Order simply not delivered. And pretended they didn't know anything about it.

We received the order confirmation at 9:21 p.m. Still no delivery at 11:07 p.m. We wanted to inquire by phone, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. According to the opening times, it would be open until 12:30 a.m. Will not order here again.

The food there is really delicious. But I no longer order there on principle because the delivery person was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered in my life. I've ordered there so many times back then and was always happy, but this time I was in a hotel and he didn't want to come up, which in itself wasn't a problem. But I said straight away on the phone that it would be 5 minutes or 10 minutes later I have to wait because I have to unpack my suitcase to take out some clothes. Because of course I haven't had a fresh shower, I'm wearing dirty clothes and I can't go downstairs in a bathrobe. Does the guy give me another stupid comment afterwards? How can I unpack my suitcase later and... Doesn't even stand up in any way, puts things out of the window. Next time I'd better go out naked so the guy doesn't have to wait instead of him coming up for a moment

If you call, you will be insulted and yelled at on the phone!!!! My friends are right!! Hair in food unfriendly and unclean!

Preferably 0 stars. We ordered together to satisfy our hunger… we order and after 1 hour it finally arrived… The fries were soggy and tasted like cardboard, the burgers were made without love and tasted radioactive. After eating I was no longer hungry, but disgusted. It's a shame to sell something like that... I wish I had never eaten here. A 6 year old could cook something like this better. I was lucky that I didn't get a stomach ache the next day. The only tasty thing were the tiramisu and they weren't even homemade, but freshly packaged and sold at a higher price!

We ordered food today and were very disappointed with the service. Shortly before arrival we were told that a wheelchair user lives in the household and that her partner also suffers from back damage. You only need to deliver to the front door and not to the apartment, which was then cheekily said. When you had to balance it with your arms full, you were insulted after expressing your displeasure and threatened with beatings. We then complained to the boss over the phone because the food was good. The driver (I was a supplier myself for 4 years) should rather look for new work at the job center.

Didn't read the reviews and ordered. Big mistake. The pizza was thin and burnt, I wasn't even sure if it was what I ordered.

Delivery took 2.5 hours, even though it was said twice that it would arrive in 5 minutes.

I live only 500 meters away and had ordered a pizza. The stated delivery time was 55 minutes. The order came after 1 hour and 40 minutes. The restaurant could not be reached by phone. Pizza wasn't tasty either!

It used to be really good, now it just tastes disgusting, it takes forever, it's cold and muddy, it's just disgusting.

The Tortellini al Forno are not tortellini at all, but Turkish manti, which unfortunately do not taste at all with the sauce and the rest. Service was OK. Owner was nice.

Absolutely the last place I would eat at again. First you wait a long time for the food you ordered and when the time comes, the dish is already cold. I got no apology for that. The taste of the pizza was subpar and the side dishes were saved. The price is not justified and the service could be friendlier.

0 stars would be more realistic! We waited almost 2 hours for our food. The food arrived lukewarm and completely soggy. Salad and vegetables were rotten and burnt. We are more than disappointed and definitely recommend not ordering there!
