Das Essen ist sehr lecker und ich empfehle es jedem.

Hier kann die gute traditionelle türkische Küche genießen. Das Lammfleisch ist sehr zart und schmeckt sehr gut. Die Auberginencreme ist ebenfalls sehr lecker. Der Service ist aufmerksam und hat ein Auge auf den Tisch, ob man noch etwas bestellen möchte.

Das Essen, die Hygiene und die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals waren allesamt ausgezeichnet und köstlich. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. 😊

Essen ist nicht besonders lecker, vor allem für die hohen Preise ist es nicht qualitativ gut Service ist schlecht, unfreundliche Bedienung, Zahlung wird in Bar verlangt obwohl Kartenzahlung möglich ist Zusammenfassend: vergleichbar mit einem Dönerladen jedoch höhere Preise, passt für schnell was essen, aber nicht als besonders gut zu bezeichnen

Von allen türkischen Restaurants in der Umgebung wohl geschmacklich sowie servicemäßig das schlechteste. Schon beim Eintreten wird man vom Servicepersonal oder dem Thekenpersonal kaum wahrgenommen, geschweige denn mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Stattdessen wird ausgiebig am Fenster mit rauchenden Kunden geplaudert bis das Servicepersonal einem dann irgendwann mal trocken die Bestellung abnimmt. Reis und Fleisch so dermaßen trocken und versalzen zu servieren ist natürlich auch eine Kunst. Für die Preise tut man sich lieber einen Gefallen und läuft einmal um die Ecke am Bertha geht, wo es deutlich bessere Lokale gibt.

Ein tolles türkisches Restaurant mit echten türkischen Spezialitäten. Das Essen ist köstlich. Auch Künefe und Tee sind hervorragend. Ich war begeistert. Die Preise sind sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und gemütlich und eignet sich perfekt für ein Mittag- oder Abendessen mit Freunden, der Familie oder auch mit Kindern. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie in Bonn sind. Zahlung ist nur in bar möglich. Um dort essen zu können, müssen Sie unbedingt Ihren Impfnachweis oder einen negativen Corona-Test vorlegen.

Wir waren schon öfters mit der Familie (circa 35 Personen ) für Familienfeiern dort dennoch mussten wir heute eine große Enttäuschung erleben wir hatten heute einen Brunch und dennoch wurde vieles fehlend gebracht viele Dinge haben auf dem Tisch haben gefehlt auf Anfrage ob wir dann noch Marmelade haben können mussten wir dann auch noch darauf warten wir mussten alle pro Person den vollen Betrag bezahlen ob wohl paar Familienmitglieder ausgefallen sind heute und dies ein Tag vorher schon mitgeteilt wurde + wie auch am selben Tag erneut angesprochen sehr schlechte Organisation ! Würden nicht nochmal dort hin

Von Außen sehr unscheinbar. Geht rein und lasst euch verwöhnen. Man wird schon von den ganzen Beilagen satt. Alles mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Essen war mega lecker, nur schade, dass man bei 20€ Tellern keinen Reis dazubekommt. Am Ende hat uns der Kellner indirekt rausgeschmissen, weil meine Freundin und ich lange da saßen und geredet haben. Er meinte, dass andere Leute warten und wir sind dann auch aufgestanden. Es waren aber keine anderen Leute da und andere Plätze waren auch noch frei. Das war sehr unhöflich, man lässt sein Geld da.

Aufgrund des Andrangs ist der Service etwas langsam. Der Geräuschpegel ist etwas höher als üblich, da Deutsche bekanntlich gerne laut sprechen. Über das Essen selbst lässt sich nichts sagen. Der Kellner im Hemd ist sehr attraktiv, aber ich bin etwas zurückhaltend, da ich befürchte, ihm könnten die Haare ausfallen. Ich habe hier mit das beste Essen meines Lebens gegessen. Die Preise sind etwas überdurchschnittlich. Es ist ein sehr erfolgreiches Restaurant. Was den Geräuschpegel angeht: Wenn sie geräuschdämpfende Systeme installieren und den langhaarigen Kellner verpflichten würden, ein Haarnetz zu tragen, gäbe es volle 5 von 5 Punkten (von 4,5). Man spricht Türkisch, Kurdisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Die Zubereitung der Speisen ist absolut hygienisch und schnell. Man kann auch Wünsche wie „blutig“ oder „durchgebraten“ äußern. Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn meine weiteren Wünsche berücksichtigt würden.

