Waiters were very, very friendly. We also like the food quite well. Price is not that expensive either, so normal. We are pretty happy with this restaurant.

I went there with my family and we had a great time with both the food and the service. The staff were friendly and professional, the only thing I would improve are the bathrooms but otherwise everything was excellent 👍👍👍

The menu is great with awesome dishes at good prices. The restaurant location is the middle of Frankfurt Main center pedestrian street… You can choose to sit outdoors or indoors. The toilets are clean and are located upstairs. I will strongly recommend this restaurant for a quick bite or a brunch, dinner with family.

The shop doesn't have air conditioning inside, so you sweat while you eat. The interior is also old and worn. The table is far too high for the bench and the food tastes okay, nothing special. I wouldn't recommend it, there are much much better stores. But the employees are nice 👍

I had the lamb, and it was quite tasty. Not dry and with good seasoning. The rice was just ok, needed some more seasoning but actually tasted good with the meat. They bring you bread with some dips which was really good. They also bring you after dinner tea. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Wide selection of food. Service was great.

This was my fourth time at SAFF-ET and I'm pretty divided. On the one hand, you have a huge selection when it comes to meat and steaks. On the other hand, the ambience in the restaurant is not my thing at all, as there are a lot of people eating here and it is therefore loud. The food is ok, but on our last two visits we had to wait quite a long time to be served.

Order taken quickly, food delivered quickly, service friendly. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty, the chicken skewer and chicken plate (sac tava) were tender, but in my opinion lightly seasoned compared to other restaurants. Lamb skewer was very good, as it should be. Lamb chop good but also weakly seasoned. Salad dressing (I think it was mustard or curry dressing) doesn't go well with Turkish dishes. A traditional Turkish salad would be much more harmonious. Homemade Ayran was good and the right size, the cola bottle is too small at 0.2 liters, which is a bottle size for children's guests

Very nice location. We ordered kebab plates. Unfortunately the meat was very fatty. You could even tell from the color of kebab meat. We complained. The employees already knew that the meat was fatty and couldn't tell. I suspect that the owner buys very cheap kebabs and tries to make more profits. Döner plate should not cost more than €15 for this type of meat. Doner meat didn't taste good. I recommend the owner Yaprak to sell kebabs.

We wanted to have some sauce with the fries, but they gave us these bags of ketchup and mayonnaise, but this place is of much higher quality because, in my opinion, there are small piping bags like this in fast food joints like McDonals or similar. By far the best Turkish restaurant in Frankfurt. Bread and mezze grade 1 and free!, food (everything except the kebab skewer, which is standard "mince") delicious, whether chicken breast or manti and large portions. Service was always top, the waiters are well trained.

When am in Frankfurt I like enjoying my meal at this restaurant. Before your food comes they bring to you some fresh homemade bread and toppings. This time I ordered lamb chops and fries and Fanta. The food is teasty . The place is always quite full and am always like that I don’t have to wait for so long. The restaurant in very near to the city centre and transport . !Child Friendly!

But if you're looking for a candle night dinner, don't go to a steak house ;-). It's not your typical kebab shop. Which is a welcome change. They focus on the steaks and real kebabs. Bread is freshly prepared on site. You get 3 kl mezze and bread to start with. Big mistake on our part, we almost had enough of the bread. Freshly baked bread is simply delicious. The salad dressing is wonderful. The highlight was the tomahawk. What a lovely, fabulous piece of meat. Great and grilled to perfection. We've had it at another steakhouse before and it was 3x as expensive. So when you criticize the prices, you shouldn't forget that the meat is of very high quality. GF took his time and told us how carefully everything is selected. He buys the meat himself and selects it carefully. We believe him. Doner kebab is prepared in-house. That's something completely different than the cones from a large company. The steaks are not simply delivered. But selected under our own direction. Here you can get kebabs and steaks of the best quality. Price performance is justified. Deserved 10 out of 10. We were very satisfied. Summer sun terrace. I ordered lamb fillet and was served a lamb cutlet with the explanation that we only had 3 fillets left. I wasn't asked if it was okay for me. The rice wasn't really cooked and therefore rocky/hard and if that wasn't enough, there was still a hair in it. When I commented on this, I asked if I still wanted kebab meat as compensation. It's just pathetic that I can't get what I ordered for my money.

Adana plate was ok.. Meat soup (paca)corbasi was not paca corbasi but a mushroom soup and only a few pieces of meat inside. I was shocked, it was the first time I had experienced or seen something like that. Paid €75 for nothing. A pity. Never again, sorry.

Just ate there, kebab plate and grill plate from chef. Well, fries and vegetables were the best. Too much sauce, grilled plate, not enough meat, for €25, and served nicely on lots of bread. That it looks like a lot. Conclusion: once was enough for me.

When I ate at Saff Et last night, I started having stomach cramps after about an hour. These haunted me throughout the evening and became more intense. It then progressed to severe vomiting, nausea and acute diarrhea. On top of that, the waiter came to our seat a few times as we finally called him to pay. However, every time he went to different tables to serve the people there instead of just letting us pay.

Really a great restaurant. We had the lamb ribs, a grilled vegetable plate and a large grilled meat plate. All the things were really tasty and grilled to perfection. I can only disagree with the other negative reviewers. Great service, great food, the trip to Frankfurt was worth it for that alone. We say thank you very much.

Totally thrilled. Great service, nice location, despite the spacious open table in the hall you could still have a good conversation. The meal came with a free starter, various sauces and everything from vegan to grilled dishes that pleased the palate. The service is nice and provides information if you have any questions. The toilets were clean and tidy. (A small point deduction because I'm not used to having to wait in line at a restaurant, but that was made up for by all the other conveniences.) The steak was OK but nothing special. The ambience doesn't suit my taste; it could be made more appealing. The service staff were fine. When the place was full, you had to wait a bit, but that went pretty quickly. The prices were also okay. All in all, a restaurant that is okay, but still has room for improvement.

If you like to eat delicious meat, there is no need to look elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and the service is super fast. In the evening hours, there may be a queue at the door of around 30 - 45 minutes.

Very bad even though it was full. Donner costs 8.5€ and the cheapest way they put meat in it and fries is so funny a small bowl and costs 6€ it's a robbery to say so. Never again at SAFF ET. Condition also very bad and people are not friendly.

Nicht nur das Essen Ist sehr gut auch die Bedienung ist sehr hilfsbereit. Da der Laden einen regen Besuch hat, kann man vorher keinen Platz reservieren. Der Mustafa (Bedienung) hat es dennoch möglich gemacht, so das wir als Gruppe einen guten Platz bekommen haben. Der Salat mit hausgemachter Senf-Honig Soße ist köstlich. Die Fleischgerichte und Steaks sind einfach fenomänal.

Kumpir kann man vergessen. Service hat mir nicht gefallen. Komme wahrscheinlich nicht so schnell zurück.

Kann leider nur den Döner geschmacklich bewerten. War nicht so gut

Die Bedienung war nicht nur höflich, sondern auch sehr engagiert und aufmerksam. Allerdings war der Köftespieß nicht lange genug gebraten worden und dadurch etwas zäh im Geschmack. Abgesehen davon war die gemischte Grillplatte ein wahrer Genuss. Dennoch muss ich erwähnen, dass dieser Genuss einen hohen Preis hat, aber wenn ihr bereit seid, mehr Geld auszugeben, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Mahlzeit zu genießen, dann ist dieser Ort definitiv eine Option.

Wir sind kurz entschlossen hier rein, wurden aber so positiv überrascht! Lammfleisch war mega!
