Pizzeria Mailand in Essen

I've been waiting for ages for my food order via Lieferando! At one point, the Lieferando app claimed my order had been delivered. I received a notification about this supposed delivery! But my order never actually arrived. The phone number listed on Lieferando claims not to exist, and the phone number I found online for Alfa Pizza always goes unanswered! Apparently, I'm not getting any deliveries at all! Alfa Pizza is a fake pizzeria that only exists to rip off very hungry people! Now I'm €40 poorer, but still hungry! Now, suddenly, someone AFTER ALL answered the phone! Could it be that after a good 3 1/2 hours, I'm finally going to get my food? I'm curious! Okay, of course, nobody came. The voice on the other end of the line was just talking nonsense! So everything is exactly as I said!

Delivery service disaster. Over an hour late and pasta with meat (I'm a vegetarian)

Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. I ordered through Uber Eats at 7 PM, and the food still hadn't arrived two hours later. I couldn't reach the pizzeria by phone, neither through Uber Eats nor at the number listed on their flyer. My cell phone was switched off. I canceled the order. Never again.

Seriously? What is this supposed to be? Pizza, pancake, or some kind of oily mess? It tastes kind of deep-fried. Worst pizza I've ever eaten. It doesn't exactly look like it was made with love either. The delivery took almost two hours.

The food was okay, but the service and friendliness didn't even deserve one star. They were very unfriendly. They delivered something completely different than what I ordered, and when I complained, the employee became extremely rude and inhumane. This was the second time this has happened. With my last order, it arrived an hour later than promised, and the phone number was unreachable. Never again! Not recommended.

Beware, something's wrong with their ordering process: Orders placed through their own website, for example, either don't arrive at all or only reach the supplier days later. It can happen that a pizza isn't delivered for three days. Logically, by then you've lost your appetite, assuming you even happen to be home at that point. But even with a provider like Lieferando, there have been problems, with them canceling the order themselves and recommending ordering elsewhere. The pizza from "Alfa," aka "Milan," arrived hours late, of course. If you do order (at all), definitely do it by phone! I've given the restaurant and owner at least three more chances. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to see the problem as his own and even indirectly blames his customers. Now, despite the restaurant being right next door, another bizarre incident in our building has made me uneasy, and I avoid it completely, using other pizza delivery services instead.

I've been a regular customer for years (over 15 years) – back when it was called Pizza Mailand and Big Döner. Apparently, there was a change of ownership and a name change at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has gradually deteriorated. The pizzas are still edible, but sadly, they're no longer tasty. The worst thing is the doner kebab. I used to think it was quite good. Now it's inedible. About three weeks ago, I ordered from there. When I unpacked the doner, it was so swimming in tzatziki that it was impossible to eat it without a knife and fork. The amount of tzatziki completely masked the taste of the salad, meat, and bread. I thought it might have been a one-off. I ordered again two weeks ago, and the same thing happened. Since the beginning of the year, the meat has also been getting progressively worse. Today, I wanted to give it one last chance. I specifically wrote in a note that I only wanted a little tzatziki. It sort of worked – the doner wasn't drenched. However, the meat was inedible. It tasted awful and had a strange texture. I received a €6 voucher for this place through Lieferando today, valid for future orders. As things stand, I'll just let the voucher expire. It's a real shame how a business can be run into the ground.

Unfortunately, the pizzeria was very disappointing. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the delivery instructions weren't followed. The food arrived on time, but the dough was very hard and dry, as was the entire pizza. The sauce that should have been on the pizza was missing. Sometimes you shouldn't give a second chance. After what happened the first time with an extreme delay, and this time with an incomplete order and such a dry, poor-quality pizza that I had to throw it away because it made me feel sick. I would have liked my money back because this was a waste of money.

You have to eat here at least once a month 🤤🤤🤤

Disgusting 🤮just flying maggots in the salad then I ordered herb butter what I got was more like unseasoned margarine… so keep your hands off that shop

I just received my second order from Alfa Pizza via Uber Eats and I'm not sure where to start. I ordered between 12:40 and 12:45. The app said the delivery should arrive between 1:35 and 1:55. However, the driver didn't arrive until 2:35, almost two hours after I ordered. The pizza tasted okay, but it was cold. I used to work as a pizza maker, and we usually finished in 60 minutes, including delivery time. The restaurant is also only a 20-minute drive from me. It's unacceptable that one order takes this long. You could say, okay, maybe the driver had 2-3 other orders. I tried calling the restaurant, but the phone was off. It may be a coincidence, but apparently not, as the other reviews speak for themselves. I will never order from Alfa Pizza via Uber Eats again.

I ordered food, and everything was delivered hot and quickly. The delivery person was friendly and the food was good. I really can't say anything negative. I think the price/performance ratio is excellent; it's a solid pizza!

