Troja in Frankfurt am Main

We were there with a group of 8 for breakfast on Sunday. Packed to capacity, tables close together, bad. Pulling together for “Almanns”? Nope! Waiters stood by helplessly and didn't dare say anything. So an 8th table remained unused and we got a table under the television. Breakfast was ok, but nothing great and overpriced. No recommendation.

I think the service is impossible and the mood is not good. The only thing I liked was the food.

“Please pack garlic sauce” was ignored. I have ordered 3 times now and each time it has been ignored. The food actually tastes very good, but do you seriously think that you can eat a mixed platter without sauce? I knew you would forget and wanted to call but the phone doesn't even work for you. Delivering is really not recommended for you.

Best food I ordered via Wolt. Always fresh, nice and warm and fast delivery. More than satisfied :)

What happened today: we wanted to go out for something to eat with my friend after school and we chose this place. Today me and my friend ate there. The man came to us. We said what we wanted (a Dürüm and a Köfte sandwich) I said that I didn't want my Dürüm with spicy. The man wrote it down, gave it to the cashier, and the food came, I took a bite and it was spicy. I call the man. He comes to us. I ask him why this kebab is so spicy, whether it is spicy and he says that the kebab can't be spicy. Apparently the onions could be spicy. I always eat my food with onions, and I know that onions can't be that spicy. Anyway, I didn't want to be angry and tried to just eat the food but couldn't. We then went to pay at the cash register. We paid and then I told the woman that my food was spicy even though I said it wasn't supposed to be spicy. She showed me the piece of paper and it said “spicy” on the piece of paper. Then I told the woman that I didn’t say it. She said that I should come and show it and then I would get a new one. But I called the man who wrote the note before we paid and he said that it couldn't be spicy. How am I supposed to come and say to you, then we'll pay and we'll go out. The man who wrote the note. Come to me and give me a drink and apologize. I paid twelve euros!! and then give me a drink. Instead, maybe you could give me my money back? Plus my friend's food, he ordered kofta sandwich. They were raw. It felt like there was only lettuce in there.

In my opinion it is the best kebab in Frankfurt, large portions, good meat and top service.

I've been eating in this neighborhood for the last week. Every restaurant I visited was good, but the food here (price, taste and service) blew me away. I paid 11€ for a schnitzel with salad fries and mushroom sauce, espresso and I also got a free cookie. I recommend

I come here often. But I don't understand why the guy with the beard at the window deliberately leaves out 2-3 things when you're asked "with everything" beforehand. I pay the same price for half of what else is included. As I said, I'm happy to come, but if you've had a bad day, that's an extra turn-off

Never order food here!! Disappointment on all levels. Already ordered several times via Lieferando, the quality is constantly declining, side dishes are often wrong or missing, and I've even had the wrong main course. In the past, solutions have never been offered, you can come by (if I could come by, I wouldn't use a delivery service...) Delivery time over 2 hours today. When asked, he says he was waiting for the driver. The driver shows me his app and the time ordered; he waited in the restaurant for over 15 minutes. When I unpacked it, I noticed that both inserts were missing. On the phone again, the employee first spoke for a long time in Turkish before telling me that there was no side dish for one meal. However, this can be selected in Lieferando. He blames Lieferando. When asked what was wrong with the other supplement, he said it was missing. No solutions are suggested. He could give me more rice next time. Apparently he can't refund me money, even though I waited over 2 hours and had two incomplete cold main courses. The tone was very heated towards the end. Absolute unprofessionalism, terrible customer service and mediocre food at best.

First time here, pizza was very good, thin as it should be. Service was great, food and drinks arrived quickly. 2 pizzas with 2 Coke Zero, 21 euros. Can't complain. Price performance ratio is very good.

Finally doner pizza. Super delicious pizza and salads. I can only recommend. Very friendly staff and food is fresh and tasty. Payment by card is possible and takes place in the store. You can sit comfortably outside on Leipziger Straße. Protected from the sun by an awning. The prices are great. Not too expensive and the quality of the food is very good.

No. 92 Jaeger Schnitzel? I ordered it, and for 9 euros, I thought it was a really good deal compared to local prices. The meat was delicious and the salad was delicious. The staff was kind enough to guide me even though I don't speak English or German at all. They even played soccer outside because it was Euro 2024. I came to Frankburg and came here. Highly recommended if you ever come to visit.

