The problem in Germany: when someone's doing too well, they don't care about customer service. The food is top-notch, but the way people are treated is typical of Germany. Zero service, zero friendliness. I don't want to go into detail, but what happened there today is a sign that things are going downhill in Germany, unfortunately.

We ordered pizzas for delivery today... The pizzas were okay, but unfortunately not properly cut. They were a bit small, but otherwise alright... The price was also reasonable...

I ordered a very spicy chicken sandwich

We have them deliver. The food arrives very quickly and is still hot. The taste and quality are also excellent. Excellent value for money. The drivers are friendly.

I had fried rice here. They accept only cash, so I had to order online. Food was fine. Stay was very supportive. Helped me with placing of online order, even though we had language barrier. Recommended.

This is a hole-in-the-wall joint and is outstanding! The food was terrific an the price was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Their pay system was down so We couldn’t use our card, but they made super easy to just order online. It all worked out perfect. My only regret was that I didn’t have any cash on me and couldn’t leave a tip. Their online ordering system doesn’t allow the option to leave a tip either. They deserved one though.

We ordered pizza there today for my son's birthday. Very, very tasty: Especially the mushroom pizza! And the young people there were also very nice and friendly. I'd go back anytime 👍👍👍 I can't say much about the service and ambiance since I only picked it up, but I'm giving it 5 stars for the overall friendly attitude.

The food was excellent, worthy of the best restaurants. But too little space. I was looking for a pizzeria with the best rating nearby and immediately found Pizza Guy, but with such a rating, of course everything else must be great too. I trusted the rating and didn't investigate further into what it looked like. When I came I was a little disappointed with how little space there is also without a toilet, so it's not family friendly. I believe others who say that the rest of the food they have on offer is also great, but I won't be coming with family or friends in the near future. However, I give such a rating because of the delicious food.

Pizza, pasta and freis was tasty. Back the menu says you can pay with card if it’s more than 15€ but at the payment cashier said they accept only cash. After that they accept card. How this can be possible I don’t know.

I recently visited this pizzeria and really loved it. As soon as you enter you notice the attention to detail and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere; you immediately feel welcome. The decor is cozy and stylish, just right for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The pizza was just great! The dough is wonderfully crispy on the edge and soft in the middle, just as you want it. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, which you can tell with every bite. I particularly liked the tomato sauce, it was fruity and not overly spiced so all the flavors came through. The selection of toppings is also diverse, so there is something for every taste. The service was another highlight. The staff (especially the tall young man Sami) were very attentive, friendly and made sure everything went perfectly without being intrusive. Our order came quickly and everyone was eager to ensure we had a good time. Overall a fantastic visit. This pizzeria offers a great combination of delicious food, relaxed atmosphere and great service. I'll definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for really good pizza!

We found a pizzeria based on reviews, the pizza is delicious, but…….. there is no place to wash your hands, there is no toilet here either🤬 We ordered 2 pizzas, they just brought us pizza on plates and that was it, we had to ask for cutlery and plates (hands are dirty and there is nothing to wash them with)... at first we were given only 2 plates, and when they asked for 2 more plates for the children - they heard dissatisfaction, because we only ordered 2 pizzas🫠 the service is very bad!

We were in Ostpark with the family. We noted this in the order and the order arrived. We ordered three pizzas. They all tasted very good. Thank you for the flexibility.

The workers were very attentive to us at all times. The food was very delicious. Very good quality-price. It is definitely a site that is worth it, I recommend it.

The three pizzas were delicious and good size, great quality and price. And the tiramisu is very tasty. It is behind a street behind the river and the place is not big, but it is worth it.

After ordering, the food is delivered within 30 minutes, hot and delicious as always. I can only recommend it. Order once or fall in love straight away 🫠😋

A real insider tip - and has much more to offer than just pizza. We ate pasta and fried rice. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauces were very tasty, the rice tasted great. The taste is great, the portions are quite large and the price is right. There are only a few tables and you sit very close to the kitchen - but there is a very friendly staff. Happy to come back!

I'm completely serious, I've never eaten anything so delicious. On seriously criminal underrated. It's a highly polished diamond in the middle of delicious food. It was perfect and the cocktail sauce was ULTRA delicious. Trust me. Eat here

My wife and I had dinner there. A small, sweet shop decorated with love. I just have to say that the food is incredibly delicious. I was able to watch the food being prepared. Only high quality ingredients as I could see. The food is extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. We remain loyal customers.

We ordered 14 different party pizzas for our Altweiber company party. Not only were they delicious and well received by the employees, they were also imaginative. As a test, I ordered a Philadelphia pizza with hollandaiise sauce and minced meat. This one was a hit. Next time I'll experiment with more hollandaise pizzas.
