AUF der Durchreise kurzer Mittagsstopp: - Service unterirdisch: Mit Tischservice über APP bestellt: 2 Leute für Ausgabe, 2 Leute für Vorbereitung der Speisen zur Mittagszeit!!! Personalplanung ist was anderes. Durfte ich dann selbst abholen gehen. Bei gerade mal zu 1/4 besetztem Lokal. - Getränke OHNE Eiswürfel bestellt: Natürlich MIT bekommen. 🫩 - Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht bei den Herren - Wasserhahn zum Händewaschen funktionierte nur auf Behinderten- WC Im ganzen Restaurant Krümel auf und unter den Tischen, das letzte Mal wurde wahrscheinlich morgens gefegt.

Überforderung sämtlicher Mitarbeiter 3 falsche bestellung bekommen ende vom lied 13 euro für kein essen 👍

Leider in letzter Zeit immer wieder Probleme mit der Bestellung egal ob Mc-Drive oder drinnen beim bestellen. Es wird ständig etwas vergessen. Letztesmal wurde der Kaffee nur bis zur Hälfte vom Becher serviert bei Nachfrage hieß es, es sei normal obwohl das vorher bis zum Rand gefüllt war. Beim verlassen habe ich im Auto bemerkt dass ein Burger vergessen wurde. Musste darauf hin rein und nochmal nachfragen darauf hin habe ich meinen Burger bekommen. Dann zuhause habe ich bemerkt dass im Happy Meal kein Spielzeug drinnen war und mein Burger war dann auch ein falscher. Das geht einfach nicht man bezahlt Geld dafür die ganze Bestellung ist dann falsch. Meinen Sohn musste ich dann auch noch erklären warum da jetzt kein Spielzeug dabei ist.

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Sie haben auf nichts Lust und sind sehr genervt. Um 9:14 wo noch nichts los war.

Die Bestellterminals funktionierten nicht! Von vier Terminals war nur eines funktionsfähig, Personalmangel und eine Stunde Wartezeit aufs Essen! Die Pommes waren verkocht, im Big Tasty Bacon war kaum Salat, und obwohl nur zwei Kunden an der Kasse standen, warteten wir weitere 20 Minuten, bevor wir gingen. Nie wieder Marktredwitz! Außerdem ist der Parkplatz winzig.

Die Automaten haben nicht funktioniert. Auf die Nachfrage, ob man bei rund 15 wartenden Gästen nicht einen zweiten Bestellbildschirm aktivieren könnte, kam keine wirkliche Reaktion. Stattdessen gab es nur ein halbherziges „Ich kann auch nichts dafür“. Die Wartezeiten auf das Essen waren sehr lang, obwohl der Aufwand, die Situation zu entschärfen, überschaubar gewesen wäre. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal überfordert und wenig lösungsorientiert. Leider ein enttäuschender Besuch.

45 min im Mc Drive stehen ist absurd. Fast Food auf einen ganz neuen Level. Da fragt man sich schon was dort schiefläuft...

MC Drive geshlossen immer viel zu viel los. Bestellterminals geht nur die hälfte.

Ein Unterdurchschnittlicher mcces. ALLE Tische waren dreckig und es wurde nicht saubergemacht. Das essen war nicht mehr das frischeste ( Pommes waren zu lange in der Friteuse und waren auch noch kalt), Nuggets waren auch schon nicht sehr warm und der Chilli Cheeseburger war ebenfalls nicht mehr sehr warm. Komischerweise gab es keinen Tischservice obwohl es die Tischaufsteller gab. (Es wurde einfach eine Glocke am Thresen geläutet und man musste das Essen selbst abholen)

Guter, ruhiger nicht überlaufener Mc Donalds. Super netter Service.

Davon abgesehen, dass dieser Mc leider von der Mc-Drive-Seite her recht abgewrackt daherkommt gab es keine McPlant-Nuggets. Wie kann sowas eigentlich passieren? Wenigstens waren die Pommes gut.

