A charmingly rustic atmosphere, delicious food, attentive and friendly staff/owners...a very pleasant experience.

The food (fish) tasted quite good. However, the ambiance is rather dated.

We went there today on the recommendation of a food blogger. We really wish we hadn't. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars at all. The restaurant was freezing cold, and the few people sitting inside were all wearing jackets. The server immediately announced that half the menu was unavailable. And this was on a Sunday evening! No lamb chops, no ham hock, etc. We ended up ordering the lamb skewers. The portion was ridiculously small, and to top it off, the meat was cold—not exactly a pleasant experience with lamb. And as if that wasn't enough, the bill was completely wrong. We were charged for too many drinks, and they tried to charge us double for the appetizers—it was an absolute disaster. The waitress didn't even seem to feel sorry for us, let alone apologize for her mistake. She blamed it on her new calculator. Unbelievable.

We were there this afternoon, wanting to eat ham hock. They didn't have ham hock today, so we wanted lamb chops. According to the lady, they didn't have those either. We ordered the appetizer dips for €15. Elsewhere, they're included. They were okay, but absolutely nothing special. They came from a big tub from a catering wholesaler. Drinks came in small 0.3-liter PET plastic bottles. The portions were tiny, maybe 80 grams of meat. We had the lamb, and it wasn't hot, but lukewarm. That's very inconvenient for lamb. The tea arrived very late, and the room was very cold. The heater doesn't do much; you have to turn it on earlier and heat it more. At the end, the bill arrived (see attached). €199. I was immediately surprised and asked how she arrived at €199. She was incredibly rude and mumbled something about a new cash register system while holding a calculator. How can you be €75 off? We think it was intentional. Their reaction reinforced my impression. No attempt at compromise or a sincere apology. The bill is definitely a matter for the tax office. As a final step in the clarification process, I received a yellow slip of paper with €125 scribbled on it. Avoid this place. It reeks of a scam.

The food was okay overall. The service was really attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself is clearly showing its age: both inside and out, everything looks very old and unkempt. A little more care and cleaning would really make a difference. We thought the portion sizes were good, but it was quite chilly inside—we sat there shivering the whole time.

I feel kind of sorry for this. It used to be an insider tip, and now, thanks to TikTok and other things, all the jealous people are coming out of their shells. You can tell from the reviews that these people have never been there. I hope the owner does something about it. We love coming here, and no, we're not influencers, and we don't get cold plates or unfilleted fish. These jealous people are unbelievable.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment and nowhere near comparable to Kebabland (comparison from TikTok). Since we apparently didn't have an influencer bonus, the fish wasn't even served filleted. The mixed plate was extremely meager for the high price, and the seasoning was absolutely bland and boring—really nothing special. The biggest shock: There were three hairs embedded in the meat, so deep in the piece that it couldn't possibly have just "fallen on." That's simply disgusting and unacceptable. The fish tasted just okay, but the overall package was abysmal. For me, it's no more than a very generous 5/10.

The ibo' nun Yeri – Everything from the Grill is a real insider tip for me, one you won't easily forget! 🤩 As soon as you walk in, you immediately sense the special atmosphere – not a fancy restaurant, but much more cozy: like a garden restaurant. You sit relaxed outdoors, the atmosphere is relaxed, informal, and warm. It's precisely this charm that makes the visit so special – you almost feel like you're at a friend's garden, except there's a professional at the grill. I tried the large grilled sea bream and was absolutely thrilled. Freshly prepared, tender as butter, wonderfully crispy on the outside, and perfectly seasoned – simply a dream! You can taste the experience and passion that goes into the grilling here. The selection is also impressive: various meat and fish dishes straight from the grill, all served fresh and with love. The relaxed atmosphere perfectly complements this – no stress, no frills, just honest, great food. For me, ibo' nun Yeri is a culinary insider tip that I can recommend to anyone who loves good grilled food. Whether with friends, family, or just for fun, here you'll experience a cozy get-together and truly delicious food. I'll definitely be back!