Nach unserer Ankunft aus Frankreich hatten wir von diesem Restaurant gehört und mussten es unbedingt vor der Heimreise ausprobieren. Wir haben hervorragend gegessen; ich hätte alle Sterne vergeben, aber die Bedienung dort scheint Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit völlig zu verleugnen! Was für eine Art, jemanden zu empfangen! Kein Lächeln, keine Mühe, nur ein mürrischer Gesichtsausdruck während des gesamten Essens. Ich glaube, sie waren verärgert, dass sie kein Deutsch sprachen. Ich werde diese Erfahrung nicht als negativ für die Deutschen betrachten, denn andere wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Da könnten sie sich mal ein Beispiel nehmen…

Ich hatte gestern das Hatay Tepsi Kebap und bin mega enttäuscht. Eine hauchdünne Lage Lammhackfleisch und so gut wie kein Gemüse dabei. Eine kleine erbärmliche Paprika, eine Scheibe Tomate und eine Scheibe Zwiebeln. Das in einem Sud aus Öl und Fett. Keine Tomatensauce wie man es aus der türkischen Küche eigentlich kennt. Und das für knapp 20€. Sehr enttäuschend!

Wir haben vorher telefonisch angefragt, ob der Besuch des Restaurants mit Hund erlaubt ist. Dies wurde zugesichert. Nachdem wir uns an den Tisch gesetzt haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es nicht erwünscht ist, dass der Hund dabei ist. Er soll doch bitte auf dem Bürgersteig neben dem Restaurant bleiben. Es ist vollkommen im Rahmen des Hausrechts des Restaurantbetreibers Tiere nicht in der Gaststätte zu erlauben. Das sollte man dann aber auch so kommunizieren, insebsondere bei gezielter Nachfrage. Es war sehr ärgerlich nach 30 Minuten Autofahrt, trotz Zusicherung dass der Hund rein darf, wieder gehen zu müssen. Sehr schade.

Gestern waren wir hier essen. Das Restaurant ist optisch wirklich sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Leider war das Erlebnis insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Restaurant war nur zu etwa einem Drittel besetzt, trotzdem mussten wir nach rund 10 Minuten selbst die Kellnerin ansprechen, damit unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde. Die Suppen sollten vor dem Hauptgericht kommen, was leider nicht eingehalten wurde. Zuerst kam ein falsches Hauptgericht, bei dem das Fleisch in der Mitte noch roh war. Erst danach wurden die Suppen serviert. Da wir die Suppen später mitnehmen wollten, warteten wir erneut etwa 10 Minuten auf Bedienung. Es kam jedoch niemand. Schließlich entschieden wir uns zu gehen und zu bezahlen. Für den schlechten Service und die mangelhafte Essensqualität war das Erlebnis sehr enttäuschend. Leider hatten wir im Anschluss beide Magen Darm Beschwerden mit Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall. Das macht die Situation umso ernster. Schade, denn das Ambiente hat Potenzial. Wenn man jedoch guten Service und wirklich leckeres Essen erwartet, kann ich dieses Restaurant aktuell nicht empfehlen. In Bad Godesberg gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen, zum Beispiel Al Safa.

Yesterday, I happened to go to Saray because I usually eat Indian food when I'm in Bonn, but it was too quiet for me in the early evening. I sat right in front of the counter, and it was the best seat ever. I could watch the interesting activity and was impressed by how professionally and quickly the dishes flew past me. My food arrived super fast and was simply delicious. I had chicken breast skewers and then devoured them along with the appetizers. There was so much of everything that I could barely finish it. Afterwards, the super friendly waiter (beard, reddish hair) brought me a chai. It even doubled in size (the chai, not the waiter) because the charming employee behind the salad bar ordered another one for me. All in all, a great meal, and I'll be back soon! I went to Restaurant Saray and I'm absolutely thrilled! The lamb skewers were simply the best I've ever eaten – incredibly tender, perfectly cooked on the charcoal grill, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. The service was also top-notch: friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. All in all, a fantastic experience – the food, the atmosphere, and the service were simply perfect. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly, and we weren't even served a portion of rice, which we were then charged for at the end. Here you can get the best baklava from Hasan Özdag in Cologne and an excellent Turkish breakfast served at your table. A 10/10 for me by German standards. The only thing that could be improved is the cold lighting.

