Wir hatten Eis bestellt, es dauerte ewig eh alle 4 Portionen fertig waren, u so war das als 1. zubereitete Eis schon verlaufen,. Kaum Topping obenauf. Toilette war eine Zumutung. Sehr verschmutzt, vorallem auf dem Fußboden, Toilettenspülung kaputt. Nie wieder

Es wird überhaupt nicht auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen, eine Änderung im System ist scheinbar mehr wert als Kundenzufriedenheit.

Die versifftesten Toiletten, die ich seit langem gesehen habe. Alle Becken übergelaufen und es stinkt bestialisch.

Das Essen war sehr schlecht, viel zu fettig und hatte einen widerlichen Nachgeschmack.

Was ein dreckiger Ort. Toiletten am überlaufen, wenn nicht eh schon als defekt gekennzeichnet. Stinkend, dreckig. Und so zieht es sich durch das gesamte Gebäude durch. Meiner Ansicht nach muss hier dringend nachgebessert werden...oder am besten einfach für immer schließen.

Die Toiletten sind extrem dreckig, kein Klopapier und wenn liegt es auf dem Boden, weil der Kasten zur Aufbewahrung zerstört auch auf dem Boden liegt. Klimaanlage scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Wir waren zu fünft und 4 von uns mussten direkt nach dem Essen aufs Klo um wieder alles raus zu lassen, also Hygiene Fehlanzeige 😞 aber Service war sehr freundlich und es wurde vorgeschlagen das wir das Eis zum Jr Menü auch später noch bekommen können, damit es nicht schmilzt 👍

Toiletten und der Boden im Restaurant haben schon lange keine Putzfrau mehr gesehen. Sehr eklig das ganze. Keine Seife...

Dem Betreiber dieses BK’s sollte die Lizenz entzogen werden. Dir Mitarbeiter sind nett aber können natürlich auch nichts für die „architektonischen“ Mißstände. Absoluter Renovierungsstau. Die Toiletten selbst für Fast Food Restaurants unterirdisch. Der handgeschmierte Zettel „Defekt“ ist gerade für eine globale Marke wie Burger King einfach nur indiskutabel und peinlich.

Die Toiletten waren zu unserem Zeitpunkt des Besuchs um 20:00 Uhr das letzte mal um 14:30 kontrolliert und gefühlt mindestens 3 Tage nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Es hat ekelhaft nach Fäkalien gerochen. Auf allen Tischen außer im abgesperrten Bereich lagen Speisereste und verschüttete Getränke. Die Geschirrrückgabe ist hoffnungslos überfüllt so das darunter schon Müll liegt. zu unserem Zeotpunkt des Besuchs waren 6 Gäste im Restaurant. Das Personal hat sich teilweise auf Polnisch gestresst unterhalten und wirkt nicht so derlich freundlich. Die Temperatur im Restaurant ist sehr unangenehm heiß. Für uns der erste und letzte Besuch. Kleine und große Pommes sind irgendwie gleich.

Leider kompletter Reinfall. Toiletten waren nicht sauber oder einladend. Burgerbrot war sehr trocken. Gefühlt wie wenn man Toastbrot am Morgen toastet und am Abend nochmal isst. Generell war der Burger mit wenig liebe gemacht. Pommes waren leider auch nicht die Kirsche auf der Torte. Wartezeit war nicht so schlimm, wie bei anderen beschrieben. War aber auch nicht sonderlich voll.

Dreckig von vorne bis hinten. Der Angestellte hat ständig mit den Händen in die Pommes gegriffen. Bei 2x9 Onionrings waren jeweils 3 Uralte dabei. Die Toiletten hab ich lieber nicht benutzt. Ekelhaft

Klassischer Burger King, aber der Laden bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Schmutzige Toiletten, abgenutzte Tische und Stühle. Immerhin gibt es einen großen Parkplatz.

Wir haben dort gegessen und selten so viel Geld für so wenig Qualität ausgegeben. Das Rotkraut im Wrap sah aus, als hätte es bereits einen Verdauungsvorgang hinter sich. Die Käsesoße schmeckte eher nach Autoreifen als nach Käse. Der Höhepunkt war allerdings die lebende Wespe in der Cola, die beinahe verschluckt wurde. Dazu kam eine extrem lange Wartezeit, und das Essen wurde nicht einmal gleichzeitig serviert. Fazit: Teuer, schlecht organisiert und geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Definitiv der schlechteste Burger-King-Besuch, den wir je hatten.

Ich habe am 28.06.2026 ein King Chees Bacon Menü mit Cola Cherry bestellt. Essen war lecker und alles haz gepasst.

Keine schöne Erfahrung. Keine Klimaanlage. Keine Eiswürfel.