I've been here probably 4 times now and last time I even drove here from Sachsenhausen. Melis simply has great raw materials and uses them to make very tasty food. Whether kebab or falafel plate, Adana or pizza, I have never eaten anything bad here. The service could sometimes be a little quicker at the table for the first order Nevertheless. It's okay, but it didn't surprise me in a positive way. I ordered food there for myself and a guest in 2023. The order value was a good €30. By the time we got everything, the first half was cold again and other orders that came after us were ready before our order. In total we had to wait around 40 minutes for our order to be completely fulfilled. The service offered here actually deserves 0 stars! because they tried to collect the same order 5 times. I haven't had to wait that long before for 2 kebabs, red and white fries, 3 drinks and 1 pide with rice and salad. My guest was also very disappointed about this attempt, which we consider to have failed. If I can avoid it, I probably won't go through the same procedure here again. 👎

Ordered a Dürüm via Lieferando. The taste was okay, but I think it would be a shame not to put it in the oven and just let it deliver a sloppy something. Messed up the entire meal, never Dürüm at Melis again.

Food, service and value for money is 5 v 5 *. This restaurant has become one of my favorites, especially during Lent. The employees are very reliable and friendly. We chose a table outside and we felt like we were on vacation. I've eaten there twice so far and the dishes have been phenomenal each time. The falafel are homemade and you don't get much for the price! For me, Melis is one of the best Turkish shops that stick to tradition. After the meal there was free black tea and a sweet dish, which I don't know from other Turkish restaurants. The service once forgot my apple juice spritzer. However, I could forgive that because everything around it was true.

Not a bad shawarma, tasty meat in it, not too much of that hard bitter red cabbage, but my jaw hurt after a minute from chewing the pita bread. I would grill the shawarma, then it would be perfect. Delicious lemonade, which they prepare themselves, brought a beer mug of lemonade for only 2.9 €. We ordered 1 shawarma with falafel and another with meat + drink, the total cost was 18.40€

We ordered from here for weeks because it was simply delicious... then filled kebabs arrived more and more irregularly and the quantity on the kebab plate varied greatly. Now the prices have suddenly increased massively - kebab from €7 to €9.50. Price-performance is unfortunately completely in the basement, before 5 stars.

Kellepaça, Gözleme spinach, rice pudding and the homemade ayran are a poem - again and again. My “place to be” for years.

I am a regular customer at this restaurant. I get our food there several times a month because it's delicious. But today it was an event for me that doesn't reflect well. I came in and was well attended as always. There were customers in front of me. When it was my turn to order (to take away ) I would be completely ignored. I thought it wasn't intentional, but the next customers who came in were immediately greeted and the order was taken in Turkish. This went on for a few minutes and then I expressed my displeasure and was asked what I actually wanted. I explained it again and said that I had never been ignored as much as I was by these employees. After an employee asked to the other, he shook his head and acted completely innocent. As a long-time regular customer, which I am no longer, I will look for another kebab shop or restaurant. To be fair, one of the employees apologized.

Rotisserie, no kebab. The flesh full of cartilage. Although the menu says rotisserie, the waitress only says veal. Fries were basically still swimming in fat. Nice Mediterranean atmosphere.

Дуже гарне кафе біля станції метро Лейпцігштрассе в Франкфурті. Великий вибір їжі та напоїв. Гарне обслуговування. Є різні столики для різних компаній за кількістю. Ціни вас приємно здивують, реально дешеві ціни! В залі є телевізор. Звісно є туалет, він внизу у підвалі. Страви свіжі і дуже смачні. Однозначно рекомендую!

Vorgestern habe ich wieder mal einen Döner gegessen Portion war wie ich es wollte perfekt ein Loop für den Koch Preis wieder mal erhöht von 7 auf 8 €, ist das einzige wo ich mich aufrege jede zwei Wochen dass der Preis sich erhöht Arbeiter super nett da freut sich yede Kunde bin vollkommen zufrieden werde immer da zum Essen gehen wenn es so bleibt!

Absolutely superb! We came on a cold, raining Saturday afternoon in December. But the welcome was warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem (even our lack of German) The Donner tella was absolutely huge, with plenty to fill you up on a winters evening. The linsen soup was hot and full of flavour. The falafel was excellent! An excellent meal.
