I'll let you know if I'm missing anything on my next order! it's slowly enough! How often does it happen that the order is constantly handed over to the customer incomplete? I'll never go to this store again. It's really starting to get enough. I paid it and realized I was missing half of it!!!

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore, it stays with one star. If the opening times have changed, you can order and pay before the restaurant closes. But it is no longer served from the counter because there is apparently no cash register left. You then have to drive through Mc Drive again even though everything in the restaurant was already done. Service 0 stars

If you want to be served in a friendly manner, you should also be friendly as a customer, then in most cases it works. Food, yes, fast food but now you can also get it warm. If you want gourmet food, you either have to cook yourself or not eat at McDonald's. The ambience is okay for a fast food restaurant.

I recently visited what has to be the worst McDonald's of my life. The experience was dreadful, and it's clear why this location has only 3 stars. Firstly, I waited an incredibly long time for my order. We got a Big Mac with bacon, a Filet-O-Fish, fries, and a McFlurry. The Big Mac was poorly assembled, the Filet-O-Fish was soggy, and the fries were old and cold. Only the McFlurry was decent. To make matters worse, the restaurant was filthy with too many insects around the dining area. This level of uncleanliness is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially McDonald's. Overall, slow service, poor food quality, and an unclean environment make this location one to avoid. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Service was up to standards, forgetting just a few items of our order (2 people), but the Big Tasty Bacon was just disgusting, half burned meat, definitely not the right weight, French fries probably made by Haribo... I do not usually review McDonald's, one expects just a standard and gets a standard, but this place really deserved one (star).

Staff is overwhelmed with any questions or customer requests due to no knowledge of German or a lack of interest in communicating with customers, an absolute disaster.

Terrible McDonalds in Marktredwitz! Opening times on Sundays until 11 p.m., after 10:15 p.m. you get kicked out! My food was packaged straight away as ToGo and the entrance door was locked after I took my order at 10:15 p.m. You were no longer allowed to eat in the restaurant and so we were rudely asked to leave the building via the terrace... We could still sit outside, they said, on the condition that you take your rubbish home with you. Impudence!! There were at least 7 employees present who were unable to run their fast food restaurant according to opening hours.

We ordered vegan nuggets but got normal ones. Unfortunately we noticed it too late, we had already eaten a few. Understandably, we wanted new vegan nuggets, but we had to be fooled first. They still got it, but it wasn't a nice experience

Absolute disaster!! The employees are totally overwhelmed. Waited 35 minutes for the order! This no longer has anything to do with “fast food”. Complaining doesn't help because the staff doesn't understand you and the manager doesn't want to understand you. All that matters to him is that as many orders are taken as possible. But he doesn't care at all that the orders aren't put together correctly and take forever to be finished...

Were at Mc Drive today June 15th, 2024 at 12:15 p.m. and ordered. When I got home, I opened the McDonald’s bag and found a tick on the napkins on top. I took a photo of it and disposed of the tick immediately. I drove back to McDonald’s with the food and described the incident. I was immediately asked where the tick was, that it couldn't be and that I had put the tick on the food myself. The employees (male and female) became louder and louder towards me and argued until the end until the new food was freshly prepared. At the end the employee said “next time check the food straight away and now leave this store”. I haven't experienced anything so cheeky in a long time. This will definitely be the last visit!

By far the worst McDonald's branch in all of Germany! Different opening times every week or no entry into the restaurant but only into the drive! The food is also below average in comparison.

McDonalds...only if absolutely necessary. But if...then McDonald's.

I don't really like complaining about things like that, they're just people, and the error was fixed immediately. But we were missing toys from 3 Happy Meals. Especially when ordering for children, please pay more attention to whether everything fits. Luckily we ate there and noticed it and were able to fix the error immediately.

Some fat woman insulted me and took a bite of my burger. Something like that simply shouldn't happen just because I paid with €5 notes. She then said that she had to insult me ​​as a “fatass” because I ordered 2 menus. Personally, I will distance myself from this shop from now on!!!!

Unfortunately, extra orders have recently stopped being taken into account. I always get my food at the drive-thru and the last few times the extra slice of meat was always missing, even though it said on the box that extra meat should be included. Since I thought it might have been a mistake the first time, I didn't think anything else, but twice in a row... what a shame. Unfortunately, I always only noticed this when I got home, because I actually always trusted that everything would fit as it always did.

