Usually delicious. I've ordered several times before, but today... the meat was missing. I ordered a platter for two, but only received a small portion. The fries were incredibly soggy. I ordered beef, but received pork! The chicken casserole arrived without any meat! I'm wondering whether I should order from there again, because I'm not getting what I want. It's a shame, because you guys used to be really great!

I ordered a pizza, first I received something else and then I waited 2 hours for this pizza. For that money I can eat better food elsewhere.

One star is too much. It's absolutely terrible when something different is delivered than what was ordered. After complaining by phone, all I get is a stalling spiel. Absolutely shabby, that's zero service. They clearly couldn't care less. So don't go there and don't order from them. Go to a reliable competitor instead; there are plenty of them. Even if it costs a euro more. Money isn't everything.

I waited 120 minutes for my order. They kept making excuses about Lieferando not forwarding my order. After 130 minutes, my order finally arrived – I ordered a 50 x 50 cm tray pizza, but I received a 38 x 35 cm pizza! Lieferando was no help with this order. I ordered a hot pizza with salami and ham, but received a mushroom pizza with tuna. No apology, no refund, nothing. Never again at this place, and never again with Lieferando either...

Just ordered a calzone from Lieferrando. It was completely burnt and ended up being thrown in the trash. The case has been reported to Lieferrando.

First, they made us wait 40 minutes, even though they said we were 4 minutes late. The fries were half-eaten. My pizza crust could have killed someone with it, really hard. This is the second time they've made us wait. It's also the last time I'll give them any more money for this meal.

An absolute disgrace! The wrong food was delivered – it happens sometimes, no problem. But in this case, it was a pineapple allergy, and that's exactly what was in the food. When we called politely, we received the outrageous reply: "Can't you just eat around it?" – Seriously?! With an allergy?! Instead of understanding or an apology, we were simply pressured to please take the food as it is. Zero insight, zero customer focus, zero respect. And to top it all off, we were told that a redelivery could "take a very long time" – after we'd already waited almost an hour. Such behavior is simply unacceptable. Anyone who treats their customers like this should be truly ashamed. If it were possible, I'd give them zero stars!

Not recommended! We ordered squid rings. What arrived was ring-shaped, and that's where the similarities to squid ended. I suspect it was a vegan substitute, because neither the taste nor the consistency were that of squid. The sauces tasted like kebabs and were identical on both salad and squid. The salad consisted of a few giant pieces of iceberg lettuce and a giant piece of cucumber. The bruschetta was pieces of bread with a spoonful of onion pieces, interspersed with a few pieces of tomato, slapped onto them. Sometimes the bread pieces weren't even completely topped. They should change their name to Imbiss del Leo, because nothing tastes truly Italian. We will definitely never order from there again.

Impossible! I wouldn't recommend ordering anything there; we waited 2.5 hours for a family pizza.

This place is a complete joke. It doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered two pizzas through UberEats, and after the stated delivery time, nothing arrived. We couldn't call again because they were already closed. So we had to order somewhere else. After reading the other reviews, I'm actually glad nothing arrived. This morning, I received a message saying my delivery arrived at 1:22 AM, after the expected delivery time was 11:00 PM - 11:20 PM. Nothing arrived. We even checked outside several times to see if a delivery person was waiting for us. Nothing. I've demanded a refund, and next time I'll read the reviews first.

The grilled platter didn't contain bifteki, but instead chicken breast. At least it was grilled juicy. The gyro was chopped so finely... it definitely wasn't from a rotisserie!! The pork skewers were juicy and well-cooked. The chicken wings were unfortunately black and dry. The chili con carne had no carne... except for a few crumbs of ground meat. Rather, it was a spicy vegetable sauce with peppers and onions. There were a few kidney beans in there. So, there's plenty of room for improvement!!! My first and last order. 🤷‍♂️

I had a lovely, enjoyable evening, but unfortunately I couldn't because of the food. The pizza I ordered wasn't good at all because my boyfriend had also ordered pasta carbonara, and I put the pasta on the pizza because the pizza was inedible and tasted like soap and cardboard. The pizza had almost the same consistency as a rubber tire. When I put the carbonara on the pizza, it actually tasted good. Let me put it this way: the carbonara saved you; otherwise it would get 1 star, but 3 for the carbonara. Next time, please do a better job for the customers and leave it in for longer.

