They have truly amazing pizza here! I highly recommend it. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

I waited over 90 minutes for the food without any further notice. The pizza was lukewarm, but tasted okay. The wrong drink, and when I pointed out that this was really bad service, I was just laughed at. It was beyond unpleasant.

I have no idea why everyone is having so much trouble. I ordered at 1 a.m. and it arrived in less than 30 minutes. The pizza was amazing.

Potato soufflé and pizza rolls top takes about 30-35 minutes is ok always hot the food the guys on the phone always super nice

If you want affordable, high-quality food, this is the place for you. I definitely recommend the cheese-filled pizza rolls. They don't skimp on the cheese.

❗️Don't order food here❗️ Yesterday I ordered food while I was out partying. After an hour, the food still wasn't there. I waited the whole time outside the club for the driver to arrive. After an hour and 30 minutes, I called and asked where my order was. I was told the driver would be there soon and was on his way... after 2 hours and 20 minutes, there was still no one there. I waited the whole time outside the club, which was already closed by then. I didn't get a call, I didn't get anything, and I paid €26 for it... I find that totally outrageous... So I wouldn't order food here; I've read that this has happened to some people.

First, my Lieferando order wasn't delivered after 1.5 hours. After calling, they explained that it had been forgotten, so I asked to cancel. The colleague explained that he would take care of it the next day. Two days later, I called and asked why no one had taken care of it, and the new colleague said I had to take care of it. Great service – so if you're looking for an unreliable pizza place that doesn't take responsibility for its own mistakes, you've come to the right place.

Took 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver, 10 meters away. The three pizzas ordered were not good, rating 6

This delivery is a case for the Trade Inspection Office. The lettuce looked like it came from the organic waste bin. I didn't eat it and threw it away.

I ordered a pizza that tasted so bad that I felt sick and 30 minutes later I was coming out of the backside with fluids. Sorry, but it was inedible and I wouldn't recommend it.

I sat there hungry and tried several times to contact support – but they were completely overwhelmed and useless. No clear information about the driver's location or what happened to my order. Congratulations, Pizza Royale – that was truly amazing. I ordered a schnitzel hollandaise at 10:32 PM via Lieferando. According to your opening hours, you're open until 11:00 PM. Instead of a delivery, nothing arrived. And then – at 10:53 PM, just 21 minutes after ordering and only 7 minutes before closing time – the order was simply canceled without comment. Why are you even open if you obviously don't want to process any more orders? That's neither professional nor respectful of paying customers. This is simply unacceptable. That's it for me – once and never again. Recommendation? A definite no.

The pizzas we ordered arrived quickly and were delicious. Good value for money. We'll definitely order from Pizza Royal again.

What an awesome pizza!!! I wasn't expecting it to be so awesome!

Today, July 3rd, we ordered for the second time via Uber Eats. This time the pizza was really good 🌟 , the dough was nice and thin and didn't sit heavily on the stomach. We had two of the 30 cm pizza 🍕 Tuna Royal 🐟, once with broccoli 🥦 , once with corn 🌽 , each with asparagus and extra hollandaise sauce with the note: "Hollandaise and tomato sauce mixed with garlic. Do not cut!" Unfortunately, despite the request not to cut the pizzas, they cut them anyway. 🔪 Please be careful next time. The rest was gratefully fulfilled. 🤤 😋 Delicious!

The drivers never carry any money. You always have to pay more, even if you tip. It seems like a scam. 👎 Spend your money somewhere else, not here.

The cheese on the pizza tastes/smells like a cheese substitute. Otherwise, the seller was nice and the price was reasonable. The pizza was okay.

Not a traditional Italian pizza, but quite tasty. Even though Mühlheim isn't in the delivery area, it was still delivered and arrived warm and crispy. Unfortunately, one pizza was delivered incorrectly, but a new one, also warm and crispy, was promptly delivered. Truly good service!

When I look at all the negative reviews here, I think I had a great, exceptional experience. I was in Cologne on Halloween, my friend and I were hungry, and the food was delivered after about 60 minutes (okay, Cologne was a complete traffic chaos that evening!). Our pizza and the pizza rolls with tuna were delicious and the food was hot! Thanks guys! 👍🏻 I will order from you again!