Usual quality. Super nice service at Mc Drive. The situation irritated me. Remotely in an industrial area. You don't dare get out here at night. So drive on straight away. The restaurant was closed at 11 p.m. So just drive through once and move on. I experienced this for the first time in the world. Totally remote and only present among locals. But as I said, the service is super friendly and the food is as always. If you drive by late at night and want to experience something, you should stop by here. I was in Vilnius with Mäckes hours before and therefore more of an adventure when comparing the location and concept. Thumbs up.

I've never seen a McDonald's like this before, their opening times change all the time and there's nothing on the internet. Service is not good either. Don't go there, go to Mitterteich instead.

You can order ice cream even though the ice cream machine is broken. Afterwards you don't get your money back, you have to choose something else in the value of the goods. But what if you don't want anything else?

Today at 4:45 p.m. I was at the drive-in in Marktredwitz again. The blonde lady at counter 2 was once again very unfriendly. Or rather, even though you say hello, there is no sound from this lady and a petulant face. The last time was very unfriendly.

Catastrophic. Staff doesn't know anything about anything. We wanted to redeem 2000 app points. Nobody knew how to do that. Incredible. Tables are not cleaned. We've had enough here. But prices were increased massively. A shame.

Food like you would expect from McDonald's, the service terrible. Burger with additional ingredient fried onions ordered at the terminal was also charged, but there was no return on the burger. When asked they said “it doesn’t exist here”. and - regardless of the fact that it was about 20 cents - purely on principle they were not willing to reimburse the additional costs or give any other excuse.

By far the worst MC I've ever seen. Dirty tables and no common heating in February. A “heater” was set up The worst thing for me was the changing room. I wanted to change my 7 month old boy and I didn't have the key to open the changing table. That doesn't work at all. Out of necessity, I had to change him in front of “everyone” in the restaurant. Better drive one address further.

A lot of effort is put into it and the service really is different every time. This time everything was great in terms of service. Unfortunately there must have been something wrong with the food and we all had to vomit several times. That's why I'm deducting two stars this time. We ate nuggets and chips. It's been a long time since I've had a McDonalds where the burgers are warm. The fries were fresh and hot. A very nice young man even served us.

Unfortunately, this is by far the worst McDonald's branch in the entire region. The food is McDonald's average, but the service - at least from the two people, both female - is subpar. In particular, the arrogance and handling behavior when it comes to feasible (!) additional requests is not customer-friendly. If you don't believe me, just look at the average of the reviews here.

Really... How hollow can a burger pear be? Well, I have to say, I accidentally drove past the speaking part.... That can happen. I couldn't order at the 1st window, "You can't order here!" in a more than unfriendly and annoyed tone. When I asked: "Not even 3 cheeseburgers?" the answer came: "No, I have a long queue" I felt really fooled. Because in the second window on the display you could see the two cars in front of me and the two orders after me. Long snake.... But hey, I'm glad she was still able to let her colleague know that the car after that was going through.... Why can't you say that the one after that is the 3 cheeses..... Sorry, the service was better... and friendlier So that's enough with the popular speeches, I'm now going to enjoy my food at Bk in Himmelkron 😉 and what I've eaten so far as long as I've typed the rating, BK, the food is hot, the fries are crispy and I'm about to have a big one Brought menu and not just 3 cheese

Tried McDonald's app for the first time today. It didn't work at the counter, the code didn't work, I then went to the checkout, the saleswoman with dark curly hair just laughed at me instead of helping, I'll avoid this branch from now on! Totally unfriendly customers!!!

Eigentlich wie immer, Tische nach dem Gast abwischen, wird total überbewertet, Pommes kalt, Fisch Mäc lauwarm, Cheeseburger gut temperiert und dazu eine nicht funktionierende Heizung. So stellt man sich das für sich und seinen relativ kleinen Kindern vor.

