Excellent parking. 12 euros, including 5 for food. There's a shower (hot), and washing and drying cost 7 euros. The parking lot is quiet and clean. There's a grocery store nearby.

One employee (younger, with glasses) does her job quite well, including at the parcel shop. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the other two employees.

I can only agree with the bad reviews. Charging €1 for a toilet like that, and then having that attitude from the woman collecting it, is simply unacceptable.

Nice people, clean toilets unfortunately for a fee.

No affordable toilet access after refueling and shopping. The toilet is "private" >> 1 EUR. Not a problem in principle, but the way it was delivered was extremely unfriendly: "Private, mate!" I think I'm expendable here ; - )

I recommend visiting, the prices are reasonable.

The car wash is terrible. Even with light to normal dirt, there's still dirt left after the wash! But the worst part is the Hermes parcel shop. A younger man and an older blonde woman there clearly don't have much enthusiasm. I went there to pick up my two parcels, but was sent away because she didn't have time... When I came back a little later, I got one of the two parcels. Her comment: "At least one!" 🤦‍♀️ Sorry, but I'm not going to drive to the gas station ten times until the woman finally bothers to properly check the parcels! My partner had the same experience two weeks ago, but with a younger employee! Please train your employees properly or don't operate there. The two stars are for the employees who, thankfully, are doing a good job and keeping the place running. Thank you for that! 😊

Even though charging or refueling is expensive, you still have to pay €1 for the toilet. It's unbelievable.

Even though I filled up my car here, I still had to pay €1 for the toilet. At all other gas stations, the toilet is free for customers who fill up their tanks. I even said I didn't have any cash, but they still wouldn't accept it and were very unfriendly. They even told me, "If you don't have any money, don't go to the toilet." Very disappointing, so I didn't go at all.

Trash! It was 11, I came to do my laundry, and guess what was in the washing machine? That's right, dirty rags used for cleaning floors. The water in the shower was barely warm! If anything, there's another break option across the highway.

Peace and quiet, close to a store. There were vacancies all week. 13 euros for the day, 5 euros to use. The food was reheated, not tasty. Furthermore, if you order the set from the picture, it doesn't come with a salad, and you have to pay an extra 2 euros (in my case). There was also a Coke package at breakfast, but you got it without it, with the information that it wasn't available. The showers weren't working, supposedly only for this weekend.

Friendly staff. Good selection of products. If you need a quick coffee to go, this is the place to go. The sandwiches and other items are also delicious.

Lost receipt. Called Dorz and received a copy. Very friendly service at the cash register. Restrooms are well-maintained and free. AdBlue is available at the truck stop with a pump. The "shop" is great with a large selection of drinks and food.

Terrible car dealership. At 6:00 PM, there's nothing to eat except sausage and sandwiches. September 22, 2025. I won't be coming here again.

Worst Aral ive encountered in Germany, I ve been 2 years in Germany and its the first Aral with no diesel. First i thougt my car was broken and tried all diesel pipes. Then they told me they dont have any diesel. Like cmon. Its not normal.

Outrageous pricing. They're taking advantage of the location. Drive 1.5 km further and save significantly.

On my way through I particularly like the restrooms on my trip to Croatia, both to and from the hotel. They were the cleanest restrooms at any gas station or rest area. And the friendly staff in the restrooms. This makes you feel comfortable and you're happy to pay 👍🏼 Keep it up

What happened to me in the parking lot tonight exceeds any limit of common sense. The old woman, you can't call her a lady, who takes care of the toilets and showers is a person who has crossed any limit. She refused to give me the shower key so that I could wait to get in the shower after my husband comes out because the rest are occupied, which was not true, she just didn't want to clean 2 showers. She charged my husband 4 euros for the shower, she charged me 4 euros + 1 euro for the toilet even though I didn't use it. She spoke very rudely to me. This kind of thing doesn't happen in a place where people from all over Europe stop by, it's shameful for the place and it lowers its value. Respect for the Romanian guy from the counter who knew how to manage the situation and put it right. Tomorrow morning I will make a complaint directly to the parking manager.

Very well maintained gas station

It's a disaster, I'll never set foot here again. The food is 12 euros a day, and you can only get water. One star only because the staff is nice and friendly, and the store is close by.

