Ambiance is nice. Calamares too oily and floury. Waited 40 minutes and the table wasn't cleaned up. It's a shame

I ordered the mixed grill dish with fried potatoes. The meat was fresh, very tender and tasty, and the delivery arrived on time after 37 minutes. Very satisfied, I would happily order again.

I had an Adana plate with cola. Bread and a plate of sauces were also served. Adana and bread tasted very good. Unfortunately I didn't think the sauces were that good. Instead of yogurt sauce there was tzatziki. I found the cola a bit too expensive in terms of price. Ate outside. Chairs and tables weren't that clean. Maybe I'll come back and try another dish. But the competition in this area is of course very high. But service was nice and courteous.

There were four of us at a table on the terrace. We were only served every 30 minutes and the restaurant was almost empty. The food was only slightly seasoned and unfortunately served very carelessly on an old board. We had to ask for drinks, although there was mold on the Cola bottles and there was even a maggot hanging on one of them. When we asked and showed the animal, the bottles were taken back and unfortunately we were given the same bottles back at the table, this time wiped clean. None of us ate any more after that. 60 euros for the entire afternoon. Service also had no interest in cleanliness: tables were not cleared or wiped, plates were sometimes left an hour before someone came. We had accepted the packing of the leftovers or the offer (before the coke), but when no one came after 45 minutes, we left. We won't be coming back

I ordered soup and adena Kebab, the soup was completely raw and not edible at all. Unfortunately, the quality of adena Kebab was not bad, it was edible. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Having a complete salad strung in your kebab is simply not possible.

We sat down in the restaurant and after 10 minutes we received the menu. We told the woman that we were still waiting for the other guests and that we would like to have the menu only then. She then said it could still be here and handed it out to us well, when we ordered the drinks, we waited another 15 for 4 drinks, the food was ok, nothing special, the meat was a bit too dry, which became noticeable in the end. I'm now lying in bed and have had nausea and vomiting. Ps: We were alone in the store and waited a long time for food and drinks

The most delicious Turkish food for many years, served in a super-friendly and lightning-fast manner. Fresh, crunchy, high quality and cleverly seasoned. It's a shame that I'm so rarely in Frankfurt. Anyone who gives bad reviews here and writes incorrect German is probably from the jealous competition.

We were there for breakfast at 10:30, the eggs and sausages were ice cold and the food was tasteless and the rolls were hard as a rock. Wouldn't recommend it.

.. after about 20 minutes of waiting you are informed that there is no normal kebab bread... then you get a Dürüm, which didn't taste good. I asked for something spicy and didn't get anything spicy. Pide with minced meat tasted okay. The prices are too high for the quality.

A store that shouldn't deliver. I had already eaten there and the food was better than when it was delivered. Points that are really bad: Fries cold and soggy. Doner meat ultra fatty cut way too thick. The sauce is a ready-made mixture (forgive me if I'm wrong) Ordered Tradewins iced tea that was really expensive and got a cheap one? Ordered 3 bottles, one of which was correct. Overall a good place if you're in the suburbs, but they should stop doing delivery business.

REALLY BAD!!!! We thought we would give it a try. Well, it was a real mistake. First of all, fries, you can give something like that to someone who has no teeth. So flabby and soft, as if they were warmed in the microwave. Now for the kebab. We probably gave ourselves some juicy food poisoning for dinner. The meat felt like it only consisted of gristle, was completely unseasoned and inedible. Like chewing rubber!!! Selling something like that for €8.50 is really an absolute disgrace. Would NEVER eat there again. But hey, at least our dog had dinner in the end.

Yesterday I ordered a grill plate with my son and we really enjoyed it. Meat was very well seasoned and the grill plate was nicely presented. The staff was very attentive and friendly 👍👍👍 We'll definitely be back👍👍👍👍

Extremely disappointed. Thought that such a place would be much cleaner. Hair and mold found in food. And that happens two out of two times. I would advise anyone not to eat at this restaurant. Everywhere but not this one. 1 star just because 0 is not possible.

