Schon bevor der Blick aufs Menü fällt, erfreut man sich an der grünen Atmosphäre! Die kunstvollen Wandfliesen, die hängenden sowie stehenden Pflanzen und die detaillierte Dekoration erfreuen meinen Blick und regen einen gemütlichen und zugleich stimmungsaufhellenden Besuch an. Auf der Speisekarte stehen zahlreiche regionale und saisonale Gerichte mit besonderer hauseigener Note. Kreationen mit viel Fantasie werden aufgetischt, z BSG beim Dressing und den eingelegten Gemüsespezialitäten als Topping zur Beilage. Kein Aber, jedoch ein Hinweis an zukünftige Gäste: Der Rohkostanteil ist sehr hoch, wer sich auf 2/3 Kohlenhydrate auf dem Teller freut, muss entweder gezielt zusammenstellen, oder vorher ein paar Nudeln verspeisen. We had a lovely evening at Sukido Sushi Bar in St. Ingbert. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes – not just sushi – and impresses with its pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. We opted for various sushi combinations, which were beautifully presented and delicious. The only slight drawback was the wait time of over 1.5 hours. Since we were there on Valentine's Day, the restaurant was fully booked and preparing many takeout orders. Even so, the wait was a bit long for us as dine-in customers. All in all, a highly recommended place where quality and service are excellent – ​​only the wait times could be a little shorter.
