I've been there 10 times, and every time the kebab was delicious. But the last time, I think the kebab man spat in my kebab.

The grilled meat is absolutely not recommended. The food was probably just warmed up beforehand because it was too hard to chew. Rice was dry too. After the bad meal, they boldly asked for a tip. Absolutely not recommended.

I placed a food order online and to my surprise it was rejected. I regularly order food online 4-5 times a week and have done so for years. This was the first time a restaurant refused my order. Note: At the time of rejection there were still almost two hours until closing time and it was less busy than usual! That says a lot about a restaurant!

The breakfast plate was small and not tasty. The place is beautiful.

I ordered from Anatolia 5 times but it was rejected every time, I don't understand why, why do you offer delivery and then you refuse. Incredible. But I learned from it, never Anatolia again.

Disappointing across the board! The service was slow, the food was completely oversalted and presented carelessly. When asked, the staff reacted angrily and the bill was far too high for the poor quality. Only profit counts here, not the guest - never again!

This restaurant was simply top notch. Ate the grill mix platter for 4 people, it was incredibly tasty and very nicely prepared. Simply fantastic 🤩🤩🤩

After we placed the order (2 adults 2 small children) our food arrived (adults). Bring up the food for the children several times after a good 30 minutes later. Ayran tasted like old yogurt. Doner plate without salad had to be reminded and then you were looked at stupidly as if you wanted something for free. Doner meat was very dry. Overall we were very disappointed. And when we politely communicated this when paying, we just collected the money and said thank you. The man wasn't interested at all. We took our food with us and paid 85 euros and later gave it to the homeless instead of leaving it there or throwing it away.

Good evening, my first time Anatolia and also my last time. Ambiance top! The waitress waited 45 minutes and then came back after 45 minutes and asked what we wanted to eat... 3 people got their food and the other 5 waited 25 minutes longer. Some of the fries came unfried and with that came the shock Seen in the picture.

The first and last time was with my qzi olti gashi. 2 people got their food. When they had already eaten, the next 2 people got their food and since the somewhat lazy service missed the remaining 4 orders, they had to be taken in again after half of them had finished eating. Food was average and the location was the only thing that was somewhat okay.

We were in Frankfurt for 2 days and wanted to have Iskender Kebap. Plate was too big but taste was no good and meat was very oily. They put hot butter on the meat without asking. We do not recommend.

I am really disappointed with my visit. I ordered falafel and according to the menu it was supposed to come with a salad. However, it simply wasn't brought to me, and when I asked, I was told by the staff that I couldn't get a salad with it and that I should have one of the starter salads instead. That was annoying enough, but then we were asked if we wanted to pay. When we said we didn't want to pay until later, they suddenly said we *had* to pay immediately. Treating guests like this is unacceptable. It's a shame, I was hoping for more from this restaurant.

I've had soup before and liked it. We decided to go for dinner with a friend, I bought a grill and ordered it. The bread can be stale, it becomes fresh again when you warm it up - lots of chicken on the mixed grill, in short, it sucks - I don't think it deserves even one star.

They replied that they had just found out. I don't understand how they can remember to bring the drinks but not that there is no more food. When we asked for the bill we were shocked: 2 waters, 1 coke and a soup cost 24 euros. In short, they were very rude. That didn't fit at all."

We were looking forward to having Turkish food, but it started with the starter. The white dip and the eggplant puree tasted sour. After asking whether it might be bad, we were given a garlic dip without comment. The main courses were okay but could have been more flavorful as the seasoning was too bland. It can happen, but it's a shame for the money.

The food is bad unfortunately. A friend got food poisoning because the chicken wasn't cooked through, my mother got frozen vegetables that were even cold, I got the wrong order even though I repeated myself 3 times and there was hardly any filling in my sandwich. The starter was divine and is an absolute insider tip, my Beyti and grill plate were also very tasty. Amazingly affordable prices. Staff very nice, extremely fast and accommodating. I'd love to come back.

The bread under the chicken skewer was very old, even as hard as a stone, there was too much thyme in the roasted hair, it overpowered the flavor, and the pilaf was good. You could be more hygienic, there was a strong smell of meat at the entrance, please check your sinks from time to time, there was no employee cleaning their teeth with their nails. I hope that instead of getting angry at the comments, you will take them seriously and move on to recovery.

It used to be a good place, now I have got 2 burned meals in my last 2 visits and when I wanted to pack in the rest of meal, I opened my package at home only to find out it was mixed with someone else's meal.

There is no price for the sweets and you don't know how much they cost, only when do you get the bill paid, the baklava and other sweets were not as good as you think, the staff was a disaster, not organized, you order something and everything you ordered doesn't come , I don't understand German, I have to find a better system, the atmosphere was good, there is only an online menu, so if someone wants to order something and doesn't have a cell phone, it's a lot of fun.

I've now eaten at ANATOLIA twice in the last 2 months, my wife ordered the standard Adana today and I ordered Saç kavurma, I have to and can only say that the meat didn't taste good at all and was way too dry It really had an unpleasant aftertaste.