FASTFOOD kann man das hier nicht nennen. Heute 22.30 Uhr totales Chaos. Lange Schlange von wartenden Kunden, Personal überfordert, langsam, nicht eingespielt. Nachdem ich 10 Minuten an der Kasse wartete, um überhaupt bar bezahlen zu können und das ignoriert wurde, habe ich den Zettel zerknüllt, über den Tresen geworfen und mir daheim ein paar Bratkartoffeln gemacht. Echt schade um die tapferen Leute die u.a.nach der Spätschicht etwas Essen wollten und dort sicher 20 oder gar 30 Minuten stehen mussten. SLOWFOOD nennt man das wohl.

Wir waren gestern dort zum Essen (27.06.2026). Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und geduldig. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant gibt allerdings Anlass zu starker Kritik! Die Tische, wie die Sitzbänke/Stühle waren mit Essensresten beschmiert oder voller Krümel und Brösel. Vom Fußboden möchte ich gar nicht erst reden... Katastrophe! Beim Essen hat man keine Ruhe, da man mehr mit Fliegen verscheuchen beschäftigt ist und gezwungen ist, sich mit diesen sein Essen zu teilen!

Das Essen war gut, wie in jedem McDonald's, und entspricht dem gewohnten Standard. Allerdings ist es mir nun schon zum zweiten Mal passiert, dass bei einer Bestellung zum Mitnehmen einige Artikel gefehlt haben. Ich weiß, dass ich auch selbst schuld bin, weil ich die Bestellung nicht direkt vor Ort kontrolliert habe, aber meiner Meinung nach sollte man an einem solchen Ort erwarten können, dass die Bestellung vollständig ist und man nicht erst nachprüfen muss, ob man alles bekommen hat, was man bestellt und bezahlt hat.

Ganz okay der Laden, jedoch aber hab ich das Gefühl dass die Mitarbeiter keine wraps machen können… mir ist mein ganzer wrap auseinander gefallen… Müsst ihr wissen

Der Besuch am McDrive war leider enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war sehr unfreundlich und wirkte genervt. Freundlichkeit gehört für mich zum Kundenservice dazu, deshalb habe ich mich als Gast nicht willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber aufgrund des schlechten Services werde ich diesen Standort künftig eher meiden

Neues Personal mega unfreundlich

Zur Ladenöffnung morgens um 8 zum Frühstücken hier gewesen - alles o.k. kam alles Bestellte frisch zubereitet und fix an den Tisch! Ansonsten halt mc Donalds wie überall.

Man fühlt sich schon beim reinkommen im Restaurant sehr wohl . Liebevolle Ambiente im modernen Stil . Freundliches und zuvorkommend Personal. Immer steht's bemüht das man sich als Gast wohlfühlt. Immer gerne wieder .

Sehr enttäuschender Service. Wir haben zwei separate Bestellungen über die App für den McDrive aufgegeben, da wir getrennt bezahlen wollten. Vor Ort wurde uns dann gesagt, dass wir zweimal durch den McDrive fahren müssen, um beide Bestellungen abzuholen. Das ist völlig unverständlich und wirkt wie reine Schikane. Besonders ärgerlich: Nur eine der Bestellungen hatte überhaupt Rabattcodes, trotzdem wurde keine Ausnahme gemacht. So etwas habe ich in keiner anderen Filiale erlebt. Absolut kundenunfreundlich.

Am 01.05 um 13:45 Uhr kein Schnellrestaurant, wir mussten 22 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Der Rest war gut, aber die Wartezeit ein k.o. Kriterium….

Wie üblich am McDrive Artikel vergessen worden. Völlig unfähig. Eigentlich sind wir selbst schuld. Man ist bei der Verlässlichkeit die in diesem Laden herrscht eigentlich schon dazu gezwungen eine Inventur durchzuführen. Seit der Umstellung ihres Systems herrscht Chaos am McDrive und innen.

