Rather poor kebab. Unfortunately, it wasn't tasty.

Great food: the meat always seems high-quality and well-seasoned. It's just not very comfortable to sit in, and it's quite loud. But I like to get something to go here after university. The hospitality is also top-notch: I once got a grilled platter without a kebab, and when I got home, I realized they had apparently given me the extra kebab. Such gestures warm my heart.

The falafel roll wasn't a highlight; for €8.50, you should expect more, in my opinion. Service was friendly.

I got a pom-pom doner, and I have to say, I'm not one for throwing food away, but this box is the worst thing I've ever eaten. The meat tasted of nothing, and the sauces tasted like someone had poured dishwater into them. The fries were cold and swimming in disgusting grease. The only thing that impressed me was the salad; it was fresh. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice, too. But €8 for a pom-pom doner is an absolute disgrace. I'll never get a kebab from there again; my stomach will thank me!

Based on some of the reviews here, I was initially skeptical, but I was proven wrong. Hospitality is a top priority here. We received super-quick and friendly service, the food arrived quickly, and all three dishes were outstanding!

The staff are very friendly, and the service is very fast. It's also clear that the place is cleaned regularly. Combined with the communication of the waiters and the taste of the food, this creates a unique concept for a Turkish restaurant.

The waiters are anything but friendly and speak very aggressively when ordering. They never say "Welcome" or "Bon appétit." Although the food is delicious, the waiters' attitude is anything but pleasant.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing visit. My rolled doner kebab was absolutely inedible. My friend's meal (grilled chicken breast) was okay, but nothing special. The service, however, was the biggest downside: From the very beginning, the waitress seemed completely unwilling to work. When my friend asked a perfectly normal, polite question—in a completely normal tone of voice—she was rudely told to "stop shouting." This was completely inappropriate and ruined the entire experience. Unfortunately, this isn't a restaurant we would recommend.

You order a large pizza and get a small one with a diameter of 22cm. With the kebab they asked if you wanted everything on it, but there was salad and tzatziki on it, that was it.

We had lunch at Urfa Sarsy on Sunday. I have no comparison to any other Turkish restaurant. But we didn't need to. It was simply excellent. The food as well as the service. We got a grill plate for three instead of the one for four people because there weren't any big eaters. That wasn't a problem. Thanks, and we'll be back.

Came here to drink tea and eat sweets. We have been here before, they have very tasty meat dishes. But I want to say a special thank you to the waiters and the staff in general. Very attentive, very friendly, create a great atmosphere. We were very pleased to be there. I recommend it to those who are looking for delicious food and a cozy atmosphere.

I ordered through Uber Eats (for €20) and received an incomplete delivery (rice was missing). When I called the restaurant, I was treated rudely. They told me to get my money back from Uber – no apology, no interest in resolving the issue. Now I'm sitting here with half a meal and a lot of frustration. This is no way to treat customers. I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Never again!

Food: We ordered dürüms. I've rarely eaten such a bad dürüm in my life. The grilled meat was okay, but the dough was simply not fresh and oddly thick. On top of that, it costs €8, which is above average. Service: Lackluster staff, no highlights, no lowlights. The most positive thing: The food was served quickly. This was definitely the last time I'll be there. I wouldn't recommend it.

We visited Bochum today. We were looking for a restaurant for nine people without an appointment. At Urfa Saray, tables were immediately set aside for us. After we ordered, we were given a good starter. All the new dishes were brought to the table at the same time. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. You can immediately see how fresh the food is in the restaurant. It's rare to see such a good Turkish restaurant. I can highly recommend it. It's worth eating there at least once. Thank you!

Good food, good price, but we were treated discriminatory! The traditional starter is a flatbread with three small dips. This was the case at all our neighboring tables, but not at ours. The only very empathetic waiter noticed my husband chewing on dry bread as he placed two small appetizer plates in front of us and waited at the counter for our dips. He noticed that nothing had been prepared and spoke to the waitress about it. She just made a downward gesture in our direction, said something, and that settled the matter. We paid €25 including tip and left. On previous visits, we always received the dips like everyone else. We felt unwanted. It probably wasn't the purchase price; we always paid around €25. At least, we were there last time. The Urfa chain is not recommended for Germans; it's better to be among themselves!

