Actually the worst kebab I've ever had. Sauce tastes like nothing. Map incorrectly labeled, prices and contents of the kebab differ. (Beware of fraud)

One word? Disaster. Unfriendly staff. Don't ask for receipts. The sauce tastes like nothing and runs out at the bottom. The dishes and prices are advertised on the menu in the restaurant. Afterwards there is less in the bread - when asked, it is explained that the prices have changed and the original variant has to be paid for separately. Never. Again.

It's a great place, the food is excellent, the employees are sincere and respectful, I congratulate the owner of the business.

I've been coming to the kebab shop again and again for six months. Quality has deteriorated extremely, kebab has become smaller and prices have gone up. Food is touched with hands (peperoni) and I've never seen anyone wash their hands before they start making kebab. Then at least use gloves.

90% of the kebab was salad and the other 10% was semi-raw meat. I've had diarrhea for 3 days. Never again if your gastrointestinal tract is important to you.

The food is good but when you order at home putting the price the delivery guy wants all the time will get you 2 or 3 euros extra.

Went there briefly during our break. 1 x kebab in your hand and once the kebab box 18 euros!!!! WOW the price is quite high, which in itself would be ok, but the price management is definitely not right here. Doner kebab with a really ridiculous portion of meat and at that price???? Sorry guys, that's a rip off. Conclusion: go somewhere else because you will definitely get more for your money. Not recommended because of price/performance!!!!!

Great kebab, great late night snack

It's ok, I was disappointed with the meat. Overcooked chewy and almost jerky equivalent. I ordered the wrap but I should've gotten the doner as the tortilla was that edible. But wouldn't have made the difference if the meat was cooked correctly. Baklava was good tho!!!!!

It's really okay here, I can't complain. The meat is fresh, tasty and generous from the spit, friendly service, at first glance everything is clean and tidy - it fits!

We each ordered a kebab on site, one normal and one with extra meat. Both kebabs tasted ok and had the same “extra meat” content, except for the price, which was not identical. The kebab with extra meat cost €1 more, a whopping €9. A can of soft drink e.g. B. Cola was offered for a whole €3 and we decided to skip the overpriced drink. We then heard from the cashier in a loud and rough tone: "If you want a cheaper drink, then you have to go to Aldi!" The Turkish cashier then slammed our change onto the counter with anger and also looked at us angrily. We were stunned by such aggressive treatment. Absolutely not recommended..

The kebab plate was tasty and sufficient. However, you had to drink the Ayran directly from the packaging plastic cup.

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars for a restaurant like this. I would have expected a lot more, although some of the staff were nice, but when it comes to service, it's a bad restaurant. Even the prices are unbelievable, €4 per drink The employee wasn't okay either. I wanted to have 1 skewer of kebab. Terrible grilled meat! It’s actually not even grilled, it’s just fried on a metal plate. Grilled involves fire! For €20 per grilled plate, it’s quite a rip off! Very disappointing! We did a delivery and once we contacted the restaurant about it, the restaurant was very rude in its feedback. I really don’t understand good reviews! Maybe they all refer to doner. But I’d stay away from this place!

You can quickly grab a kebab here as a snack. The amount of meat and salad won't fill you up if you're hungry. The taste is ok, but nothing more.

The staff is very nice. The kebab, however, was very average. Unfortunately we didn't like the bread or sauces :( The price of 9€/dönner... then unfortunately it's just a disappointment. It's a shame.

Five days ago (01.01.24) ordered a kebab and a kebab pizza with extra cheese, sauce and no peppers for €27.48 (including delivery costs) via Lieferando. Despite the slightly longer delivery route, the food arrived hot and all special requests were taken into account. It was very good, I can recommend it!

Habe schon häufiger hier essen geholt und es war bis jetzt immer okay. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer freundlich. Heute allerdings war ich nicht zufrieden. Ich habe einen Lahmacun und eine Dönerbox bestellt. Im Lahmacun war fast kein Fleisch, was vermutlich an einen großen Bestellung vor mir lag. Die Dönerbox wurde mit alten, kalten Pommes aus einer Schale über der Mikrowelle gemacht. Die Pommes wurden in eine Box umgefüllt und in der Mikrowelle erwärmt. Dementsprechend labbrig haben sie auch geschmeckt. Ich hätte natürlich auch erwartet, dass die Pommes frisch gemacht werden. Für 17€ kann man mehr erwarten. Da ich bisher aber zufrieden war, kann ich noch 3 Sterne vergeben.

Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis im Alanya zu essen. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Der Laden ist für mich der Sauberste im Bahnhofsgebiet. Die Crew ist immer gut gelaunt und bedient einen wie ein König. Hier ist der Gast noch König. Sehr zu empfehlen auch die Deserts. Alle schmecken sehr lecker. Danke für das Essen und den tollen Service.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen der döner wurde komplett durchgeschnitten so dass alles unten rausgefallen ist und der dönerteller war auch nicht so das wahre gibt in der Umgebung aufjedenfall bessere Läden.

Bei Ubereats bestellt. Solider Standard nichts besonderes. Aber für 9,50€ fast schon Wucher.

We had a night out in Frankfurt to see the history of the area. Had a couple of drinks and we came across this kebab. The lads working in there are superb super friendly. Very welcoming and made sure our food was to a good standard. Their portion size is generous and good value for the money.

Big building and much people around. I like it. But be careful with Thief and rubbing.

This place is worth it. I couldn’t tell you the name of what I ordered, but it was the best meal I’ve had in Germany. Thinly sliced roasted meat over basmati rice next to an assortment of fresh and pickled vegetables and incredibly soft fresh bread. The one order was probably enough for two. Good service from a friendly staff in a very clean restaurant motivated me to stick around and try to let everyone know this is a solid option anytime.

Der Döner Sandwich war sehr gut, Fleisch geschmacklich super und zart, auf Wunsch gab es auch reichlich Salat drauf und Joghurtsauce. Bedienung war freundlich. Gehe ich gerne nochmal hin, wobei 8 Euro für ein Döner für mich wirklich das absolute Maximum sind.

Der Besitzer hat mein Handy gefunden und das Essen war perfekt. Vielen Dank immer wieder gerne.