Schnelle Bearbeitung, zufrieden

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend um 19 Uhr dort. Im Restaurant war nicht besonders viel los, auch keine großen Schlangen zum Bestellen.... Unser Essen kam relativ schnell an den Tisch. Leider war alles kalt. Die zwei Portion Pommes und die zwei verschiedenen Burger. Und das, obwohl ein Burger mit extra Bacon bestellt wurde. Und wir reden hier nicht davon, das das Essen nicht mehr heiß war, sondern es war kalt. Absolut keine Wärme mehr vorhanden. Sogar bei den Pommes. Ich finde sowas geht gar nicht. Zudem waren die Tische, die Bänke und der Boden nicht wirklich sauber. Einfach enttäuschend.

Ab 20Uhr nur noch mc Drive. Wenn man mit einem Bus unterwegs ist, dann hat man Pech. Ich hab mich schon gewundert warum plötzlich bei Burgerking jeden Tag volles Haus ist.

Nettes freundlichen Personal. Alles was man braucht da.

Naja es ist MC Donalds und wir sind nicht mehr in den 90igern da war McDonald's noch geil . Jetzt ist es OK vom Essen Toiletten und der Boden im Restaurant steht's dreckig und wenn mal wer mit dir deutsch spricht ist das super fast unglaublich

There's a girl working at this McDonald's, and she speaks Russian. I fell in love with her at first sight, but it's a shame I don't know her name.

We were passing through and wanted to grab a quick bite. The staff was completely disorganized and forgot the nuggets! After pointing it out, they brought them to us without any fuss, but then they forgot the sauce. Instead of a cherry chocolate pastry, we got an apple pastry that had been delivered incorrectly.

I have to say, every time my best friend and I are here, we're greeted super warmly by name. If you come more often, you even get an inside joke (like "baci baci"). The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient; if something's missing and you politely point it out, you get it right away. Everything is clean. We always love coming back.

There's nothing inherently wrong with the food itself. However, the fact that 4 out of 10 orders are faulty is already unacceptable. Now it's 6 out of 10 – it's getting worse, not better!

Constantly closed. Four times already, when I've tried to pick something up, their own delivery van has blocked the drive-thru.

Sunday around 8:30 pm: We (3 people) wanted to pick something up... Unfortunately, this wasn't possible because the store's delivery van was deliberately parked across the drive-thru entrance. Access was therefore impossible and clearly not intended. The parking lot was chaotic and congested, and other customers were visibly irritated. In the end, we decided to turn around and saved our money. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Update: This situation seems to be standard there, see the photo from today (November 27th) on our second and last attempt...

We waited a very, very, very long time for our food. Unfortunately, it's the only McDonald's where it always takes forever.

I definitely won't be going there again. Three times in a row, items were missing from my takeaway order. The wait times are way too long; you have to wait 17 minutes for three burgers! They don't know the meaning of friendliness, they can't get anything right, and when you point out their mistakes, you get rude answers and are treated like an idiot. The place and its staff are absolutely bottom of the barrel.

It happens quite often here that you stand in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and nothing moves, even though the place is empty. This happens every 3-4 times I'm here! The employees are apparently on break and leaving customers waiting in the drive-thru! Absolutely outrageous! The drive-thru has been deliberately blocked for many weeks. The worst McDonald's around.

Always clean, but from 9:30 onwards, areas with chairs are "cordoned off" so that people can't sit there anymore, even though it's open until 12 o'clock 🤷

Just a regular McDonald's, except that it's happened to me quite a few times that things are missing from my order. For example, I ordered six chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. What was in them? Of course, no sweet and sour sauce. How am I supposed to eat dry chicken nuggets without sweet and sour sauce?