Simply awful. First they confirm the order and then they don't deliver! What a disgrace! The meat in my last order, on December 17th, was really dry.

Far too little for the price. I ordered spaghetti with Gorgonzola and the mixed meat platter with grilled tomatoes. The chicken was dry and the lamb was burnt. It came with three small pieces, accompanied by a strip of black tomato. The pasta portions were adequate, but the sauce wasn't outstanding. If the mixed platter had been acceptable for the price, I would have been happy with it. The delivery person was fine.

For me it was the salami pizza, it tastes good and I won't say no for a small thaler. And nice employees. Everyone has different tastes or needs a certain extra, they have it plain and simple and it's enough.

Had the gyros plate with the worst fries I've ever had, the tzatziki tasted very rancid. The meat must have been leftover from the wholesale market, the gyros consisted mainly of cartilage, we won't even talk about the rest of the meat. I just tried everything and the rest went into the trash can. All in all, I'm happy if it doesn't give me an upset stomach.

There was almost exactly an hour between "Dad, can we order these steaks again" and my son throwing up and the reason for this is certainly easy to see in the photo, They advertise "beef steak" and then deliver a poorly butchered neck piece made entirely of tendons, which even the dog didn't want and that's not a saying, but unfortunately, because even he just chewed on the two bottom pieces and then spit it out again . In the photo on the left you can see what the plate was like some time ago, although the two souvlaki are still missing and the mayo came from us - on the right you can see what you get today. The bifteki are now not even half as big and the filling has nothing to do with what my partner knows from her mother, but is simply disgusting. Last time, the gyros consisted of a good third of fatty and gristly pieces, i.e. the worst "meat" you could get - only the two chicken breasts were okay, because we drowned the fries in ketchup for a reason; without them they were not edible. Over the last 12 months, the store has gone steadily downhill - sometimes the delivery took 1.5 hours, when the indicated time was 45 to 50 minutes and then the bifteki were far dry, not even edible with tzatziki and other times they were simply withheld, We only got them delivered two hours later, after asking over the phone and being told that they had just run out and would prepare them fresh. The idea that you might simply call and ask whether the customer would like more of the other things didn't occur to you, but instead you said that please don't give Lieferando a bad rating. The side salad usually consists primarily of red cabbage, which has absolutely no place in it - the only thing you can still eat is actually the tzatziki, but you should stay away from the rest when ordering. It may be that it's different if you eat in the store, one can even assume, because then people can and would complain directly, but you shouldn't let them deliver to you.

Ordered 2 large 50*50cm pizzas yesterday on Sunday, May 19th, 2024. It took almost 2 hours for the pizza to be delivered. They didn't taste that good either. But now comes the hammer. I wanted to eat the remaining 2 pieces this morning. When I took a bite I thought I had broken a piece of my tooth. There were simply shards of glass on the pizza that I hadn't seen. That simply can't be true. I will never order here again. And others should leave it alone too. It takes forever and in the end you still have to be afraid when you eat it. The madness.

Yesterday after work I wanted to eat something and ordered 1 salami pizza with a cheese crust and fries in champion sauce and chicken breast from this pizzeria and the food was delivered. The pizza doesn't have a burnt cheese crust and the fries are limp, the champion sauce is watery and the meat is too salty. I'll never order there again

Ordered yesterday via Lieferando. Shortly after ordering, the delivery time changed from around 50 minutes to well over 1 hour. There was no call that it would take longer and unfortunately it was too late for our child. Pizza was quite black on the edge and the cheese on the edge was virtually non-existent. Today the next disappointment after warming up the children's dish “Little Pig”. It was clearly not pork, but poultry, which also tasted rotten. Children's meal ended up in the trash.

I ordered 2 large pizzas for my departure on duty and also received a delicious small salad for free. Gave the exact address. And yet the delivery was 30 minutes late, which was very annoying for the event. All my colleagues were waiting for the food because I had nothing other than snacks. Ordered 2 ice creams for €13, should be there after 1 hour. I called where the ice cream was, “can’t be delivered, we don’t have it there” He offered me 1 ice cream as a replacement, which he sells for €9, which is sold in other shops for €5.