We visited today for the first time. I was embarrassed that I didn't know this place, but I'd heard it's been there for 17 years. The atmosphere was very pleasant; I immediately felt at home. Everyone was very warm and hospitable. The garden was cozy and charming, and the lighting added to the atmosphere. The food was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our order, which is understandable; freshly grilled fish takes time. However, the appetizers, salad, baked bread, and shrimp were served immediately. Large fish costs €20–24, depending on the variety. Meat costs between €15 and €20. Our total cost for a portion of fish per person, including drinks, was €25–27. The prices are quite reasonable, as everything is freshly prepared on the charcoal grill. Salads and grilled bread aren't included in the bill. We went home very satisfied. We'll be regulars. I highly recommend it.

Hygiene and decency seem to be foreign words here. For a plate of sea bream for €25, I expect quality in Frankfurt – but here I got the opposite. The sea bream was completely cooked on one side and burnt on the other. The shrimp portion consisted of just two skewers of three pieces each, which strongly resembled cheap, mass-produced food – and unfortunately, the taste was also off. Adding a 1.5-liter water bottle without a deposit logo for €6 is pretty outrageous. The value for money here is completely out of this world. There are plenty of established restaurants in Frankfurt where you can get worlds better food for the same price.

So once and never again the ambience is horrible you can't even cover the floor garden here garden there the service was terribly rude no matter what we wanted to order we don't have that anymore we don't have that anymore the skewers are dried meat sea bream much too expensive we ordered the small sea bream for 22 € which is very expensive and when we paid we were told we got the large one for 24 € because they didn't have the small one anymore you can of course have it too with a tiny side order of potatoes the most was 6 euros for a bottle of Mezeral still water which was outrageous and it was 100% refilled with tap water which made it taste disgusting the starters are extremely expensive it's just a garden restaurant so the prices are extortionate for the quality and the service there wasn't even any coffee sorry but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone you'll just get ripped off 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

The price/performance ratio is completely out of proportion. The service unfortunately made things even worse. The staff seemed disorganized, overwhelmed, and unfriendly. Orders took an unusually long time, and inquiries were answered curtly or irritated. There was no sign of hospitality here. In summary: poor cleanliness, poor food, and unprofessional service. A restaurant I cannot recommend. Anyone who values ​​quality, freshness, and good service should look for an alternative.

Nowhere does it say that you need to reserve a table. So, there were only shrimp and chicken. These weren't more than okay. If you order water to your table, you get 30-cent Metzeral bottles for €6 each. It's impossible. The place has potential, but the people have no idea what they're doing.

We were a group of 11 people, and from the very beginning, the staff treated us in an unfriendly, condescending, and patronizing manner. The waitress constantly instructed us on how and what to do—instead of serving us kindly as guests. Many items on the menu were unavailable. With the sea bream, we weren't informed that only the large portion was available—even though we specifically requested the small one. In the end, we had to pay €25 for the large portion. The shrimp cost €22, consisting of just a few pieces without any side dish—a disgrace and a complete rip-off. The drink prices are equally exorbitant: A 1.5-liter bottle of Metzeral water, which costs €1.50 in stores for a six-pack, was charged €6 here. Additionally, we were charged three Cokes instead of the two (0.33 l) we ordered – a clear attempt to rip off the guests. The cutlery was dirty, and paying separately wasn't possible. When we finally wanted to pay, the waitress even instructed us to come to the payment area in pairs because she felt overwhelmed – behavior that was completely unprofessional and disrespectful for a large restaurant. We also ended up with stomach upsets. This restaurant is completely overpriced, unhygienic, unfriendly, and not recommended in any way. An absolute disaster – you should avoid this place at all costs!

