Jet Pizzaservice in Hamburg

Unfriendly on the phone :( Just wanted to ask a question about the order, but they immediately put it away with excitement when I asked:;( No, thank you :(

I ordered via Lieferando. It said it would be delivered in about 20-30 minutes. After the order was confirmed, it suddenly said 50-60 minutes. After I inquired by phone for over 60 minutes, I was told that the driver was on the way - which was true. Unfortunately, the man on the phone wasn't exactly friendly and hung up after I thanked you and wished you a nice day. No goodbye, no nothing, just hung up in my sentence.... Then the driver came.... the packaging wasn't really sealed and the calzone I ordered (the one I received couldn't be called a calzone) was so dry and only tasted like the dough. The dough only tastes salty, hardly any sauce or content. I won't order from them again and I would prefer not to award any points at all. Price and quality are horizontally unstable. I am very disappointed with what I was offered!

Contrary to the description, we can only say positive things. The price/performance ratio is right! Pizza tastes great and is delicious! We enjoy ordering here regularly.

Waited an hour for food and food was cold

I've ordered pasta from Lieferando quite often... at €6.90, it was fair value! Or the croque for under €7 was reasonable... Now I almost fell over in shock! Pasta almost €12, just increased by almost €5?! Croque the same?!? Now it costs the same as everywhere else, only the quality hasn't improved! I've lost a loyal customer ✌️

Delivery times are ridiculous... over 2 hours and the statement that there are no drivers - this should not be confronted with paying customers under any circumstances.....!!!

Hello, I ordered there again yesterday after a long time. Here's what I have to say: I ordered the schnitzel special. Unfortunately there was very little sheep's cheese on it, barely a dollop of sauce, just ketchup-like. Was very dry. I ordered extra sheep's cheese. Like from the store, cheap and hard, not the real soft. Online for €3.50 when ordering €4.50. I also ordered extra Fanta. I got Cola for my guest. Apparently that's why it happened on purpose: either the date has expired or the goods have to go...unfortunately I'm not that happy. That's why I won't be ordering there anymore. B. K.

I have no idea why the shop has received so many bad reviews. I don't order very often anymore, but I have ordered from here often in the past, so today I ordered again. The food was still good and the portion was decent. Delivery took 35 minutes even though I don't live around the corner. Price/performance ratio is good, I can definitely recommend it.

Party Pizza is great and the price is also acceptable. Tastes delicious. I think the delivery time is a bit long, we usually wait 1 hour

I have never eaten such a huge family pizza in Hamburg, very tasty and huge. Was pleasantly surprised and will order again.

Food didn't arrive after 1 1/2 hours. They were rude when they called and in the end said they didn't deliver to the address given, which was a lie.

Habe 12 Jahre in HH Lurup gewohnt immer bei Jet bestellt. Wenn ich heute nach HH komme bestelle ich bei Euch. Nach wie vor ist es immer Super.,👍👍👍👍👍

Heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und es ist super lecker also kann man nur empfehlen das Essen kommt heiß nach hause geliefert super köstlich perfekte Portionen also man wird satt davon

Keine Ahnung, warum es so viele schlechte Bestellungen gibt. Wir bestellen da seit Jahren und uns gefällt das Essen immer noch. Die Qualität ist gut und die Preise sind nicht hoch. Sehr viele verschiedene Produkte etc. Essen ist beim Erhalt der Lieferung stets warm. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Mein Vater hat dort früher schon immer bestellt. Hat über die Jahre leider massiv abgenommen. Essen oft kalt. Beim letzten mal deutlich weniger bekommen als gewohnt. Als ich dann telefonisch mich beschwert habe, wurde unfreundlich rumdiskutiert.

Zum Abholen bestellt: Die Pizza war ultra lecker, Zutaten wie bestellt. Wartezeit war ein bisschen länger, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Ansich auch sehr nettes Personal

Pommes schmeckt wie hatte Pappe, Grillgerixht bestellt, aber nicht gegrilltes bekommen. Wartezeit mit 40 min angegeben, tatsächlich jedoch über 1 Stunde gewartet. Niewieder.

Bestelle da seit jahren, hat Mir bisher immer lecker geschmeckt. Werde da auch weiterhin bestellen.

Was Pizza anging war ich immer zufrieden.

Wir bestellen hier seit Jahrzehnten!!! Die Pizza und alles andere, was wir hier probiert haben, ist immer lecker. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Wir werden treue Kunden bleiben. Danke an das Team

Kaufe seid vielen, vielen Jahren dort Pizza. Kann also nur diese auch wirklich bewerten. Die Pizza finde ich super, das wie andere hier sagen das Personal kein deutsch kann ist nicht wahr. Also ich hatte nie dort Probleme damit gehabt. Der Laden ist sauber, und die Bedienung nett. Hat sicher ein Grund, warum seid über 15 Jahren der laden dort ist. Und nicht pleite ;)

Die letzten beide male wo ich dort bestellt habe ( irgendwas mit Fleisch) war es unter aller Sau. Die Pizza kann man essen , aber sehr fettig.