There were 10 of us who had visitors from abroad and wanted to have a cozy meal. We wanted to sit outside, the first encounter with the waiter was very unfriendly when putting the tables together, he said it could rain and grumpily put the table together. Ordering food and drinks worked well but when the drinks came they just put them down without asking who it was for. The food was partly good and partly bad. We ordered beer as light and received a hefe wheat, which was not exchanged. Later we ordered more food from another waiter who was new and didn't pass it on and it didn't arrive either. The child then cried. Waiters all inattentive. The table wasn't cleared, no goodbye, etc. There's still a lot to complain about. I'll stop now, but go and see for yourself.

Taste is good.. environment could be more hygienic

Considering it's a family restaurant, they really don't have a lot of high chairs, or more precisely just one. A few tables away was a family who probably no longer needed the high chair. We politely asked if we could take it for our 1-year-old daughter. They agreed. The waiter didn't like this at all and got upset about it. In short, after a heated discussion with husband, we were expelled from the restaurant even though we had already ordered and were banned from the premises. Well, that's because of a high chair.

A person has his own morals. When you open a restaurant, you should have been courteous with all people without separating them, let alone the fact that you serve halal food and the group that is looking for halal food comes to you. However, I did not like the behavior of the staff and it was slow for us only, unlike the existing customers. Their order arrived with... We came before them and this thing is clear, and when we asked about our order, he said two minutes and it will arrive, and when it arrived it was cold. In general, this thing is not in their favor, and I said my experience with them, and even if the food is good, the service plays an important role in gaining a customer the first and last time I order from them, and I hope the staff is registered. The best and most authentic Turkish food I have ever found outside of Turkey. Only recommended!

The restaurant is on a slightly noisier street, but that didn't bother us. We had a salad with bread as a starter. We both ordered Beyti with fries. Afterwards we got Çay on the house. Everything tasted delicious and was cheap compared to many other restaurants. The waiters are also very friendly. So all in all a great restaurant. ☺️

We were here a few days ago and ordered two Dürüm. We waited a total of almost 25 minutes, even though the store was really empty. The taste was really below average and apart from meat and salad and some vegetables there was nothing in it. No sauce, no nothing. We weren't even asked what was supposed to be in it. The Ayran was extremely expensive at €3.50, but at least it tasted good. We wanted to pay promptly, but no one came, so we ended up getting up and paying at the cash register. The ambience is okay but nothing special, we won't go there again

Their Turkish coffee is sweet and flavorful and their baklava is sweet

I recently dined at a Turkish restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The portions were generously sized, especially given the reasonable prices. The meat was of exceptional quality—tender and flavorful. As a delightful bonus, we were served a complimentary tomato salad appetizer, which was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with great value for money.

There was no problem with the service of the friends, they were very polite, but unfortunately, none of the food I ate, except the soup, was tasty and everything was too oily.

We actually really enjoy eating at Anatolia's. The food tastes great and the staff was always fine. Until yesterday. After dinner we wanted the bill. The waiter printed out the bill and handed it to me. Suddenly he asks how much should I do. I didn't know what he meant and asked. He then replies “what about tips, how much do you want to give?” Really a disgrace. If I want to give a tip, I give a tip, but asking for it was really rude. I really hope that was an exception.

We ordered Adena kebab, the inside of the kebab was cartilage, the rice was very greasy, the waiters were friendly and quick to respond to your requests. The price is good for the quality. Clean and tidy bathroom.

We went for breakfast with a group, but there wasn't much choice. A fixed plate with packaged food such as in cheap hotels and a choice of egg with sausage, mix or just egg. I am not really satisfied with the service, it is not professional, the atmosphere is good and it is affordable. I was at Anatolia's for the first and last time. I ordered a Dürüm kebab with everything and was initially happy about the relatively long length of the Dürüm. However, after the first few bites I realized that the taste was absolutely bland. It almost only tasted like Dürüm dough. In addition, the meat was sometimes hard and tough. Furthermore, there was so absurdly little kebab meat in the kebab that I was still hungry after eating, even though I can hardly manage a whole dürüm most of the time. If you're looking for a good Dürüm, you're in the wrong place here. Never again.

Today I made an online reservation for this restaurant in Frankfurt not Offenbach, upon arriving the waiter at the door said that entry with baby strollers is not possible, yet he lets other people in, people who speak Turkish, then I told him that I made a reservation online, and I showed him the confirmation emails, he told me no that's not for here it's for Offenbach, he doesn't listen, refuses to speak, ignores me and leaves me alone to talk and favor other people who speak Turkish and especially with the air of a nightclub bouncer not a person who works in gastronomy, none respect for customers. The most child-unfriendly shop I've ever seen, so if you come with a stroller you won't be let in. Anyone who has a child should avoid this. So service and friendliness zero. Our wishes were not taken into account, I had to leave my stroller somewhere even though my child wanted to sleep inside. So of course we're out.

Best Turkish restaurant I have been to in Frankfurt

It was a nice iftar meal. The meat was served on time, came to our table perfectly fresh and hot.

I say SHORT AND CURP. I got food poisoning after eating. And spent 4 hours of my life unnecessarily in the hospital. Food also tasted absolutely bad. (lamb skewer, adanakebab, grilled plate, lahmacun) + 1 shepherd's salad and 4 cola we paid €123. For 3 people. Ridiculous... Then I got the poisoning, one stomach ache, the third time there was nothing

We waited 2.5 hours for the food. The food would then be served cold... plus I vomited that night. Something was wrong with the food.
