The two bosses are friendly and always accommodating! They take a lot of time for their customers and are always open to “extra requests”. In addition to the TOP service, the Alaturka Restaurant differs from the other restaurants and kebab shops in Heidenheim by the taste and the large quantity of food (a perfect interplay between price and performance) - in short: for me the BEST kebab shop in Heidenheim!

I drove 300 km to try this kebab from my youth again. I wasn't disappointed. BEST DÖNER EVER.

Service unfreundlich, unprofessionell, ineffizient, unorganisiert. Mahlzeiten leider nicht durchwegs und beständig lecker. Bedienung nach 2-Klassen-System, da türkisch und kurdisch sprechende Gäste bevorzugt und deutlich freundlicher bedient werden.

Terrible! Were in Gelsenkirchen yesterday and got hungry. We wanted to take advantage of the evening buffet offered there for 4 people, but heard that it was no longer offered. (But it is still advertised throughout the building!) On the flimsy menu, many dishes were crossed out with Edding (steak menu, kebab dishes). We men first ordered a tea (€1 according to the menu!) while the ladies went shopping. After they returned, we decided to eat somewhere else due to the lack of a buffet and then had to hear that we had to pay €6 for two glasses of tea , even though they are 1€ on the card! So customer advertising works differently!

Ordered a bag to pick up with Too good to go. Food itself was delicious. The employees were also super nice, would happily come back. :)

Very small portions, the grilled meat is a terrible quality, the meat is cut into small pieces and you can see that they have a dirty grill as the meat is all covered in burnt crumbs. I don't recommend it, shame on this place

It was my first time and I haven't had such a wonderful surprise in a long time. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, large selection of drinks and food as well as desserts. As long as the eye can see. Inexpensive, tasty above all. Definitely visit.

Incredibly good kebab! Highly recommended. The bun was fluffy, soft and very tasty. The contents were well distributed so that you had meat and salad from start to finish. Cocktail sauce was also very tasty. And the service was hard to beat. Super friendly and accommodating. Class ! Thank you.

Unfortunately when it comes to service and the tables aren't even clean, they're very bad and when you see that it has a lot of potential for improvement, it's sad how you can have something like that and not change anything 🥴

Doner kebab ordered and paid for €7 but received kebab for €4... it's a real shame, the shop used to be one of the best in the city and is now unfortunately only below average... tastes good but the price-performance ratio is miserable...