Wir bestellen da eigentlich schon sehr lange, am Anfang war echt wow, endlich einer der lecker ist, aber es wurde leider immer schlechter. Heute war echt die Höhe mit alten Pommes nochmals aufgewärmt und verbrannte Nuggets... Dann Ruf ich an und beschwere mich. Als Antwort kam, das wir neue bekommen, aber es kam niemand und wir bezahlten für den müll. Auch die calzone war kaum gefüllt und zu lange im Ofen... Sehr schade, wieder ein Lieferant für die Tonne

Pizzarand für 3.50 Euro nicht vorhanden was richtig dreist war war die Größe der Pizza ist nen 32 Karton aber die Pizza deutlich kleiner. Es ist echt ne Sauerei statt 50 Minuten über 90 gewartet.

Ganz schwache Leistung. Ich habe eine kleine Pizza und 1x Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Die Lieferung ist um 17:50 eingetroffen und ich hatte 16:19 bestellt. Lieferdauer wurde zwischen 30 - 50 min fest gelegt. Ebenfalls stand dort, dass man in Kenntnis gesetzt wird, wenn eine Lieferung länger dauert. Wie leider auch nicht anders zu erwarten Erfolge die ebenfalls nicht.

Hallo, Ich habe eine Fleischplatte für 2 bestellt, Nacho mit käse und Huhn überbacken, ein Tiramisu und ein spagetti eis. Angekommen ist die fleischplatte, drei spagetti eis und ein salat mit huhn. Bei einem Rückruf wurde mir erklärt dass man versucht hatte mich anzurufen um mir zu sagen dass das Tiramisu aus ist und dafür zwei spagetti eis mehr einpacken werden. (handy war an meiner seite und aufgrund einer von mir falschen angebenen adresse konnte mich der lieferbote telefonisch erreichen...also stimmt das btw nicht) Am telefon wurde mir erklärt dass es eine verwechslung gab, und die andere seite es als ok empfand und es jetzt ärgerlich wäre das neu zu schicken (ich war frustriert genug und genervt und wollte es sein lassen...also wurde mir genug ein schlechtes Gewissen eingeredet und ich willigte ein). zum essen: von der fleischplatte waren die Pommes wie zum dritten mal warm gemacht, Ausnahmslos alle Fleischsorten zäh und kalt. Spagetti eis gibs nich auszusetzen, fertig gekauftes akzeptables eis halt. Salat mit huhn, selbes problem mit dem fleisch wie bei der platte. und der salat einfach wie er nunmal ist, ok. im großen und ganzen schon sehr unzufrieden, der klägliche versuch beim tiramisu angelogen und über die hälfte war falsch, und das was stimmte schmeckte nicht. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert von da zu bestellen!

Die 2 Stunden Lieferzeit waren nicht erfreulich aber es wäre nicht weiter schlimm gewesen, hätte das Essen gestimmt. Die Teile vom Essen, die nicht verbrannt und theoretisch genießbar waren, waren einfach nicht gut. Man merkt, dass das Essen billig ist, dass so viel an Kosten eingespart wird wie möglich. So kommen dann Mozzarella-Tomaten Pizzabrötchen vollkommen ohne Mozzarella aus, die Pizza mit Käserand hat keinen Käserand usw. Insgesamt kein Essen, das man gerne isst so Leid es mir tut. Ich meine es gar nicht böse, aber die Betreiber sollten wirklich in Erwägung ziehen einfach den Geschäftsbereich zu wechseln, schon alleine unwissenden Neukunden zu Liebe, schlechte Erfahrungen sind hier ja anscheinend weniger die Ausnahme als die Regel

Die Pizza hatte einen unvergesslich räudigen geschnackt. Nett, dass der Restaurant Betreiber am Telefon noch sagt „die ist nicht verbrannt“ Wenigstens der Salat ist gut. Dafür dann 1 Stern.

Order through delivery service platform. Food came half cold , I ordered grilled shrimps and came a big pot of rice with two steamed shrimps,and on the top a huge piece of tomato and for decoration some eggplant on top of it. Disaster !!!

