The food is so-so, punctuality is nonexistent, and the place has all the charm of a kiosk.

Order sent, confirmation received by email. Called after 1.5 hours, supposedly no order had arrived. We wanted to give the store one last chance, as this has happened several times before, but this time it was lost. NOT RECOMMENDED

I'm a proponent of the theory that even the worst pizza is a good pizza, but I can't say that anymore. It started with a call telling me that instead of the tiramisu I ordered, I'd get spaghetti ice cream. That wasn't a problem in itself. Instead of a tiramisu for almost €5.50, I got a plastic cup from a well-known retail chain, brand (NO!). Of course, I paid full price for the tiramisu. The pizzas tasted like frozen pizza from the same brand, or at worst, frozen pizza, or at least poorly pre-made and then taken from the freezer to the oven. The base was bone dry, the middle was raw, and the top was as it should be. I stopped after half the pizza because I was already dreading the next morning. It cost us a total of €46. I'd also like to point out that this experience was so incredibly abysmal that it will make a good anecdote someday. Just don't order it, pre-baked rolls with ketchup are more effective.

Edit July 19, 2024 Gave it another chance, got gyros, which was a real joke. It was more like a doner kebab, but you managed to make it taste bad even as doner meat. The lady on the phone was uncooperative to the max because I wanted to cancel the crap and reorder because I had ordered incorrectly in the beginning, but I was told to contact Lieferando, whose service was just as bad as the supposed gyros. The tzatziki tasted like water. I love tzatziki more than anything, and you messed up even the simplest thing. Above all, what are tomatoes doing in there? What's wrong with you? The food used to be really great. After all this back and forth, we will definitely never order from you again. And keep going, you simply have too much choice, and that's why you'll never put really good food on the table. Edit 2023: I'm pretty disappointed. I won't be ordering from there again. You can count on two hands the times when orders (via PayPal, Pizza.de, or their own website) weren't received, or when they supposedly didn't see it for an hour. I actually love their pizza, and we've ordered by phone before when we had money at home, but today it was so incredibly black and dry that I threw half of it away. My family's other two pizzas were also extremely dark. We're not used to that. But now you've lost us as customers. And today they said the fax wasn't working?! I don't know how their system works, but after their response we really felt like we'd been made fools of. I hope this is just an isolated incident, and of course I begrudge others the really delicious pizza, but I, or we, have run out of patience.

I ordered through Lieferando. Then I got a call saying the spring rolls were sold out and asked if they could deliver the mini spring rolls instead. I got a refund of €5.00 instead of my €5.50. The chicken curry was inedible and definitely not basmati rice. When I called them, I was yelled at on the phone.... A disgrace. End result: I paid €20.39 through Lieferando. I got €5 back. So I paid €15.39 for the trash can and was yelled at to return it to him, then he canceled it with Lieferando. Knowing full well that I was in the hospital and couldn't do this.

Waited two hours for three pizzas and a pasta dish. When asked on the phone, people were repeatedly put off. When the food finally arrived, we met a rude delivery person who rudely announced that they could have at least specified the stick. I then showed her on the order form that I did exactly that, but she didn't want to hear that. That was the last time we ordered there.

Good pizza, very tasty pasta. Service has always been good, prices are reasonable, and the location is top-notch.

Pizza dough and cheese had absolutely no taste, you could look for the toppings with a magnifying glass. Probably the worst pizza we've ever had.

Called 5 times and said it was on the way - I looked - I asked the driver: 3 hours later they hadn't placed an order. Thank you for taking the piss

Never had such bad pizza... Long waiting time, unfriendly response when asked and simply hung up... Pizza lukewarm and burnt on the bottom. Hands off!!!

Cologne's worst pizza! Ordered 5 pizzas, 3 of them burnt and all almost cold. On Lieferando, the pizzeria advertises with Neapolitan pizza images. What we got was anything but Neapolitan. Thick, hard dough. A disaster in terms of taste. Three of the five people have diarrhea today. HANDS OFF! RIP OFF!