The food was good. The portion was very large, so you don't need the flatbread and dips that were served beforehand. The dips would have benefited from a little more salt. Drinks are only available in cans or bottles with straws. The service is focused on speed. A smile never hurts, by the way.

I bought kunefe today for €9. It was soooo sweet and had soooo little cheese, so I almost couldn't find it. I thought it would be better than the Arab shop, but unfortunately it wasn't. Plus, it was soooo expensive for a piece. I'm just disappointed 😞

I wouldn't recommend this life-threatening experience due to the red meat to anyone. I've never had such stomach pain and such a cold in my 49 years. I drove for four hours and, after such an exhausting journey, just wanted to eat my barbecue. But to end with such stomach pain only made my day worse. If you want diarrhea and sneezing, then come into this store. And I really mean it.

What kind of atmosphere, let's say? The service is questionable, as the employees don't really enjoy their jobs, which is very obvious. The diner was no different than many others... nothing special. I was here 4 years ago (since I'm from out of town), and I still tasted the taste of 4 years in my thumb... Now, a week ago, I saw a different hand and different operators. A kebab isn't always really a kebab. Some people complain about prices that vary daily, and hey, yes, you get ripped off every now and then... But I've eaten worse elsewhere. Quality comes from the meat being easy to chew.

Very bad, not recommended. A 6-euro doner kebab should have been called a salad doner, with hardly any meat in it. The whole family ended up with stomachaches and vomiting all night. If you want food poisoning, go there; otherwise, you should eat somewhere else. Oh yeah, the employees are also incredibly rude and impolite; they should be working in a horse stable. They sell Coca-Cola! Disgraceful! If you talk to them about it, they become aggressive and very rude. This is supposed to be a mafia-run joint, not even a fast food joint.

I was in this kebab shop last night and unfortunately my visit was a big disappointment. I ordered a kebab and a kebab plate. The bread was totally dry and tasteless not fresh at all. I didn't get any sauces for the kebab plate and I wasn't even asked if I wanted any. Even worse the food was ice cold. Overall it just didn't taste good and wasn't worth the money at all. Unfortunately for me that was the first and last time

I don’t recommend it because they prepared me a Döner with a lot of salad and hardly put in any meat!!!! Cold because the vegetables are cold! And we ordered the second Döner and watched how it was cooked! They said to put the meat in! And only then did they put it right! If you go, just stand and watch! Two weeks ago I paid 14 euros for a POMDON, i.e. fries and kebab for children and a cola!!! Paid 13 euros for a köfte bag and cola last week!! I know that everything has become more expensive, but even with Turks on Allee Straße you pay a maximum of 9 euros! In Turkey they also get shit on, but here in Germany??? I won't be coming to this restaurant anymore

When there are a lot of orders, the service staff is good, but when the customer is the only one who wants a doner, the service is zero interest.

Were here for Iftar. Couldn't order normally, only menus, the reason given was that you were here during Iftar time. However, other guests were able to order there at the same time as usual. Despite the Iftar menu, we got our food 25 minutes later than every other guest at the same time.

I ordered a kebab plate to take away at 11:45 today! Really great, the fries weren't cooked and the meat was half raw on the fries, which after a 3 minute walk were so greasy from the meat on top that it was inedible! A disgrace for 14 euros Really not recommended

Never had such a bad kebab as here! From flatbread to sauces, everything is ready-made. The portions are also mini. Overall, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience, what a shame!