Wir haben einmal Bifteki und einmal Cordon Bleu bestellt. Bekommen haben wir Fleischspieße a la trocken mit labberigen Pommes und trockenem Rucola und das moderne Cordon Bleu „Den Fleischklumpen“ erhalten. Warum gibt es eigentlich noch keinen Minusstern? Das ist das zweite mal, dass wir dort bestellten und wird nun auch das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Die Kirsche auf der Torte war dann der Fahrer, der verzweifelt versuchte uns zu erklären, dass mit der Bestellung etwas nicht stimmen würde, leider konnten wir ihn nicht wirklich verstehen. Mit hungrigen Grüßen und der dringenden Bitte um Verbesserung der Qualität.

Machen mit Abstand die beste Lasagne wenn man die Wünsche äußert sind sie Kundenfreundlich und die Lsagane ist mega zu empfehlen

Die Speisen sind preiswert und stets lecker. Extrawünsche werden ohne Probleme angenommen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und sehr flott.

Kam schnell, aber essen sah nicht frisch aus, war sehr überfettet. Und Pommes etc waren pappich und Nuggets haben nicht nach Fleisch geschmeckt. Schade

Haben Bestellt und schon da kam das essen erst nach 80 min an und für fast 50€ war das beste daran der Kostenlose Salat. Gyrosplatte war fade und die Pommes labbrig. Das Pangasiusfilet war ein Fertiggericht ausm Tiefkühler und die Spagetti mit Tomatensoße für das 1 1/2 Jahre alte Kind roch abgelaufen. Erste und letzte mal dort Bestellt.

Schmeckt nach Schwanz. Hab einfach statt Lachs, irgendeinen verbrannten billig Backfisch von netto bekommen.

Wir haben einen Gyrosteller, Chicken Wings, Kirschsaft und Ben & Jerry's bestellt, gut und schön. ALLERDINGS haben wir einen Gyrosteller, Chicken Nuggets mit Pommes, Orangensaft und Florida Eis bekommen? Und wie ich später entdeckt habe kostet das Florida Eis auch nur 5€ und nicht 8€ wie die Herrschaften mir in Pizza Del Leo abgezogen haben. Unglaublich. Das falsche Essen hat noch nichtmals gut geschmeckt.

Ich habe 2 Mal kein Tiramisu erhalten sondern spargetti Eis ohne Absprache und dann wird aber trimisu bezahlt was teurer ist. Beim letzten Mal musste ich satte 1.5 Std auf mein essen warten statt wie angegeben. Dazu kommt noch das ich Bar zahlen musste obwohl ich mit PayPal bezahlt habe nun wurde mir das essen doppelt bezahlt. Nach anrufen was das mit dem Tiramisu soll wurde was gesagt man bekäme einen Gutschein den habe ich bis heute immer noch nicht erhalten. Null zu empfehlen.

Absoluter Drecksladen. Vergessen die Hälfte und das was sie vergessen liefern sie nicht nach. Der bezahlte Betrag wird natürlich auch nicht erstattet... Schreiben vom Anwalt ist raus.

Haben zwei Pizzen bestellt und der Teig war fest und und Geschmacklich auch nicht erste Sahne über die Pasta will ich garnicht reden die eine kein Geschmack und die andere schmeckt nach Seife nicht zu empfehlen Geld verbrennen ist die bessere Option

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! 1. die Vorspeise wurde falsche geliefert. 2. Die Lasagne war ungenießbar und trotz Bescheid geben, kam vom Personal kein Entgegenkommen bezüglich Entschädigung! „Geschmäcker seien halt unterschiedlich und in Zukunft sollen wir doch woanders bestellen.“ Eine reine Katastrophe das „Restaurant“!

