Call a Pizza in Berlin

Always prepared quickly and correctly.

Delivery only arrived after over an hour. A pizza home run was burned and half of the topping was missing on my mogul slope very disappointing at this price

I'm always satisfied without exception - which isn't difficult when it comes to eating because I know what I'm getting... but it's always quick and friendly (I order directly from Call a Pizza, not via Lieferando)

I ordered and paid for food from the train, with actually enough buffer for it to arrive when I got home. I thought so, but I didn't count on the "reliability" of the transport companies in Berlin. It took me significantly longer than planned. So the driver called a little before the appointed time and said, with his extremely poor knowledge of German, that he was at the door. In general, it was only because of the timing that I understood or guessed that he was the supplier of Call a Pizza. I tried to make it clear to him several times in a friendly manner that unfortunately I wasn't home yet and that he should just put the food in the driveway. It was already paid for. He refused and then said something that could be interpreted as an indignation and an angry reaction, at least I didn't understand the words. When I arrived home 20 minutes later, there was no food in sight. So I had to go to bed hungry. This bad rating would remain, but Call a Pizza support has not responded to my complaint and my demands to reimburse the cost of the meal for four days. I think it's a bit silly, but I'll probably file a complaint for embezzlement. Somewhere it's about the principle.

My order was okay so far. The taste is standard from Call a Pizza. My problem was with the EC card payment... Apparently the suppliers are sent out with defective card readers in order to ultimately collect cash. Luckily I still had some in the house, because EC card payments were not possible using either the chip or the magnetic strip. Strangely enough, my card worked wonderfully at an ATM 15 minutes later!!! So please do not order by card or have enough cash in the house as a precaution. Call a Pizza's card readers are pure junk!!! A call to report this error was cut off in the middle without a word! Very rude!!! I definitely won't be ordering from this kind of customer service again!!!

Came on time, but unfortunately the noodles were very hard.

Delivery was a few minutes late, but within limits. Unfortunately the lettuce was a bit wilted. The burger bun was quite hard, the patty was considerably smaller than the bun and the lettuce on the patty had definitely seen better days. Totally crazy and crazy. I then removed it.

We were just visiting Berlin and came across Call a Pizza by chance (GoogleMaps). Ordered locally, service was super friendly and attentive. Waiting time was barely 15 minutes. One dish was spontaneously changed to vegetarian. Had a little bit of everything: pizza, citizens, pasta dishes and potato cakes. Everything was super tasty and to the point. We can only recommend the restaurant...if we drive another 650 km to Berlin, we would be happy to come back.

Unfortunately very unfriendly supplier because there was a misunderstanding about a coupon as there are problems with app and leaf coupons in the system. He then probably worried that he would have to pay for it out of his own pocket. After a phone call with another employee, who clarified everything in a very friendly manner, this was cleared up. Nevertheless, suppliers should not treat their customers like this.

Delicious pizza and there is a discount for those who pick it up and the pizzas are ready within 15 minutes. Oh yes... the salad is also very tasty 😋. There was one star less for the ambience. It's very puristically decorated, but ultimately you eat somewhere else. At home or not far away by the water 😉.

Leider ist es sehr oft vorgekommen, dass die Bestellung über 2 Stunden brauchte und Artikel aus der Bestellung vergessen wurden. Außerdem sind die Lieferanten teils sehr unfreundlich, obwohl man ihnen auf der Treppe entgegenkommt. Alles in allem sehr unzuverlässig und auch vom Geschmack anderen Call-a-Pizza-Filialen weit unterlegen. Die Bewertungen auf anderen Portsalen sind obendrein manipuliert. Es werden alle 1-Sterne-Bewertungen wegen angeblicher Verleumdung entfernt!

This review refers to an order from November 21, 2021: Order online directly via the app, waiting time unbearable as more than 2 hours. Okay, it was Sunday. But the fact that no one even answers the phone to provide information about the delivery is really bad. Never again! Almost 3 years after the review, I received a complaint via Google that the above review was a criminal offense of defamation. The above account is a statement of fact describing the situation that evening. If the situation had been different, I would have been prepared to make this known in the review. Unfortunately it didn't.

Edit: I contacted support and we found a solution. This time the delivery time was to the minute (couldn't order too straight away) this time the food was hot and tasted good. What I found a bit inappropriate and bold was that the driver directly asked for a tip. Something like that is simply not appropriate ................................................ ......................... There have never been any problems when I have ordered from you, but yesterday... that was a really strong piece... I ordered yesterday around 6 p.m. and I had to re-enter my address because Niederschöneweide supposedly doesn't deliver to Adlershof? Ok, I thought to myself, that's just how it is and re-typed my address. About 45 minutes later there was a call from Hellersdorf who said that the order had landed with them. There was probably a little misunderstanding with the zip code in the app (my data was definitely correct) So I called Niederschöneweide and placed the order over the phone with the information from the employee that the coupon for the burger could not be redeemed. Of course, that was pretty frustrating again, but well... the employee said it would take about 60 minutes (which is quite acceptable because it was a holiday). I called around 8:30 p.m. and asked where our order was, the employee said the driver is on the way and will be there shortly. At 9 p.m. it still wasn't there, and then someone answered the phone and said "Wait a minute" and 2 minutes later he just hung up. I thought ok, maybe it was an oversight. Called again and then just immediately turned away. At some point my wife said “come on, it doesn’t matter, we have to sleep”. Shortly afterwards the food came. The driver was in a really lmaa mood and didn't really listen to the question about the burger coupon. Well, the only thing that was really hot/warm about the order were the pizza rolls, but that was it... So what happened yesterday with a delivery time of 2 1/2 hours and with everything else that I had written is something I have never really experienced before :-(

