Wenn Sie hierher kommen, sollten Sie auf keinen Fall Döner essen, aber die Teigwaren und Kebabs sind wirklich gut. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Adana Kebab. Der schwarze Tee schmeckt bitter – ich würde ihn nicht empfehlen. Er wird allerdings als Gratisgetränk angeboten. Das Lokal ist meiner Meinung nach nicht besonders einladend, und es ist oft sehr laut. Trotzdem kommen wir hierher, wenn wir Lust auf Kebab haben. There is a waiter with curly black hair. A very rude waiter. He is shouting around and causing disturbance. I don't understand from which mountain he fell there, but as an employee, you need to pull yourself together. There are lots of customers around. It's not a marketplace. Every waiter should have some kindness. I hope they send him away soon. It's unbearable.

I ordered a mixed grill and received two plates. The meat wasn't cooked through, even though I had mentioned it. The cutlets were very small. What a shame! The fries were cold, and the rice was just thrown together. My dad was there with me, and he was disappointed. The waiter was super nice, though. The guys at the grill should pay more attention to service and not hand out plates like that. You can make it look much nicer at home.

Tasty döner, prices normal. I took a döner Teller - 14 eur. At the end I asked for a tea and this was for free, according the turkish culture (ikram). Close to the center. Strongly recomment as a döner hunter!

The meat is delicious, but I can't say the same for the service. Don't try the Adana or lahmacun; they have nothing to do with the original. The appetizers are nothing of the sort. It's a fast-food type of place. There's no place to sit and chat; it's a cacophonous atmosphere.

Today I'm sharing a very bad experience. I was out and about and spontaneously decided to go there. The reception was disastrous. I asked if I could sit outside (I'm a smoker), and they told me I could sit anywhere. When I asked about the restroom, the man just repeated himself without listening to me. Finally, I pointed out that I urgently needed to know where the restroom was and just got a "I don't care." After that, I sat outside and waited a full 9.5 minutes before they brought me the menu (there were only three waiters on duty, and the place was by no means full). Taking my order was relatively quick; bread as a small appetizer with three dips arrived with my drink. Seventeen minutes later, the food arrived, and it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to take what I had left with me. I waited 22 minutes for the server to come. During that time, I could see how friendly the server was to the other guests, who, in my opinion, seemed similar to you. They even actually talked to them, but unfortunately, not to me. At the end, when I was finally able to pay, they explained that apparently four people had called in sick. Conclusion: Food 5/5, absolutely divine. Service pretty much a 1/5 if you want to sit outside and if you look German. Otherwise, it would have been better. The restaurant looked great inside, but rather plain and unremarkable from the outside. The wait time for one person was far too long. As an experienced restaurateur, I found it too disorganized (apparently according to the server), sometimes unfriendly, and not particularly impressive. The only thing that earned it two stars was the food. But that might also have been due to my intense hunger after waiting half an hour.

Three of us ate there and ordered steaks. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment: • The meat wasn't served as thoroughly cooked as requested.☹️ • One steak was barely bigger than my index finger – charging €28 for it is a disgrace.😤 • Another steak was so inedible that it wasn't even touched (photos available).🤮🤮 In the end, we paid a total of €110 – for what, exactly? 😵The meat was nothing special, just average supermarket fare. There, you can get the same thing for maybe €8, here it's sold for €50 or more.🤥🤥🤬🤬 Conclusion: Disastrous value for money. For us, it was the first and last time. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I still feel sick when I see these pictures!!!

I was outside yesterday and it started to rain. I noticed that the only waiter was only in charge of certain guests. He was attentive, pushed the tables forward so they wouldn't get wet, and asked me repeatedly whether I was satisfied. He gave me the wrong order. He was so distracted and disinterested. The meat isn't exactly amazing either, so I definitely won't go there again.

We always enjoyed visiting this place. Unfortunately, the taste of the dishes has changed and is no longer the same as it used to be. We were served soup, but they didn't bring any bread. They always used to offer bread. Furthermore, they brought bread to guests at neighboring tables who didn't eat soup. There's no indication on the menu that bread must be ordered separately from the soup. It's very sad to be disappointed in such a pleasant place.

I can say that it is the only place where you can eat Turkish food in Frankfurt, it is a nice establishment that starts with Emir Et and continues with Saf-et, the food is always delicious and the service is great, especially many thanks to Yurttaş Bey. He is always attentive, kind, polite and customer-oriented.👏

Catastrophic. I ordered a beheaded burger, but got cevapcici. The food tasted so bad that I ordered a new one. The old plate was barely touched, and it was clear that the new order was made because the first one was inedible, yet I was still charged for both.

Ordered Adana kebab. The meat was too fatty and tasted more like chicken. The salad had probably been sitting out for at least half a day because it was dry. They tried to balance out the dryness with the sauce. Absolutely not recommended; very poor quality, unfortunately.

