Gutes Essen zu guten Preisen. Service wahr auch gut.

Absolut enttäuschend – Unverschämtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Ich habe hier 15 € für einen Dürüm gezahlt und was ich bekommen habe, war eine absolute Frechheit. Gefühlt 70 % bestanden nur aus reines Fett- und Schwabbelgewebe statt richtigem Fleisch. Dazu kamen noch steinharte Stückchen (vermutlich Knochen oder Knorpel), auf die man sich fast die Zähne ausbeißt. Für so einen stolzen Preis erwarte ich vernünftige Qualität und kein ungenießbares Abfallfleisch. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr nett extra Wünsche erfüllen sie auch gerne.Die Steaks sind sehr gut am besten kann ich das Rumpsteak empfehlen ich hole es immer in Medium well da es dann nicht so hart zeh wie well done ist kurz und klar gesagt ist der Laden einfach super

Alles war super! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders der Salat und die Soße waren außergewöhnlich gut. Aber bitte Achtung: Die Portionen sind riesig – man schafft sie kaum:) Vielen Dank, Saff-et. Wenn ich wieder in Frankfurt bin, komme ich definitiv wieder vorbei.

1/10 Sterne Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden wir weder begrüßt noch freundlich empfangen. Der Service war unhöflich, desinteressiert und man hatte das Gefühl, als Gast überhaupt nicht willkommen zu sein. Besonders negativ ist der Kellner mit Zopf aufgefallen. Sein Verhalten war unfreundlich und alles andere als serviceorientiert. Das Essen war zudem kalt und hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Für die Preise hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass das Management den Service und die Qualität des Essens verbessert.

Das Essen war nichts besonderes aber die Mitarbeiter: REINE KATASTROPHE!!!! Noch nie habe ich so unfreundliche und herabschauende Menschen gesehen und noch nie hatte ich einen so schlechten Service. Keine Mühe gar nichts!!

Ich habe definitiv leckere Grillteller gegessen, als in hier bei Saff-et. Ich finde der Teller könnte etwas lebhafter gestaltet werden, wie beispielsweise Gegrillte Tomate und Peperoni, Zwiebeln und Petersilie.

Ich kann dieses Gericht nur empfehlen, es gehört zu den köstlichen Optionen in Deutschland.

Lecker lecker lecker ist nur zu empfehlen

Leider nie wieder! Der Service war sehr nett und hat sich entschuldigt, aber das Baklava macht die schlechte Qualität des Essens/ Fleisches leider auch nicht besser. Ich hatte gemischte Steaks, aber 1/3 war sehnig, mit Knorpeln, Schwarte und Fett, welches nicht genießbar war. Das Hähnchen war ebenfalls sehnig und z.T. noch blutig- ungenießbar. Mein Freund hatte die Hähnchenplatte und bekam Durchfall, noch bevor wir zuhause angekommen sind....das zeugt leider nicht von Qualität, vor allem für über 70 Euro. In der Nähe gibt es deutlich besseres!

Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieser Laden so viele Bewertungen bekommen konnte, aber es war eines der schlechtesten Restaurants, in denen ich je war. Das Essen war schlecht, der Service war schlecht usw. Wir waren gestern Abend dort essen und ich erhole mich erst jetzt davon. Alles war mit Knoblauch überladen; haben die die Soßen überhaupt probiert? Sie waren wie Gift. Gibt es denn überhaupt noch anständige Restaurants? Ich frage mich, was denen, die dort waren, daran gefallen hat.

Ich liebe diesen Ort. Er ist perfekt.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt hier; der Service und das Personal waren ausgezeichnet, alle waren sehr freundlich, das Essen war köstlich und die Preise waren angemessen.

An sich war alles gut das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ambiente war sehr schön und das Personal war auch freundlich. Aber ein Kritikpunkt wären die Getränke mit 0,2 l, für die man drei Euro zahlt manchmal auch mehr als drei Euro. Für so ein Preis nur 0,2 l Getränke ist unangemessen und wir haben zwar Vorspeisen bekommen aber kein Brot.

Ich war schon viermal im Saff-et. Die Grillgerichte dort sind einfach fantastisch. Die ersten drei Male habe ich den Grillteller bestellt, und der war köstlich. Beim vierten Mal war das Grillgut zwar immer noch sehr lecker, aber die Portionen schienen mir etwas kleiner. Meinem Freund ist das auch aufgefallen, und als wir den Kellner fragten, meinte er, die Portionen seien gleich geblieben. Es ist ein sehr angenehmes Restaurant mit exzellentem Service und hervorragendem Essen. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen.

