Conveniently located in the center near the train station! Ample parking spaces right next to the building.

Super nice staff helpful and friendly. Food was very tasty.

Ordered an MC flurry, only half full in a hot mug, half melted. When I asked why it was only half full, the answer was that it was an instruction from the boss. I will not visit the store again in the future.

Something is always missing from the McDrive. It's usually the sauces, but if you're really unlucky it's sometimes something bigger. Today we were missing ketchup, mayo and the free jars. Since the drinks weren't labeled, we were allowed to taste them to decide who got what. By the way, it took a record 20 minutes for the goods to be handed over today. Seriously, it's getting worse and if there was another burger joint in Berleburg, we wouldn't get anything from McDonalds anymore. We get annoyed almost every time. I find it terrible now, I was there with my girlfriend for the last few days and what I saw was really terrible, the language between the employees was just bad, then no hello and nothing. I used to really enjoy being here, it was kind of fun to talk to the employees, but that's really bad. I'm just really thinking to myself, what went wrong here? The cleanliness isn't really the best either but the food is still good to eat.

A beautiful McDonalds branch located on a busy street in Bad Berleburg. The restaurant looks clean and fresh, the tables were clean during our visit. A little more attention could be paid to emptying waste bins. These were all overflowing, while the restaurant was virtually deserted. There is an outdoor terrace with play equipment for the children.

Bought one strawberry milkshake but it didn't taste like strawberries... And got a new milkshake but the taste is still the same... Too bad. Friendly service

Unfortunately, the last few times something is missing... and not sauces but sometimes a Big Tasty and sometimes the nuggets... if you don't look immediately you should stay away.....

The food delivered was not what was ordered. Instead of a burger without anything there was a mi sauce and onions. Instead of fries there were chicken nuggets. Great memory skills!

Food is no longer of quality!!! Burger meat thinner and smaller, hardly any sauce!!! Lettuce, onion, cucumber, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise is saved wherever we can!!!! Partially oversalted, almost cold or selling point (keeping time) exceeded!!!! And charge sooooo much money for it!!!!! Almost everywhere I went to Mac Donalds it became like this or even worse!!! Actually doesn't deserve a star!!!!

Friendly and attentive employees! This is how you imagine MCD. Food like MCD usual. A complaint was corrected promptly and without any problems. Top today.

Rarely have I seen such a clean and tidy McDonalds. The order also came very quickly, unfortunately everything was only lukewarm.

The first really clean and tidy McDonalds I've walked into in years. Very friendly staff. Because I had to wait a while for my order, I got an apple turnover on the house. It wouldn't have been necessary, but of course it was very well received. The food was nice and fresh and well prepared. One family with small children was even offered a high chair for the children, something I've never experienced at McDonald's before. So full marks everywhere, keep it up!

Like every other McDonald's, the food is mediocre, the tables and benches are dirty, there's paper all over the place covered in crumbs!

A normal McDonald's, nothing special, but not bad either. A few things were missing when ordering, but they were added immediately.

Food was only lukewarm. At the Big Tasty you had to look for the bacon with a magnifying glass. The interior was only moderately heated. Without a jacket it would have been very uncomfortable. Toilets were probably not checked for a long time. Overall a disappointing stay.

Big Rösti without Rösti or order not complete in drive. Otherwise good.

Personal überfordert essen nicht richtig gemacht chicken nuggets schmeckten nach Apfel Taschen.Bei den Nachbestellten Apfel Taschen wurden wir vergessen nach Nachfrage bekamen wir dann kalte Apfel Taschen.

Pommes und Burger wie so oft kalt ,nicht empfehlenswert

Ein etwas kleinerer McDonalds. Beim Abholen an einem Samstag etwas länger gewartet, da das Personal augenscheinlich unterbesetzt war. Einen großen Respekt aber an den Mitarbeiter vorne an den Tresen der sowohl Abholung als auch die McDrive Essenausgabe zu dem Zeitpunkt alleine gemanaged hat.

Beim DriveIn die Hälfte vergessen

Essen ist gut wie immer. Muss aber bißchen auf dem Sauberkeit achten. Ich selbst hab letztes Mal mein Tisch geputzt. 🤔

Ist quasi wie jeder andere McDonalds. Hier ist es allerdings so, das man "Glück" haben muss, da manchmal die Burger nur sehr lieblos zusammengestellt werden und man muss dann selber nochmal etwas puzzeln. Da sind andere McDonalds tatsächlich zuverlässiger. Sonst aber alles echt super und so wie man es erwartet

Klassisches McDonald's Restaurant auf dem Land. Hat bis 23:30 geöffnet. Nur einen Veggie Burger im Angebot, da ist der große Konkurrent um Jahre weiter. Positv: Tablets zum Bestellen.

Wir waren heute im McDrive, ca 45min vor Ladenschluss und das war bei weitem der freundlichste McMitarbeiter den ich jemals im Drive gehört habe! Und ich habe noch nie so verdammt heiße Pommes bekommen. Danke an den netten Menschen der meinen Tag besser gemacht hat :)

Das sehr freundliche Personal ist ein tolles Team. So sehe ich es sehr gerne. Die Pommes war super gebacken, sehr herrlich. Aber natürlich auch das andere Essen. Bei viele MacDonalds Restaurant ist die Pommes nicht richtig gebacken. Aber hier: top. Nür das einzige.... Mühl kann schneller weggeräumt werden.

Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und nette Mitarbeiter.

Die Bedingung Frau borstig war unfreundlich handy in der Hand bei der Kasse und hat mir was in die pommes getan.

McDonalds mit veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten auf der Karte! Und es hat geschmeckt! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Danke Leute.

Curly Fries sehr lecker und knusprig. Burgerfleisch leider zu salzig. Essen war schnell fertig, so wie es in einem Fast Food Restaurant auch sein soll. Im Großen und Ganzen alles okay gab schon schlechtere Tage

Freundlich waren Sie, recht schnell fertig war das FAST FOOD auch... Aber wie die Burger dann bei mir am Tisch angekommen sind war schon unterirdisch bis grenzwertig. Entweder ein Erdbeben hat die Teile auf den 4m Transport aus der Bahn geworfen oder die liebe Servicekraft hinter der Theke meinte es müsste nicht wirklich akkurat angerichtet werden sondern es reicht wenn man mit geschlossenen Augen alles übereinander wirft 👎

Mc Donalds eben. Wer glaubt er/sie besucht ein 4 Sterne Restaurant, ist eindeutig im Irrtum. Warum isst Mann/Frau so einen Fraß? Schmeckt doch eh' nach nix!

Schottisch Essen für jedermann 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Nein, ist ein klassischer McDonalds mit Drive-in-Restaurant und dem üblichen Angebot. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, an der Schnelligkeit der Abarbeitung der Bestimmungen ist noch Luft nach oben. Wartezeiten sind hier etwas länger, unabhängig von der Anzahl der Kunden.

Was soll man groß dazu sagen? Jeder kennt es, jeder liebt es. Waren hier bei Mc Donalds für einen schnnellen abendlichen Snack. Wie immer gute Qualität und typische Mc Donalds-Atmosphäre ohne großes Flair oder Besonderheiten. Kann man machen, wenn man Hunger hat und zu faul ist, sich selbst noch etwas zu kochen.

Niets speciaals maar voor een snelle hap na een lange autorit een prima oplossing. Eten was goed klaargemaakt en lekker warm. Prima dus.