Sehr gepflegte Räumlichkeiten , mein Essen war frisch zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich trotz 34 grad Außentemperatur. Danke

Is halt fast food mit allem was dazu gehört.

Meine Stichpunkte: Zufahrt über die Tankstelle nicht verpassen…! Parkplätze auch für lange Gespanne und Trucks vorhanden… Eingabeterminal hat nicht reagiert, dafür allerdings Bestellannahme am Schalter möglich… KEIN Refill-Automat vorhanden… Pommes heiß und gut, Burger lauwarm und lätschig… Sitzbereich war hälftig gesperrt, dafür Terrasse vorhanden… Tablettrückgabe-Wagen nur im gesperrten Bereich. Personal etwas verpeilt… Sanitäranlagen hälftig verstopft oder gesperrt… Mein Tipp: wer dort über die Autobahn kommt, sollte die 3 min dranhängen und im wunderschönen Städtchen essen… ;-)

Frau Ullrich ist äußerst unfreundlich und lässt mich diesen Burger King nie wieder besuchen. Schrecklicher Service.

Ein Burger King wie man ihn kennt. Etwas versteckt hinter der Tankstelle. Am Services sollte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Weder am Herren- noch am behinderten WC gab es Handtücher. Der Reinigungsplan war noch komplett unbenutzt und daher leer. Dafür waren die Servicewagen für die Tabletts ziemlich voll. Und das obwohl es nicht viele Gäste gab.

WC für M und F gehören dringend erneuert.

Alles lauwarm, Speisen wie auch Restaurant, obwohl frisch zubereitet. Teilweise Tische gesperrt, dasselbe auf der Männertoilette. Was ist bloß aus den Fastfoodrestaurantes geworden.

Die Toilette hätte sauberer sein können, aber das trifft auf viele Restaurants zu.

Ewige Wartezeit, falsche Bestellung erhalten, unfreundlicher Service, obwohl man nur nach dem richtigen Essen fragt. Das war das erste und letzte Mal!

Heute gab es keine EC-Karten Zahlung weil das Internet ausgefallen war. Fand ich nicht schlimm, im Gegenteil ich mochte es. Es war ruhig im laden und endlich mal keine Reizüberflutung von sämtlichen Medien. Abgesehen davon fand ich die alte BurgerKing Einrichtung richtig besonders. Danke für die kleine Zeitreise. (:

Das Essen sah nicht gut aus, die Chicken Wings waren verkocht, teuer und ungenießbar.

Leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht: Speisen zum Mitnehmen bestellt Statt Big King findet man dann einen Chilli-Cheesburger in der Tüte. Unabhängig dass man dadurch zuviel bezahlt hat war auch die Personalorganisation absolut chaotisch. 5 Mitarbeiter arbeiten im Thekenbereich an einer Bestellung. Wundert einen im Nachhinein nicht dass die Bestellung falsch zusammengestellt wurde. Für eine Reklamation vor Ort leider zu wenig weg gefahren gewesen.

Das Ganze ist eine einzige große Katastrophe. Offenbar muss man hier gebrochenes Deutsch oder sogar Russisch sprechen, um überhaupt erklären zu können, dass ein Fehler gemacht wurde. Außerdem wird einem auch noch in gebrochenem Deutsch geantwortet, und das Essen wird kalt serviert. Die Bestellung war zudem unvollständig und nicht wie angegeben. Was für eine Enttäuschung. Diese Location sollte man wirklich meiden und besser komplett auslassen.

Alles normal wie zu erwarten. Manchmal ein wenig lange Wartezeiten.

Praktisch gelegen zum Aral Pulse Charger um die Ecke 😉. Burger frisch und heiß - auf Bestellung gemacht, top. So dauert es eben ein bisschen... dafür aber lecker 👍👍

Service ist nicht gut die mit Arbeiter sehr unhöflich und die warte Zeiten sind sehr schlimm

Freundliches Personal, Gute Auswahl. Ideal wenn es schnell gehen soll.

Leider war bei meinem Besuch der Grill defekt und es gab nur frittiertes, was eigentlich der Hauptgrund ist warum ich zu BK gehe, habe meinen Chicken Burger ausdrücklich ohne Zwiebel bestellt da ich sie nicht vertrage, egal welche Form! Dennoch war der Burger mit so viel röstzwiebeln belegt, für ein Liebhaber wäre super gewesen aber für mich war es naja ... Ich hätte es verstanden wenn viel Betrieb gewesen wäre, aber ich war der einzige Kunde in der Zeit. Hätte ich nicht so einen extrem Hunger hätte ich nicht irgendwas davon angerührt, leider. Ich hoffe dass meine Erfahrung nur ein einzelfall ist.

Unsauberes, schmieriges "Ambiente" und lange Wartezeiten, obwohl wenig los war. Um diesen Laden sollte jeder besser einen großen Bogen machen.