On November 1st, around 6:30 PM, I ordered a coffee and a hamburger. Three orders were being prepared. Four employees were working at the front desk. After about five minutes of watching this sorry spectacle unfold (two previous orders were incomplete, and the employees seemed overwhelmed), I finally received my hamburger and coffee. When I asked if I could have a splash of oat milk in my coffee, the employee looked at me like I was from another planet. He asked another colleague, who shrugged. And the other colleague said they didn't offer that. Only for cappuccino. Excuse me??? I've always gotten a splash of oat or soy milk to whiten my coffee at every McDonald's I've been to. The bottom line of this visit: That was definitely my last time at this place. The employees were overwhelmed, unfriendly, and completely inflexible. It doesn't surprise me, considering the other reviews here! The owner really needs to rethink things!

At lunchtime, many products, including promotional items, are unavailable. Very disappointing. Cleanliness is okay. Plenty of parking is available on-site.

What a load of crap, we wanted to order something at Mc Drive and were only allowed to name 2 out of 4 codes because the employee thought it was right

The "employees" clearly don't enjoy their jobs. The staff was completely overwhelmed because five customers were entering the store AT THE SAME TIME. First, we waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes without anything happening, then we went in. It was two hours before closing time, and half the chairs were already on the tables. The order displays were already sold out. Our order was taken by the rudest woman imaginable. No hello, no please, or thank you, not even eye contact. We then waited another 20 minutes for our food. When the food was finally ready, there was again neither a thank you nor a please, nor an apology for taking so long; again, no eye contact. While we were waiting, there were two customers whose orders were processed incorrectly. The "employee" was also very rude to them. Again, no apology, just a grim and annoyed demeanor. That was the last time we'll eat there. One star is too many, preferably minus 10.

Food and service were good, but the toilet was extremely dirty and disgusting

Extremely dissatisfied. I had forgotten something and had let them know after paying. They told me I had to go through the dive again? (Mind you, it was still at the first window.) Also, my apple pie wasn't there; I only noticed this when I got home. It's not that cheap that you pay for something and then don't get it. I thought that was really crap!

I was always happy with the McDonald's in our town, but unfortunately, I have to say that has declined considerably. Sometimes I get chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets, and if that weren't enough, if I give them another chance, I either get the wrong order or half the food is missing. It's a shame. The one star is for the service. There are a few employees who are really nice.

It's been very slow lately. We waited 25 minutes for a breakfast order of two burgers and a coffee. Otherwise, a good McDonald's.

Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly disappointing. The burgers and portions have become significantly smaller recently, while prices are steadily rising. Furthermore, orders are often incomplete – whether it's missing sauces or even entire burgers. A meal is barely enough to truly fill you up these days. You almost always have to order something extra, which further worsens the value for money.

Today I ordered two Happy Meals and a 6-pack of nuggets. Unfortunately, the nuggets were completely forgotten, and instead of the eagerly awaited Playmobil toy, they included some cardboard dance game, even though Playmobil was still advertised on the order board. Unfortunately, I was left with very long faces at home!

I ordered 100 nuggets but only received 99.

I stopped here after the Wunsiedel Fountain Festival on June 21, 2025, at around 11:30 PM. Most of the chairs were already set up on the tables. I sat down at a table that wasn't marked "already cleaned." While I was eating, a staff member snippily addressed me, saying, "They've already cleaned this place!" Can I smell it? Very unfriendly staff. On top of that, there was no sign that this table had been cleaned. Better go to Burger King. Greetings!

The food was terrible, it was cold. 20 nuggets and only got 19. Absolutely outrageous. There was something in the food that caused stomach upset for 1.2 weeks and nausea for 1 week. Not recommended. Best regards: Mr. Herrmann

1L Coke 12 euros!!! In a cup, 1/3 ice, still Coke, black fries...never again...

Unfortunately, I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes. There was a dead insect in the fries.

There have been some teething problems since the renovation

I can't understand the nasty reviews here. The location has existed for decades. I'm a local here and am happy to come back here after decades and see that 1. the location still exists and 2. it shines with modern charm. Yes, some of the furniture is damaged, but the vast majority is not. Depicting it here as shabby is unjustified. Other locations have the same problem. I also wonder how you can say there are insects here when the pictures obviously come from the terrace(!), the outdoor area! Should employees put up nets or catch all insects that are outside? Overall, the location is clean (but we were there for breakfast, so things may look different when there are a lot of visitors). Ultimately, we ALL contribute to a clean environment by cleaning up after ourselves and not leaving the toilets like dicks! We have cleaned up after ourselves and hope that others will find our seating area clean. 😉

We often had to wait longer and therefore the food was already quite cold and the ice cream melted during that time because they do that first before the food is ready.