---------------------------- I really wasn't a pizza fan. Tried it everywhere and ate it in company... Aaaand Daaaann.. Tested Call a Pizza. Simply fantastic. Starting with the look. There is actually some coating there. No matter what pizza I've tried so far, it tastes great! Tried almost every pizza now. Pasta and pizza rolls are also really tasty. There are pizzas that you can eat and yet somehow still feel hungry. Here you fight to create it :-) Delivery takes a little longer on weekends! But I assume that when I order and plan for it. The price is expensive. Especially if you have a family of five like us. But you can often find mega savings coupons on the internet. Unfortunately, my summer figure won't change, but it doesn't matter - it tastes great! Please maintain this standard and keep it up 🙏🍀

Kurz nach Eröffnung waren wir total enttäuscht. Also mieden wir den Laden einige Jahre. Dann aber spazierten wir neulich zufällig vorbei und ein leckerer Duft hat uns förmlich überredet: "Kommt, probiert!" Kurz: Es duftet lecker und schmeckt noch besser! Danke!

Immer schnell, immer lecker, einzig kleines Manko ist, dass die pizzabrötchen mittlerweile nur noch sperrlich inhalt haben

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und lecker, wie immer

Pizzas sind immer sehr lecker und gut belegt. Trotz des hohen Preises finde ich bisher keine Alternative, ohne Abstriche an Qualität zu machen.

Ich habe nun mehrfach dort bestellt, auch mit zeitlich größeren Abständen. Es war jedesmal enttäuschend! Die Bestellumg kam jedesmal 30-45 Minuten zu spät und war dann natürlich auch kalt, trotz Thermobox. Bei Anrufen und Nachfragen waren die Mitarbeiter zwar freundlich aber es kam auch immer nur "Sorry, ist viel los" und das selbst bei terminiernten Bestellungen mit entsprechendem Vorlauf. Ich gebe auf und wende mich den Wettbewerbern zu. Die zwei Sterne gebe ich für die Webpage und den dortigen Bestellablauf. Die Entwickler können nicht für die kalte Pizza.

Heute zum 4ten und letzten Mal ne Pizza bestellt zum Mitnehmen tonno 2min länger mit knoffi Geschmacksneutral!!! / Leute macht etwas anderes Pizza könnt ihr nicht !!!!!!! Siehe Rezensionen!!!! ........habe es am 08.09.2022 nochmal versucht Buckelpizza mit knoffi 2.min länger und Kommunikation ist alles so geht's diesmal so wie es sein sollte 4.5sterne

Sehr schnelle und gute Zubereitung

Wir bestellen dort nicht mehr. Die letzten Male waren ein riesen Flop grosse Pizza für 30€ bestellt mit extra Belag länger als 2 Std gewartet, Pizza ist für soviel Geld nicht richtig belegt. Da bekommen wir woanders einfach mehr bzw. besseres für unser Geld

Viel zu lange lieferzeit, pizza nicht mal geschnitten, preis leistungsverhältnis lässt zu wünschen übrig

Pizza Salami bestellt und die war echt lieblos und langweilig, ich würde sogar sagen sparsam belegt. Kaum Käse, die Salami okay, wohl aber von minderer Güte. Lieferzeit war gut, Preis von dem was ich da gesehen habe nicht angemessen.

Ich würde mir für das nächste Mal wünschen, dass das Essen bis zu meiner Wohnungstür in der Warmhaltebox transportiert und nicht schon vorher rausgenommen wird. Ansonsten war alles super. :)

Ich war letztens in dem Laden und wollte eine Pizza bestellen, als ich eine Kakerlake in der Küche vorbei huschen sehen habe.. Ich bin sofort wieder raus. Das war so eklig. Nie wieder dort.

Es ist die beste Pizza in der Stadt. Nur zu empfehlen!! Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent. Es ist ein Pizzalieferservice. Ich habe meine Pizza selbst abgeholt und habe dafür auch noch 20% bekomme

Im Prinzip sagt die Überschrift alles. Der gewünschte Liefertermin war nicht zu halten. Nach der Bestellung per Telefon hat es 1 1/2 Stunden gedauert. Besteck oder Servietten wurden nicht mitgeliefert. Die Pizza war teilweise ungeschnitten. Das mit dem fehlenden Besteck war natürlich besonders beim Salat ärgerlich.