It takes an outrageously long time and when asked they say yes, the food is still here and we will soon provide a driver. Organizationally it was an absolute disaster! Never again!

Unfortunately very bad service. I had ordered via Lieferando and was above the minimum order value, but according to the boss, the delivery would not be worth it for him and was therefore canceled. I was not offered an alternative.

Please remember the aioli when delivered in the future.

The food was very tasty, I always come back to eat there when I have the chance.

When you order, you immediately notice that the people who work there don't feel like doing the work or the customers who are also taking up their valuable time. There is little to no eye contact, so you as a customer simply feel out of place. You won't find a committed and welcoming attitude from employees here.

I actually always like to eat at Pizza Royal in Dormagen. This time we just wanted to order and saw Pizza Royal in Ehrenfeld on Lieferando. My two boys like the pizza rolls filled with cheese from Dormagen, which we also ordered here. Unfortunately they arrived with tomato sauce and they didn't taste good at all. When I called to ask, the gentleman started arguing and didn't want to make and deliver the pizza rolls again and claimed that it was the same in Dormagen, which is a lie. I will no longer order or eat in Dormagen for such insolence.

Pizza arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Pizza was cold, not even warm, little sauce, just not normal.

Was there yesterday and wanted to order something, it was standing at the counter. All of the employees (around 5-6 employees) saw me but no one wanted to take my order. There wasn't even a good evening or hello. Then I just left again.

We ordered two pizzas, unfortunately everything about it looks like a ready-made pizza. Scattered cheese, hard bottom, little toppings and patterns on the bottom. The taste wasn't as expected but it wasn't super bad either. And the delivery was in under 30 minutes, although the journey through the whole of Cologne must have taken 20. A pity

I've ordered there often because I really like the pizza rolls. However, this is the third or fourth time that the herb butter we paid for has not been delivered. This can happen sometimes but not every time. Suppliers just react angrily and claim that none was ordered. After you prove it on the receipt, you are simply told in an unfriendly manner "What should I do, I'm just delivering.". Last time I waited 2.5 hours for the order, which came after I started cooking after three unsuccessful calls. Pizza was always delicious, but unfortunately it was a 50:50 coin toss as to whether and when what you paid for would arrive.

We have been ordering the same pizza over and over again for several years. Today the pizza arrived 25 minutes later than stated. She was COLD!! The olives were very bitter and there was hardly any sauce on them. When I called, all I said was, “What should I do now?” Very impolite. That was the last time we ordered there.

I often order stuffed pizza rolls there (spinach and shepherd's cheese), the first time in several orders there is tomato sauce in it from one day to the next?! It has never been that way and when I called, the gentleman on the phone argued with me that it was always like that?! As if there was never tomato sauce in it!! Unfortunately, my comment didn't go through that there shouldn't be any normal cheese, but still there's no sign of herder's cheese and the tomato sauce certainly has no place there, really disgusting!! Unfortunately I had to throw the whole food away and order it somewhere else. Wasted money. I won't order from there again. Pure disappointment, especially the employee's discussion was inappropriate.

I had on December 19th. Ordered paprika schnitzel, pizza rolls with salami and cheese and pizza rolls with aioli. Since yesterday I have had food poisoning which was confirmed by the doctor. Since I couldn't eat anything yesterday due to nausea, no other meal is an option. Also confirmed by a doctor. I will never order here again and have also reported this to Lieferando. I expect a full refund of the order!

Einer der besten Pizzen in Köln. Hab um 1 Uhr bestellt kam nach 20min. Fahrer war richtig nett Pizza sehr heiß und noch knusprig. Wirklich 10/10❤️❤️

Pizza total trocken und zu viel Grieß unten dran, weiß nicht wozu ich doppelt Käse bestellt hab, das war echt ein Witz. Die Sterne gibt's nur für den Salat weil das Dressing echt lecker war und auch gut gemischt.

Gestern bestellt, leider war es absolut schlecht, man merkt das dort viel mit gedchmacksverstärkern gearbeitet wird. Leider wirklich wirklich schlecht. Aber das ist mittlerweile oft so, deshalb probiere ich vieles aus aber auch wieder ein Griff ins Klo.