Hat am Drive inn sehr lange gedauert, das ich schon Online bestellt habe

Das Essen ist excellence. Aber da arbeiten gefühlt nur frisch eingereiste Mitbürger die die Hälfte meiner Worte nicht verstehen. Außerdem besteht die Kundschaft aus verlorenen Seelen deren Wochenende aus McDonald’s besuchen besteht. Auch wurde mein Hund vor der Tür von jemandem entwendet. Aber essen ist sehr gut schmackofatz.

Ab und zu fährt man ja doch zum Fastfood Restaurant. Allerdings ist es immer wieder enttäuschend. Wenn einmal etwas schief geht dann sagt keiner was....aber wenn immer wieder das Spielzeug im Happymeal vergessen wird dann ist das ein Riesenspektakel für alle Eltern. Eine grosse Bitte an die Mitarbeiter: bitte achtet gerade beim Kindermenü darauf dass alles vollständig ist und packt zu allererst das Spielzeug ein ;-) Der Service ist leider sehr unterschiedlich. Der Herr mit Akzent ist sehr sehr freundlich, allerdings können sich da einige Mitarbeiter eine Scheibe abschneiden. Manche wirken so, als ob sie in ihrem Beruf nicht glücklich sind. Wir haben das Gefühl dass sich dies auch auf die Wartezeit auswirkt. Ich weiss nicht was angepeilt ist, in welcher Zeit man sein Essen im MC Drive bekommen sollte, ? Wenn es LANGE dauert und man fährt um die Ecke und sieht dann immer die gleiche Mitarbeiterin, vielleicht liegt es dann ja doch an der Vorgehensweise und man sollte die schulen ?! Wir essen selten im Restaurant, nehmen es mit nach Hause. Es wäre schön wenn im Aussenbereich die Rutsche oder irgendetwas ähnliches wieder angeboten werden würde. Die Rutsche die steht, ist gefühlt seit Jahren defekt und unzugänglich. Die Qualität des Essens ist ok. Soo wie Fastfood halt ist ;-) Nachtrag: Man sollte darüber nachdenken den Innenbereich komplett zu sperren bis die Baustellen erledigt sind!!!!!! Kinderspielecke seit Monaten unzugänglich. Keine Wickelmöglichkeit da die Türe immer geschlossen ist! Toilette ohne Toilettenpapier(das geht einfach gar nicht!!!!!) Keine Heizung (es ist wirklich unzumutbar für Personal und Gäste)! Grundputz dringend notwendig!!! ...bitte auch an die Tischbeine und die Tischplatten von UNTEN denken (es ist wirklich eklig).!! Bitte achtet darauf, dass man vom Personal nicht untereinander und übereinander lästert..Die Gäste hören zu!!!!...und kennen die Personen vielleicht über die ihr gerade sprecht?!?!?!! Bitte bekommt das in den Griff, es sind eure Arbeitsplätze! Ich glaube dass sich hier die unzähligen schlechten Rezessionen nichts Unmögliches wünschen..das was ich lese in den verschiedensten Rezessionen, sollte eigentlich Standard sein: Freundlichkeit Sauberkeit Geöffneter Spielbereich Toilettenpapier Essen wie bestellt, warm und vollständig Wickelmöglichkeit Gastraum mit Temperatur Das sind alles keine Extrawünsche oder Besonderheiten und dies sollte sich der Filialleiter nun endlich zu Herzen nehmen..... Es sind Standarts!

Eiskalt (Jeder sitzt hier mit Winterjacke an) und der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beide Toiletten verschlossen und das Handicap WC total versifft. Schade

Das Essen war wie immer, aber das Kinderparadies war gesperrt weil angeblich die Heizung kaputt war, diese ging aber im September als wir das letzte mal dort waren auch schon nicht und wir durften uns trotzdem dort rein setzen, wir fragten ob wir uns trotzdem rein setzen können und sagten, dass uns das nicht stört darauf bekamen wir ein „nein das geht nicht“ zu hören. Wahrscheinlich wollte man den Raum nicht putzen müssen. Temperatur im restlichen „Restaurant“ auch sehr kühl also scheinbar ist die Heizung wirklich kaputt oder auf absoluter Sparflamme, aber schon sehr lange wir waren jetzt die Woche vor Weihnachten dort und davor im September. Darüber würde ich sogar hinweg sehen, aber nachdem ich im September mein Kleinkind schon auf einer der Sitzbänke wickeln musste, weil die Wickelkommode abgesperrt war, ging ich nun über 2 Monate später wieder zu besagter Wickelkommode und siehe da „abgesperrt“, daraufhin ging ich zum Personal und bekam die Aussage „wir haben leider keinen Schlüssel“. Alter Schwede!!!! Familien bzw. auch Kinderfreundlich ist was anderes. Und ich möchte mein Kind nicht im gleichen Raum wickeln müssen wo andere Leute auch essen, aber mir blieb nichts anderes übrig! Als Familie mit kindern die noch nicht aufs Klo gehen oder die ein geöffnetes Kinderparadies mit angenehmen Temperaturen erwarten leider aktuell nicht zu empfehlen.

