Can you give zero stars? Why does everyone always just answer that something is being discussed and that this is not standard? But that is exactly the standard in this store. In fact, the store should really be closed. We were in the branch two weeks ago and I have never seen anything like it. I have been working in sales for over 10 years. If people behave in an unfriendly or disrespectful manner, I think they should be fired. Because the older lady with you (we have the name but won't write it publicly out of respect) doesn't know how to deal with customers and employees at all, she's a disrespectful person to the power of 10. Bad-mouths her colleagues in front of the customers, even though she doesn't do anything herself can. After us came a young gentleman who originally ordered 1 cheeseburger and a drink and after 35 minutes of waiting, even this order was wrong. An order that my four-year-old cousin makes for them faster than her entire staff. There will be four!!!!!! On one!!!!! Order worked. Crazy and such a shame for the customers who leave the store despite paying. The health department should also come and see you. There are the frozen nuggets on the bottom of the bag (we took pictures) and I also find your drinks dispenser absolutely disgusting. The Fanta without carbon dioxide and a strange color. I don't know if you don't get proper staff in this branch or if there's no management capable of banging on the table here. Awful.

Stop a fast food restaurant. Fast cuisine.

My better half got food from BK because the two kids had asked. The guy who took the order was already overwhelmed and it was normal customer traffic. Now comes the highlight: French fries were forgotten twice and the son's hamburger. I called and a lady was on the phone. She apologized and my husband was able to pick it up. During that time I realized at home that my Cheese Onion Fries didn't come with the cheese sauce, but with the chili cheese sauce. That was the last straw and was literally the last straw. You pay for it. We noticed that BK didn't taste good when it opened and initially avoided it. Then we tried it again after a few months and it was better and the burger was great too. Today it's as bad as it was at the beginning. We are now avoiding BK Mak and will not go there again. 2nd chance already sold. Too bad about the money.

So I've never experienced anything like that in any fast food store recently, no matter what logo it has. Absolutely overwhelmed staff who tried to somehow process the orders but hardly got anything done while the queue got longer and longer. It felt like half of the food served was wrong or something was missing. The downfall, however, was when individual people were brought forward because they were in such a hurry (and because they were probably friends with the employee). In the end I waited almost half an hour for a disgusting menu. Actually, I should have asked for my money back after 10 minutes at the latest and left. Thanks for nothing, next time I'll go somewhere else, kebab is also delicious.

Under no circumstances go there, the store borders on fraud. Waited over 52 minutes in the drive-in to then get some wrong, cold or only half-filled burgers. A burger, all sauces or napkins were missing... of the €40 order, at least €10 was faulty or missing. Absolute shame that something like this is allowed and apparently normal at BurgerKing. As a craftsman, I can't just leave half the work behind and demand full money.

The lamest Burger King in all of Germany. If you're hungry, you'd better bring plenty of time. In addition, the employees are incredibly rude and completely overwhelmed by their own offerings. For a promotional burger you have to add at least 10 extra waiting time.

You order and pay for a Big King with jalapenos but look for them in vain. When I complained about the remaining 1/2 burger, the seller took half the burger to the back and came back shortly afterwards with it and a few individual jalapenos. That doesn't work at all!!! In every other restaurant you get 1 new product if the delivery is wrong

Worst store I've ever experienced. The service was subpar. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food. When I wanted to get a Sprite I got a yellow one that was definitely not what I wanted. Then we got the wrong burger. There was no excuse for it and you had to ask several times where the new one was. Of course you'll have to wait for it at the checkout. 10 minutes later he was finally finished. The fries were cold after such a long time and the cola was warm. The food and especially the staff was a complete disaster.

Nice and quick service, nice atmosphere

Drinks come out of the machine unrefrigerated, so carbon dioxide is harder to absorb and quickly tastes stale... Ice cream is also good, but then it gets watered down... Burgers as you would expect...

Sunday, three menus and a children's menu to take away. Children's menu was missing nuggets and one menu was wrong! Waiting forever. Totally overwhelmed staff! Food ice cold, the Fanta from the machine is brown, don't ask me what that is. And you can pay €50 for everything... Perfect! Once and never again.

The hairdryer in the men's toilet has been broken for months. The toilet is dirty and there is no toilet paper in the toilets. Simply disgusting. The staff doesn't care if you ask about it. Cleanliness is very important in this finale.

