I don't know if the recipe has been changed, but it's just inedible. It's a shame, but I guess I'll have to find something new.

They drove off again and brought it to us and it was delivered incorrectly again either the employees don't check what the customer says or they are simply incompetent. The food is quite good, but unfortunately they don't stick to delivery times at all if you order in advance. We always like to order something for lunch at work, but it's stupid when delivery times are 20-30 minutes in advance.

So, apart from one time when the delivery was cold and a refund was refused via Lieferando.de, I can't say anything negative. I order pizza there regularly. This now always arrives as desired. The drivers are always nice and friendly. Strange that there are so many negative reviews here.

Unprofessional behavior by a delivery driver I am very disappointed and angry with my experience today with the Smileys delivery driver. First I was delivered the wrong pizza and after two calls I was assured of a new pizza. So far so good. But when the delivery driver arrived, he called me and demanded that I pick up the pizza myself. I explained to him that I was sick and it was his job to deliver the delivery. Instead of being understanding, he became rude and refused to do his job. In the end I went downstairs, got the pizza myself and made it clear to him again that it was his duty to deliver the order to his apartment door - regardless of whether he got a tip or not. I was willing to give him a tip, even if it was a re-delivery. Such behavior is unacceptable and not acceptable. As a customer, I expect a delivery driver to do his job without arguments or rudeness. I hope Smileys takes action and ensures that something like this doesn't happen again. Never experienced anything like that and you shouldn't hire such a lazy person...

Today I ordered pizza rolls with turkey breast from lieferando and got some with sucuk. I also ordered the double choc cookie and got the triple choc cookie. 😤

We were shamelessly lied to on the phone: Weeks ago we ordered pizza over the phone, which was delivered incorrectly... (we accepted it as a gesture of goodwill) as compensation we were promised €5.00 for the next order. When I next ordered I was told the regular price, which was supposedly minus delivery costs and minus €5. When I pointed out the error, the person suddenly said we don't give a €5 discount. As a result, he only got involved in contradictions that made no sense. I was able to provide precise proof of the promise of €5 and then I drove to the branch as a matter of principle. The person who took the order coldly denied everything (dishonorable). The boss was very overwhelmed and, as a superior, couldn't find a solution, even though I could prove everything (pathetic). It's definitely not about the pizza or the ridiculous €5 that I usually leave as a tip. WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO TRY TO FOOL US? Never again…….I hope this was a lesson for you.

I have been a regular customer at Smileys for almost 15 years now. I have never had repeated problems in ANY branch, but the branch in Billstedt has not once managed to deliver good food. EVERY time the pizza is either completely sparsely topped, still raw in the middle or completely shredded. The croques are squashed, wobbly and often cold. The pizza rolls simply had no filling several times now... So I really don't understand what's going wrong, especially since every single other branch in Hamburg manages to deliver good food. Maybe the entire workforce in the branch should be replaced because that's how work is done and you shouldn't even be paid minimum wage for it. Disappointing!

Disastrous, I had ordered a pasta Bolognese, a pasta Yellowstone and a 38cm pizza with curry chicken. Ordered salad with supposedly black tiger prawns. It was the worst salad I had ever eaten... they were mini scampi and they were still completely raw, the whole salad smelled of raw scampi. So everything went in the trash can. 0 stars at best.

I ordered a pizza and snack rolls here. The food came very quickly, was tasty and hot. BUT: I previously stated that I wanted to pay in cash. When the food came I was ready to give a reasonable tip. I was there today and wanted to get pizza. Schrecklich, wir haben nocheinmal eine 2. Chance gegeben nachdem die letzte Bestellung schrecklich war, aber ich den Ring of Fire so mag. Leider war es diesmal noch schlimmer… essen war ca 1std auf liefern eingestellt und somit eiskalt, dass erwärmen im Ofen konnte auch nichts mehr retten. Also nun noch ne Bestellung bei nem chinesischen Lieferanten um das Desaster zu retten…. Nicht mal ein Sorry am Telefon, schämt euch…

Nach über einer Stunde kam nur die Hälfte der Bestellung an. Bezahlt wurde über Paypal und der Fahrer wollte trotzdem Geld haben.

Hab mir heute am16.10.23 um18,40uhr Mal wieder eine Pizza bestellt.hab eine sehr sehr nette junge Frau am Telefon,sie sagte30-45 min.nach25 min hatte mir ein super netter Fahrer meine pizza gebracht heiß sehr toll belegt und Monster heiß.danke der crew vonsmiles's ihr seid wirklich Profis .

Habe eben eine Pizza bestellt und musste über eine Std und 15 Min warten. Als die Pizza endlich ankam war diese sehr kalt. Eine absolute Frechheit. Als ich bei der Filiale angerufen habe um die Pizza zu reklamieren, hat es keinen Mitarbeiter interessiert. Personal war sogar unfreundlich. Nie wieder! Nicht mal ein Stern wert. Vorsicht!

Das 4. mal, dass Pizzen, Snackrolls kalt, pampig & nicht genießbar sind. Seit 4 Jahren Stammkunde mit all den Mitarbeitern, die bestellen - jetzt nicht mehr.

Ich bestelle öfter bei Smileys, vorallem am Sonntag. Das Essen hat mich noch nie Enttäuscht, Preis-Leistung ist wirklich fair und die Lieferung kam bisher immer schnell. Die Arbeiter sind sehr nett.

Einmal und nie wieder. Heute erste Mal dort bestellt. 53 Minuten bis Lieferung gerade noch okay. Leider ist die Pizza fast kalt. Habe jetzt Ofen vorgeheizt und lege sie nochmal rein. Geschmacklich gut.