It's not bad. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's delicious. Breakfast Saturday-Sunday and holidays for €15 as much as you want and whatever you want from the buffet.

The employee is very impatient, just because we know her outside of work. She was very unpleasant. I was expecting a chocolate cake. What arrived was something that didn't look like a chocolate cake. We ordered 2 Künefe Both tasted different and not tasty We waited for more than half an hour, very disappointed someone had to throw up I don't know what they put in there but you have a very bad taste in your mouth after the Künefe oh god too bad

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, When the restaurant is full, the service takes a while, mainly Turkish cuisine, delicious freshly grilled food.

The breakfast brunch is super delicious there and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The service is friendly and very helpful. You can really spend your time there. The only complaint is that it is very cold there because the front door was open the whole time and that was the case last time... But, I'll definitely come back!

Ordered food. Pide came instead of pizza and the pide we ordered was wrong. A total of 5 main courses were ordered. The bill at the door overwhelmed me. €81.50!!!!! It was clear to me that the prices had changed, but I've rarely experienced something so anti-social and then there was a €2.50 delivery fee! There are plenty of other and especially better Turkish restaurants in the area. Shame on you! You served me for the last time!

Not a "döner kebab shop", but a Turkish restaurant, unfortunately a bit too expensive since Corona. The specialty is the real charcoal grill, on which the meat is roasted and gets a real smoky aroma. It is therefore better to order grilled dishes than kebabs or pides etc.

Were there for breakfast. Everything fresh and plentiful. Was always refilled fresh and warm. Tea and sweets as well as fresh fruit are also plentiful. We recommend.

Schönes,sehr gepflegtes Lokal mit offenem Grill. Ich hab mir dort einen Dönerteller mit Reis zum mitnehmen bestellt. Als ich gesehen habe wie liebevoll die Speisen dort auf dem Teller arrangiert werden, hab ich mich fast schon geärgert. Aber diese Liebe zum Essen reißt auch bei to go nicht ab. Salat&Sauce(Sauce satt❤️) extra verpackt,Fladenbrot noch oben drauf. Das Fleisch war so lecker,dass ich die genauso leckere Sauce kaum gebraucht habe. Preislich etwas gehoben (13,50) aber das hat sich auch sowas von gelohnt. Ich glaube, ich hab nen neuen Lieblingladen.😊 Freu mich schon auf nen Besuch vor Ort!

The Saray Restaurant & Cafe is a Turkish restaurant that offers Turkish specialties as well as other international dishes such as pizza and the like. It is located on the northern edge of the "Am Wendelsgarten" square in Bonames in the north of Frankfurt am Main. The food, especially the doner kebab, tastes excellent and is all freshly prepared, which is of course normal for a doner kebab. The staff are very friendly and courteous! In addition to the usual offerings, there is also an unlimited breakfast buffet at weekends and on public holidays. Accessible by public transport with the U2 and U9 "Bonames Mitte" stop and a two-minute walk. There is only limited parking available for cars. Highly recommended! Das Saray Restaurant & Cafe ist ein türkisches Restaurant, in welchem neben türkischen Spezialitäten auch andere internationale Speisen wie z.B. Pizza u.ä. angeboten werden. Es liegt am nördlichen Rand des Platzes "Am Wendelsgarten" in Bonames im Norden von Frankfurt am Main. Die Speisen, insbesondere der Döner schmecken hervorragend und werden allesamt frisch zubereitet, was natürlich bei einem Döner normal ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich undd zuvorkommend! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar mit der U2 und U9 Haltestelle "Bonames Mitte" und zweiminütigem Fußweg. Für Autos sind nur begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein wirklich netter Dönerladen! Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr heimlich und beim Warten auf meine Dönerbox wurde mir ein warmer Tee spendiert. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Fleisch lecker gewürzt.