The food is unbeatable in terms of value for money. You get a lot, and it's really good quality. Service: It feels like you're not being understood. This is a restaurant I'll bring guests to whenever I'm in Bonn. The quality of the food and the variety of options are fantastic. The prices are also reasonable in my opinion, neither affordable nor expensive. You might not come every week, but it's worth it sometimes. Some of the dishes were better than I've ever tasted in Turkey (I haven't been to every city in Turkey). The Cağ kebab, Adana kebab, chicken shish, and lamb shish were all excellent. The lamb chops were a bit too strong, but that's personal preference. The çiğ köfte they served at the beginning far exceeded my expectations. I usually don't enjoy the çiğ köfte served as an appetizer in restaurants because it's not the main flavor they focus on, but here it was perfect. I wish I could order it again :) The ayran isn't my cup of tea; a little more liquid and sourness would be nice. I think the salad could be improved, too.

We went as a group to eat cağ kebab. We called ahead to reserve a place and cağ kebab. We drove over an hour as a group, and when we arrived, they told us they had no cağ kebab left, even though we'd called and made a reservation the day before. We felt completely taken advantage of. Even though they knew we had reserved, they made no effort to make up for their mistake. I complained and forced myself to do it, so they made up for it with a small discount. We were not satisfied at all. Personally, I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not only did they **raise our prices at short notice** and even charge us **50 euros in cash for a simple cake knife** – no, the restaurant **filmed our entire party without any prior agreement and published the video online!** No consent, no consideration for privacy – they simply brazenly shared the video footage of our guests and us on their social media channels. This is a **clear violation of data protection and personal rights** and goes far beyond poor service. Anyone who books here not only risks overpriced prices and unfriendly service, but also having their private moments **publicly exploited**. Despite significant organizational difficulties while planning a family wedding, including multiple last-minute changes and additional costs due to the restaurant's lack of planning, I initially deliberately refrained from writing a negative review. What is absolutely unacceptable, however, is that after the ceremony, a full video of the wedding, including clearly recognizable faces and many private details, was posted on Instagram without our consent – as an advertising measure for the restaurant. Publishing this video without our consent represents a massive infringement of our personal rights. This is no trivial matter, but a clear violation of our right to privacy. I would have expected a more responsible approach from a reputable company. I therefore cannot recommend planning events here. Anyone who values privacy, reliability, and professional communication should look for another location.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, stylish, yet super cozy. You immediately feel at home. The service was warm, attentive, and totally professional. And the food? A dream! Fresh, creative, and simply delicious – every dish was a highlight. We had a truly lovely evening, and my family is still talking about it. I'll definitely be back!

A true breakfast experience – just like in Turkey! We came here for breakfast and were absolutely thrilled! A wide selection of lovingly prepared, small but generous portions was served – just as you would expect from a traditional Turkish breakfast. From fresh bread, olives, various cheeses, tomatoes, and cucumbers to homemade jams, honey with kaymak, egg dishes, and delicious sucuk – everything was fresh, authentic, and delicious! The variety is particularly noteworthy: Each plate was a delight in itself, and although the portions were small, there was more than enough. You can tell that great attention to detail is paid to the food here. The service was friendly and attentive, the ambiance cozy and inviting – perfect for a relaxed start to the day. We will definitely be back. For anyone who wants to experience the authentic Turkish breakfast experience: an absolute recommendation

One of the best Turkish restaurants around Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz! The grill plate is highly recommended; it's incredibly delicious, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The thin bread that sits on top of the meat is a real highlight. The meat and vegetables have always been fresh and of very good quality. And what's truly unique in Bonn: The grill plate even comes with çiğ köfte, a fantastic and unusual addition that you won't find anywhere else! I haven't tried the breakfast yet, but that will change soon – I'm excited! If you want authentic Turkish food, this is the place for you. A definite recommendation!

Six of us ate here today. It was sooooo delicious, and the new interior is very inviting! The staff were very friendly, and we even got a free tea at the end—great service! We'll definitely be back :-)

We came with the intention of having Cağ kebab. I had mixed kebab and my friend had Adana. The good places I ate in Türkiye were much better. The appetizers were plentiful and fresh. The deals were also very reasonable for the place and taste.

Six of us ate at the Saray Restaurant today – and it was simply fantastic! We all absolutely loved the food – fresh, authentic, and prepared with lots of love. We'd especially like to highlight the super friendly team there: attentive, warm, and very hospitable. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also fantastic – simply a fantastic ambiance where you immediately feel at home. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!