Bin einfach bedient Smileys war vor 15 Jahren noch richtig gut aber heute einfach nicht mehr das selbe. Habe eine Pizza bestellt die nicht gut geschmeckt hat, der Käse ist wie ein Teppich auf der Pizza es sieht einfach nicht einladend aus.... Man kann nur hoffen das Smileys wieder an Qualität gewinnt!

Habe versehentlich behauptet, dass mein Dressing vergessen wurde. Anstandslos ein neues geliefert bekommen. Tut mir furchtbar leid. War mein Fehler. Essen war sehr lecker. Danke.

Lieferzeit sehr gut. Angebot/Auswahl überraschend kreativ und sonderbar. Anstatt einer Barbecuesauce bekam ich eine Wildbeermarmelade. Mein Croque war ganz ok. Die Pizza sah aus, als ob sie in der Koch-AG an einer Grundschule belegt wurde. Meine Chickenwings habe ich nicht gegessen, da sie höchstens in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt wurden, aber niemals fritiert waren. Auch diese Käsebällchen lagen offensichtlich nur kurz in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle. Von einer weiteren Bestellung sehe ich ab.

Die zwei Sterne gebe ich nur, erst kommt die Pizza nach 45 Minuten ( was Ansicht voll okay ist) aber leider war es die falsche Pizza und beim reklamieren waren die auch noch genervt am Telefon und dann musste ich wieder eine Std warten…..!

Freundliche Bestellannahme und schnelle Ausgabe, habe mein Essen dort abgeholt (Parkmöglichkeit auf der Rückseite des Hauses). Update vom 22.12.2022: Ich kann meiner Rezension nichts hinzufügen oder ändern. Freundlich sowohl bei der telefonischen Bestellung als auch bei der Abholung, Wartezeit dank Vorbestellung gering, Pizza war heiß und wie gewünscht.

Wir waren 25 Jahre begeisterte Smileys Fans. Nachdem unsere alte Smileys Filiale, in der wir Selbstabholer waren, einen neuen Inhaber bekommen hatte und es dort in jeder Hinsicht rasant bergab gegangen war, hatten wir seit einer Weile notgedrungen (weil regional zuständig) hier wöchentlich für die Familie bestellt. Unsere Pizzen (immer die gleichen) waren von sehr schwankender Qualität bzw. von ganz erheblich schwankendem Geschmack. Meistens geschmacklich einigermaßen okay, manchmal gut, aber manchmal auch ziemlich schlecht (meistens dann auch alle bestellten Pizzen). Heute dann Lieferung nach 90 Minuten und 60 Minuten nach Abfahrt. Pizzen natürlich kalt. Wäre irgendwie noch hinnehmbar gewesen trotz der 15 € für die KLEINSTE (!) Pizzagröße. Aber der Geschmack unserer heutigen drei Pizzen war dermaßen unterirdisch - dafür können wir ein mangelhaft keinesfalls mehr vertreten. Davon abgesehen ist es eine Sauerei, wenn man jede Woche fast drei € für "doppelt Käse" bezahlt, dieser zusätzliche Käse aber jede 2. Woche fehlt - so wie auch heute wieder. Siehe Foto. Ich bewerte sonst überwiegend gut bis sehr gut, aber Smileys geht leider für uns gar nicht mehr. Völlig unzumutbar geworden. Zwei andere Ketten ("D..." und "M...") liefern geschmacklich grandiose Pizzen - nur leider nicht meine (bisherige) 25 Jahre lange Lieblingspizza :- Vor einigen Jahren waren wir bei Smileys Billstedt auch schon mal Kunde, gaben aber nach wenigen Wochen auf, weil überwiegend falsch geliefert wurde und noch dazu mehrmals kalt. Das war damals ebenso unzumutbar wie heute. Am Telefon jedoch freundlich und die Fahrer auch sehr freundlich. Dafür gibt es den 2. Stern.

Die Pizzen sind gut, da verstehe ich die negativen Bewertungen Anderer nicht. Seit einiger Zeit wird EUR 1,20 für die Lieferung berechnet. Das kann man gut finden, oder auch nicht. Per Mail habe ich kritisiert, dass die Liefergebühr dafür sorgt, dass der Auslieferungsfahrer kein oder weniger Trinkgeld bekommt. Ich für meinen Teil gebe immer Trinkgeld, jetzt aber weniger. Sehr bedauerlich finde ich, dass auf diese Mail nicht geantwortet wird. Und wie mir heute ein Auslieferungsfahrer bestätigt hat, die Liefergebühr ist nicht für ihn. Eine Reaktion auf meine Mail habe ich nicht bekommen. Ein Dienstleister, der auf sachlich vorgetragene Kritik nicht reagiert, hat für mich maximal 3 Sterne verdient.

Pizza wurde falsch geliefert nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit, dann angerufen damit die Pizza richtig geliefert wird, der Typ am Telefon unfassbar unfreundlich, warte jetzt schon seit 35 Minuten auf die Nachlieferung aber ich soll ja „Geduld“ haben. Ich bestelle seit Jahren bei Smileys aber langsam wird es immer schlimmer. Ich zahle knapp 19€ für eine Pizza und muss über 90 Minuten warten und kriege patzige Antworten

Ich habe zu meinem Geburtstag hier 13 Pizzen bestellt und muss sagen das ich mich nicht beschweren kann. Die Pizzen waren als sie ankamen noch schön heiß, haben gut geschmeckt und der Lieferant war nett. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Schnelle Lieferzeiten. Allerdings werden öfter mal die Saucen vergessen, dafür nen Stern weniger.
