After a year I came back Overall I Like it’s Food, Restaurant and Service. It is easy to Access. Definitely would try it more.

The seating area is small, so people are reluctantly forced to sit next to people they don't know. The food was not as good as I expected, although it was expensive. I don't plan on leaving again

The restaurant is well maintained and beautiful. It is located on a busy street which makes access very easy. The service was both quick and professional - I liked that. However, I think more emphasis should be placed on the quality of the ingredients used. If high-quality products are used, this will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and sales.

We had dinner here today after an appointment. As soon as we sat down, we were brought a basket with freshly baked bread and three dips. With Mustafa we couldn't have asked for a better waiter. So attentive, everything explained and sooooo friendly. The food was super delicious. Of course everything is very meat-heavy, but you have to be aware of that when you go to a Turkish restaurant. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. We had reserved in advance and were looking forward to a lovely evening. But when we arrived we were informed that our reservation had been taken. No apology, no suggestions for solutions - instead we were simply sent away. Such mismanagement is unacceptable. If you can't reliably keep reservations, you should at least try to offer an alternative or apologize appropriately. Very disappointing - we won't be back!

The Saff-et in Frankfurt offers a solid selection of dishes, especially the meat dishes are well prepared and fresh. The portions are sufficient and the price-performance ratio is okay. The service is friendly, but could be more attentive in places. The ambience is simple, but clean and pleasant. Overall, a good address for a relaxed visit if you fancy Turkish cuisine - not a highlight, but definitely worth a visit.

When we asked to get another seat, we were told that everything was full. But there were enough places available. I waited almost 45 minutes for my food, the soup and a special request were forgotten. The grill plate we ordered was obviously reheated, lukewarm, hard and completely cooked through. The service was unfriendly throughout the evening, people were deliberately ignored and I wasn't charged. At some point I lost patience and went to the waiter to pay so I could finally leave. The price was completely excessive for the performance. An experience that I don't have to go through again. Too bad

If you come here you definitely shouldn't eat kebab, but the pasta and kebabs are really good. My personal favorite is the Adana Kebab. The black tea tastes bitter - I wouldn't recommend it. However, it is offered as a free drink. In my opinion, the place is not particularly inviting and it is often very loud. Still, we come here when we feel like kebab.

The Iskembecorba was not good at all. I've had better lamb chops and unfortunately the service was far too chaotic.

I stood in line and was the third person in line. Suddenly a man in a suit came in with his girlfriend. Instead of standing at the back like everyone else, he went straight to an employee and spoke to him briefly. Afterwards he was immediately given a table while the rest of us had to continue to wait. I immediately complained and asked why he was given priority. At first I was told he had a reservation. But I know that you can't actually make a reservation at this restaurant. When I brought this up, they said he called the boss directly and made a reservation because he was a friend of the boss. I found that totally unfair. Why do different rules apply to some people just because they know the boss? The rest of us guests stood patiently in line and waited, but this man was allowed to go in - just because he knows the boss and was there in a suit. Something like that is an absolute no-go for me. I expect all guests to be treated equally, no matter who they know. This experience completely ruined the restaurant for me and I'm wondering whether I'll ever go there again.

We ordered soup, which tastes ok if you add salt. The main courses were two Adana plates, as well as an Iskender plate and a Beyti plate. The salad as a side dish tasted good. According to my colleagues, the portion of all three dishes was significantly smaller than last time, the meat was dry and either tasteless or over-salted. For the Iskender plate, what felt like dry kebab meat from a skewer was used, which is too thick for an Iskender. The meat was cold and there wasn't even melted butter on it. Ayran was served open in a glass, also over salted. My friends were disappointed and I regretted wasting my money there. Not recommended!!!

Inside, the pieces of meat smile at you - from kebabs to rack of lamb to ribeye, everything is there. It is noticeable that all of the steaks, apart from the tomahawk, are only 1 finger thick. So ordered Tomahawk, MEDIUM-RARE. Ayran beforehand was delicious. Then the disappointment: Tomahawk cut, completely through, even more... Completely gray. Cut on the other edge, same way. Then once through the middle... It was more towards medium, a touch of pink and juice. Some good crust on the outside, some charred. The best thing: when clearing away the sad piece of gray was shown (see photo). The waiter said "not enough?" Me: “nooo, on the contrary”. He replied (literally translated from Turkish): "OK, I'll keep 'thinging' it up." The fries were good.