Mit Abstand der sauberste MC bei dem ich jemals war. Das Essen war gut.

Ein kleinerer McDonald's aber gute Mitarbeiter. Dieser McDonald's liegt zwar etwas versteckt aber ist trotzdem gut zu finden. Der Parkplatz ist etwas klein. Das Gebäude ist gut gepflegt und alles ist sauber. Im Innenraum ist es ebenfalls gut gepflegt und relativ sauber. Die Tische könnten besser und öfter gereinigt werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und schnell. Preislich mittlerweile etwas hoch. Eine Ladestation für Elektroautos gibt es ebenfalls, leider ohne Angabe mit was für eine Ladeleistung.

Das Essen war ok, das Personal zumindest bemüht freundlich. Das ganze Restaurant und die Außenanlagen wirken vernachlässigt und heruntergekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre dringend notwendig.

Sehr lausiges Personal an der Kasse. Der Schichtführer meinte er sei etwas besseres und hat sich hinter seinen Standards versteckt. Meine Frau wollte einen Trinkhalm zu ihrem Getränk haben, das dieser Schichtführer mit Eis serviert hat, obwohl meine Frau sagte ohne Eis. Als Antwort kam, dass es bei McDonald's nur noch Trinkhalme zum Shake gibt.

Dieser Mcces war ganz ok. Wir warteten etwas länger auf unsere Onlinebestellung, war aber noch im Rahmen. Geschmacklich alles in Ordnung, alles sauber. Einziges Manko, der Wasserhahn im Herren WC war kaputt.

Die Qualität der dort angebotenen Speisen ist ok, aber sie könnten durchaus etwas wärmer sein. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber es war bei unserem Besuch auch nicht so voll.

Ich weiß nicht was die meisten Leute hier haben. Das ist kein Spielplatz oder etwas anderweitiges für Kinder NEIN ES IST EIN GANZ NORMALES FATS FOOD RESTAURANT. Deshalb geht es gar nicht das ihr euch über eure unerzogen Kinder aufregt damit ihr mal eure ruhe habt oder was bitte wenn ihr so seid dann geht ohne eure Kinder oder am besten gar nicht mehr. Ehrlich gemeint!! Ich bin für jede Diskussion offen !

Essen Passt, Service auch. Bloß das Kindergeschrei nervt beim Essen, aber is halt ein Mcdonald's.

Gute Burger, Eis war aber leider zu warm und war schon beim bringen zerlaufen. Aber war noch im möglichen.

Personal sehr freundlich....viel besser als vor wenigen Wochen! Die Burger und Nuggets immer frisch und warm....nichts zu beanstanden. Früher wurde oft einiges vergessen, dies ist auch nicht mehr der Fall.

An der Freundlichkeit in diesem Restaurant muss deutlich gearbeitet werden. Nicht ein Mitarbeiter hat es fertig gebracht, wenigstens den Ansatz eines Lächelns zu zeigen. Ich weiß, dass der Job stressig ist, aber so geht das auch nicht.

