Very cute. Service but unfortunately the garlic sauce tastes like nothing but I've already said that twice and nothing has been changed unfortunately that's why we don't go there anymore, it's a shame

Visiting Germany - This was extremely good. We had the Döner Sandwich and were very impressed. The owner was friendly and the service was fast. I highly recommend it and will hopefully get the chance to return.

I ate a kebab and the meat was fantastic! The vegetables were fresh even though we were there late. And then we also received a sample portion lovingly served with salad at our table. I have never experienced something so nice and familiar in a snack bar. Thank you for this lovely evening!

I found the kebab disappointing. The only thing that was positive was the bread. But everything else was not satisfactory. The meat was unspectacular and could have been cooked even more. Apart from lettuce and tomatoes, there were no more vegetables in it - apart from arugula, which was carelessly topped with a salad dressing. I can't imagine that anyone would ever seriously enjoy this, and all for an unjustifiably high price of €8.

This was my first Döner in a long time but it was the first thing I wanted for dinner after arrival in Frankfurt. We haven’t been here before. What we experienced was just great service and delicious self made food. The Döner meat and the bread are super tasty. You definitely want to eat fresh at the restaurant. I saw some negative reviews because of the delivery. Sure enough, the longer food is on the way to you, the more it loses of it’s crispness because of the sauce soaking into the bread. So come and eat fresh if you can. The owner is also very helpful and accommodating. Thumbs up!

Very nice service, but I think the owner has changed. The last few times I was there there was no avocado sauce and there was no red cabbage on the kebab and dürüm and in addition to meat and sauces there was only onions, tomatoes and leaf lettuce. Everything tastes quite good but somehow something fresh is missing

Umut has the best kebab in Frankfurt. He makes the meat and falafel himself, something you rarely find in kebab shops. Vegetables are always fresh and a little lemon juice on the kebab makes it perfect. Clear recommendation!

We recently visited Umut for the first time and have been fans of his vegetarian Dürüm ever since! Ingredients are fresh, taste great and Umut is just incredibly nice! We would love to come back and hope that Umut can win over many more fans!

Nice ambience, delicious kebab where the bread is homemade and the rotisserie is also prepared in-house. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend it.

Today I went to Umut kebab for the first time, and Arin often... The owner/employee was very friendly, the atmosphere was ok, the kebab had no taste at all, not even the garlic sauce tasted like garlic! Two three bites and the rest ended up in the bin. I was told that the meat was made from chicken, even though the menu said TURKEY AND VEAL! Never thank you again

Update 2: out of necessity I gave Umut another chance. Meat was delicious. But I only had one kebab box. Returns a star. Ingredients on display were also significantly fresher than on the first visit to Umut. Three stars. There is now also a gaming room open at the back. Who needs it... Update: arin Kebab recently became Umut Kebab House. After the first year, Arin's quality decreased but Umut surpasses all of that. Absolutely no recommendation. All 5 stars are for old Arin. They couldn't hold on anymore. Quality has deteriorated enormously. Still very nice, but you don't go out for a kebab because of the service. Until a while ago this was a very tasty kebab. Special ingredients were arugula and pomegranate seeds. Unfortunately this is now a below average kebab. The vegetarian kebab with halloumi used to be better too. Service often very slow. Quality has decreased a lot. Bread also significantly worse. I heard the operator changed. But I don't know.

Update November 2023: New, very friendly owner, slightly changed offerings, but still very generous portions and delicious! /// Bombastic veggie sandwich with baked vegetables, fresh salad, cheese and delicious sauces. Also possible as vegan. Very nice employees.

Umut Döner is a rock-solid snack. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The fries should only be prepared with falafel in the same oil. There was no card payment for my first visit, and since I only had a limited amount of cash with me, I was still offered the cover letter straight away. In the end my cash was enough, but still a nice gesture. The falafel dürüm and the fries tasted good. The bread and flat cakes are made in-house. My conclusion about this store is: Good and happy again. No comparison to the previous owner Arin Döner.

Very tasty falafel pocket eaten today with home-baked bread and a salad with pomegranate dressing. Everything tastes very fresh. In my opinion, one of the tastiest kebabs in Frankfurt even before the change of ownership. Very friendly service, new owner actively asks for feedback and noticeably optimizes the recipes (bread wasn't great at the beginning, now it's really good). A clear recommendation.

A small, good shop with plenty of options. The kebab has a solid taste and is quite good, the sauce has a little bit of spice but the rest is ok. 6.50eu for a kebab is quite acceptable.

Das Essen war auf jeden Fall sehr lecker und der Service lädt dazu ein, des öfteren wieder zu kommen 🙂

Für mich ist das mit einer der besten Dönerläden in Frankfurt. Ich esse hier gerne Dürüm. Denn das Brot wird frisch gebacken (und ist leicht bekömmlich für mich mit vielen Unverträglichkeiten). Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die verschiedenen Beläge, vor allem das Grillgemüse. Ich fühle mich hier immer wohl, weil die Besitzer wirklich sehr freundlich sind. Gestern bekam ich sogar ein Stück selbst gebackenen Kuchen "aufs Haus", der auch echt lecker war.

Alles in allem eine Empfehlung wert, schmeckt lecker war alles frisch gibt's absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Essen war lecker und viel Fleisch, Bedienung war super freundlich. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nach Empfehlung bin ich auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und bin positiv überrascht. Es ist sehr lecker und das personal ist sehr nett.

Der Halloumi-Dürüm und auch der Döner mit Fleisch sind sehr zu empfehlen: Frisches Gemüse, leckere und außergewöhnliche Soßen (v.a. Mango-Avocado sehr empfehlenswert!!!), sehr gutes Brot und eine mehr als ausreichend große Menge. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch einen super freundlichen Service! Gerne wieder!

Also mir hat’s sehr gut geschmeckt wie jedesmal , kann mich nicht beschweren , der Döner war richtig lecker , bin jedes Wochenende dort und kann nur eins sagen , das ist der beste dönerladen in ganz Frankfurt finde ich , und die Arbeiter auch sehr nett gewesen , ein Lob für euch . Hier wird auf Qualität geachtet, das spürt man wirklich. Hausgemachte Fladenbrote kommen beim Dürüm immer gut an.

Frisches Fleisch, frisches Gemüse und frisches Brot. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Ich war dort mit meiner Familie essen und wir waren alle mehr als zufrieden. Der Döner war sehr lecker. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass das Brot noch selbst gemacht wird und, dass das Gemüse sehr frisch war. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Endlich mal ein Döner-Laden, in dem alles stimmt!

Es riecht schon nicht gut im Laden. Der Döner war nicht frisch und schmeckte niemandem von uns. Kritikfähig sind die Besitzer auch nicht. Das junge Mädchen, das dort bediente hat dann auf türkisch über uns geschimpft. Geht gar nicht.

Es ist kein großes Geheimnis das es in Frankfurt immer seltener wird einen guten Döner essen zu können. Bin jetzt mehrmals da essen gegangen und es schmeckt stetig gut. Familiäre Atmosphäre und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Nur zu empfehlen. 👍

Wir können das "Restaurant" leider gar nicht empfehlen. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel bessere Restaurants, die auch Döner anbieten, zum Beispiel die "Döneria". Der Döner hier bei Kaya Döner war nicht lecker, das Fleisch zu wenig gewürzt und das Brot nicht frisch. Alles in allem wirkt die ganze Einrichtung auch nicht wirklich sauber.
