Lieferung kam gar nicht an. Nach 1 Std Rückfrage versicherte man uns die Gerichte werden in ein paar Minuten zubereitet. Dann ein Anruf die Zutaten wären nicht da. Also Stornierung. Unverschämt!!!

Leider Haare im Essen , ungenießbar

Bin bislang Besteller über den Lieferservice und Anfang des Jahres eher zufällig hier gelandet. Die Pizzen sind der Hammer, reichlich belegt, heiß geliefert und sooo lecker. Der Service ist freundlich. Am besten gleich ausprobieren, bestellen und genießen.

SCHRECKLICH! HIER NICHT BESTELLEN! Habe eine Hänchen pizza bestellt mit mais, zweibeln, pilzen und extra Hollandaise sauce. 1. Auf der ganzen pizza war nur ein maisstück drauf...das ist doch lächerlich. 2. Die pilze waren sehr trocken und auch sicherlich alt...habe noch nie in meinem Leben solche ecklige pilze auf einer pizza gegessen. 3. Das schlimmste, auf der pizza war keine tomatensauce ???? Obwohl es in der Beschreibung der Pizza stand. 4. Ich wollte extra Hollandaise sauce habe aber anstatt garkeine bekommen?? 5. Die pizza sollte hänchen drauf haben, aber was drauf war, war komplett ein anderes Fleisch...ich nehme an eine art von schinken, ich fand es so widerlich dass ich es abmachen musste. Ich konnte auch nur zwei Stücke essen, einfach weil ich Hunger hatte, weiter ging nicht weil die Pizza so ecklig war...Dazu hab ich über eine Stunde gewartet obwohl gesagt wurde, dass es 20min dauern wird, ich wohne auch nicht weit von der Pizzeria. Ich würde euch raten nicht hier zu essen, spart euer Geld oder geht wo anders Pizza essen. 0 Sterne!!!

Alles sehr gut und die Pizza ist besonders. Die Bestellungen kommen auch schnell an und die Pizzaboten auch sehr nett. Vor kurzem habe ich auch drinnen gegessen und die Atosphere ist auch voll gut besonders nach der Renovierung der Fenster

Die schlechteste Pizza, die ich je in Köln gegessen habe. Keine Ahnung, woher diese hohe Bewertung kommt.

Die Pizza war fettig und schmeckt einfach nicht. Außerdem fehlten meine zusätzlichen Beläge. Sehr enttäuschend – bestelle hier sicher nicht noch einmal.

Die bestellung hat 2 std gedauert pizza ist kalt , spaghuetti hat kein Geschmak . Catastropheeeee nie wiederrrrr

Belag schlecht verteilt, Pizza Teig lässt zu wünschen übrig (trocken), Tomatensoße kaum gewürzt, kaum Fleisch bei Pizzen mit Fleisch, zu wenig Käse (selbst bei Quattro Formaggi), zu teuer, Website gibt an in 10min fertig (in Stoßzeiten natürlich nicht einhaltbar) hat bei uns 1h gedauert, Website lockt mit Rabatt den man aber nur gestafftelt einlösen kann - worauf vorher nicht hingewiesen wird. Es ist mir ein echtes Rätsel wie dieser Laden 4,8 Sterne haben kann… Wenn man 0 oder Minussterne geben könnte würde ich das machen.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Essen wurde einfach storniert. Wir waren hier Stammkunden sowohl in Deutz als auch in Ossendorf. Null Kooperativ, wir wollten das Essen selbst abholen. Total enttäuschend, da man nicht mal entgegen kommen wollte!

Top Pizzeria. Pizza richtig gut, Nudeln ebenfalls auf den Punkt. Qualität konstant hoch, Geschmack überzeugt. Hier passt einfach alles – komme definitiv wieder.

Maximale Pizza und der Service ist auch voll gut die haben mich wie ein König behandelt ich komme hier fast jedentag hin obwohl ich in ostheim wohne um diesen Gaumenschmaus zu genießen und der Koch sorgt immer für eine gute Atmosphäre.

Dear Sir or Madam, Today's delivery was missing side dishes (e.g., mayonnaise) and salad dressing. I would like to point out that this is the first and last time I will accept such a thing.

We'd like to order from you more often and not via Lieferando. But that's not possible because the pasta is forced to be topped with cheese. That's a required field instead of an optional one. Please change that, and I'll be happy to correct this post.

Delivery always takes at least 1 hour for a 3km trip from Deutz to Poll. The store opens at 12:00 PM. I pre-ordered food online at 11:30 AM for 1:00 PM. It was canceled due to allegedly extremely busy times!!! 1.5 hours isn't enough to make two pizzas and deliver them 3km? A disgrace.

I just ordered two pizzas from Pizza Team Deutz – and I'm absolutely thrilled! The delivery was fast, the driver was friendly, and most importantly: The pizzas were hot, fresh, and super delicious. Just as it should be! The crust was nice and crispy, the toppings were plentiful and well-seasoned. This place is definitely good value for money. Conclusion: I'll definitely order again – a clear recommendation!

Although I've lived in Deutz for many years, this was my first time here and I ate a pizza there (I never order takeaway). The small mushroom pizza cost €4.50 and was just the right size for me at lunch, so I wouldn't feel "stuffed" like I would with a large pizza. The service was friendly, and there's a small table with two chairs outside, shaded by an awning. What more could you want at 2 p.m. on a sunny day? The pizza was delicious, too.

The pizza with hollandaise, chicken and broccoli was really good. Everything was fresh, the base was nice and crispy and the combination of the creamy sauce with the tender chicken and broccoli went really well together. The boss is so rude and aggressive

The food there is really delicious. But I no longer order there on principle because the delivery person was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered in my life. I've ordered there so many times back then and was always satisfied. But this time I was in a hotel and he didn't want to come up, which in itself wasn't a problem. But I said straight away on the phone that he would have to wait 5 minutes or 10 minutes because I had to unpack my suitcase to take out some clothes. Because of course I didn't have a fresh shower, I put on dirty clothes and I couldn't go downstairs with a bathrobe. The guy made another stupid comment to me afterwards. How did I take my suitcase Yes, I can unpack later and don't even have to put things out the window. I thought the Sucuk sandwich was pretty creative with the Aldi herb baguette and the Sucuk with cheese on it - but it wasn't that bad. Lasagna was very dry and tasted slightly burnt and salty.

Der Lieferant "Ahmad Hassen" hat angefangen mir auf Insta sehr häufig zu schreiben. Nachdem ich ihn dort blockiert hatte fing er auf Tik Tok an. Meine Kontaktdaten durfte er sich auch garnicht notieren !! Ich war Jahrelang eine Stammkundin aber werde dort nie wieder was bestellen.

Delivery time 75 minutes (40 minutes beyond the announced delivery time) on a Tuesday afternoon for approx. 1km distance. The pizza was almost cold and tasted stale, but had clearly been baked in the oven for too long. The salad was missing the kidney beans listed on the menu and the additional onions I requested. I'm disappointed, I've always enjoyed ordering there before.
