At lunchtime, many products, including promotional items, are unavailable. Very disappointing. Cleanliness is okay. Plenty of parking is available on-site.

No queues...quiet, great place...

What a load of crap, we wanted to order something at Mc Drive and were only allowed to name 2 out of 4 codes because the employee thought it was right

The "employees" clearly don't enjoy their jobs. The staff was completely overwhelmed because five customers were entering the store AT THE SAME TIME. First, we waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes without anything happening, then we went in. It was two hours before closing time, and half the chairs were already on the tables. The order displays were already sold out. Our order was taken by the rudest woman imaginable. No hello, no please, or thank you, not even eye contact. We then waited another 20 minutes for our food. When the food was finally ready, there was again neither a thank you nor a please, nor an apology for taking so long; again, no eye contact. While we were waiting, there were two customers whose orders were processed incorrectly. The "employee" was also very rude to them. Again, no apology, just a grim and annoyed demeanor. That was the last time we'll eat there. One star is too many, preferably minus 10.

Food and service were good, but the toilet was extremely dirty and disgusting

Extremely dissatisfied. I had forgotten something and had let them know after paying. They told me I had to go through the dive again? (Mind you, it was still at the first window.) Also, my apple pie wasn't there; I only noticed this when I got home. It's not that cheap that you pay for something and then don't get it. I thought that was really crap!

I was always happy with the McDonald's in our town, but unfortunately, I have to say that has declined considerably. Sometimes I get chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets, and if that weren't enough, if I give them another chance, I either get the wrong order or half the food is missing. It's a shame. The one star is for the service. There are a few employees who are really nice.

It's been very slow lately. We waited 25 minutes for a breakfast order of two burgers and a coffee. Otherwise, a good McDonald's.

Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly disappointing. The burgers and portions have become significantly smaller recently, while prices are steadily rising. Furthermore, orders are often incomplete – whether it's missing sauces or even entire burgers. A meal is barely enough to truly fill you up these days. You almost always have to order something extra, which further worsens the value for money.

Today I ordered two Happy Meals and a 6-pack of nuggets. Unfortunately, the nuggets were completely forgotten, and instead of the eagerly awaited Playmobil toy, they included some cardboard dance game, even though Playmobil was still advertised on the order board. Unfortunately, I was left with very long faces at home!

I ordered 100 nuggets but only received 99.

I stopped here after the Wunsiedel Fountain Festival on June 21, 2025, at around 11:30 PM. Most of the chairs were already set up on the tables. I sat down at a table that wasn't marked "already cleaned." While I was eating, a staff member snippily addressed me, saying, "They've already cleaned this place!" Can I smell it? Very unfriendly staff. On top of that, there was no sign that this table had been cleaned. Better go to Burger King. Greetings!

The food was terrible, it was cold. 20 nuggets and only got 19. Absolutely outrageous. There was something in the food that caused stomach upset for 1.2 weeks and nausea for 1 week. Not recommended. Best regards: Mr. Herrmann

1L Coke 12 euros!!! In a cup, 1/3 ice, still Coke, black fries...never again...

Unfortunately, I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes. There was a dead insect in the fries.

There have been some teething problems since the renovation

We often had to wait longer and therefore the food was already quite cold and the ice cream melted during that time because they do that first before the food is ready.

I can't understand the nasty reviews here. The location has existed for decades. I'm a local here and am happy to come back here after decades and see that 1. the location still exists and 2. it shines with modern charm. Yes, some of the furniture is damaged, but the vast majority is not. Depicting it here as shabby is unjustified. Other locations have the same problem. I also wonder how you can say there are insects here when the pictures obviously come from the terrace(!), the outdoor area! Should employees put up nets or catch all insects that are outside? Overall, the location is clean (but we were there for breakfast, so things may look different when there are a lot of visitors). Ultimately, we ALL contribute to a clean environment by cleaning up after ourselves and not leaving the toilets like dicks! We have cleaned up after ourselves and hope that others will find our seating area clean. 😉

Mcdonald's, what should you capitalize here... What is noticeable is that the quality of the food on offer has been declining more and more in recent years! Prices, however, continue to rise...

This is the biggest dirty place, even one star is too much here. The furniture has had its best days behind it. Toilets are just disgusting and dirty and it stinks. Three employees keep the whole Mecces running. There are no numbers for table service at the terminals either. Order once again incomplete - you don't know it any other way.

Unfriendly!!! We ordered a CHEESburger, but got it without cheese (=hamburger). We then complained and got a new one but once again without CHEESE… Then we complained again and then we were insulted because we complained twice. Normally an apology would be appropriate and not a stupid comment!!!! Ridiculous!