We went there yesterday, encouraged by a YouTube review. The service was very friendly and pleasant, and the atmosphere was good, although the waiters were a bit stressed, probably due to the high demand. The fish and appetizers were delicious. The menu lists a portion of homemade appetizers for €6. We were immediately told that three different appetizers cost €5 each, so we paid €15 for three different appetizers. Accompanied by grilled bread, it was fantastic. A large fish and chips cost €24, a small €22. For three portions of food, various homemade appetizers, we paid €75, so it was okay. The fresh salad and grilled bread were not included in the bill. The shrimp baked with garlic and sauce were delicious. We left full; it was worth the wait for the grill. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly; pets and children are welcome. The garden has a special atmosphere. The restrooms are in need of some renovation.

So we headed there. The snack bar is somewhat hidden under a bridge near the Ginnheim allotment gardens. Unfortunately, the outdoor area is uninviting: dirty tables, an unkempt "garden" – with a little effort, they could create a much more atmospheric atmosphere. The reception was very friendly, and we were free to choose our table. The menu arrived quickly, and we ordered a mixed grill and a sea bream. The food took a while to arrive, which is okay when it's freshly prepared. The sea bream was beautifully presented and very tasty – it came with fried potatoes, half a lemon, and raw onion. The grilled plate, on the other hand, was disappointing: the portions were small for the price (three small kofte, one chicken and one lamb skewer, unfortunately no lamb chop), and there were no sauces or dips at all. The kofte were dry and bland, the lamb too fatty – only the chicken was decent. The side salad consisted almost entirely of dressing with a few diced tomatoes – less sauce and more freshness would have been welcome. Overall, the value for money is unfortunately not right. You can get much more for the money at a proper Turkish restaurant in the city – including an appetizer, tea, and a pleasant ambience. Verdict: Friendly service, but both the food and the atmosphere leave something to be desired. A cozy and warm place under the railway bridge, hidden among small gardens. Everything here is simple and without unnecessary pathos - this is what creates a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Children and animals are always welcome guests here. The owners are incredibly friendly, and thanks to this you feel at home. We always ordered fish - it was incredibly tasty. The service - mainly from family members - is attentive, polite and sincere. The prices are quite reasonable. The establishment is open until late, and the music and colored lights add a special mood.

The food is excellent: everything is cooked on a charcoal grill, fresh and aromatic. The salad is crispy and varied. We especially liked the sea bream with French fries and fresh flatbread - very tasty! The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is simple, without frills, but this is its special charm. Definitely worth a visit - we will definitely be back!

Was für ein toller noch Geheimtipp in Frankfurt. Mega leckerer gegrillter Fisch und super Fleisch zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Auch die Meze(Vorspeisen) sind stets frisch zubereitet und wirklich lecker. Es gibt warmes Brot dazu. Der Service ist immer mega lieb und die Inhaber, einfach nur zuckersüß. Sie sind immer aufmerksam. Es läuft immer Musik und die Stimmung ist einfach schön. Oft wird auch getanzt. Auch im Winter ist der Innenbereich wirklich gemütlich. Mit Kamin auf dem auf Wunsch auch Maronen geröstet werden. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ich war schon oft da 😀

Sehr gutes Essen vom Holzkohlegrill frisch zubereitet, auch der Salat ist vielseitig und sehr knackig. Z. B. Dorade mit Pommes und frisch aufgebackenem Fladenbrot: Lecker!Sehr nette Bedienung. Ambiente ist recht rustikal, hat aber vielleicht gerade deswegen einen besonderen Charme. Auf alle Fälle lohnt es sich! Wir kommen wieder!

Ein gemütliches herzliches Eckchen unter der Bahn Brücke mitten in kleinen Gärtchen. Es ist dort alles schlicht und anspruchslos. Deshalb fühlt man sich wohl und locker. Da sind Kinder und Tiere willkommen. Die Besitzer sind so lieb,dass man sich wie Zuhause fühlt 💕. Das Essen (wir haben immer Fisch bestellt) schmeckt wunderbar. Die Servicekräfte (meistens Familienmitglieder) sind aufmerksam, höflich und freundlich. Preise angemessen. Bis später Abend geöffnet mit Musik und bunte Lichter einfach traumhaft.