Well, a gas station with parking for trucks. If you're hungry, the only place to stay is the tavern or gas station food. Currywurst with fries for almost €8, shame on you. Washing facilities, by the toilet sink, not nice! Parking attendants, yes, but they're only there to collect money. It's possible that a refrigerator will park right in the middle of it. So, yes, you can park here, but only if there's absolutely no space left.

No diesel for a week. It doesn't have to be ARAL.

I wanted to fill up with diesel there today. All the regular diesel pumps were closed. They only had premium diesel. We just came back from Croatia, where the "problem" has existed at the motorway gas stations for at least two years. Coincidences do happen. Tomorrow I'll check to see if the other gas stations in the area have the same problem.

My first motorhome! Good staff, very friendly 😀 I advise everyone! 12 EU 6 of which can be spent on food. Since I don't eat meat, I took two portions of fries, very tasty. Prices are moderate. Shower 4, wash 7 with dryer and powder. In 5 minutes there is a good store where you can make purchases😉 All the best! Parking is clean 😉

Directly on the highway, affordable price

The Aral gas station at the truck stop is not far from the highway. The fuel price was good. The Payback points system was accepted. The staff was friendly.

Excellent parking, clean and well-lit, costs €12, of which €6 is returned for food. Close to A3, quiet (of course, if the ref is not nearby), 500m to Norma. DKV accepted, two Polish women at the cash desk, Yuriy takes care of the parking, rents from Moldova. Shower/toilet €4/€1.

€1 for the toilet and the cashier says she'd rather go somewhere else. The toilet is very bad, she wouldn't even do that for €300 a day.

I am standing in a paid parking lot in Germany, at the Autohof. Refrigerators arrived. And again the same story - noise, hum, it is impossible to sleep. Why not allocate separate places specifically for refrigerators? And make a clear indication that this is a zone only for them. So that other drivers don't get there, and so that the refs don't interfere with those who just want to relax in silence. This is elementary organization of space and respect for all drivers.

The car wash is really bad. This is the second time I have washed a vehicle there and I was disappointed twice. The result would have been better if I had simply not washed my car. In addition, the washroom is really dirty and should definitely be cleaned.

The seller is very helpful but the man who works at the toilet is very disrespectful, I asked him nicely if I can pay with the 1euro card for the toilet and he yelled at me that only "cash" and something else in German.

In a good place, very close to the bus stop. Much more favorable prices than those of Tankstelle on the autobahn. He works all night. There is also a laundry room.

Aral still advertises on their website that they are the market leader in CNG. The CNG filling station at this location was also closed due to a contract dispute between EON Gas Mobil and Aral. Aral is also currently asserting that it wants to continue to stick to CNG, and you can see how serious Aral is about this. Locations along motorways in particular can certainly be operated economically if the will is there. Unfortunately it is no longer at Aral. Too bad!

Cleanest toilets I have found at a gas station. Even the walls sparkled 😀 After some bad experiences this year (also with serways toilets) this was a great change 👍

Exemplary illuminated charging station. This was very pleasant when charging at night. There was also the option to clean the windows. Class. Since it was raining while I was loading, I really missed having a roof like the one at the Aral gas pumps a few meters away. Unfortunately, the charging stations are completely unsuitable for trailers. While driving through with a trailer is standard for petrol and diesel, it is almost impossible to charge with a trailer at e-charging points.

Beware of rip-offs! Apparently there is a diesel shortage. Only the significantly more expensive Ultimate Diesel is available. However, two gas stations in the town 2 km further away have diesel and it is 7 cents cheaper.

5 Stars ! Simply juicy service. The staff moved so quickly that I couldn't even pull out my wallet before it was already served. There was also enough choice, I was especially happy that they also had Jack Daniels in their range. That saved the evening for me because my wife was having her bad phase again.

DKV 10/5. For 5 € they gave you a sandwich 🥪 of your choice 🙃 Toilet 🚾 1 € (beggar). Free at Burger King. Shower 🚿 3€ (unlimited time). Washing/drying complex 🧺 7 € (~2.5 hours). Please fill up water 💦 at the checkout. NORMA store ~500m. Friday 20:00 there were surprisingly many empty seats (most likely due to renovations along the A3). On the other side is the big Autohof Esso.

The Aral gas station is always kept clean and always has friendly staff available. The refueling process is simple and easy to understand. Only the waiting times are sometimes a bit slow, but the staff irons out this wrinkle with their friendliness and helpfulness