In general, the food and service is like in any burger king, it would be better if they spoke English when taking your order when you are a foreigner 😅

Hand dryer broken, no alternative, no soap last time, no child lock on the socket in the children's corner, wrong advice, employees who can't find the products in the system, people left because it took so long. No customer focus when it comes to complaints. Food was OK. Guys, you still have a lot to do.

Not recommended if you pick it up. So far, I've picked something up 3 times and something was missing 3 times. Today, out of 3 double menus, 2 burgers and 1x fries were missing

No cleanliness: - Window smeared - Lots of urine on the walls and floor - Damaged faucet - Exposed cable on the hand dryer - Doors smeared - Unfriendly staff, was exposed by customers, which made me think of taking photos of the problems. - Poorly trained staff, some of whom don't even know their own range/products There is also something positive... after waiting 10 minutes we got our burgers, fries, chicken wings etc. warm and fresh. Greetings to the boys in the kitchen.

A regular Burger King. The burgers taste quite good and you can't complain about the taste if you want to eat typical fast food. The decor is modern, which is probably due to the fact that this Burger King has only been around for a few years. Unfortunately there are no order terminals here yet.

Always happy: great friendly staff (absolute plus point compared to McDonald's here!), everything super clean and tidy. The team also works really well with each other. Keep it up! We love the hot brownie ;)

Unfortunately, the Burger King is not technically state-of-the-art, there is no terminal for ordering yourself. I know that there is no shortage of skilled workers, but then you have to invest in the existing staff, because if there are language difficulties I can see difficulties when ordering

Good food but long waiting time...

Essen ist in Ordnung, Rest ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unsauber, Toiletten sowie Waschbecken etc. wirken sehr ungepflegt, der Boden klebt teilweise sehr, und die Mitarbeiter sind bis auf einige ausnahmen nicht sonderlich Kompetent. Die Blaue war für mich der Grund das Restaurant zu verlassen.

Leider sind über den Drive inn die Hamburger kalt . Teilweise nicht mehr so frisch .Preis hoch Qualität schlecht

Alles super ...nur die Pommes müssten immer heiss und knusprig sein

Das Essen ist so gut wie immer Kalt, schmeckt überhaupt nicht wie bei anderen Filialen der Kette und das Personal versteht oft kein Wort, weil man der deutschen Sprache einfach nicht mächtig ist! Alles in allem kein Besuch wert! Wichtig auch noch, dass die hälfte immer fehlt!

Service unter aller Sau, Vegetarische Plant Nuggets bestellt- Fleisch Nuggets bekommen, natürlich reingebissen weil man ja nicht davon ausgeht das man jede Tüte erst kontrollieren muss. Aussage tja Pech kann man nicht mehr reklamieren und Behauptung des Personals das man normale Nuggets bestellt hat. Aber ist nicht der erste Vorfall. Habe in dieser Filiale bestimmt schon 4 mal Käse auf den Plant whopper bestellt und 4 mal keinen bekommen, mal hat das Eis gefehlt und wurde erst nach einer halben Stunde nachgebracht trotz leerer Filiale. Anfangs als er eröffnet hatte war alles super mittlerweile lässt es nur noch nach. Toiletten sind auch absolut widerlich und dreckig, Tische kleben, Fußboden sieht aus als wäre er noch nie gewischt worden. Getränke sind auch ein Glücksspiel den die Cola schmeckt jedesmal nach irgendwas anderen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es gibt oft Angebote. Man kann innen oder außen Essen. Es gibt einen sehr freundlicher Service

Das Essen schmeckt mal so mal so. Man kann es eigentlich nicht genau beurteilen. Ich denke das es bei anderen Filialen besser schmeckt. Das Personal ist freundlich und versucht stets ihr bestes, weil man manchmal sieht, wie überfordert Sie eigentlich sind.

Sehr lange Wartezeit,Personal scheint schon mit 8 Personen überfordert zu sein.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen von den Fenstern waren einige Tische innen und außen nicht sauber. Der Service war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Burger wie immer gut.

Essen gut (Xtra Long Chilli und Double Cheese gehen bei Burger King immer 😇), nicht viel los (Donnerstag gegen 20 Uhr), recht zügig bedient. Toilette sauber. Alles in allem: Kann man machen, gern wieder.