This McDonalds is absolutely not recommended!! When I was driving through the drive, I had a very rude gentleman on the phone and he simply deleted the wrong orders. I only noticed this when the food was served and then confronted the gentleman. He didn't answer my question at all but just stood there and looked at me stupidly for at least 3 minutes 🙄🙄 never again, I'd rather go to Burger King

You wait 20 minutes or more for your food. There are sometimes 25 burgers in the back of the warming room because the packing lady is too slow.

Yesterday I got a double pack menu with 2 x MC Ribs. There was hardly any sauce on them, 4-5 onions and cucumber were also missing. This was the third time and so they will never see me again.

The food is typical for Mac, some are worse, some are better, the speed is average, very fast Wi-Fi, clean tables, and a clean toilet. They approached me several times and asked if everything was okay with me.

Very nice staff 😍 Food is usually good too. If you sit for a long time, you notice that the ventilation turns up after a certain time and it suddenly becomes extremely cool.

Stupid staff and they didn't put almost anything I ordered here without spending money

Trip to Burger King... I'm sure a day at this store can be long, but I just can't get the wrong thing every time! Instead of 2 "double chilli cheese" I got 2 double cheeseburgers and now again instead of my big tasty which I got from the points (with extra sauce and cheese, so I still paid something) a standard big rösti! I don't like to use the word incompetence, but there is no other way to describe the service here. From 6 p.m. onwards, the employees really only seem to be physically present. Food was standard mcess, just prepared more carelessly, all the toppings were just thrown in the middle and a ridiculously small spot of sauce was put in the middle. If you're lucky, it'll look something like a burger in the box.

We were there at 1 p.m. Almost all the chairs were already up and you couldn't go to the toilet anymore. Opening hours were until 4 p.m.

3 out of 4 times it wasn't what was ordered in the bag, never again without checking!!! This is a rip off

As always, everything was great. Typical Mecces restaurant where everything fits. We were served quickly and the food was without any complaints.

We were standing in MC Drive with two online orders. We were then told that only one order was possible and that we would then have to get back in line and drive through MC Drive again. This has never happened to us in any other McDonald's in Germany!

I ordered a coupon today with a Happy Meal and an additional 6 nuggets. Only the 6 nuggets were packed for me. The fries and the four nuggets were missing. Then I opened my Big Mac. There the top bun was in the middle and the middle one was on top. We've often had the problem that things were missing!!!!!!!!

A stay on Friday from around 6:45 p.m. will be assessed + good location + friendly and attentive service - Full house.. - Employees can't keep up - No free parking space - forever long waiting time - Not clean due to the workload 14 orders in front of us and waiting times easily >30 minutes, despite table service.

Food was as always :) Good & typical Mc ;) never had any problems at this McDonalt. However, this time I was approached in such an unfriendly, arrogant manner by an employee. The shift manager then apologized several times for this. The situation made him so uncomfortable. I had the feeling that this wasn't the first time with the employee. Such a shame.

It often happens here that you stand in McDrive for 15 minutes and nothing happens even though the store is empty. This happens to everyone 3-4 times when you are here!!! The employees seem to be taking a break and making the customers wait in the McDrive!! Absolute impudence!!

The employees are always super friendly and if something was missing, which unfortunately happened often, we could always find a solution. The food has always been relatively good, but unfortunately the cleanliness is not that great. With so many customers, it's understandable... I still enjoy going there again and again. I would be happy to have original chili cheese crackers again :)

You can order ice cream even though the ice cream machine is broken. Afterwards you don't get your money back, you have to choose something else in the value of the goods. But what if you don't want anything else? Addendum 9/20/24. Waiting time to order 45 minutes because my order went to the drive-in. For whatever reason! Forgot to check and two burgers were “forgotten”. I've had enough, NEVER again, I'd rather go to Mitterteich or Selb.

Habe leider noch nie einen so dreckigen Mc Donald gesehen. Alle Tische dreckig und speckig und der Boden wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr gekehrt. Dem Laden sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt einen Besuch abstatten.

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore, it stays with one star. If the opening times have changed, you can order and pay before the restaurant closes. But it is no longer served from the counter because there is apparently no cash register left. You then have to drive through Mc Drive again even though everything in the restaurant was already done. If you want to be served in a friendly manner, you should also be friendly as a customer, then in most cases it works. Food, yes, fast food but now you can also get it warm. If you want gourmet food, you either have to cook yourself or not eat at McDonald's. The ambience is okay for a fast food restaurant.