Mcdonald's, what should you capitalize here... What is noticeable is that the quality of the food on offer has been declining more and more in recent years! Prices, however, continue to rise...

This is the biggest dirty place, even one star is too much here. The furniture has had its best days behind it. Toilets are just disgusting and dirty and it stinks. Three employees keep the whole Mecces running. There are no numbers for table service at the terminals either. Order once again incomplete - you don't know it any other way.

Unfriendly!!! We ordered a CHEESburger, but got it without cheese (=hamburger). We then complained and got a new one but once again without CHEESE… Then we complained again and then we were insulted because we complained twice. Normally an apology would be appropriate and not a stupid comment!!!! Ridiculous!

This McDonalds is absolutely not recommended!! When I was driving through the drive, I had a very rude gentleman on the phone and he simply deleted the wrong orders. I only noticed this when the food was served and then confronted the gentleman. He didn't answer my question at all but just stood there and looked at me stupidly for at least 3 minutes 🙄🙄 never again, I'd rather go to Burger King

You wait 20 minutes or more for your food. There are sometimes 25 burgers in the back of the warming room because the packing lady is too slow.

Yesterday I got a double pack menu with 2 x MC Ribs. There was hardly any sauce on them, 4-5 onions and cucumber were also missing. This was the third time and so they will never see me again.

The food is typical for Mac, some are worse, some are better, the speed is average, very fast Wi-Fi, clean tables, and a clean toilet. They approached me several times and asked if everything was okay with me.

Very nice staff 😍 Food is usually good too. If you sit for a long time, you notice that the ventilation turns up after a certain time and it suddenly becomes extremely cool.

Trip to Burger King... I'm sure a day at this store can be long, but I just can't get the wrong thing every time! Instead of 2 "double chilli cheese" I got 2 double cheeseburgers and now again instead of my big tasty which I got from the points (with extra sauce and cheese, so I still paid something) a standard big rösti! I don't like to use the word incompetence, but there is no other way to describe the service here. From 6 p.m. onwards, the employees really only seem to be physically present. Food was standard mcess, just prepared more carelessly, all the toppings were just thrown in the middle and a ridiculously small spot of sauce was put in the middle. If you're lucky, it'll look something like a burger in the box.

We were there at 1 p.m. Almost all the chairs were already up and you couldn't go to the toilet anymore. Opening hours were until 4 p.m.

As always, everything was great. Typical Mecces restaurant where everything fits. We were served quickly and the food was without any complaints.

We were standing in MC Drive with two online orders. We were then told that only one order was possible and that we would then have to get back in line and drive through MC Drive again. This has never happened to us in any other McDonald's in Germany!

I ordered a coupon today with a Happy Meal and an additional 6 nuggets. Only the 6 nuggets were packed for me. The fries and the four nuggets were missing. Then I opened my Big Mac. There the top bun was in the middle and the middle one was on top. We've often had the problem that things were missing!!!!!!!!

A stay on Friday from around 6:45 p.m. will be assessed + good location + friendly and attentive service - Full house.. - Employees can't keep up - No free parking space - forever long waiting time - Not clean due to the workload 14 orders in front of us and waiting times easily >30 minutes, despite table service.

Unfriendly staff, burgers taste like they've been there for more than 2 hours. This McDonald's is terrible.

Food was as always :) Good & typical Mc ;) never had any problems at this McDonalt. However, this time I was approached in such an unfriendly, arrogant manner by an employee. The shift manager then apologized several times for this. The situation made him so uncomfortable. I had the feeling that this wasn't the first time with the employee. Such a shame.
