I eat there often, usually getting the grilled dishes (chicken and Adana) and always the amazing lentil soup. It's always delicious! And during Ramadan, the service is always top-notch, even despite the busy customer base!

1 point our food was given incorrectly and when we called there the employee shouted at us and said that he would throw away our soups then we wanted spicy powder in addition to the soups which he didn't give us either so it was torture for us to get our food there

After making sure the order was correct several times, the wrong items were still brought to 2 out of 3 people. When I asked the staff about it, they reacted rudely and lacked empathy. Not recommended. It's a shame because the food is usually really tasty.

I wanted to go to Kebabchi today, unfortunately they were still closed. I was forced to order there! I'll put it this way, rotisserie says everything about the store. The meat consists mostly of meatloaf, leftovers that actually belong in the bin. More than half of the food ends up in the trash. Service haha, non-existent. Ambiance was good, looked quite good inside and out. Conclusion; I'll never get lost in the store again. Eat your rotisserie yourself.

The restaurant was not as expected, really low quality food and hard meets. The Adana kebab smelled so bad. The waiter made a mistake in our food, and he was insisting that it was our fault. I don't recommend this place.

Breakfast highly recommended. Price performance TOP. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the store is nicely decorated. If you arrive by car it is difficult to find parking spaces. It is best to take the subway as the shop is located next to the Leipziger Straße subway station. Enjoy it

Disgusting !!!!! Meat doesn't taste good, garlic sauce tastes like curry, the whole food is over-spiced. We left everything behind. The young waitress had just served us when we arrived She had to slide the chair forward so that the winemaker could get to the drinks and she made a face. 0 stars. We were there with a group of 8 for breakfast on Sunday. Packed to capacity, tables close together, bad. Pulling together for “Almanns”? Nope! Waiters stood by helplessly and didn't dare say anything. So an 8th table remained unused and we got a table under the television. Breakfast was ok, but nothing great and overpriced. No recommendation.

I think the service is impossible and the mood is not good. The only thing I liked was the food.

“Please pack garlic sauce” was ignored. I have ordered 3 times now and each time it has been ignored. The food actually tastes very good, but do you seriously think that you can eat a mixed platter without sauce? I knew you would forget and wanted to call but the phone doesn't even work for you. What happened today: we wanted to go out for something to eat with my friend after school and we chose this place. Today me and my friend ate there. The man came to us. We said what we wanted (a Dürüm and a Köfte sandwich) I said that I didn't want my Dürüm with spicy. The man wrote it down, gave it to the cashier, and the food came, I took a bite and it was spicy. I call the man. He comes to us. I ask him why this kebab is so spicy, whether it is spicy and he says that the kebab can't be spicy. Apparently the onions could be spicy. I always eat my food with onions, and I know that onions can't be that spicy. Anyway, I didn't want to be angry and tried to just eat the food but couldn't. We then went to pay at the cash register. We paid and then I told the woman that my food was spicy even though I said it wasn't supposed to be spicy. She showed me the piece of paper and it said “spicy” on the piece of paper. Then I told the woman that I didn’t say it. She said that I should come and show it and then I would get a new one. But I called the man who wrote the note before we paid and he said that it couldn't be spicy. How am I supposed to come and say to you, then we'll pay and we'll go out. The man who wrote the note. Come to me and give me a drink and apologize. I paid twelve euros!! and then give me a drink. Instead, maybe you could give me my money back? Plus my friend's food, he ordered kofta sandwich. They were raw. It felt like there was only lettuce in there.

In my opinion it is the best kebab in Frankfurt, large portions, good meat and top service.

I come here often. But I don't understand why the guy with the beard at the window deliberately leaves out 2-3 things when you're asked "with everything" beforehand. I pay the same price for half of what else is included. As I said, I'm happy to come, but if you've had a bad day, that's an extra turn-off

Never order food here!! Disappointment on all levels. Already ordered several times via Lieferando, the quality is constantly declining, side dishes are often wrong or missing, and I've even had the wrong main course. In the past, solutions have never been offered, you can come by (if I could come by, I wouldn't use a delivery service...) Delivery time over 2 hours today. When asked, he says he was waiting for the driver. The driver shows me his app and the time ordered; he waited in the restaurant for over 15 minutes. When I unpacked it, I noticed that both inserts were missing. On the phone again, the employee first spoke for a long time in Turkish before telling me that there was no side dish for one meal. However, this can be selected in Lieferando. He blames Lieferando. When asked what was wrong with the other supplement, he said it was missing. No solutions are suggested. He could give me more rice next time. Apparently he can't refund me money, even though I waited over 2 hours and had two incomplete cold main courses. The tone was very heated towards the end. Absolute unprofessionalism, terrible customer service and mediocre food at best.

Finally doner pizza. Super delicious pizza and salads. I can only recommend. Very friendly staff and food is fresh and tasty. Payment by card is possible and takes place in the store. You can sit comfortably outside on Leipziger Straße. Protected from the sun by an awning. The prices are great. Not too expensive and the quality of the food is very good.

I've been here probably 4 times now and last time I even drove here from Sachsenhausen. Melis simply has great raw materials and uses them to make very tasty food. Whether kebab or falafel plate, Adana or pizza, I have never eaten anything bad here. The service could sometimes be a little quicker at the table for the first order Nevertheless. It's okay, but it didn't surprise me in a positive way. I ordered food there for myself and a guest in 2023. The order value was a good €30. By the time we got everything, the first half was cold again and other orders that came after us were ready before our order. In total we had to wait around 40 minutes for our order to be completely fulfilled. The service offered here actually deserves 0 stars! because they tried to collect the same order 5 times. I haven't had to wait that long before for 2 kebabs, red and white fries, 3 drinks and 1 pide with rice and salad. My guest was also very disappointed about this attempt, which we consider to have failed. If I can avoid it, I probably won't go through the same procedure here again. 👎
