City-Schnell-Service Bremen in Bremen

We received the order confirmation at 9:21 p.m. Still no delivery at 11:07 p.m. We wanted to inquire by phone, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. According to the opening times, it would be open until 12:30 a.m. Will not order here again.

The pizza arrived incomplete (not all toppings were on it), there was no sauce or cheese, and it tasted like cardboard. The casserole was cold and undercooked. The order arrived about 40 minutes late. There was no phone number provided, only a fax number... so there was no way to contact them. Never again!

Delivery arrived significantly too late for a “quick service” with a waiting time of approx. 1 1/2 hours. Delivery incomplete and the restaurant cannot be reached because the only number that can be found online is a fax number. Not recommended.

It's a shame. I was a regular customer there for over 15 years...so I ordered once or twice a year. The pizza was always delicious, but for about three quarters of a year, the delivery service hasn't worked at all. The second-to-last time, it arrived after 90 minutes, and today it didn't arrive at all. (Another time I ordered from a friend's place in between, it also took about 100 minutes.) But now they don't even answer the phone when you call and ask after 90 minutes. After about two hours, the delivery person calls me and blatantly lies to me about why it supposedly didn't work. Unfortunately, that shop is no longer an option for the future. I could also explain why he lied...but that would go beyond the scope of this post ;-) I'd prefer not to give it a star, but I have to...well, at least the pizza was always delicious in the past ;-)

Zero stars would be appropriate. We waited TWO hours for our food! I definitely don't understand "quick service." When we asked by phone, they told us to be patient, and they didn't even check whether our order (via an app) had even been received. When our food finally arrived two hours later, all they said was "Sorry," and that was it! Plus, the 36-inch pizza we ordered was only 32cm in diameter. Once, never again! Definitely not recommended!

1,5 Std gewartet. Das ist in meinen Augen nicht schnell. Beim Tonno Salat musste ich den Fisch suchen. Rollo war auf einer Seite total matschig und andere Seite sehr hart. Abhacken unter schlechte Erfahrung und nie wieder dort bestellen.