Pizza wasn't cooked through and the delivery person was unfriendly and I would never order from them again because the pizza arrived cold The noodles were catastrophic!!!

I have ordered food from this delivery service more than a dozen times in the past few years and have always been satisfied. But the last two orders showed a clear trend. Today, after more than 90 minutes of waiting (a 5-minute walk to the location, supposedly problems with the electricity), two dishes arrived that were rather poor. The supposedly fried vegetables were literally drowned in thick brown sauce. The beef in curry was very tough. At least there was a bottle of Mezzomix for the long wait. Nevertheless, it was the last order there.

Wir haben hier 4 Party-Pizzas und Salate für eine Firmenfeier mit 20 Personen bestellt. Dazu gab es pro Pizza ein 1l-Softgetränk. Die Pizza wurde wie vereinbart pünktlich geliefert. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferfahrerin sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Die Pizzas waren lecker, vor allem die vegetarische, und auch die Salate inklusive Saucen waren knackig-frisch und mengentechnisch mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben sogar noch eine kleine kulinarische Aufmerksamkeit bekommen, über die sich alle gefreut haben. 2 Stunden nach Lieferung hat der Chef noch einmal angerufen, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung war. Der Service war also hervorragend. Das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben wir woanders in Köln nicht gefunden. Wir werden hier bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder bestellen, alle waren mehr als zufrieden = 5 Sterne.

Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war lecker. Jedoch stellte sich beim bezahlen heraus, dass der Gesamtbetrag der Bestellung ca. 30% über den angegebenen Preisen auf der Webseite lag. Sehr schade dass die Webseite nicht angepasst wird und die Kunden nicht über die neuen Preise informiert werden.

Seit Besitzerwechsel ist die Pizza leider richtig schlecht geworden. Mehrfach eine Chance gegeben, aber jetzt zum letzten mal. Es wird z.B. am Käse gespart, Pizza ist nicht richtig heiß und geschmacklich sehr fade. Echt traurig, dass man ein jahrelang bewährtes Konzept nicht einfach so fortführen kann! Man kann nur Geld verlangen, wenn man auch Qualität liefert!!!

Ich habe mal gelernt: wer italienisch, chinesisch, Thai, mexikanisch und indisch anbietet, der kann nicht vernünftiges Essen anbieten und so war es auch… durch die Bank schlecht

Lieferservice ist pünktlich. Leider oft der Fall dass die Pizza kühl und an der Unterseite häufig angebracht ist.Echt Geschmackssache

Pizza war nicht richtig heiss , aber schmeckte gut . Der Salat war miserabel . Zwiebeln , Tomaten und Gurken hatten die Größe von Bauklötzen . Der Optik nach von einem Grobmotoriker vor Tagen schon zubereitet . Das gekochte Ei hatte schon die Farbe vom Spargelmatsch angenommen. Schmeckte einfach alt . Probiert und dann ab in den Müll .

Finger weg!!! Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Zunächst kam das Essen erst nach eineinhalb Stunden. Ich hatte eine mexikanische Hauptspeise, welche zu 65% aus Zwiebeln bestand, 25% aus trockenem Reis und 10% aus Tomatensoße. Die chinesische Reispfanne mit Rindfleisch meiner Freundin bestand ebenfalls hauptsächlich aus Zwiebeln. Zudem war das Fleisch Stein hart, dass man es nicht mal mit einem messer schneiden konnte - dafür mussten wir extra bezahlen!! Zu guter letzt - die Pizzabrötchen waren nicht durch. Der Teig war noch klebrig & matchig. Die größte Enttäuschung auf Lieferando bisher, die gute Bewertung kam wahrscheinlich von den Mitarbeitern selbst, da diese ABSOLUT NICHT verdient ist!

