Das beste Döner- und türkische Pizza-Restaurant in Frankfurt. Ich gehe hier seit zwei Jahren essen und es hat jedes Mal hervorragend geschmeckt!

Ein großartiger Dönerladen und Inhaber – der Mann bereitet den Wrap frisch zu.

Ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen, das Personal ist völlig unzureichend und das Essen ist schlecht.

Eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung! Dieses Restaurant ist weit entfernt von dem, was man erwarten würde – das Essen war einfach schrecklich, geschmacklos und offensichtlich ohne jede Mühe zubereitet. Der Service war ebenso unterirdisch – langsam, unorganisiert und völlig desinteressiert an den Gästen. Besonders negativ ist mir ein älterer, glatzköpfiger Mitarbeiter aufgefallen, der sich äußerst unhöflich und arrogant verhalten hat. So ein Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann dieses Lokal auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

Das war eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Service war einfach nur schrecklich – unhöflich, unaufmerksam und völlig unprofessionell. Zudem konnten sich die Mitarbeiter kaum verständigen, was die Situation noch unangenehmer gemacht hat. Die Umgangsformen ließen stark zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Essen war alles andere als gut – geschmacklos und von minderer Qualität. Insgesamt ein sehr negativer Besuch. Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen.

A perfectly decent doner kebab. You can't go wrong with it, but it's nothing special either.

The food was always VERY good, especially for a snack bar!!! My favorite was the Lamacum Dürüm. It's freshly prepared right in front of you. I really enjoyed it and it tasted great 😋 I'm already looking forward to going back whenever I'm in the area.

The person working that day, January 1st, 2026, around noon, simply didn't want to work, made no effort, wasn't friendly, the food was mediocre, there are much better options on this street, first disappointment after 5 days on this street. I really don't recommend it.

I tried pizza , 🍕 crust is something like you are eating Naan. Should be improve more quality.

Simply the best food. Great owner, and the veal is always the best – so juicy! I'm a regular customer, and today I had pide with cheese, which was rubbed with butter after baking. 🥰 Very, very delicious and not dry like at other places. The best kebab shop in Frankfurt!

At €7, it's currently the cheapest doner sandwich I could find in Frankfurt's surprisingly expensive Bahnhofsviertel district. It's also old-school, big and tasty, with a yaprak skewer instead of a minced meat roll. Bonus point for the prices being posted outside the shop!

Good Döner stop that is open late night. They got a vast menu and combos to offer. It is centrally located close to the main station.

The bread was fresh, the sauces were quite tasty, although the vegetables weren't quite as crisp. The service was friendly, but rather reserved. The wait was a bit long, even though it wasn't busy. The price is average. Cleanliness was okay, but a few tables could have been wiped down now and then. Overall, a solid snack bar, but there are definitely better options nearby.

I ate a doner kebab – it was 90% cabbage and only 10% meat. It was truly disappointing. The taste and quality were completely unconvincing. The staff were also unfriendly and the service was poor. I definitely won't be back and can't recommend this place.

Very friendly service, and at 11:30 p.m. we even got fresh bread for the Dürum and a delicious pizza. The taste was amazing, thank you very much!

I’m visiting from the States, and I’ve had Döner at other local places, and this one is the best. The food took a few minutes, but well worth it. I don’t understand the low rating “because they don’t speak English” I had no problem ordering when I told them I don’t speak German very well. I ordered by number, and all is well. We’re in Germany, FFS Karen. Wenn in Deutschland, macht wie Deuschter. 💁🏻

The best kebab in the Bahnhofsviertel. They're always there for me, no matter what condition I'm in. The vegetarian/vegan options are also incredibly delicious. The chef is the best!

Clear warning: Never again at this kebab shop! The owner of the shop, a truly disrespectful operator with an unmistakable mustache, clearly has no idea about customer service. Any attempt to give constructive feedback is perceived as a personal insult! Instead of addressing his customers' concerns, he starts endless, frustrating discussions that make you feel like you're the one causing the trouble. The food is a complete disappointment! Both the kebabs and the pizzas taste bland and uninspired – for the prices charged here, you can only shake your head. The quality is completely out of proportion to the cost. And the seating? A disgrace! The chairs are far too low and anything but clean. It's incomprehensible how someone could treat their customers so rudely and disrespectfully. I can only advise everyone to avoid this place. My visit was a nightmare, one I definitely never want to experience again!