Ich habe heute ca. 15 min auf mein Essen gewartet. Es war alles kalt, außer dem Getränk. Beim letzen Besuch waren die Nuggets hart. War heute mein letzter Besuch, auch bei BK kann man warmes und genießbares Essen erwarten.

Alles war super, das Zimmer war warm, nur die Cola war zu dünn, sie hatte keinen Geschmack. Burger und Pommes waren köstlich und frisch zubereitet.

Ich habe 40 Minuten gewartet und dann ausgetrocknetes Essen erhalten.

Leider einer der schlechteren BKs. Das Team scheint überfordert trotz wenig Kundschaft und kommen mit den Bestellungen durcheinander. Essen schon teilweise kalt. Die Toiletten sind leider nicht sauber gewesen. Von Bestellung bis zum Essen haben wir 17 Minuten gewartet

Ewig lange Wartezeit. Nur zwei überforderte Mitarbeiter zur Mittagszeit. Ganzer Laden voll mit Leuten die auf ihre Bestellung warten....die am Ende kalt ausgegeben werden. Reklamation wird ignoriert. Toiletten waren nicht sehr sauber, zudem waren Seife und Papiertücher leer.

Tatsächlich einer der dreckigeren BK Restaurants. Obwohl nicht viel los war sind Tische nicht gewischt und auf dem Boden mehr Essensreste als auf manchen Tablett…. Geschmacklosigkeit ehr fad im Vergleich zu anderen…

Laden leer. Zehn Minuten an der Kasse gestanden weil man am Terminal nicht bestellen soll. Niemand kommt. Also geht man ohne etwas zu essen. Peinlicher Laden.

Restaurant hat sich deutlich verschlechtert über die letzten Jahre. Schade!

Ist noch ein Oldschool Burgerking wie vor 20 Jahren. Ist also sehr nostalgisch dort zu essen. Mir gefällt das!

The self-service kiosks for ordering food aren't working; sometimes they don't accept the order. Ordering at the register isn't possible either. Today was my last time ordering from Burger King.

If you want to experience what fast food actually is, without the "fast," you absolutely must visit the Burger King in Schlüsselfeld. A 15-20 minute wait for a Big King XXL meal gives you plenty of time to think about it. The staff seem to speak every language in the world except German. Communication was a real gamble. The result: lattice fries instead of regular fries—at least there was something potato-based in there. Iced tea instead of a Coke Zero. The outdoor area? Wow. I didn't know there was a place where trash cans were overflowing and yet no one thought to empty them. The parking lot looked like it had been through a festival, only without the festival. And the best part: I would have loved to take pictures of the state of the place, but my phone is too precious to even take such photos. In summary: The food was okay. The rest was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. That was my first and last time there. Bye bye Burger King.

A typical Burger King, with the typical Burger King look and feel. Since this restaurant is quite out of the way, you often have the opportunity to sit undisturbed. Although it wasn't very busy, the wait for the food was quite long. Looking into the kitchen, I also noticed that the only kitchen worker was clearly not there and only arrived a good five minutes after the order had already been placed. The term "fast food" is completely inappropriate here.

Solid BK, food was tasty and fresh, just took a while.

If you're on the A3, drive about 20 km further to find a better branch, like Gremsdorf or Geiselwind. Unless there's a single employee there who's been there for over 20 years, things aren't running smoothly. The food is usually good, and you receive your entire order; it's better to check. The new opening hours, which are only 8 p.m., speak for themselves. The branch is dying; it hasn't received an architectural update since it opened (around 2000).

Nobody speaks German here anymore, and the cleanliness is mediocre. Plus, it's terribly cold thanks to the full-on air conditioning.

Review for Burger King – Evening Visit Around 7 PM We visited the branch today around 7 PM to pick up some meals for the family. Unfortunately, this time's visit was anything but satisfactory. While we're aware that the food at Burger King is freshly prepared – which is generally a good thing – the wait time was significantly longer than average. The process behind the counter also seemed more uncoordinated than efficient. The service, however, was a real letdown: When we asked for a small bag for the brownie, the employee placed it on the counter without a word, with raised eyebrows, and with little friendliness. Even when we asked for a receipt, our already packed bags were roughly rummaged through because the receipt was underneath the food. When we politely pointed out that this was problematic from a hygiene perspective, we received only a curt "It's okay." When we got home, we also discovered that the fries had been sloppily packaged – all the portion containers had been placed upside down in the bag, causing everything to get mixed up. All in all, unfortunately, today wasn't a particularly good experience. Perhaps it was an isolated incident – we hope things go better next time. Oh, and please check and clean the restrooms 🤗

I went to Burger King for the first time today (71) and was pleasantly surprised! The lady at the counter was nice. The food was good.

