The food is very good as it should be.

Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly when it came to payment. We wanted to pay with the card and they said that this was only possible in cash even though they had a card machine.

Zu zweit eine Grillplatte für zwei Personen bestellt. Ergebnis absolut enttäuschend. Die sehr kleine Grillplatte, die nicht viel größer als ein länglicher Teller war, bestand hauptsächlich aus Reis. Die Fleischbeilage war eine riesen Enttäuschung. Kleine Fleischstücke. Für den Preis war es schon fast eine Frechheit. Bei einem Dönerteller, der günstiger ist, wäre ich eher satt geworden als bei der Grillplatte. Bin mit einem Hungergefühl nach dem Essen gegangen. Schade

Worst kebab in a long time, waiters don't really listen and are immediately annoyed, prices have risen by €1 and very little sauce! Last time here.

A nice and cozy restaurant where you get very tasty food! The selection of dishes is very large! The staff is always very friendly and no matter how busy the store is, you are always served quickly!

We were there with ten friends. Some ate cake and were satisfied. Some, including me, ate künefe. Unfortunately, the Turkish specialty was too dry. But we were still happy because we found space for ten people in Düsseldorf. In Düsseldorf there are too few restaurants where you can sit together with lots of friends. Next time I would visit Damla again. The price was also okay for Düsseldorf.

We were forced to drink Ayran today. There is no alternative to Coca Cola and Co. Not everyone supports this genocide in Gaza! There are so many other brands that can be offered to customers. They could only offer us water and ayran. Really a shame

Employees unfriendly. Even though you made a reservation several weeks in advance, you suddenly can't find the reservation. I asked two days in advance whether my reservation still existed. I was told on the phone that it still existed. In the end we still got a table but it was very unprofessional. When we got our food, we were asked whether we could change our seats as a larger group of people would be coming. The waiter/employee spoke to us wearing a Nike jogging suit, which also didn't come across as professional. In the end we were forced to leave our place. We decided to pay and leave. It's a shame for such a shop. Maybe the staff should be better trained to treat guests more politely. For us it was the first and last visit to this store.