Never order again. It takes an unbelievably long time. And spinach Gorgonzola with spaghetti noodles. It's soooo overcooked. The sauce really doesn't taste good. You can't eat it.

A snack bar with international offerings. I ordered a mushroom pizza. The tomato sauce could have been more generous; you had to use a magnifying glass to find it. The mushrooms were fresh. The pizza itself is made in a baking tray and baked using a conveyor belt oven. The taste was okay and the pizza was well-seasoned. Unfortunately, there was a bit too much cheese for my taste. So, all in all, it was okay. However, the drinks fridge didn't look very hygienic, and in general, some things were a bit dated and not very well-maintained.

Ordered twice – twice disappointed. Never again. I deliberately gave the pizzeria a second chance – unfortunately, a big mistake. The first time, I ordered two pasta dishes. The taste was a disaster: The chicken was completely unseasoned, tough as chewing gum, and ketchup was obviously used instead of the advertised tomato and cream sauce. Ingredients had also been forgotten in both dishes. After my call, I was promised a 50% discount on my next order as compensation. Sounds generous at first – or so I thought. So, second attempt: ordered two pizzas and picked them up myself. Luckily, I opened the pizzas in the store and checked them – and sure enough: ingredients were missing again. If I hadn't checked, I would have had another incomplete order at home. And the promised discount? Of course, nobody knew about it. No entry, no information – nothing. The employee just shrugged. As if that weren't enough, I overheard a conversation in the store about a Fanta being left out of another delivery. Apparently, incorrect or incomplete orders aren't an isolated incident here, but rather the norm. Conclusion: Poor quality, unreliable service, no trace of customer service. I'll definitely not be returning to this pizzeria.

Ideally 0 stars, we waited 120 minutes 2 hours for 3 pizzas, then they said that we waited 15 minutes outside the door as an excuse, they didn't even know the address even though Lieferando had everything in it, I don't recommend the shop!!!

Almost two hours of waiting time via Uber Eats, even though the delivery time is stated to be 20-30 minutes. They tell me it's on its way and then they don't answer the phone. The order was never delivered. Sorry, but as a pizzeria, you should reexamine your customer service. I won't be ordering from you again!

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! The pizza that was delivered was missing a slice, uncooked, and the hot dog wrappers were so tightly stuck to the paper that you would have had to eat them with the paper. The order was supposed to be delivered in 35 minutes, but it took almost 1.5 hours!

I just bought a kebab at this shop. First of all, they're very slow – even though it was quiet, I had to wait 15 minutes for a kebab. The kebab tastes absolutely terrible, and you can tell they have no idea how to make kebabs. The salad wasn't fresh at all, and the meat was very tough. Absolutely not recommended – stay away! €7.50 directly from the Mühl.

No delivery has arrived. No one at the store answers the phone. I'm now filing a fraud complaint.

The doner kebab is way too expensive; €9.50 is ridiculous. The meat is cheap minced meat and extremely dry to boot. The bread is far too dry because the sauce is simply piled on top. The vegetables are the only fresh ones. The fat in the sauces is already settling; it hasn't been stirred properly for so long. There are flies everywhere, and the staff seem very unfriendly and annoyed, almost bored. Once and never again, I'm sorry.

Our custom pizza with a variety of toppings was simply delicious. If it weren't so far from Berlin, we'd come here more often. Thank you.

I'd love to give it 0 stars. The pizza was rock-hard, dry, and barely edible. Absolutely not worth the money. The €10 salads were a disgrace: old ham, ingredients forgotten. The baguette wasn't cooked all the way through, wasn't crispy at all, and was small. The ambiance is purely a matter of taste; it wasn't my thing, but I was hungry and I'm not from around here. I didn't feel like looking, even though I should have. It's not a fancy place, but even in a pizzeria, you can clear away leftover plates (it wasn't open) and you can wipe and clean the tables. We ordered from Lieferando and picked it up locally. Our pizzas were very tasty, just the pizza rolls were a bit too dark. It was freshly prepared, which is why it took a little longer than Lieferando planned. But that didn't bother us! Price-performance fits.

We had already ordered pizza here twice and were satisfied until then: we liked the pizza and always arrived warm. Yesterday we ordered 2 pizzas, 1 small salad and 1 liter drink again via Lieferando. When I wanted to eat the salad, I couldn't believe my eyes... A big piece of onion was disgustingly moldy. (see photo) That doesn't work at all! I'll never order here again!

The purest catastrophe of vomiting several times. I can only advise against the fact that the kebab there is the very last thing.