I ordered Turkish delight "Medium Well." Connoisseurs will know that the meat is still pink and tender inside. However, a middle-aged person who seemed important tried to convince me that my meal was supposedly the way I wanted it. 😂 Firstly, the meat was gray inside and dry in texture, making it inedible. To our surprise, we didn't have to wait at all and were able to sit down right away, which was really nice given the size of our group. Food & Quality • Steak: The steak was cooked to perfection, very juicy, and tender. The piece of herb butter, which gave the meat a wonderful flavor, is particularly noteworthy. • Fries: The fries were crispy and freshly prepared, a perfect accompaniment to the steak. • Sides & Sauces: There was a selection of different dips and condiments that rounded out the taste experience. • Drinks: The drinks were served quickly and were well chilled, including soft drinks like Coca-Cola. Atmosphere & Service • Ambience: The restaurant offers a modern and inviting ambiance with large wooden boards as serving platters, which gives the whole place a rustic touch. • Service: The service was friendly, attentive, and quick – despite our large group, all orders were taken and served promptly. Conclusion SAFF ET in Frankfurt is a definite recommendation for steak lovers and larger groups. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the smooth operation even without a reservation impressed us. We'd be happy to return!

My friend and I went and ordered Adana and lahmacun. The Adana situation is well-known, I've included photos. ❗️ Uncooked ❗️ Lahmacun was divided into four pieces, like pizza. As someone who's eaten lahmacun from hundreds of places over the years, I can say this: Lahmacun is not pizza; it can't be divided into four pieces. ⛔️ (Depending on the size, you can divide it in half and stack it on top of each other, or serve it as a single piece.) And for salad, you get either shepherd's pie, arugula, and onions. But that's the classic onion salad. We told the cashier that the Adana was uncooked, and when we paid, our friend said, "I wish we'd changed it and put it back on the stove." We were in a hurry and went in very hungry. It was the cook's fault. ❗️(The guy at the counter was kind and helpful) But we're friendly, and the service is good. The problem lies with the flavors and the complementary side dishes and salads that come with the menus. Greetings and respect. I hope this is fixed, and we'll return if we pass by again. Otherwise, the percentage of customers who don't like the restaurant and don't come back is usually in the 80s. ;)

The meat was dry, the salad was unloved, and the drinks were warm – in temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius. The waiter barely said a word, no "welcome," no "thank you," nothing. You felt unwelcome. Only the rice was okay. Poor value for money. Absolutely not recommended.

I absolutely love Saff-Et! The meat dishes are delicious and fresh, the grilled meat is a particular highlight. The meat is tender and perfectly seasoned. The ambiance is pleasant and modern, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The staff is very friendly and attentive, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. I always enjoy coming here because you can find simply great food and a great atmosphere.

I recently ate at Saf Et in Frankfurt and had mixed impressions. Starter – Meat Soup: Unfortunately, the meat soup didn't impress me at all. The flavor was very bland and the consistency unpleasant. For me, it only deserves 2 out of 5 stars. Main Course – Tomahawk: The tomahawk, on the other hand, tasted really good. Tender meat, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection – it gets a full 5 stars. Side Dish – Rice: The biggest disappointment of the evening was, unfortunately, the rice. It tasted bland, was too soft, and had a very unappetizing consistency. Even 1 star would be too much. Service & Atmosphere: I would like to highlight the complimentary Turkish tea – a lovely gesture that underlines Turkish hospitality. Conclusion: Overall, my visit was mixed – great quality of the meat, but significant weaknesses in the starter and side dish. Therefore, the average rating is only a meager 3-star rating.

Especially the kebabs and steaks are extremely successful - the meat is juicy, fresh and expertly prepared. Oh, and their soups,👍🏼 and freshly made bread on the side, I'm hungry again. The place is designed in a modern and tasteful way, and has an ambiance that is far above similar places. The only missing point: No alcohol is served. However, if this is not a problem for you, this place offers you more in terms of both palate and ambiance. It is recommended with peace of mind for those who love Turkish cuisine.

We eat at this restaurant all the time when we come to Frankfurt, a good place for any age, the staff is friendly, cultured, fast service, the restaurant is always full, a variety of food 👍, the food is very tasty, large portions, steaks are just the bomb 🫶, the price is 20-30 euros per dish, ayran - I have never drunk tastier. We had dinner here today after an appointment. As soon as we sat down, we were brought a basket with freshly baked bread and three dips. With Mustafa we couldn't have asked for a better waiter. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. We had reserved in advance and were looking forward to a lovely evening. But when we arrived we were informed that our reservation had been taken. No apology, no suggestions for solutions - instead we were simply sent away. Such mismanagement is unacceptable. If you can't reliably keep reservations, you should at least try to offer an alternative or apologize appropriately. Very disappointing - we won't be back!

Overall, a good address for a relaxed visit if you fancy Turkish cuisine - not a highlight, but definitely worth a visit.

Never again. The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the evening. We reserved a table and were seated directly between other guests, without any consideration. When we asked to get another seat, we were told that everything was full. But there were enough places available. I waited almost 45 minutes for my food, the soup and a special request were forgotten. The grill plate we ordered was obviously reheated, lukewarm, hard and completely cooked through. The service was unfriendly throughout the evening, people were deliberately ignored and I wasn't charged. At some point I lost patience and went to the waiter to pay so I could finally leave. The price was completely excessive for the performance. An experience that I don't have to go through again. Too bad
