The toilets were dirty. On a Saturday afternoon only 1 service for cars and the counter is not possible. I waited 18 minutes for 2 burgers. 😬

A normal Burger King store is quite okay. As always, the ice cream machine in this store is often broken, as the staff says. Or cannot be cleaned properly. What's not so pleasant is that there are a lot of dirty lamps there, for example. very dusty or there are cobwebs. Otherwise you can't say anything negative 😀, it has a nice outdoor area and inside there is a nice large play area for children. This one is quite large and is great. Toilets appear clean and tidy.

The appearance of the employees in this branch cannot be beaten. The unfriendly, incompetent and... Naughty employee with a black ponytail served. When I got home I noticed that there was the wrong sauce on my churros (for the third time with the same employee). Disappointing if you're looking forward to the churros and a shame about the €4 that I could burn better.

The order was prepared quickly, unfortunately instead of ketchup, mayo was put in the bag as ordered.

Food is usually ok but the waiting times are now a disaster. Fast food should be quick - no chance at Burger King. Waiting half an hour for 2 long chicken is tough.

Absolute crap... everything tasted completely rancid... please just make a little fresh in the deep fryer...

When we arrived the ice maker and grills were apparently broken. At least that's what they say. It can happen, but it was a strange situation.

I went to Burger King this evening (10/8), whereupon I was greeted very nicely by the staff and served by the employee Tamas. After he took my order and I received my food, he wished me a nice day. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff can't keep up with the competence of the checkout staff, which I unfortunately found out because my two Memphis BBQ burgers didn't meet the Burger King standard as I know it. The onion rings tasted like they had been on the shelf since the beginning of the shift and the burger looked like someone had sat on it. I am horrified by the circumstances in which my food was prepared and I doubt that it corresponds in any way to the Burger King standard. I hope that there will be more competent kitchen staff on my next visit to Burger King Ochtrup.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! DISASTER!!! I was served by employee Noah, which I took from his name tag, who was EXTREMELY unfriendly! He looked at me very annoyed after I asked if I could order at the checkout because I can't / don't want to use these stupid machines because of the radiation... you know... After he had only packed 3 of my 5 fries, I pointed out to him after a thorough examination of my carrier bag that 2 fries were still missing (you want to have what you paid for😡), and he angrily threw the remaining fries into the bag, whereupon All the fries were literally floating around in my bag!! I've never experienced anything like that! WHERE ARE THE STANDARDS? I've been to a lot of Burger King branches over the last few years but I haven't had anything like this in my bag of fries yet! SUCH employees shouldn't work at Burger King if they OBVIOUSLY don't like the guests!

Standard Burger King - everything OK

Food came quickly and tasted good, but there was a bit too much ketchup on the burgers. Service was also quite ok. Only in the ambience I noticed that a few tables and chairs were dirty.

Drive'in: Often wrong order or no fresh goods.....cafe latte was cold, half forgotten.... instead of chili cheese nuggets there were chicken nuggets etc.... Tried the new veggie chicken yesterday... I was soooo super disappointed... bone dry and hard as a rock. After so many negative disappointments, I will never buy anything there again. I only give one star for the friendliness of the employees.

NEW REVIEW!!! The Burger King store in Ochtrup should be closed!!! Apparently you spray the pattis with oil/fat to keep them “fresh”. The oil/fat literally flowed out of the packaging. Price performance ratio is an absolute disgrace!!! Ordered three medium-sized fries, but apparently got three small ones, an absolute joke for over €3 per packaging unit. So, off to McDonald's.

Selten eine so saubere Filiale gesehen. Auch die Burger waren nahezu perfekt zubereitet. Weiter so.

Have it your way! So der Slogan. Ja, ich habe meinen Burger am Terminal mit Extras bestellt, die aber dann nur teilweise umgesetzt wurden. Einen extra Patty gab es. Aber extra Soße und extra Zwiebeln sowie extra Käse habe ich vermisst. Schade! Immerhin kostet es extra. Und so etwas geht gar nicht. Neu bestellen oder zurückgeben.. darauf habe ich verzichtet da der BK sehr voll war. Ob es Absicht war oder ein Versehen kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Man muss "lange" auf seine Bestellung warten. Personal wirkt überfordert.

Essen war okay, aber für das nix los war, sehr unaufgeräumt. An den Blumen hingen Tampons und der Boden an den Bänken sehr müllig.

Das Essen entspricht den durchschnittlichen Erwartungen für Fastfoodessen und überrascht nicht. Kinder haben hier tatsächlich mehr Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben und zu bewegen. Das Lokal war akzeptabel sauber und die Toiletten regelmäßig gereinigt.

Schnelle Bedienung, jedoch war der Platz vor der Ausgabe klebrig! Ablagestaton war übervoll.

Het eten is snel klaar maar helaas was de nieuwe burger heel pittig. Dit is niet vermeld bij de burger als je deze besteld. Ook kennen ze geen appelmoes en dat is voor kinderen heel jammer. De patat met gebakken uitjes en kaas is erg lekker.

Burger kalt, obwohl ohne Tomaten bestellt worden ist, würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen Personal war aber nett. Aus dem Grund drei Sterne, ansonsten wäre es nur ein Stern gewesen

Pommes sehr lecker. Wopper vom Fleisch her gut, aber das Brötchen war sehr trocken und viel fast auseinander. Im Restaurant roch es sehr verbrannt. Personal war freundlich und schnell.
