City-Schnell-Service Bremen in Bremen

We received the order confirmation at 9:21 p.m. Still no delivery at 11:07 p.m. We wanted to inquire by phone, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. According to the opening times, it would be open until 12:30 a.m. Will not order here again.

Pizza didn't arrive complete (not all toppings on it) no sauce and cheese to taste, tastes like cardboard. The casserole is cold and not quite cooked through. Order came about 40 minutes late. No phone number available, just a fax number... So no way to report. Not again!

Delivery arrived significantly too late for a “quick service” with a waiting time of approx. 1 1/2 hours. Delivery incomplete and the restaurant cannot be reached because the only number that can be found online is a fax number. Not recommendable.

It's a shame, I was a regular customer there for over 15 years...so I ordered once or twice a year. Pizza was always delicious, but the delivery service hasn't worked at all for about 3/4 years. The last time she came after 90 minutes, today not at all. (Ordered from a friend in the meantime and it only came after about 100 minutes.) But now they don't even answer the phone if you call and ask after 90 minutes. After almost 2 hours the supplier calls me and brazenly lies to me about why it supposedly didn't work. Unfortunately, the store will no longer be an option in the future. I could now explain why he lied... but that would go beyond the scope of this ;-) I would prefer not to give any stars at all, but I have to... well, at least pizza has always been delicious in the past ;-)

0 stars would be appropriate. We waited TWO hours for our food! By “quick service” I definitely mean something different. When we asked by phone, we were dismissed with the message that we should be patient and they didn't even check whether our order (via an app) had even been received. When our food finally arrived after two hours, all we got was a “sorry” and that was it! In addition, the 36 pizza ordered only had a diameter of 32cm. Once and never again! Definitely not recommended!

1,5 Std gewartet. Das ist in meinen Augen nicht schnell. Beim Tonno Salat musste ich den Fisch suchen. Rollo war auf einer Seite total matschig und andere Seite sehr hart. Abhacken unter schlechte Erfahrung und nie wieder dort bestellen.
