It seemed a bit grubby to me. The service staff were not very motivated and the much praised schnitzel and fried potatoes were very oily. The mushroom sauce tasted like it had been mixed straight from the bag. Unfortunately we weren't satisfied. And then the reference to tipping when paying by card... no thanks.

We went to the Schnitzelhus again today and left completely satisfied. The waiter was incredibly friendly and the schnitzels were delicious as always. Plus a very cozy atmosphere. We'll be back :)

A very nice Rdstaurant with a long history. Remotely located on the Bleiau with plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, the restaurant and the garden are not barrier-free. The food is very tasty and rich. The service was friendly and attentive. The guest room impresses with the tiled stove, which gives this room a rustic feel. The low ceiling and the angled room design add a lot to the comfort and lingering. I can honestly recommend it. Reservation strongly recommended

Highly recommended for an intimate, romantic sunset dinner on the lake! The menu is limited but well-prepared and the long drinks were tasty. We had the warmed goat cheese salad for a starter and it was excellent. Service was slow but if the food and your company are good then the last person I want to see is the waitress. :)

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The service was simply unacceptable: inattentive, faulty and barely present. Drinks were taken incorrectly and served incorrectly. The food was also disappointing. The “Wiener Schnitzel”, which should actually be a specialty in an Austrian restaurant, was an imposition. It wasn't veal as you would expect, but a pork schnitzel that was way too thick. The breading was neither crispy nor appealing, and the side dishes promised on the menu, such as cranberries and cucumber salad, were completely missing. For a restaurant that claims to be Austrian, this is an absolute no-go. In addition, the organization throughout the restaurant was chaotic. No one came to clear our empty plates, so we ended up having to put them on another table ourselves. After over two hours, those sitting next to us still hadn't received their food and ultimately decided to leave disappointed - which is completely understandable. All in all, this was our first and definitely last visit. We cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