Über die Pizza kann ich leider nichts sagen, aber dafür verteilen sie Werbung in Briefkästen an denen groß und rot dran steht "Keine Werbung". Bei Anruf ist niemand verantwortliches zu sprechen, eine Entschuldigung kommt auch nicht. Hauptsache auf Masse verteilt, Nachhaltigkeit interessiert nicht. Lieben wir.

Sehr gute leckere Pizza, das Gyrosfleisch war anders als erwartet aber der Geschmack war insgesamt sehr lecker.

This pizza shop was recommended by a local. He told me that it was outside the downtown but worth driving out to eat here. Boy, it was well worth it! I ordered a bacon pizza with a soft drink. I rarely eat pizza but this was definitely worth my once per year trip. Prices were reasonable, everything under 20 Euros. While I was there I noticed how hard-working the staff are. Everyone is doing their thing and know what to do . It just sort of flows. When no orders, they clean. Unpretentious place and would happily eat there again.

Der Lieferfahrer parkt erst absolut rücksichtlos und griff mich dann noch an. Das Liefer-Auto von denen stand mitten auf dem Radweg. Nachdem ich in dem Zusammenhang einen Beinahe-Unfall miterleben durfte mit einer jungen Mutter mit Kinderwagen und einem Radfahrer durch das rücksichtslos abgestellte Fahrzeug, wollte ich eine Anzeige erstatten und dafür ein Foto von dem Falschparker machen. Kurz darauf kam der aufgebrachte Lieferant um die Ecke, bedrohte mich, wollte mein Handy nehmen und forderte das Foto zu löschen. Er hielt mich am Arm fest und schrie mich an. Erst durch einen Notruf bei der Polizei ließ er von mir ab. Von Einsicht keine Spur. Nur 40m weiter gabs mehrere freie kostenlose Parkplätze. Einfach unfassbar, die Anzeige habe ich natürlich trotzdem erstattet.

Ich habe die Pizzeria angerufen und gefragt wann die Pizza kommt. Nach Anruf kam die Pizza 10 min später an. Pizza kam nach 55 min an. Die Pizza war eiskalt und unessbar. Der Teig war wir knacke Brot von Aldi oder Rewe. Sehr schlechte Pizza.

Das Essen kam zwar bisschen zuspät, was nicht schlimm ist. Aber das Essen fürchterlich. Die Lasagne musste ich ausspucken und landet direkt in den Müll. Das Jägerschnitzel war auch sehr schlecht. Also nie wieder!! Ich hätte mir die Rezessionen als erstes durchlesen sollen. Sehr sehr schlecht

Nie wieder ! Ich weiß wirklich nicht wie so eine Pizzeria sich über Wasser halten kann. Die Pizza war mit Abstand die schlechteste die ich je gegessen habe. Und ich dachte man kann bei einer Pizza nichts falsch machen bis ich hier bestelt habe. Nie wieder !

Hallo zusammen, ich habe dort 2 Pizzen bestellt und leider kamen die Pizzen erst nach 1Std . Zudem war die Pizza hauch dünn und lauwarm bis kalt. Geschmacklich war es ok. Habe gerade mein Essen bekommen Lasagne mit Pizza Brötchen und Kräuter Butter!! Die Lasagne und Kräuter Butter waren schon verdorben!! So ein schlechtes Essen habe ich noch nie geliefert bekommen!

Das Essen ist lecker und das Personal ist freundlich. Sie verzögern selten die Lieferung, aber das ist normal seit 1 Jahr bestelle ich da und bin sehr zufrieden

Pizza ist viel zu dünn, da wird man nicht satt von. Lieferzeit war allerdings sehr gut. (35 Minuten) Hatt mich trotzdem nicht überzeugt.

Unmöglich! Gemischter Salat mit Paprika war ausschließlich Eisbergsalat. Es waren insgesamt 5 Paprikastreifen, vielleicht noch eine Viertel Zwiebeln. Und die Krönung, kein Dressing! Auch das Schnitzel mit Beilagensalat ohne Dressing. Keine Entschuldigung am Telefon!!!