McDonalds ist immer wieder gut und lecker passt alles!👍

Ec Automat defekt Bedingung überfordert vergessen oft Sachen von der Bestellung

Würde ne gute Rezension geben, aber leider gibt es keine Erdbeersauce mehr und wahrscheinlich wirds auch keine mehr geben weil "zu teuer", deswegen nur 3 Sterne alhamdullilah Edit: Erdbeersoße gibts wieder, jetzt gibts 4 Sterne

ich habe bereits Online über die App bestellt gehabt da ich dachte das es für mich eine Vorteil wäre und ich nicht solange warten müsste. Ich bin dort hin gefahren und Stand erstmal 25 Minuten vorm Drive in Schalter. Ich hatte meine Bestellung aufgegeben und fuhr mit dem Auto weiter bis ich bei einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz gehalten habe um zu essen. Da hatte ich dann den Kassenzettel mit der Bestellung verglichen und es stellte sich raus, dass ich anstatt einer Cola einfach mal ne Fanta hatte, von meinem Coupe her hatte ich anstatt 2 6er Nuggets Boxen bloß eine und anstatt Pommes Netzkartoffeln, ich hatte mich dann per E - Mail versucht zu beschweren und ich habe dann eine Email bekommen mit E - mailadresse nicht gefunden.

Nach einem gelungenen Tunier mit Kleinbus - besetzt mit 6 Personen beim Drive In Bestellung aufgegeben und wirklich freundlich und schnell bedient worden. Kleine Geschenke bekommen ! Essen war in 6 Min.im Wagen - vollständig und top-warm.

Ich möchte jedem Besucher empfehlen, bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen deren Inhalt sofort im Restaurant zu prüfen. Bei 5 meiner letzten 6 Besuche, wurden Kleinigkeiten vergessen oder vertauscht. Zusammen mit den langen Wartezeiten hat sich dieses Restaurant in den letzen Jahren leider sehr verschlechtert.

Überforderte MA, Essen am Terminal bestellt und bezahlt, nach 25 Minuten war endlich unsere Nummer fertig. Für ein Schnellrestaurant eindeutig zu langsam. Geht gar nicht. So ging es vielen Leuten, alle warteten ewig auf das Essen. Wir hatten unser Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, im Auto dann stellten wir fest dass die Burger nur lauwarm waren☹😝 MA wurden von der Chefin vor den Kunden angefahren, so was macht man nicht.Hier läuft einiges schief..

Bin gelegentlich in der Umgebung unterwegs und nutze den Laden dann gerne für den leeren Magen. Man bekommt das Essen relativ schnell, der Geschmack ist entsprechend Fast Food vollkommen in Ordnung. Im Sommer hat man leider gelegentlich mit sehr großen Ansammlungen von Fliegen am Tisch zu kämpfen. Aber da können die Mitarbeiter wahrscheinlich auch nicht viel dagegen tun. Die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein und erinnern ein wenig an Autobahntoiletten aber dort isst man zum Glück ja nicht.

Mit kurzem Zwischenstopp im Mc Donalds Marktredwitz wollten wir unseren Hunger stillen. Der Mc Drive am Mittwoch abend ist wahrlich nur Notbesetzung. Dann lange Wartezeiten. Die Burger knochentrocken und die Pommes obendrein noch null gewürzt. Als ob man seinen Finger aus der Friteuse zieht und ableckt. Iiiiggittt! Scheinbar gibt es diesen Mc Donalds schon länger hier und noch mehr tragischerweise sind die hier lebenden Menschen damit scheinbar zufrieden. Wie müssen diese Kunden sich wohl fühlen, wenn sie in eine grosse Stadt kommen und die wirklichen Mc Donalds Filialen sehen, die Topservice und Topqualität bringen!

This is great or so-so, depending on your age, palate and your tiredness of eating German cuisine. I was overjoyed at seeing this when I was fifteen, and my daughter was even happier at going here when she went to Germany, years later. (I grew up on German food and love it) The McDonalds food is just like what you know, and there are always some people who speak English. If you want to show the folks back home, take a picture of your McRib and McBier, and the cool package of McGummi Bears that comes in Der Happy Meal. As for me, I stick with fries (same as at home, but ketchup costs about a quarter a packet) and a Cola Light, which is Diet Coke to you! (ask for Viel Ice Wurfeln, since McDonalds will be your only source of ice cube cooled drinks throughout your trip). Or I go next door to the truck stop restaurant (much better than it sounds) and have a Schweinebraten und Knoedel, which is much more my style. I still get the Gross Cola Light mit Eis Wurfeln to go and bring it with me, or it's Sprudel, which is carbonated mineral water --eeggh.
