It's just stupid that you are asked for a sauce for the onion rings and then have to pay extra for it! Rip-off because you wouldn't actually use any sauce for onion rings! It's also stupid that you can't order and pay directly from the app, but have to queue at the terminal and then of course get the one where you have to wait the longest!

I find it frightening. You can only order on the screen. Then pay once, then pick it up at the next counter. The employees stand around bored. It tasted good though. That was the only positive thing

Cheeky, just a big cheek!!! Staff totally unfriendly every time Close 1 hour beforehand and then come back with the statement that’s just the way it is Is this how you treat customers? Humanity probably no longer exists in such stores! The food itself is becoming less and less and the prices are becoming more and more expensive!

I just think it's great that you can now order digital ones here and just pick up your tray at the counter with a friendly "thank you"!

This was the most disgusting and lamest fast food place I can remember (12/28/2024). The store doesn't look well maintained from the outside. When I went in and wanted to go to the toilet, I should have turned around. Half of the toilets were clogged and overflowing, everything was dirty and really disgusting. It's better to do your business outside... The impression continued in the restaurant. All the tables were messed up and nothing was washed at all, trash trays weren't put away. The interior was also very cold and the heating was out of order. It was easy to mess up your clothes as soon as you sat down. Even though there wasn't that much going on, the food took a long time to prepare. We waited over half an hour for our burgers. It was noticeable that the staff was overwhelmed. Overall a very poorly organized store. If it wasn't located right next to the highway and therefore constantly has new customers, it would probably have been closed long ago.

Nice facility. Touchscreen self-service means that three salespeople usually stand around uselessly and the guests, who naturally always have to wait at Burger King, watch the salespeople wait. Not satisfactory for anyone. But you can then argue about whether the fries + ketchup you clicked on + ketchup now contain ketchup once or twice as desired. At the end you also paid extra. It could have been resolved in an accommodating manner. Process and service therefore rather below average...

At the entrance next to the counter there is an A4 sheet of paper: please treat our staff with respect, just as you would like to be treated yourself...we order 2 coffees via the terminal. At the counter we are handed both cups without a word, the young man seems slightly disoriented... I look where I can get sugar, it's nowhere to be seen. I turn to the counter again and ask the question and point to my coffee, he doesn't answer, suddenly a colleague is there who comes with the requested sugar. It had already been damp because it had clumped together in the paper bag. Maybe the young man doesn't speak German, so the employer should take that into consideration... So much for respect. The colleague looked a little desperate, but didn't comment further, there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant, that could be the reason not have been. There are also 2 signs on both cash register terminals: cash register closed, no card payment possible there, only at the terminals.... As a small bonus, the coffee wasn't really warm... end of the event.

I think it's a disgrace that you can't stick to your opening times. My husband just wanted to get something to eat and what's the matter, it's too late at 10:50 p.m. I don't think that's acceptable.

Toilets are very small, the food is good, it's just fast food But I just can't get used to these ordering machines, I just don't like them Unfortunately, you only have the option of ordering via these machines or going through the drive-in

Waiting times are unbelievable when there is a bit more going on, over 20 minutes for 2 burgers, has nothing to do with fast food.

Food great as usual. Current promotions from the app are available. The toilets are negative today(!). They weren't cleaned. Also, apparently the ice cream machine is broken. The information is already older - the piece of paper is already falling apart.

Great place to eat. Order went a bit slower than I'm used to from fast food restaurants. But there where only open for a month. They will get faster by the day. Food was good and everything was clean

While BK seems to be a lot slower than their most prominent competitor, the food was all good and they even gave me (an old geezer) the king’s crown for free (see pic)!

Received a very bad menu that stood for a very long time and then told the employee that the burger fries were not edible, she looked at me very strangely that they had just taken it out. Then I received the same food back, never eating at this Burger King again.

Very bad service. Food is offered old. Nothing is fresh. Brought it back but they put the same food in front of me again. Better to make your own sandwich, but never eat here

The ice machine broke and the people where struggling with orders in english, but they looked very funny so a lot to laugh at the depressing autobahn spot. Good enough for a cold drink I guess. But plenty of room for improvement.

Rooms and outdoor facilities are very old, partly rancid, renovation backlog. Food was okay.

Small and fairly neat Burger King. We had dinner here on our way back home.

We were here briefly as we took a break on a longer journey. The burgers were prepared quickly and were not kept warm, the same goes for the fries and onion rings. There is nothing wrong with the staff either. Only the toilets are from another world and can hardly be described as functional. There is a star deduction for this.

Unfortunately disappointing. The shift manager didn't think it was necessary to open a cash register and made everyone despair about the SOTs. Even when I was standing in front of the checkout she didn't pay any attention to me. The toilets were broken and there was no toilet paper. In addition, both the shift manager and the kitchen staff had artificial fingernails, which is not allowed at all and I also find it quite unhygienic for the kitchen.

Disgusting. Toilets absolutely bad and partly broken. Tables all glued together, partly damaged and unusable. The place is really run down. The food was ok, fries tasted like old fat and had no salt. The terminals kept canceling our order and the staff just ignored us until we spoke to them loudly. Please rethink your appearance and put some money and effort into this.