Es war unglaublich! Ein wahres Paradies für Fleischliebhaber mitten in Frankfurt. Das Highlight ist eine riesige Auslage, in der man sich sein Stück selbst aussuchen kann: von saftigen Steaks und Filets bis hin zu zarten Kebabs und Leberspießen. Zuzusehen, wie die Köche das Fleisch gekonnt direkt vor den Augen der Gäste braten und es dann in Flammen aufgeht, ist ein echtes Spektakel! Sehr kunstvoll und spektakulär. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Atmosphäre: Es waren so viele nette Leute da, dass ich mich einfach nur entspannen konnte. Ein herzlicher, lebendiger und sehr leckerer Ort. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir wurden dafür sehr gelobt, aber es entsprach nicht unserem Geschmack; das Pide war zu scharf und enthielt zu viele Zwiebeln. Die Portionen waren groß und machten sehr satt. Der Service war gut und die Angestellten freundlich.

Der beste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe! Superfrisch, das Essen war köstlich, die Soßen ebenfalls, und das Brot ein Traum. Der Service war überaus freundlich und professionell – alle Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren erstklassig. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man richtig Hunger hat!

Wie immer hat mir das Essen im Saff-Et sehr geschmeckt. Das Personal war bisher immer sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Nach dem Essen gab es noch einen leckeren Çay aufs Haus.

Ich war heute Nacht noch im SAFF -Et, mitten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt, und ich bin echt begeistert! Obwohl ich erst gegen 0:30 Uhr angekommen bin (der Laden hat sogar bis 01:00 Uhr offen), wurde ich super freundlich bedient. Am Anfang haben sie uns sogar noch Meze und frisches, warmes Brot gebracht – richtig lecker und ein toller Start! Ich habe mir einen Dönerteller bestellt, und das Essen war einfach top! Das Fleisch war saftig und perfekt gewürzt, die Pommes waren überraschend frisch und knusprig – trotz der späten Uhrzeit. Auch der Salat war richtig lecker, schön angerichtet mit frischer Soße und guten Gewürzen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird, egal wie spät es ist. Die Portion war großzügig und hat mich komplett satt gemacht. Außerdem war der Service schnell und sehr nett. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen, besonders wenn man spät abends noch Hunger hat! 🌯🔥

That place used to be good!! Yesterday, four of us ate there and all of us noticed something was wrong with the meat; each of us now has stomach aches and one of us even vomited!

The food was excellent – ​​fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The ambiance is lovely and contributes to a pleasant experience. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit chilly. Overall, though, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

I ordered a mixed grill and received two plates. The meat wasn't cooked through, even though I had mentioned it. The cutlets were very small. What a shame! The fries were cold, and the rice was just thrown together. My dad was there with me, and he was disappointed. The waiter was super nice, though. The guys at the grill should pay more attention to service and not hand out plates like that. You can make it look much nicer at home.

Wenn Sie hierher kommen, sollten Sie auf keinen Fall Döner essen, aber die Teigwaren und Kebabs sind wirklich gut. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Adana Kebab. Der schwarze Tee schmeckt bitter – ich würde ihn nicht empfehlen. Er wird allerdings als Gratisgetränk angeboten. Das Lokal ist meiner Meinung nach nicht besonders einladend, und es ist oft sehr laut. Trotzdem kommen wir hierher, wenn wir Lust auf Kebab haben. There is a waiter with curly black hair. A very rude waiter. He is shouting around and causing disturbance. I don't understand from which mountain he fell there, but as an employee, you need to pull yourself together. There are lots of customers around. It's not a marketplace. Every waiter should have some kindness. I hope they send him away soon. It's unbearable.

This place should be avoided at all costs, especially by tourists. The staff is poorly trained, inattentive, and rude, particularly the older gentleman. The food is of inferior quality. If you happen to be passing by, just keep walking.

I didn't like it at all. The İskender meat wasn't very edible. I had to get my own menu even though the place wasn't even busy. That's why I always go to Doydoy. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best and hope you'll improve.

Tasty döner, prices normal. I took a döner Teller - 14 eur. At the end I asked for a tea and this was for free, according the turkish culture (ikram). Close to the center. Strongly recomment as a döner hunter!

The meat is delicious, but I can't say the same for the service. Don't try the Adana or lahmacun; they have nothing to do with the original. The appetizers are nothing of the sort. It's a fast-food type of place. There's no place to sit and chat; it's a cacophonous atmosphere.