The toilet was broken. I stopped because there was an Aral electric charging station.

We were just there, and the first thing the "nice lady" told us was that they were closing time. Instead of curly fries, we got the leftovers of everything mixed together in a bag. On top of that, we weren't allowed to use the restroom :/ We won't be coming back here again.

Dirty, unfriendly, and slow. You can't blame the employees... They only get minimum wage and a lot of yelling from the top. You can tell that the company's collegial policy is very lacking. Especially in the service area, employees should feel comfortable in order to remain and be friendly and relaxed. That's simply not the case at BK. Okay, the food, okay... you know what you're getting, the quality is debatable. If you go there, you know what to expect... but the staff is dissatisfied, quarrelsome, and rude. Even if you approach them with a smile and friendliness, that's the fault of the management. And that's it.

It used to be a cool place. The customer is king. That's no longer the case these days. It's a shame, I won't be eating there again!

Absolute disaster, 30 minutes wait for a burger. The team was totally overwhelmed.

2 orders were forgotten. Fries were in the fryer for too long. Burger meat tasted very old. Employees rude. Wouldn't even give one star if you didn't have to! Better to eat somewhere else! After trying to go there a few times, it's always closed. According to opening times, open until 11 p.m. and always at 9 p.m. Ps. Still not recommended a few years later!

I've never eaten such sweet burgers before 🤢 That was really the last time I ate at this restaurant chain (Burger King)! My picture shows the Whopper for a whopping €6.69...€15 just given away.... Thanks for nothing...

In the kitchen we work without gloves, poke around in the mixture and then take a hamburger with our bare hands🤮

It's just stupid that you are asked for a sauce for the onion rings and then have to pay extra for it! Rip-off because you wouldn't actually use any sauce for onion rings! It's also stupid that you can't order and pay directly from the app, but have to queue at the terminal and then of course get the one where you have to wait the longest!

I find it frightening. You can only order on the screen. Then pay once, then pick it up at the next counter. The employees stand around bored. It tasted good though. That was the only positive thing

Cheeky, just a big cheek!!! Staff totally unfriendly every time Close 1 hour beforehand and then come back with the statement that’s just the way it is Is this how you treat customers? Humanity probably no longer exists in such stores! The food itself is becoming less and less and the prices are becoming more and more expensive!

I just think it's great that you can now order digital ones here and just pick up your tray at the counter with a friendly "thank you"!

This was the most disgusting and lamest fast food place I can remember (12/28/2024). The store doesn't look well maintained from the outside. When I went in and wanted to go to the toilet, I should have turned around. Half of the toilets were clogged and overflowing, everything was dirty and really disgusting. It's better to do your business outside... The impression continued in the restaurant. All the tables were messed up and nothing was washed at all, trash trays weren't put away. The interior was also very cold and the heating was out of order. It was easy to mess up your clothes as soon as you sat down. Even though there wasn't that much going on, the food took a long time to prepare. We waited over half an hour for our burgers. It was noticeable that the staff was overwhelmed. Overall a very poorly organized store. If it wasn't located right next to the highway and therefore constantly has new customers, it would probably have been closed long ago.

Nice facility. Touchscreen self-service means that three salespeople usually stand around uselessly and the guests, who naturally always have to wait at Burger King, watch the salespeople wait. Not satisfactory for anyone. But you can then argue about whether the fries + ketchup you clicked on + ketchup now contain ketchup once or twice as desired. At the end you also paid extra. It could have been resolved in an accommodating manner. Process and service therefore rather below average...

At the entrance next to the counter there is an A4 sheet of paper: please treat our staff with respect, just as you would like to be treated yourself...we order 2 coffees via the terminal. At the counter we are handed both cups without a word, the young man seems slightly disoriented... I look where I can get sugar, it's nowhere to be seen. I turn to the counter again and ask the question and point to my coffee, he doesn't answer, suddenly a colleague is there who comes with the requested sugar. It had already been damp because it had clumped together in the paper bag. Maybe the young man doesn't speak German, so the employer should take that into consideration... So much for respect. The colleague looked a little desperate, but didn't comment further, there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant, that could be the reason not have been. There are also 2 signs on both cash register terminals: cash register closed, no card payment possible there, only at the terminals.... As a small bonus, the coffee wasn't really warm... end of the event.

I think it's a disgrace that you can't stick to your opening times. My husband just wanted to get something to eat and what's the matter, it's too late at 10:50 p.m. I don't think that's acceptable.

Toilets are very small, the food is good, it's just fast food But I just can't get used to these ordering machines, I just don't like them Unfortunately, you only have the option of ordering via these machines or going through the drive-in

Waiting times are unbelievable when there is a bit more going on, over 20 minutes for 2 burgers, has nothing to do with fast food.