Which sauce for the nuggets? Sweet and sour please. Please park in the parking lot for a moment and I'll bring out the food. - No sauce included - Burger, cold and shriveled - unappetizingly wrapped - Nuggets dark brown dry - no servants This store is completely underground.

The waiting time doesn't take precedence over quality here, you can argue whether it's fast food, but it doesn't bother me because it was really tasty, unbelievable that I was the only one here at first. But there has to be a deduction for the toilets, hardly anything works here, so it would have been almost a perfect visit.

Very dirty, had no ice and to top it all off, prices were adjusted after you ordered.

Typical Burger 🍔 King, just as you would expect. The advantage for us as medical staff was that it wasn't so busy, there was a nearby parking lot and there was a disabled toilet for our patient!👍

I recently ate at Burger King and was overall very satisfied. The food was delicious and the service was extremely friendly and helpful. However, it was quite cold in the restaurant, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The sanitary facilities are quite small and the doors could use some oiling as they were quite loud. As expected, the ice cream maker was also broken. Otherwise a good experience!

The gas station with Burger King is on the route towards Chiemsee. All in all a very good shop, but unfortunately the ice cream and milkshake machine wasn't there. I would have liked some ice cream. The waiting time was also very long, unfortunately there weren't enough staff.

worst Burger King there is I had to wait 50 minutes for my food and then they forgot so I say something about it they make my food and forget my sauce and my drink and they give me the wrong fries very bad!

One of the better Burger King. Staff is very attentive and nice. Tables are wiped down immediately after use. That's how it should be everywhere.

I had previously read about the long waiting times for food and suspected bad things. But: There is a sign here stating that the food will only be prepared after the order has been ordered and we ask for your understanding if there are any delays. Burgers & nuggets were fresh and came after a few minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Toilets were okay too.

Abends haben Sie keine Chance ein Eis zu bekommen. Entweder wird gesagt dass es keine Eismaschine existiert oder sie kaputt ist. Ich glaube die Mitarbeiter dort haben keinen Bock die Eismaschine sauber zu machen.

Essen war Ok, die Ausgabedamen hatten Stress weil sie unterbesetzt waren...daher hatte es etwas gedauert...

An dem Tag war sehr wenig los und der Standort liegt zwischen unserem Ansprechpartner und uns. Daher konnten wir uns dort unkompliziert und schnell treffen und haben sogar eine Ecke gefunden, in der wir ein kurzes geschäftliches Gespräch führen konnten. Auffällige wahl, dass die Mitarbeiter freundlich und aktiv dabei waren und wir trotz des ungewöhnlichen Treffpunkt eine gute, ruhige Absprache konnten. Die Gruppe, die zu dieser Zeit Dienst hatte, war aus meiner angenehm anders.

Regelmäßig ist wegen Personal Mangel max der Drive in geöffnet. Man kann dann den Bürger im Schneeregen genießen. Gerne fallen Geräte in der Küche aus und nur wenige Gerichte können angeboten werden. Der Laden wird kaum beheizt - muss man in Jacke sitzen beim Essen

Nur Terminalbestellkassen offen. Auf Nachfrage wurde keine Schalterkasse geöffnet. Kamen mit dem Kasten nicht zurecht so das wir uns das Essen am drive in bestellten ob wohl wir im Lokal essen wollten.

Hamburger ist sehr klein, absolut nicht so sieht aus wie auf dem Werbung.

Ich hatte ein Wopper-Menue. Alles war wie erwartet. Sehr gut war das die Bedienung freundlich und die Tische sauber waren.

Seltsam, kurz vor Ladenschluss ist die Eismaschinie immer defekt. Seltsame Zufälle... Sehr sauber in dieser Filiale

Das Essen schmeckt schon gut und im Normalfall sieht es auch den Umständen entsprechend recht frisch aus aber heute hab ich mir einen bks geholt bei dem das die Panade vom Fleisch Recht dunkel aussah und recht alt und hart war und das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht in Ordnung für den Preis

Keine digitalen bestell terminale und nur eine digitale Karten mit essen für ca 15sec dann wechselt die Speisekarte in Werbung .... irgendwie komisch

Sehr positiv überrascht, habe noch nie so einen sauberen Burgerking mit so freundlichem Personal erlebt. Die Burger wurden alle frisch gemacht und die Pommes waren super frisch und knusprig. Auch die Toiletten waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hier komme ich gern wieder vorbei.

Burgerking auf einem Rasthof; Ambiente etwas älter Retrohaft, Whopper schmeckt leider Gar nicht so wie ein Whopper schmeckt Sauce fehlt. Toiletten werden wohl nicht richtig Gereinigt und Kontrolliert auf der Reinigungstafel steht seit bestimmt 1 Jahr keine Reinigungs Zeit mehr. Und Seife in der Herren Toilette gibt's seit 3 Tagen nicht mehr.

Meine Pommes sind kalt gewesen, der Burger 🍔 war aber gut. Im guten und ganzen war es okay. 5 Sterne gab es bei frischen Pommes 🍟

Heute 22.08. War super nettes Personal an der Kasse . Eine sehr nette junge Frau. Hat Spaß gemacht bei ihr zu bestellen , so macht das spaß und hebt die Stimmung. Vielen Dank.