I ordered a large pizza and fries from Lieferando and was really looking forward to eating it. The delivery person was on time and the food arrived warm. However, I was able to cut off the entire edge of the pizza because it was so black that I couldn't eat it anymore. The fries were so salty that the salt could easily have been used for other pasta dishes. Conclusion: Never again and if it were possible I would even ask for my money back.

Nachtrag: Am 21.11. habe ich mein Geld vom Unternehmen ohne Diskussion zurück bekommen. Wurde dann sehr „eindringlich“ auf die Google Bewertung per Mail hingewiesen. Finde es unprofessionell. Per Lieferando am 20.11. um 23:15 Uhr bestellt, bis jetzt 21.11. um 0:56 Uhr nicht da. Lieferung wurde per App bestätigt. Mehrfach angerufen, Mail geschrieben, keine Reaktion. Auch kein Anruf, dass nicht geliefert wird, Nix. Hab ich noch nie erlebt. Will mein Geld zurück.

Früher war sie gut aber jetzt wurden sie schlechter, Haare in Pizza, kommen ohne Wechselgeld wenn man bestellt. nie wieder ;-(

Nettes kleines Restaurant bzw. Imbissbude. Viel Auswahl und nettes Personal. Essen war für so eine Art von Restaurant (gemeint ist Mischung zwischen Restaurant und Imbissbude) auch sehr gut, insbesondere das Kebab war sehr lecker.

Über Lieferando bestellt, ganz schrecklich, die Pizzabrötchen waren nicht durch und zwei Haare im Essen gefunden. Ekelhaft! Essen wurde sofort weggeschmissen. Eine Erstattung hat die Pizzeria abgelehnt. Schrecklich nie wieder! Schämt euch Lebensmittel so zu behandeln!

Leider ist hier ein Stern zu viel! Nach einer Bestellung von 4 Pizzen und 2 Nudelgerichten, haben wir uns richtig aufs Essen gefreut. Leider ist uns der Appetit sehr schnell vergangen nachdem wir in einem der Pastagerichte eine fette Raupe hatten. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Nach einem Anruf in der Pizzeria hat man sich entschuldigt und das Gericht erstattet. Trotzdem werden wir leider nie wieder da bestellen!

Hallo, ich war schon öfters in der Pizzaria Mailand zu Gast. Ich der Regel nehme ich die Speisen mit oder bestelle. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich begeistern sich immer über den Geschmack und die Frische der Speisen. Auswahl, Geschmack und Preise sind top. In lockerer Atmosphäre wird bestellt, in Ruhe ein Bierchen getrunken, und man wartet (niemals zu lange) auf sein Essen. Höflich verabschiedet man sich von einander, und man geht mit dem guten Wissen/Gewissen nach Hause, dass man das Richtige gemacht hat. Die Mitbewohnerin ist begeistert und freut sich, und ich bin mal wieder ums Kochen herum gekommen😋😉. 1000 Dank an die Mannschaft der Pizzaria Mailand für ein gleich bleibendes und tolles Essen.

Kurzer Lieferweg,Essen lauwarm. Wer kaltes Essen mag,ist hier genau richtig. 2xbestellt,2xwirklich reudig .

Bestellung zur Lieferung mit der Angabe einer Wartezeit von 40Minuten bis 1Std. Nach 1,5Std. bekam ich auf Nachfrage die Antwort, dass der Fahrer schon unterwegs sei. Nach 2Std.kam dann die Lieferung ohne jegliche Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen. Geschmacklich okay aber das war’s dann auch. Wir werden dort nicht mehr bestellen!!

Wir hatten 2 Pizzen bestellt und beide hatten Haare drin. Bei der ersten Pizza dass da ein Haar drin ist konnten wir irgendwie verkraften aber als wir bei der zweiten Pizza auch ein Haar gefunden haben wurde uns schlecht. Sowas ekelhaftes hab ich noch nie erlebt. Niewieder, danke.

6 Pizzen bestellt. Lieferzeit super, Lieferant sehr freundlich. Pizza leider nur OK, Teig klebrig, Geschmack fad, Belag eher wie bei einer Tiefkühlpizza. Für den Preis hätten wir eindeutig mehr erwartet. Schade.

Seit 2 Wochen Pizzen kommt immer gebrannt , pasta Bolognese, carbonara und etc. Sehr schlecht geworden und jedes Mal wenn bestellen die vergessen immer ein Gericht.....

Ich würde da nichtmal bestellen, wenn es gratis essen gibt. Pommes ist wie matsche und kalt, das Essen einfach nur grauenvoll. Auf Fragen am Telefon wurde einfach aufgelegt. Noch nie so etwas erlebt…

Gyros leider Total Knorpelig und Zäh! Zum ersten und letzten mal dort bestellt.