Today I'm sharing a very bad experience. I was out and about and spontaneously decided to go there. The reception was disastrous. I asked if I could sit outside (I'm a smoker), and they told me I could sit anywhere. When I asked about the restroom, the man just repeated himself without listening to me. Finally, I pointed out that I urgently needed to know where the restroom was and just got a "I don't care." After that, I sat outside and waited a full 9.5 minutes before they brought me the menu (there were only three waiters on duty, and the place was by no means full). Taking my order was relatively quick; bread as a small appetizer with three dips arrived with my drink. Seventeen minutes later, the food arrived, and it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to take what I had left with me. I waited 22 minutes for the server to come. During that time, I could see how friendly the server was to the other guests, who, in my opinion, seemed similar to you. They even actually talked to them, but unfortunately, not to me. At the end, when I was finally able to pay, they explained that apparently four people had called in sick. Conclusion: Food 5/5, absolutely divine. Service pretty much a 1/5 if you want to sit outside and if you look German. Otherwise, it would have been better. The restaurant looked great inside, but rather plain and unremarkable from the outside. The wait time for one person was far too long. As an experienced restaurateur, I found it too disorganized (apparently according to the server), sometimes unfriendly, and not particularly impressive. The only thing that earned it two stars was the food. But that might also have been due to my intense hunger after waiting half an hour.

Three of us ate there and ordered steaks. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment: • The meat wasn't served as thoroughly cooked as requested.☹️ • One steak was barely bigger than my index finger – charging €28 for it is a disgrace.😤 • Another steak was so inedible that it wasn't even touched (photos available).🤮🤮 In the end, we paid a total of €110 – for what, exactly? 😵The meat was nothing special, just average supermarket fare. There, you can get the same thing for maybe €8, here it's sold for €50 or more.🤥🤥🤬🤬 Conclusion: Disastrous value for money. For us, it was the first and last time. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I still feel sick when I see these pictures!!!

I was outside yesterday and it started to rain. I noticed that the only waiter was only in charge of certain guests. He was attentive, pushed the tables forward so they wouldn't get wet, and asked me repeatedly whether I was satisfied. He gave me the wrong order. He was so distracted and disinterested. The meat isn't exactly amazing either, so I definitely won't go there again.

We always enjoyed visiting this place. Unfortunately, the taste of the dishes has changed and is no longer the same as it used to be. We were served soup, but they didn't bring any bread. They always used to offer bread. Furthermore, they brought bread to guests at neighboring tables who didn't eat soup. There's no indication on the menu that bread must be ordered separately from the soup. It's very sad to be disappointed in such a pleasant place.

I can say that it is the only place where you can eat Turkish food in Frankfurt, it is a nice establishment that starts with Emir Et and continues with Saf-et, the food is always delicious and the service is great, especially many thanks to Yurttaş Bey. He is always attentive, kind, polite and customer-oriented.👏

Catastrophic. I ordered a beheaded burger, but got cevapcici. The food tasted so bad that I ordered a new one. The old plate was barely touched, and it was clear that the new order was made because the first one was inedible, yet I was still charged for both.

Ordered Adana kebab. The meat was too fatty and tasted more like chicken. The salad had probably been sitting out for at least half a day because it was dry. They tried to balance out the dryness with the sauce. Absolutely not recommended; very poor quality, unfortunately.

I was there with my guests and we wanted to eat Adana kebab, but I've never had a worse kebab in my life. The salad was also very bad, and they simply added something like grass, and the meat wasn't cooked through. We paid 40 euros for an undercooked, greasy, bony, disgusting kebab. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please go to a regular shop. It was my first and last time...

The food has lost quality. You don't get what's advertised on the menu. We got saddle of lamb, even though the menu said chops. The baked potato with grilled vegetables and yogurt sauce advertised on the menu actually consists of boiled vegetables and cream sauce. We won't be visiting this restaurant again.

I ordered Turkish delight "Medium Well." Connoisseurs will know that the meat is still pink and tender inside. However, a middle-aged person who seemed important tried to convince me that my meal was supposedly the way I wanted it. 😂 Firstly, the meat was gray inside and dry in texture, making it inedible. maybe helal but not fresh came as group of 12 and experienced same as Evin describes. meat tasted fatty, came with waaay too much fat and was old. when kindliest asked to return my grandmas meal for new, they declined. unbelievable! at payment we did not tipped which made staff gave us THE look and they talked rude in their language. sorry but thats not european standard
