La Moda in Berlin

Sent me the wrong size in boots and never got back to me despite me reaching out to them on EVERY PLAYFORM. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by far. I wouldn’t bother with them

Lasagna without meat, without bechamel sauce, totally watery, not seasoned, but baked with lots of rubber cheese Broccoli soup was watery and the cream had also curdled

It's an absolute disgrace to sell such burnt, overcooked mush. We ordered for €47, and the only thing that was edible was the Coke. And then you have to put up with being treated like a fool. Never again.

Terribly unfriendly! And after waiting 1.5 hours, they said no order had arrived. Even though they had to provide their postal code, the address was "too far" and they wouldn't deliver by that time! With such poor service, they should close right away!

After a week I still haven't gotten my money back, which the pizzeria owes me because they didn't deliver my order.

Very unreliable delivery service. Pizza rock hard. All employees very unfriendly. Wait times of over an hour.

We ordered three pizzas via pizza.de. A short time later, we received a call from the restaurant: They don't want to deliver because the distance is too great (almost 7 km). Because we had already paid, we had to contact pizza.de again ourselves. If you don't want to deliver everywhere, you should probably indicate this on the ordering portal. Really bad!

The food is fantastic 😋😋😋I am very satisfied.

We ordered 9 meals, 4 of which were wrong, 3 pasta dishes were simply missing the noodles and one dish where risotto was ordered had noodles. Incompetence without limits

We ordered from La Moda today and I have to say, never again in my entire life! We waited 1.40 hours for food even though the shop was only 3 km away from me. Then the food came, it smelled like it was charred, the sauce was totally sour and the noodles weren't cooked properly. Seldom seen such a bad store, people stay away from it and don't order anything from La Moda!!

Food was okay but delivery time 2:30 hours?? Better not again

Today we ordered with 11 people for over €120 and we were all very disappointed... portions too small, meat prepared carelessly and unseasoned, gyros half raw and gristly, the meatballs were missing from ALL 10 portions of the Greek plate... really It's sad... when asked, unfortunately there was nothing more that could be done... except for a small credit for the next time... which definitely won't be available.

Delivery was only made after the specified time had elapsed; half of the pizzas had the texture of rubber, but the rest could literally be wrung out. In addition, none of the pizzas even came close to the size stated and the taste of the whole thing was a total flop.