Ein tolles türkisches Lokal mit Leckeren orientalischen Spezialitäten. Wenn man öfters kommt wird man wie alte Bekannte behandelt. Nett auch zum verweilen und schauen!

Angenehme Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen.

1 - 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Bonames Mitte erreichbar. Auch ein Bus fährt in der Nähe. Es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. Draußen mit oder ohne Sonnenschirm oder auf der etwas windgeschützten Terrasse. Drinnen an Tischen mit Stühlen und Bänken. Man kann hier Getränke und Mahlzeiten einzeln von der Karte bestellen oder einen günstigen, einmaligen Betrag bezahlen und das Buffet/den Brunch genießen. Das Buffet habe ich nun schon zweimal ausprobiert und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Brotbelag, Salaten, Obst, Rohkost und süßen Teilchen zum Kaffee oder Tee. Was man im Vorfeld wissen sollte: Zum Buffet gibt es nur türkischen Kaffee ohne Milch (Kaffeesahne vorhanden) und auch nur schwarzen Tee! Der schwarze Tee ist sehr stark und wird üblicherweise mit dem nebenstehenden heißen Wasser gemischt! (Etwa ¼ - ⅓ schwarzer Tee und den Rest der Tasse mit heißem Wasser auffüllen). Wer etwas anderes trinken möchte, kann sich zusätzlich etwas von der Getränkekarte bestellen. Dies muss dann aber auch zusätzlich bezahlt werden! Ich würde mir noch wünschen, dass vor jeder Speise des Buffets eine kleine Tafel oder Schild steht, da man nicht alles (er-)kennt und auch nicht bei allem weiß, ob es vegetarisch ist. Das wäre wirklich super! Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie räumen auch gerne mal kurzerhand die Tische um, wenn man zu mehreren kommt und zusammen sitzen möchte. Für größere Gruppen, vor allem für's Buffet sollte man reservieren!

Had breakfast this morning. They have really lifted their game since I had last been there. The service was quick and friendly, the food was very fresh with generous portions. They lose one star due to many people smoking nearby (sorry, I hate smoking where food is served). All in all, great work on tasty fresh food, quite cheap pricing for portion size.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich Gut, -Adana Teller- jedoch ist die Portion für den Preis etwas dürftig. Personal mal freundlich, mal nicht. Extra wünsche bei der Bestellung sind wohlTagesabhängige Entscheidungen.

Frühstücksbuffet schmeckt nicht, nicht frisch gemacht, das Brot ist trocken! zwei Erwachsen mit zwei Kinder knapp 50€ bezahlt, war überhaupt nicht Wert!

Heute zum ersten Mal ein Frühstück Buffet ausprobiert und alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr reichlich! Warm und kalt, von herzhaft, pikant und scharf bis zu Marmelade, Obst und Kuchen, mehrere Sorten Brot, Tee und Kaffee - für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei und der Preis ist sehr fair. Die Bedienung ist schnell und sehr sympathisch! Man kann drinnen oder draußen sitzen und unterm Sonnenschirm das Essen genießen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Zum Muttertagsbrunch heute dort gewesen. Auswahl reichlich, Geschmack wie immer bestens. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal 😊

Bei 4 Gerichten 1 vergessen. Dönerbox 11€ !!! ein perfekter Vergleich, 4 Normale Packungen kippen nebeneinander sind ähnlich groß. Geschmacklich ganz gut.

Super leckerer Dönerteller! Fleisch sehr zart, könnte aber meiner Meinung nach etwas knuspriger sein, geschmacklich aber einwandfrei! Das Brot super fluffig, die Soße toll abgeschmeckt, der Reis schön buttrig und super lecker! Gerne wieder

Also Döner war top. Kann ich nicht anders sagen. Besser als manch anderer in Bonames. Zum Rest kann ich nichts sagen.

Waren zu Zweit zum Mittagessen hier. Preis Leistung stimmt. Das Essen war frisch und lecker. Es gibt hier auch ein All You Can Eat Frühstücksbuffet. Das probieren wir ein anderes Mal.