Seit Jahren Kunde immer zufrieden gewesen. Jetzt gibt es hier nur noch geschmacklose Pizza ohne Tomatensoße und immer weniger Belag. Dafür wird der Rand immer größer. Ich vermute auch das der Besitzer gewechselt hat. Das Essen hat sich allgemein sehr verschlechtert und die höheren Preise in der neuen Karte sind auf jeden Fall frech, dafür das das Essen immer schlechter wird. Ich habe beide Karten entsorgt und werde nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Schlechtestes Essen, das wir je bestellt haben. Das Essen schwamm im Fett. Ein Haar haben wir auch raus gezogen. Albtraum. Nie wieder

Wow einfach nur wow. Eine so schlechte Pizza habe ich noch nie gegessen! Der Teig ist nicht fest, halb roh. Vom Schinken nicht die geringste Spur. Tomatensoße Fehlanzeige. Nie wieder diese Pizzeria!

Ich bestelle da schon seit paar Jahren und ich finde die Qualität konstant gut für Pizza und internationale Gerichte. Die Hotline und die Fahrer sind immer sehr freundlich und Wartezeiten sind völlig ok. Das einzige was ich zu nörgeln hätte, aber das ist nörgeln auf hohem Niveau, dass mir die Gemüsestücke zu groß sind. Aber das ist wohl subjektiv. 👍🏻Hauptsache immer alles frisch 🙂

Pizza nach über 2 Stunden immer noch nicht da, angeblich wären sie unterwegs (5 Minuten Fahrtzeit) nach 20 Minuten immer noch nicht, wieder angerufen, sie wären unterwegs

Wir waren immer schon ein Fan dieser Pizzeria. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und die Pizzen schmecken sehr gut. Wir können diese Pizzeria nur empfehlen. Hoffentlich bleibt sie uns erhalten.

Doppelt so lange Lieferzeit wie angegeben und wenn man nachfragt wird man angemeckert. Das Essen war nur noch lauwarm und schmeckte nicht besonders. Alternativ hätte man auch gefrorene Fischstäbchen lutschen können die hätten mehr Geschmack gehabt. Also ich bestelle da nie wieder und hoffe das ich durch diesen Post vielen Leuten helfe.

Der Ort nicht aber das Essen war hervorragend

Heute mal wieder versucht zu bestellen. Diesmal das letzte mal. Wieder enttäuscht. Beide Pizzas unter und Rand verbrannt. Pizza nur noch lau warm bei Lieferung einmal quer zu Fuss über die Strasse. Andere Gericht Chicken mit Pommes, die mitgelieferte Currysauce so mit Wasser verdünnt, das von Curry keine Rede mehr war. Stellt sich die Frage ob der Besitzer gewechselt hat.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich keinen Stern geben. Wir haben Tacos, Nachos und Enchiladas bestellt. Bei den Nachos war alles in Ordnung, die Soße hat mir persönlich zwar nicht geschmeckt, aber das ist Personen abhängig. Taco und Enchilada ist bei denen jedoch wohl ein Fremdwort, da wir stattdessen Gemüse mit Soße und Reis bekommen haben. Habe angerufen, einfach um eine Lösung zu finden. Null Verständnis und sinnlose Ausreden von deren Seite aus, bis ich dann irgendwann angeschrien wurde.

Ehemalige Stammkundin!! Bestellung angeblich erneut nicht eingegangen (Zusatz: per PayPal überwiesen) und es wurde keine Kooperation seitens Bambino gezeigt. Wirklich sehr schade! Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Telefon!

Wir/Ich essen von Pizza Bambino schon über 10 Jahre. Man muß nur deutlich sagen was und wie man das Essen haben möchte. Ich möchte meine pizza immer weich, schmeckt Hammer lecker 🍕🍕🍕👍🍴

mehr als beschämend...süss sauer sosse gleicht saft aus der Mülltonne und gebratener Reis mit Rindfleisch Roch und schmeckte einfach nur nach kotze! nie wieder! auch 1cent ist zu viel für das essen

Lange Lieferzeit und Pizza kalt.. Geschmacklich geht so teilweise verbrannt.

Das Essen ist für den Preis super und auch die Auswahl sehr gut. Der lieferdienst ist schnell und freundlich. Bis jetzt gab es nichts zum aussetzen.
