As always, well, I have to correct that, it really went downhill. The first burger didn't have the cheese I ordered. They then gave me back the cold burger, the second one had very little kebab meat, and that for 10 euros...

Very lackluster employees. I understand that this is probably not your dream job, but you should at least make an effort to do your job properly. The employees either can't read the orders, or they deliberately misunderstand them to save time or because they don't care. We were only there for a short time, but during that time we 1. had three incorrect items in our order – complained about it and got the wrong thing AGAIN (but then let it go because we didn't want to spend half a day there...) and 2. we saw other people complaining about their orders because they got the wrong thing. Something is wrong here. And I have to say, we've had this experience at the drive-thru before. The food is okay, like in any other bakery.

We arrived with 30 people. Everything went great. The burgers were perfectly prepared. I loved the Whopper—plenty of vegetables with plenty of sauce and onions—just how it should taste. All in all, we were all completely satisfied. Keep it up!

Update 22-08-2025: ordered a tortilla whopperexplicitly without tomato and union (wrap not a burger). I received a Whopper burger with tomato and union. Went to the counter and (with minimal interaction possible) made clear that I ordered something different. Quite fast the tortilla whopper wrap was delivered. Again with tomato and union. Quite the deception if you pay almost 13 euros for 1 tortilla and a small fries + cola. What you should/can expect from Burgerking. However, at the moment of my visit there was something wrong with the grill so no beef patty could be made. This shrinks the menu quite a bit. Moreover, the desk employee clearly had a cold, I think that working in food/hygiëne you should just stay home in that case (on the responsibility of the employer). BUT the employee kept coughing without covering his face, and did not wear gloves while handeling fries and this did not show a carefully impression of hygiëne. The employee in question was friendly

Clean, quiet, helpful and flexible when it comes to rebooking.

Always very friendly staff and fresh, always warm food. Personally, I find the seating a bit uncomfortable, the music sometimes quite loud, and the store very cold. Overall, a very nice BK branch

Very tasty fast food and truly great service! The food was fresh, hot, and simply delicious—exactly as you would expect. I'd especially like to mention the very friendly black-haired employee with beautiful eyes. She served us with a smile and immediately put us in a good mood. Excellent service and friendly staff. It's been redesigned and now has an ordering terminal, which is certainly a problem for inexperienced and older customers. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they're happy to help. The only issue is that the door to one of the women's restrooms no longer locks; this should be fixed, as there are only two women's restrooms. There's also a points system: you collect crowns with every order, and if you collect 200 crowns, you can get a coffee, or, if you collect enough points, a meal. There's also a large selection of burgers and salads, so there's definitely something for everyone. I'd be happy to come back any time.

There were hardly any customers. Nevertheless, we had to wait a while. The cashier was completely unfriendly. We could barely understand him. The food was good, as always.

Today I made a spontaneous stop and visited this little shop for the first time. I was warmly welcomed by a friendly lady – her smile immediately put me in a good mood. My order was quick, perfectly prepared, and nice and warm. I'll definitely stop by again next time I stop. I'm really impressed!🤩

I was very skeptical after watching the RTL documentary about Burger King, but I gave the place a chance anyway... and my negative impressions and prejudices were completely confirmed by what I experienced. After my order was initially simply forgotten, and the employees weren't at fault, my order was prepared after a significant delay (15 minutes, during which time my friends had finished their meals). The advantage, however, was that the food was at least warm. However, I had ordered a vegetarian burger. The staff apparently didn't care, because my burger was simply made with meat... The hygiene in the restrooms wasn't the best either. If you can avoid it, you should definitely steer clear of this place!!!

The order was very incorrect and cold... The burger was wrong, and I had the feeling it didn't contain what it said it did. The large fries were the size of a small portion. The extra was completely forgotten, as was my colleague's order.

Respect to the young man who single-handedly tried to overpower the drive and the customers despite a lack of staff! When I ate there yesterday and today, he accepted insults, endured disrespectful behavior, and swallowed his frustration so that he could get everything done. I saw how he was even provoked by several customers and he had to put up with it. Respect to him, and despite the delay, he apologized and gave me a large drink as compensation. The young man is not to blame here and I hope that he is treated well there because you can see that it was close to his heart to be able to serve us in the best possible way. A staff disaster! After our two meals weren't ready after 20 minutes, I was accused of aggressive behavior when I questioned them, which was absolutely not the case. The gentleman seemed to feel personally attacked, so a colleague even approached him, who then also got a piece of her mind. To make matters worse, two sauces were missing and a burger was also wrong. Never again!

After we stood in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, a man came outside and told us it wasn't working today because the cash register was broken. Then we went into the store, where we waited five minutes at the counter for staff. When no one came, we left. Just close the store, and then everyone should go to McDonald's.

So fast food is not fast food but rather slow food 20 minutes without having anyone in front of me

There will be a notice hanging at the entrance with new opening times daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. from February 1, 2025, and yet it will be closed at 9:40 p.m.

Was at this location for the first time today. Cleanliness was absolutely not objectionable. Ordering food took extremely long. A gentleman in front of me had ordered 2 hamburgers and waited 20 minutes. Have to wait. I had ordered a normal menu and also 20 minutes. Having to wait, there were only a few people in the store. And it's why the whole store's ass was cold. I'm absolutely not a chilblain and I like it cool, but I left my thick winter jacket on.

You can always find something to satisfy your hunger. The bacon cheeseburger is also delicious, as are the fries.

The shop is inviting to eat from the outside. Very clean and well-maintained, and when we got our food we were very satisfied as it was delicious and freshly prepared. The best thing for our children, however, was that they could choose their own toys; happy children make happy parents. We'll be back.

Today at 8:20 p.m. to the drive in, the light is on, advertised opening hours until 11 p.m., after 5 minutes of waiting at the drive in counter and a honk, I drove up to the counter... An annoyed employee comes and tells me that it has spontaneously been closed since 8 p.m. today... THANKS and that's why I'm getting off the highway

Nothing works here. Terminal for ordering is extremely slow. After that, the preparation took a very long time. The drinks tasted stale, not carbonated and not chilled. The service seemed bored and didn't really try hard. There were only five guests there. What do they want to do when it's full? But given the performance, it will hardly be full in the long run.

It's nice when you drive an extra 20 minutes to this Burger King that's supposed to be open until 11 p.m. on Saturday, only to stand in front of the closed door shortly after 8 p.m. and watch the employee cleaning. The door also said 11 p.m., but that's apparently a matter of interpretation.

Bad and unfriendly service, several orders that didn't fit

The food is as usual at Burger King, so it met our expectations. Parts of the order were missing from the tray. But we were able to make up for this at the counter. However, the entire floor was sticky and covered in footprints. It would be a good idea to clean it every now and then.

First you have to wait a long time for your order, then you are told that you are no longer allowed to eat inside because they are about to close. Meanwhile, 0 communication about this. When we drove away after dinner in the car, they were still busy with newer orders inside. Absolutely terrible service.

The shop was closed even though customers were still standing at the counter. If you go in through the side entrance you will be sent out and told you are closed. Should drive through the drive. Although the others are still being helped. You should eat outside in the rain or in the car even though others are still allowed to eat inside.

The food was ok, but the cleanliness of the store - and especially the toilets - was substandard and sometimes disgusting. Be sure to take disinfectant spray with you. Update 9/24: even after a few months, the toilets are still not recommended; This time the fries were also extremely salty.

It used to be very, very better. For 1 month the Chilicheese Fries comes with very little sauce and drinks warm without carbonation.

Nothing about FAST FOOD. It's a shame because I was happy for years. Must be better, otherwise I'll be a customer for a long time
