Once and never again. After 45 minutes, I called Da Luca and asked if I could at least find out WHEN I could expect the pizza. The pizzeria replied that they had just received the order. If that's true, I can only recommend that every pizzeria cut ties with this service provider.

I'd like to speak with my boss. If I return from vacation on Monday, I'll be on vacation for three months. I'll delete this review immediately if my boss contacts me. Three months isn't a short time, boss.

I ordered from a local pizza delivery service via Pizza Taxi. The order was paid immediately via PayPal. The order didn't arrive at the delivery service until over 40 minutes later!! I'd rather order directly. ...

Really bad. Pizza-taxi.de is just a very poor intermediary. Lieferando and the like are better... It's better to call the delivery service directly. That way, you save money.

Ordering pizza online: It used to be really innovative and new, and it always worked well. - Also through Pizza-Taxi.de GmbH, even 15 years ago. I don't know how many mistakes Pizza-Taxi.de GmbH has made in the past, but the company used to be reliable as an intermediary, and today it's just utter garbage: No more orders are sent to delivery services due to system errors, exorbitant delivery fees, and simply slow and poorly organized. So: If you're ordering food online, stay away from this "company" - "Pizza-Taxi.de," unless you want to be surprised by delivery times or prices. It's better to call the delivery services or restaurants directly and order by phone, so the restaurants don't get charged an additional 15-20% for poor intermediary service, which you as a customer don't otherwise see.

0 stars for the second time that nothing has happened after 3 hours. It's a lot of work to cancel everything afterwards. ABSOLUTELY NOT recommended.

Ordered via Pizza Taxi (Don Nicola in Wattenscheid), received order confirmation, resigned after 2 1/2 hours. Call the pizzeria...no one answers. Calling the Pizza Taxi Essen (it's under the order confirmation)... you're pushed away. Thank you for nothing!!!!!

Не рекомендую никому!!! Праздник, испорчен!!!( В День Рождения...Сделали заказ с доставкой по адресу. Оплатили! В примечании указали "Доставка на дом". Получили подтверждение доставки(с адресом!). Но заказ не доставили! Через час после указанного времени, мы звоним..ответ-"не указан адрес.." Отправляем им фото подтверждения заказа... ответ - "ой, мы не видели...ждите...доставим...но...доплатите три евро... Это нормально??? Не связывайтесь! Это абсолютно безответственные хамы! И это в Германии... Позор!!! P.S. заказ, так и не привезли..!

If there's one thing that's guaranteed not to work, it's Pizza Taxi! I even suspect fraud and fakery here, as this association is not known to my pizza supplier

Arguable delivery time (second time in a row), especially no information in the email. After an agonizing 90 minutes of calling the pizzeria, they said another 30 minutes... that time has now easily passed... who isn't angry! That's it.

Never again! Ordered two family pizzas, received confirmation emails and still no pizzas were delivered. We called the pizzeria and found out on the answering machine that it was closed. Pizza-Taxi.de was then contacted by email and there was no response. Hands off!!!

Finger weg! Seit 3 Stunden 15 Minuten warten wir auf unsere Pizzen. Die Pizzaria vor Ort nimmt das Telefon nicht ab und bei Pizza-taxi.de ist zwar jemand in der Zentrale, doch der fällt nur ein "Da müssen Sie sich halt an die Pizzaria vor Ort wenden.". Absolute Unverschämtheit und ein großes Ärgernis! Da macht ihr lieber selbst eine Pizza.

Bestellbestätigung um 21.04 uhr bekommen und am 23.12 Uhr nichts geliefert... Mittlerweile hat die Pizzeria geschlossen und ich kann mir was anderes einfallen lassen. Schlechter geht es nicht !!!

Kundenservice nicht zu erreichen. Telefon geht nicht. Auf Emails wird grundsätzlich nicht geantwortet. Ins Restaurant Portal kann man sich nicht einloggen um das Restaurant manuell zu schließen.. oder zu öffnen. SMS Service kostet Gebühren und hat auch noch nie funktioniert. Bestellungen kommen rein obwohl das Restaurant geschlossen hat. Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeitet.

über Pizza-Taxi.de bestellt. Nach zwei Stunden festgestellt, dass die Pizzeria geschlossen hat. Trotzdem hat Pizza-Taxi.de eine Bestellbestätigung per Email verschickt.