Dieses Restaurant hat nichtmal einen Stern verdient. Ich habe dort angerufen, da das essen nach Seife schmeckt. Ich wurde mit den Worten „jeder hat einen anderen Geschmack“ und „50 Gästen am Tag schmeckt die Lasagne“ und „Sie sind die erste die sich beschwert“ abgewiesen. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion wurde am anderen Ende einmal kurz gelacht, mir einen schönen Abend gewünscht und aufgelegt. Ich habe nochmals angerufen und nach dem Vorgesetzten gefragt… zu meinem Unglück war anscheinend vorher der Vorgesetzte am Telefon. Ich habe ihm nochmal gesagt, dass ich eine Lösung für das Problem hätte, da es nicht um mein persönliches Empfinden geht, sondern das Essen nicht nach Essen schmeckt. Es ist ungenießbar (ich verspüre eine halbe Stunde später immer noch diesen Seifen Geschmack). Darauf hin versuchte er die vorherige Situation umzudrehen und mich als Lügnerin darzustellen, da ich gelacht und aufgelegt hätte. Außerdem hat er mich gefragt ob ich ihn verarschen will. Der Typ am Telefon blieb dabei, das es mir persönlich einfach nicht schmeckt und er da nichts machen könnte. Das falsch gelieferte Knoblauchbrot wollte er nachliefern. Bei der Art und Weise wie er mit mir umgegangen ist hatte ich aber eher Angst, dass er aufs Essen spuckt. Ich habe im Leben noch nie sowas von einem Restaurant erlebt. Das ein Gast auch Recht hat wissen sie wohl leider auch nicht. Kann man sowas zur Anzeige bringen? Tut euch allen einen Gefallen und meidet diesen Saftladen!

Furchtbar, Absolut keine Empfehlung Gyros ohne Geschmack, da würde sogar mein Hund trauig gucken Meinr erste und letzte Bestellung für 9€ erhält man Fleisch ohne jegliche gewürze dran, Grob geschnittener Salat eine ganze halbe Zwiebel einfach rein und ein-zwei hände Pommes da kommt man im Penny Mark wesentlich Günstiger und Geschmackvoller rum.

Absoluter Reinfall. Wir haben 2 Pizzen , eine Pasta und Pizza Brötchen bestellt. Der Teig der Pizzen und der Pizza Brötchen ist nicht fertig gebacken. Teig ist an manchen Stellen roh. 40€ Praktisch für den Müll. Wir haben angerufen und uns deswegen beschwert und wurden ohne zu zögern von den Leuten beleidigt. Eine Frechheit und Unverschämtheit. Nie wieder, kann ich niemanden empfehlen. Wird definitiv dem Gesundheitsamt gemeldet. Wenn ich könnte würde ich den Laden schließen oder das Personal ändern.

Die scheinen die Preise zu würfeln! 3 Riesen Pizzen vor Ort 50€…hätte ich über die Webseite bestellt inkl Lieferung = 37,80€ erklärt mir mal bitte einer die Logik?!! Verarschen kann ich mich immer noch selbst am besten…nie wieder!

Bin zeit über 6 Jahren Stammkunde seit heute gewesen. Der Service ist so schlecht geworden. ich habe immer mit dem Chef gesprochen und der Pizzeria immer wiededr eine Chance gegeben, aber irgentwann reichte es auch.Es wird nicht das geliefert was mann bestellt. Es fehlt fast immer etwas bei der bestellung. Ab einen bestimmten Bestellwert wird eine Überraschung versprochen und nicht geliefert. Leiferung dauert ewig ( die Zeit die angegeben wird, wird nicht eingehalten). hatte heute statt 50 min, 70 min gewartet. Leider muß mann einen Stern geben um zu Posten.

Immer wieder Fehler! Oft ist das Essen nicht wie angepriesen - Schwein statt Rind, Pampe statt GorgonzolaSauce, manchmal fehlt eine Zutat ganz.

Unsypatische zu teuer 7€ klein Pizza 1 beilage 1€ dreckig

Habe online bezahlt und der Fahrer wollte trotzdem noch Geld haben. Habe versucht ihm zu erklären dass ich bereits gezahlt habe, und zeigte ihm auf der Quittung die ER mitgebracht hat, dass bei Restbetrag keine Summe mehr steht. Anruf im Restaurant der mir auch sagte ich müsse bezahlen. Nach minutenlanger Diskussion sagte er mir „gib dem Fahrer einfach 5 Euro und gut ist“. Ich lehnte ab und der Chef im Restaurant drohte mir mit Polizei. Diskussion ging weiter und letztendlich sagte der Chef nach erneutem nachprüfen dass ich recht habe, da auf der Quittung wirklich kein Restbetrag ist, und ich bekam das Essen.