Das erste und letzte mal. Die Lieferung kam viel später als geplant. Ein Salat wurde bestellt, und ist ohne Gabel angekommen. Mit Fingern ist der Salat nicht gut zu essen. Statt Aioli, wurde Remoulade geliefert. Zu dem waren einige Pizzabrötchen verbrannt. Geschmacklich können die Beköstigungen auch nicht überzeugen. Diese Pizzeria wird in Zukunft gemieden.

Habe Calzone bestellt und leider waren die Zutaten nicht gekocht 🤨Musste kotzen .Nie wieder!!

Pizza Mozzarella Tomate bestellt. Selten so eine schlechte Pizza gegessen. Komplett pampig und geschmacklos. Leider der eine Stern schon zu viel.

Essen schmeckt nach Tiefkühlware, nicht nach frischen Zutaten

Bestelle hier nun unregelmäßig seit ein paar Jahren. Standartmäßig Pizza, (gefüllte Pizzabrötchen) + Salat. Ich kann mich an keine Bestellung erinnern, bei der es nicht gepasst hat. Lieferzeit wie angezeigt, Extrawünsche wie bestellt und qualitativ wie erwartet. 5/5 verdient! Und wer sich hier über Pommes und was weis ich beschwert sollte lieber nach McDonalds gehen. Es heißt Pizzeria Mailand. Nicht Pommesbude

War mit meinen Kindern in dieser Pizzaria,wir hatten 3 Pizzen ,Thunfisch,Salami und Mozarella,dazu Pizzabrötchen ,Kräuterbutter und Aavioli,alles sehr frisch,schön gebacken,es hat hervoragend geschmeckt,der Service war auch sehr gut.Ab heute essen und bestellen wir nur noch dort.

Salat für 6€ ist eine Frechheit. Super wenig, schlechte Qualität, in Plastik verpackt. Gefüllte Pizzabrötchen verbrannt und nicht gut gemacht. Nicht nochmal, bei dieser Qualität.

Ich war heute mehr als enttäuscht über meine Bestellung… denn sie kam garnicht an! Noch nie hatte ich so einen Hunger und so Lust auf diese Bestellung und ausgerechnet dann wird die Bestellung nicht rechtzeitig geliefert und die Herren machen schon Feierabend und gehen nicht mehr ans Telefon! Ich erwarte eine Entschädigung!!

Eine absolute Frechheit! Nachdem wir heute Speisen bei der Pizzeria Mailand bestellt haben und diese absolut ungenießbar waren, weigert sich der Inhaber uns den Betrag zu erstatten! Angeblich würde Lieferando nicht erstatten, was sich aber anhand einer Mail von Lieferando an uns als falsch darstellte. Ich habe mehrmals mit dem Inhaber telefoniert und er besticht uns mit der Bewertung auf Lieferando!!! Wir haben zurecht das Essen nicht gut bewertet! Der Inhaber teilt uns nun mit, dass wir nur unser Geld wieder zurück bekommen, wenn wir die Bewertung auf Lieferando stornieren und anschließend positiv bewerten! Das sind eindeutig kriminelle Handhabungen! Wir wollen unser Geld zurück.

Absoluter Reinfall. Alles, was wir bestellt haben, war ungenießbar. Die Tomatensauce war sauer, das Gyros knorpelig, Sauce Hollondaise und Pommes übersalzen. Wir wollten unser Geld zurück. Inhaber hat uns angelogen und behauptet, Lieferando will nicht stornieren. Lieferando sagte, der Inhaber weigert sich, das Geld auszuzahlen. Nach mehrfachen Gesprächen mit dem Inhaber, bot man uns an, ihn gut zu bewerten und dann das Geld zurückzubekommen. Schlechte Bewertung war verdient schon raus. Eine Absolute Frechheit.

Leckere Pizza! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Beste, auf unseren Wunschen hin, bekamen wir die Pizza in Herzform geliefert. Da unsere Mama Geburtstag hat, wurde vom Team "herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag Mama" auf den Deckel geschrieben. KLASSE!

Das Personal ist hochgradig unfreundlich, die Preise sind für das was geboten wird absolut unverschämt und die Qualität ist einfach nur extrem schlecht.

Die Nudeln mit Steinpilzen, Tomaten und Sahnesoße waren echt nicht lecker. Eine einzige kompakte Masse, die nur nach Fett geschmeckt hat, null Gewürz dran und die Pilze waren große, schleimige Klumpen. Für fast 10 Euro einfach eine unverschämt schlechte Leistung.

Absolut mies muss ich sagen... geschmacklich ekelhaft, zudem waren die Pizzen deutlich zu klein und kalt. Außerdem musste ich die Pizza unten an der Tür selbst abholen. Eine Tomatensauce habe ich auf den Pizzen ebenfalls vergeblich gesucht. Nicht zu empfehlen und ein einziger Stern wäre noch zu viel!!!!!!