I recently visited what has to be the worst McDonald's of my life. The experience was dreadful, and it's clear why this location has only 3 stars. Firstly, I waited an incredibly long time for my order. We got a Big Mac with bacon, a Filet-O-Fish, fries, and a McFlurry. The Big Mac was poorly assembled, the Filet-O-Fish was soggy, and the fries were old and cold. Only the McFlurry was decent. To make matters worse, the restaurant was filthy with too many insects around the dining area. This level of uncleanliness is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially McDonald's. Overall, slow service, poor food quality, and an unclean environment make this location one to avoid. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Service was up to standards, forgetting just a few items of our order (2 people), but the Big Tasty Bacon was just disgusting, half burned meat, definitely not the right weight, French fries probably made by Haribo... I do not usually review McDonald's, one expects just a standard and gets a standard, but this place really deserved one (star).

Staff is overwhelmed with any questions or customer requests due to no knowledge of German or a lack of interest in communicating with customers, an absolute disaster.

Terrible McDonalds in Marktredwitz! Opening times on Sundays until 11 p.m., after 10:15 p.m. you get kicked out! My food was packaged straight away as ToGo and the entrance door was locked after I took my order at 10:15 p.m. You were no longer allowed to eat in the restaurant and so we were rudely asked to leave the building via the terrace... We could still sit outside, they said, on the condition that you take your rubbish home with you. Impudence!! There were at least 7 employees present who were unable to run their fast food restaurant according to opening hours.

We ordered vegan nuggets but got normal ones. Unfortunately we noticed it too late, we had already eaten a few. Understandably, we wanted new vegan nuggets, but we had to be fooled first. They still got it, but it wasn't a nice experience

Absolute disaster!! The employees are totally overwhelmed. Waited 35 minutes for the order! This no longer has anything to do with “fast food”. Complaining doesn't help because the staff doesn't understand you and the manager doesn't want to understand you. All that matters to him is that as many orders are taken as possible. But he doesn't care at all that the orders aren't put together correctly and take forever to be finished...

Were at Mc Drive today June 15th, 2024 at 12:15 p.m. and ordered. When I got home, I opened the McDonald’s bag and found a tick on the napkins on top. I took a photo of it and disposed of the tick immediately. I drove back to McDonald’s with the food and described the incident. I was immediately asked where the tick was, that it couldn't be and that I had put the tick on the food myself. The employees (male and female) became louder and louder towards me and argued until the end until the new food was freshly prepared. At the end the employee said “next time check the food straight away and now leave this store”. I haven't experienced anything so cheeky in a long time. This will definitely be the last visit!

McDonalds...only if absolutely necessary. But if...then McDonald's.

I don't really like complaining about things like that, they're just people, and the error was fixed immediately. But we were missing toys from 3 Happy Meals. Especially when ordering for children, please pay more attention to whether everything fits. Luckily we ate there and noticed it and were able to fix the error immediately.

Some fat woman insulted me and took a bite of my burger. Something like that simply shouldn't happen just because I paid with €5 notes. She then said that she had to insult me ​​as a “fatass” because I ordered 2 menus. Personally, I will distance myself from this shop from now on!!!!

Unfortunately, extra orders have recently stopped being taken into account. I always get my food at the drive-thru and the last few times the extra slice of meat was always missing, even though it said on the box that extra meat should be included. Since I thought it might have been a mistake the first time, I didn't think anything else, but twice in a row... what a shame. Unfortunately, I always only noticed this when I got home, because I actually always trusted that everything would fit as it always did.

Usual quality. Super nice service at Mc Drive. The situation irritated me. Remotely in an industrial area. You don't dare get out here at night. So drive on straight away. The restaurant was closed at 11 p.m. So just drive through once and move on. I experienced this for the first time in the world. Totally remote and only present among locals. But as I said, the service is super friendly and the food is as always. If you drive by late at night and want to experience something, you should stop by here. I was in Vilnius with Mäckes hours before and therefore more of an adventure when comparing the location and concept. Thumbs up.

Today at 4:45 p.m. I was at the drive-in in Marktredwitz again. The blonde lady at counter 2 was once again very unfriendly. Or rather, even though you say hello, there is no sound from this lady and a petulant face. The last time was very unfriendly.

Catastrophic. Staff doesn't know anything about anything. We wanted to redeem 2000 app points. Nobody knew how to do that. Incredible. Tables are not cleaned. We've had enough here. But prices were increased massively. A shame.

Food like you would expect from McDonald's, the service terrible. Burger with additional ingredient fried onions ordered at the terminal was also charged, but there was no return on the burger. When asked they said “it doesn’t exist here”. and - regardless of the fact that it was about 20 cents - purely on principle they were not willing to reimburse the additional costs or give any other excuse.

Unfortunately there must have been something wrong with the food and we all had to vomit several times. That's why I'm deducting two stars this time. We ate nuggets and chips. I have to say that we used to go there more and more often and so far the quality of the food has always been good, just typical McDonald's.