I was there for dinner yesterday after about a year. Unfortunately the quality of Adana Kebap has deteriorated too much. I have been a regular customer of yours for almost 4 years and can fairly rate the quality of your menu. I assume the shop owner wants to make more profit because of rising prices since the pandemic and war between Russia and Ukraine. I have noticed that the quality has tended to deteriorate significantly over the past 4 years. The Adana Kenap we ordered from yesterday was way too salty!! That really disappointed me! I paid almost €19 for it and a coke. The bun was also salty and not fresh! I threw away my money. Never come again and recommend!

Best kebab meat and grilled meat in Bochum. We eat here often and are always satisfied. A wide selection of dishes, fast and friendly service, plenty of seating inside and outside.

Just great! We eat there regularly and can only say positive things. You are greeted with a free fresh starter and there is a crisp salad with every meal! The meat is incredibly tasty, great grilled aroma! After the meal there is a free, super tasty Çay. We can really highly recommend it!

I was overcharged and the soup was very average

Mmn. one of the best kebab shops in Bochum. Although prices have risen due to inflation, they have still remained moderate. The portion sizes have remained the same, you will be full. The service is always absolutely fine, friendly, never had any problems. Plenty of seating in the store and also outside (weather permitting). However, you have to be lucky to find seats, the store is almost always packed. I always enjoy going there.

Ordered here through Wolt for the first time, pure disaster. The restaurant just forgot a lentil soup and the lemons that went with it. Furthermore, the plate of sauces arrived simply as a mixture, rather than separating it into small bowls for deliveries, which would be logical! At Wolt the prices are much more expensive with a surcharge of up to 7 euros! The restaurant advertises free delivery, but they still charged 1.80 for delivery!

Very tasty food and value for money is right.

If they put a little more ingredients in the doner kebab, I can say it would be a perfect taste. Unfortunately, quality meat is not served in every döner restaurant. In most of them, nerves or cartilages always appear, but we did not experience such a problem in Urfa. I hope they continue like this. Because the house is close to us, it's a clean place.

The Urfa Sarah opposite the Bochum town hall offers one of the best veal kebab turnovers in the eastern Ruhr area. The veal is tender and juicy, well seasoned and not minced. The kebab bread is freshly prepared, just as the salad tastes fresh. The Dürüm veal doner is also very good. The service is very friendly and attentive. The ambience is not special, and you don't necessarily expect a super nice location at a kebab shop. The toilets are modern and clean. The price-performance ratio is perfect here, you really get high quality.

The service is friendly, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed when it comes to the order of guests to be served. After ordering and eating, you pay with an invoice at the checkout (card payment possible). The food is delicious!

There's a real saving on the ingredients, it tastes greasy, hardly like veal, it's flabby and you really don't get much meat for 6.50 euros, considering that a large fries with mayo and ketchup costs 6 euros. - For fries: Lots of small pieces, which are very hard - Salting - Large pieces soft and not crunchy Cannot recommend this store. The prices for drinks are also steep: 2.50 euros for a 0.33L soft drink. I probably won't eat here again with my partner.

Were there for the first time. This restaurant is unbelievable! So I can say that after a long time I had dinner at a really, really good Turkish restaurant. The staff is awesome. Good mood, very polite and very very quick with service. The place was packed but our food still arrived quite quickly. Food itself is a dream. Hot, juicy, spicy and harmonious. Price-performance ratio more than top. The only negative: I come from another city and unfortunately I won't be able to eat there often.

I would recommend very good food and top service

One of the best addresses for Turkish grill specialties! Despite special requests, not a minute passed, including payment, until I had the perfect kebab box (meat + salad, no fries) in my hand: Below - fresh, crisp salad (iceberg lettuce, white cabbage, red onions, tomatoes & cucumbers) Above - crispy, but still tender beef (not a rotisserie!) in the right proportion (40-45% meat content) to the salad, so that there was always both until the last forkful! The cherry on the cake was the fresh lemon, which rounded off the whole thing in terms of taste, and the friendly approach of the employees to the customers <3 A quality that other shops within walking distance can follow - if they had only eaten here once, they would know what was going wrong with their place. Keep it up! Always my pleasure!