1 star – Never again! Honestly, that was an absolute disaster. All I wanted to eat was pizza, but what I was served had about as much in common with pizza as a rubber tire with a Michelin star. The dough was tough as leather, the topping tasteless and probably from the freezer in 1998. No trace of fresh ingredients! The service? An impudence. Rude, annoyed and almost insulting, as if I had personally ruined their day just because I wanted to order something. No smile, no “Hello”, just an annoyed eye roll. Does not return greetings. He reacts very aggressively to questions and argues with customers in a cheeky and arrogant manner. The shop overall looks dingy and I honestly wonder how it is still open. For a kebab shop that also offers pizza, this was a sad low point in my culinary career. Absolutely not recommended!

Service was very good. Service very friendly. Unfortunately, the kebab meat itself is cheaper (no layered skewer) but it was also okay. The salad was good. The atmosphere was also okay.

I got a kebab here with pepperoni, I asked the employee nicely if he could cut off the stalks because I don't eat them, suddenly the boss came from the side extremely aggressively and shouted at me in front of all the customers, which I was imagining. The employee only had two hands. I should come behind the counter and show him how to remove the stalks with two hands. He would be happy that I wasn't a customer of his... I'm rather happy that I'm not a customer there. The kebab tastes disgusting and I have had stomach pains and diarrhea ever since.. never go, well-intentioned advice from me!!

Never again. Seller dirty. Flesh was dryer than wood. The salad had a spoiled smell And BINGO: Sause for whole kebab 1 tea spoon. Everything is TOO EXPENSIVE Don't recommend it at all

If you don't speak German, I highly do not recommend dining at this restaurant. The owner has a very bad attitude towards non-German speakers or foreigners. Unless you want to experience being yelled at and having things thrown at you, it's better not to dine here.

After visiting a bar, we ordered kebab and lahmacun here. However, the behavior of the person we thought was the owner was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. Even though we wanted a regular kebab and lahmacun, he prepared us more expensive options from the menu and said, "I usually do it like this." So we had to take the more expensive products. Additionally, both the lahmacun and the kebab were cold and tasteless. We weren't satisfied at all.

Worst restaurant in all of Frankfurt

Amazing Dürun. They make their own flat bread. The Best i ever had.

We had a very bad experience with them in service. My food arrived later than my friends, which made me not finish my meal. Other than that, the price of water in a very small bottle is 3 euros. Why?? There is only one waiter and he seems exhausted and tired and always angry. You cannot even ask for anything additional.

It's worse in all of Frankfurt, and it's really a crappy place. The shawarma skewer teacher is doing the same thing. The owner of the shop is talking and thinking about it. Everyone is seriously opportunistic and doesn't feel ashamed to let anyone try it. It's forbidden. It's called eating sheep's nest.

Last night we ordered two Falafel Dürüm with fries to take away. And it was, without exaggeration, the worst falafel I've ever eaten. The falafel was completely over salted, so we had to throw it away after a few bites. I will certainly never go to this store again. Thrown money out the window. Thanks for nothing 😡

Food was good. We had a döner dümer with falafel filling it was good. But the biggest setback was there was no CARD payment option. Only cash. We were short in cash by 2 euros and we had to rush to atm far away to get that as they were mot accepting the card or any online payment at all.

Unglaublich guter Döner! Der Dürüm Teig wird frisch gebacken, sehr zu empfehlen! Die Falafeln sind die besten die ich je bei einem Dönerladen gegessen habe... Dazu noch super sauber, hygienisch und freundliche Menschen.

Dürüm hat geschmeckt, auch wenn es keine Offenbarung war. Wartezeit war allerdings sehr lang, so dass während der Wartezeit sind zwei potentielle Kunden wieder gegangen sind.

Okay Food, horrible and unfriendly customer service. Does not take credit card, and they don’t mention or show it anywhere until the food is already done.
